761  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, Crimes, and Terrorism on: April 10, 2017, 02:59:07 AM
Bitcoin related crimes are unavoidable and all what we can do is lessen it.
At least more people should be realized if another kind of the currency that other currencies have also used for the criminal purpose. It's the important thing that needs to be considered as a counter, to prevent those are blaming the bitcoin itself.

only those people who aren't really aware of what is happening in the world would think that. and sometimes media, although not directly, implies that bitcoin is criminal money.
they never say it out loud, it is a propaganda, they keep releasing news that bitcoin was used by some hacker as ransom, used by someone to buy drugs, etc. they never report millions used it to do other things.
762  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: skills about forex is integral of a trader's success. on: April 09, 2017, 03:21:59 AM
things are a lot different in Forex trading than it is in bitcoin and then it is nothing like trading altcoins.
in Forex the market is huge and analysis,... works well there but still is a little unpredictable.

in bitcoin trading, you can be sure it goes up so you have a safety net even if something unpredictable happened and you made some wrong trades. and analysis works a little.

in altcoin trading nothing works, no analysis no prediction, nothing. it is all manipulation and pump and dump. you should always buy it low and sell at the speed of light when price goes up or otherwise lose money when they dump it. and that is the skill in altcoin trading.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How you pick your bets? on: April 09, 2017, 03:16:46 AM
this is gambling we are talking about so i am going to go ahead and say everyone is making bets based on their guts feelings and then in some game as a secondary option they use some analysis and study (like what you do in sports betting).
but the first thing will always be the feeling of luck and nobody can deny it. that is the whole idea of gambling anyways, to bet on a complete random thing for no reason.
764  Economy / Gambling / Re: DO NOT USE: Dasistcasino, the only btc casino requiring personal information! on: April 09, 2017, 03:09:42 AM
thanks for the heads up OP.

what's up with these casinos asking for ID verification these days. i see another one of them created recently and even has a signature campaign and claims to be a regulated casino and asks for ID!
we are using bitcoin to not give them our ID, now the've gone back to asking for it.
765  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin AND the Altcoins are moving up.. Pushing ATH's for global CC markets.. on: April 09, 2017, 02:59:38 AM
I was actually just looking at this today thinking what if I invested in a lot of different cryptocurrencies. Would they all go up over 10 years? Obviously I'd buy ones that were popular right now but who knows if they would be then.

in 10 years chances are all those altcoins would be dead and long gone. people catch on the scams, the premines and the ICO scams and finally worst of all the pump and dump and it kills the altcoin slowly but surely.
that is why i always invest in them short term.
766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what bet size do you start with when gambling dice? on: April 08, 2017, 03:31:39 AM
I start with 0.08btc, this is a lot of money and really I can't afford to lose this amount of money (kids don't try this at home, we are professionals LOL). Well I just bet it at 95% chance and pray to god it doesn't lose. I do this ultill I get around 0.02btc and I remove my 0.08btc. Then I work with that amount. I would say that I once lose the 0.08 but really just went break even.

this is a very bad strategy. i have tried it.
the badness is because it gives you some false sense of winning but in fact you are winning tiny amounts. and to accumulate 0.02BTC for example, you need to make a lot of bets (i don't know how many but it is A LOT) and when you make a lot of bets the chance of losing is also growing by it.

and guess what when you lose once you lose 0.08BTC but when you win 1000 times you haven't yet accumulated 1/10 of it!
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost 10 BTC in three days. Should I end my life? on: April 08, 2017, 03:19:57 AM
you really had 25BTC (aka $30000) and easily were willing to bet and lose 10BTC (aka $12000) of it?!
my only conclusion is that you are rich, in which case why do you even care. you still have a lot of bitcoin and surely a lot of more money. just learn from your mistakes and move on.

sorry if it is a bit harsh but i can't see someone with hard earned money gamble and throw away $12000 just like that.
768  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1,200 incoming (Next goal is $1,300) on: April 08, 2017, 03:14:51 AM
Bitcoin is quite going strong now, I see it is continuing at its Bull stance, I just hope this run is not another Bull trap like what happened the previous week.  After hitting the ATH, resisted the ETF rejection, but crumbles down due to the joint announcement of several exchange due to the speculation/rumored fork,  I hope this time it is really become stable at $1200+.  There is no doubt as long as no bad press coming $1300  is just a week away.

i hope that too but at the same time it doesn't look like being a trap. there is certainly still some doubt in the market which is making some weak hands and slow down the rise but it doesn't seem to have any kind of tendency to go down.
and "bad press" is always out there, and there is nothing we can do except to accept it and try to mvoe with the flow and take the opportunities if price dipped for example.
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RIP Bitcoin, better luck next time on: April 08, 2017, 03:08:04 AM
Bitcoin will never die . It has become a central digital currency for the altcoins to exchange and The almost users in the world are using bitcoin as online payment method and it 's a strongest digital currency in the world and no altcoins can defeat bitcoin until now.

the problem is that people don't see it at the time. as you can see this topic and a lot of other similar topics are always created. mostly by trolls, at the times when price is a bit shaky and there is a dip.
these are mostly to spread FUD and sometimes even to pump an altcoin. but in the end we all see the altcoins die and bitcoin remain as strong as ever!
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your game and why? on: April 05, 2017, 04:22:33 AM
My game in every gambling site is the dice game, why? because in this game you can win you just need strategy to win it and don't be greedy because that is the reason of your loss, In dice game the excitement for every roll and the thrill when you are going to loss is fun. But take it to your mind that gamble for fun and not for profit because you will regret it when you loss and gamble for just small amount of money.
Dice is a fun game but I don't see any strategy would last in the long run, I've matured already and I know that dice games are made to give us fun than profit. Like I have observed now, there are new gambling sites particularly dice sites that are coming because they know the potential market and that means in their eyes, we usually lose and that makes them profitable.

in my experience it is all in the house edge. that thing will ruin anybody with any kind of strategy in the long run. because as the name suggests, the house has the edge and it wil win in the long run.
there is nothing to change it either. i have had a theory that if you for example have a very large bankroll and start with 1 satoshi bet and use martingale you can never lose but after some study i realized there is no limit to the number of losses in a row (i even saw 64 reds from someone once!!) and that means you huge bankroll can be emptied in a second.
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling sites should ask proofs ? on: April 05, 2017, 04:15:49 AM
While I don't appreciate the fact that they ask proof but that been said if they ask proofs and run in a more legit way then that's actually good for users as less scams would hapen.

any gambling site that starts thinking about such a thing will be shooting itself in the foot. because the gamblers will simply close their accounts and go to another gambling site. and it is pretty easy since there are a lot of them around and most of them are offering the same thing with same features and same house edge and are also trusted.

and while we are playing with bitcoin, none of us will be willing to give anything to a gambling site.
772  Economy / Speculation / Re: This massive price increase in seconds shows us something on: April 05, 2017, 04:08:56 AM
Even some unpopular altcoins had some unexpected rise in their price now we're talking about bitcoin which is the most popular crypto.

i will never understand the fascination of people for comparing bitcoin with altcoins or even mentioning them in a bitcoin related topic.
i mean yeah, altcoins have had pretty good rises in the past and they continue to have them and there is a lot of profit there but the rise of the altcoins is not similar to bitcoin at all. they are fake pumps which is always followed by a bigger dump and they eventually die off withing 1 or 2 months.

now where is the similarity!
773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Bitcoin Features Are Still True? on: April 05, 2017, 03:57:08 AM
all of bitcoin features are still true and none of them have changed.
- it is still decentralized
- secure
- cheap
- not anonymous but keeps your privacy to some extent.
- and you can still use it for payment even more so than before since there are much more places that accept bitcoin.
774  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: April 04, 2017, 03:53:22 AM
It would be even more popular as a currency with a stable price, but in order to have a stable price it will need a much larger market cap first.

A global currency that is used widely around the world can never have a stable price if it doesn't at least have a market cap of about a trillion dollars.

so you are saying that bitcoin should be worth about 62,500 USD right? because the supply can not change, it is fixed and will gorw slowly and in order to have a trillion dollar marketcap price has to that high!

what you should have said is bitcoin should have a bigger user base instead of marketcap. and as a side effect marketcap will also grow.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people use dice bot? on: April 04, 2017, 03:44:25 AM
many reasons why a lot of people using the bot. maybe they are tired or lazy to play, and bot be a way out to make money with a relaxed although it is not certain. I've seen some people using the bot, but I do not know, they make a profit or not.
one of the functions of the bots is makes people determine how many rolls would they made and i think this is the strong reason why people still use bots during play dice and regarding the results i guess the bots would not determine profit or not because as many people said that the results of the gambling is depend on the luck for every person

Dice bot made roll the dice so fast as compare with normal betting on dice site directly. I also agreed with it is much easy to calculate to quantity of rolls and we can manage our bank roll with much easy.

if you have ever tried a dice bot you would have known that is not the case. actually when using a dice bot your rolls may even be slower depending on the bot and how it is coded.
there is no way site is slower than a bot, because when you open the site in the browser you are directly using their service and with a bot you go through the API, so it is either the same speed or bot will be slower.
776  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Prediction 2017 on: April 04, 2017, 03:39:31 AM
Btc is bouncing back from 900$ when the issue of btc and btu rise. But after  the issue  btc is going to 2000$ and can be even more higher ,right now btc is at 1150$ which is a good sign going to the moon.

No, it is not going to come back again at $900 it is now stable at $1,000+ if ever this BTU will be dead. We will see bitcoin to hit to $2,000. I guess for upcoming week we'll see the price at $1,200+ and before the month of April ends we'll see it stable there. While before the end of the year, let's assume it will be at $2,000.

it is going to take some time but eventually it will happen, the same thing was about classic and all the others, they come and make some noise and scare people but in the end they don't gain traction that matters and then they die.

these hiccups are good though, we can buy cheaper coins and make profit.
777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is everyone? on: April 04, 2017, 03:32:41 AM
Is there any specific reason why Litecoin is suddenly gaining again after months of being pretty stable?
Seem to be pretty reasonable gains too, not like DASH for example...

Litecoin also seems to be one of the least innovative coins, pretty similar to Bitcoin.

it is actually very innovative and has good features, and it is activating Segwit too. and it is a lot better than ethereum and dash.
but litecoin is also being pumped these days and LTC and XRP now replaced Dash and ETh pump with their pumps.

do you think there will be no ore chance for it to pump so soon?

pump soon, no way but dead cat bounces, yes.
for another pump eth has to bottom out and then they have to accumulate again on the very bottom and then after 6 months pump it again.
778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is everyone? on: April 03, 2017, 04:16:22 AM
I think the really reasons why this altcoins is dumping down is bitcoins is gainings its price again in $1200 mark.As you may have observe when bitcoins price is at dumps altcoins like eth and dash are pumping its price and now thats bitcoins is gaining price again viceversa effect will happen.i think that is why and that is what i conclude in this happenings

the really real reason was that these altcoins were pumped and when an altcoin price is fake that means the bubble it is in will burst sooner or later. and as we see today, it is bursting hard.

bitcoin was just an excuse they used, there is no other reason for them rising. this FUD thing with BU was a perfect set up for them to pump their coins with the moto of "we are replacing bitcoin".

Meanwhile ripple is up by 100%, litecoin by 9%, bitshares by 30% and doge by 40%, what is life.

life is if you can join these when price is low and dump them hard when it is on top not waiting for them to go higher which will never happen.
779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is everyone? on: April 03, 2017, 04:00:23 AM
haha, funny. Ok -39% sorry for rounding up the 1%. that surely makes a lot of difference to be dumped -39% not -40%

and here is the calculation if you are interested: [(0.0353-0.0579)/0.0579]*100 = -39%

or you can do it like [(0.0353/0.0579)-1]*100
780  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do you think Bitcoin will reach $1500? on: April 03, 2017, 03:53:54 AM
Winter of 2017, it might as well drop to $500 if BU does a hard fork before summer is over.
I don't think we will see that price in this year as price is still at $1100 and if the issue of BU goes into negative direction then surely we will witness a big crash in the price of bitcoins and it can again fall back to $800 so only time can tell us what will exactly happen in future.

i am sorry to disappoint you two but BU has never been a real threat and it was all a lie to dump the price and buy "your" cheap coins. now it is time to rise up to $1200+ and continue with testing the $1300 resistance for this month.

next time try not to fall for the FUD.
