541  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 06, 2016, 12:00:59 PM
i get bitcoin from ethereum mining (holding eth until price rise again) , from signature campaign (if i have free times to online at bitcointalk, because i have realjob), altcoin trading Smiley

etherium mining is very interesting. I will do some research and maybe start mining etherium. Crimbit, does mining etherium today better than mining bitcoin? How much is your average daily etherium mined? Thanks for this idea.

Going to the question of the op, I usually get my bitcoin from playing doge in one of the online dice games that accept doge as bet and payout.. once I win some doge, I will exchange it to btc once the price of doge is high. I then get my btc Smiley I usually offer my btc for loan and when I see that the price of doge is very low, I will buy it with btc and do the same process again and again..

mining ethereum is not profitable like some month ago, but for me still give me some profit, i run R9 280x and 2x R9 390 i get arround 0.6eth/day (you can ceck the preice from store near of your place to calculate ROI  ). im start mining 1 month ago and collect arround 8 ethereum, because i get some problem with my hardware and stop mining arround 6days
542  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 06, 2016, 11:57:56 AM
This is my plan
- reach 600mhs power to mining ethereum
- open small bussines conected to bitcoin
- resign from my real job and focus at my bussiness

Thats very good plan, mining ethereum is more profitable for today knowing that it is popular coin to mine by many miner since the blocks for bitcoins is harder to find, and also thats a lot of power you need to achieve their well goodluck for that dude i really can say thats long profitable business coming for you In near future.

What would you do in case your country ban bitcoin in next six months, or you start making losses in btc or you started gambling with btc ? So instead do your job and on holidays you can trade or whenever you get time.

Exactly and its not a smart move to quit your regular for the sake of bitcoin, no one is sure what gonna happen to bitcoin and its price in future, its better to continue with full time job.

Leaving our current job and focus in bitcoin is not really the smartest way of thinking for us if we are only low ballers in bitcoin industry because we cannot really gaurantee that we can get money in our daily wandering in bitcoins world thats why id rather focus on job what i have today and do bitcoins at the same time so by that i can have two salaries incoming to my pocket monthly.

To become rich in future, I think we should combine both the income, as if price of bitcoin goes higher in future then it can be an added advantage, but no need to quit your regular job.
@ultrloa Thanks for your support Smiley
@terman i think it's depending about "what your job, how much your salary" , for me if resign from my realjob make me "free" to build "new life, new step" to be rich, i will resign from my realjob.

544  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-07-07] The Halving Month Is Here; What Will Happen to the Bitcoin Price? on: July 06, 2016, 09:29:48 AM
The halving month has finally arrived, and this could potentially be the first of several jumps in the coming days and weeks. While no one is making any real predictions yet, the fact is that there is no going back. Bitcoin has reached ‘the point of no return,’ and production of the virtual currency is set to be significantly cut.

halving

One plausible action might be to stock up on bitcoins now.

While we’ve witnessed heavy drops in the past, some still believe that bitcoin is the strongest and most stable currency in today’s financial markets, so unless their stashes are already massive, it may be best to take matters into their own hands with what little time they have left. With their savings and earnings all chalked up in the Bitcoin arena, their best-case scenario is to add to their stashes and buy bitcoin now before it surpasses the $700 mark.

547  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 06, 2016, 09:22:53 AM
I can say 50 percent on bitcoin and another 50 percent on Gold , on gold side if it is investment we can buy paper gold like gold ETFs or E-Gold , in case of jewelry buy real gold when price is low and use it as needed.

If you invest 50:50 on gold and bitcon. In 20 years, the ratio will be 10:90. The bitcoin will rise faster.

if you can sure bitcoin rise faster than gold with ratio 10:90 why you choose 50:50 ? why not you invest at bitcoin 100% ?
i think you will get more money Roll Eyes

553  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: July 06, 2016, 08:47:33 AM
Bro if I had 1 bitcoin then I Don't want to invest this 1 Btc because online investing has a lot of Risk. I would store them into my wallet for a price increase but If you want to invest then you can try out trading...

how about mining ethereum/bitcoin..? are you not interestig to join bitcoin network ?
my focus at this year is can earn 5eth perday, now my earning only arround 0.5-.06 eth/day im sure i can do it
554  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: July 06, 2016, 08:47:14 AM
Cant imagine it yet. It is really hard to think to get my salary from bitcoin. Just a little fluctuation may affect my basic salary. Example is I get $500 a month then bitcoin moves down may also affect my budget.
Yup. That is what is making people a little "scared" to have their income set as bitcoins.
I would love to have my salary be in bitcoins but I do not want any losses due to huge price fluctuations.
i think this is very interesting to me, example :
i get salary $500/month, and the company want give me salary at bitcoin , the bitcoin price arround $1000/btc, so i will receive 0.5btc/mont, thne the second month the bitcoin price arround $700/btc so i will receive arround 0,715BTC

in this case, i will agree to accept bitcoin Smiley
555  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: July 06, 2016, 08:44:03 AM
Well I think that you can have as many as you want as long as you can save them for your future. This future will require more expenses than earnings wherein you cannot work anymore but only to enjoy life. It means all of your expenses will continue and tragic moment of being stress that will require more finances wherein the more you spent which will require you save very less due to arise hospital bills and medicines including maintenance that will cover and continues everything.
Exactly, as much as you can .but the best thing is planning and having a goal to earn for example 12btc in one year so in that case you will be able acumulate the first goal and step for every year until how much you save for 20years.

Yeah earning 1 btc per month is a good target to set, as you work hard on it then you can earn it or at least you can get closer to it, and as time passes you will gain more experience and can find different ways to earn it.

it's very easy to earn 1btc/month from trading altcoin.
but you must focus at trading, don't make trading your sidejob.
my friend can earn $100/day from trading bitcoin, im sure if you focus and go full time on bitcoin, you can earn more than 1btc/month
556  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: July 06, 2016, 08:40:02 AM
bitcoin is worth for me, it's very usefull, give me some free money, also the simple of bitcoin trading make me "earn" some money too.
for me bitcoin can survive if more merchand avaible in each country.
557  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-06-07] Counterparty's EVM Port to Enable Bitcoin with Ethereum Contracts on: July 06, 2016, 08:38:12 AM
With a test coverage of 85% and growing, Counterparty’s EVM is higher than Pyethereum itself, which happens to be the python core library of the Ethereum project.

It was only last month that CCN reported that Counterparty were bringing Ethereum smart contracts to the Bitcoin blockchain.

According to a press release from the Counterparty team they said:

Our final release will include all EVM functionality, be fully compatible with existing Ethereum smart contracts, and allow interaction with Counterparty assets.

558  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: July 06, 2016, 08:10:25 AM
bitcoin long after the bottom is established, like it is right now, 350(i think 380 is the new real bottom now) is the rock solid bottom going long above this is a guarantee of 100% profit

so the price will be rise during halving ? or the price will be down to bottom Huh
i think buying bitcoin now with our 30% capital is good way, than we waiting price fail to under $400
559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Do I Get 0.0023 to 0.01 BTC Per Day on: July 06, 2016, 08:08:54 AM
of course yess...
you can earn 0.01/day if you know how to trade altcoin.
but before you start it you must learn more, and prepare your capital.

each way have chance to loss/fail, "Iam Sure" you will "fail" in first time but you will learn new skill with fail experience.
560  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: July 06, 2016, 08:02:34 AM
get a high rank to bitcointalk then joint signature campaign, focus and dedicate more time to forum then after a year or less than a year you can get more than 1 btc , and also play some faucet for your spare time.

I wouldn't suggest doing faucets for the time that they have nothing to do. I would suggest that they either relax or learn something new. They have to learn another skill. To be honest, faucets are just for those people who have no skills to offer. If you are knowledgeable about something, you surely wouldn't do faucets for various reasons such as (a.) Faucets pay so little. (b.) Faucets are boring. (c.) If you can offer a skill online, you can surely get paid much more than you can earn from faucets.

You might think that you're wasting your time if you're trying to learn something new but the truth is, you aren't. At first you might feel that you have no idea what you're doing and it's lame or stupid but after a month of practicing, you'll start to feel the improvement of your skill. If you think you're good enough, go online and offer your skills to people.

for "wasting time" for me faucet is better than game. or solving captcha is good too.
but for sidejob, i prefered to learning other way, maybe like building website, building adsens, it's better than faucet.
