Great news! What is staking like with this coin? How many would you need for 2 or 3 stakes a week?

One usually has to explain a new concept to people over and over again in a simple way. Is this still accurate? Quote: How To Make A Term Deposit: Video guide: https://youtu.be/_7CUiORCZGYGraphical guide: https://github.com/FreeTrade/HOdlcoin/blob/HODLCoin0.11.3/doc/README.md1. Go to the Term Deposit tab. It looks like a little bank. 2. Enter your own address, the amount of the term deposit, and the length you to deposit for. 3. Click HODL A popup will appear telling you how much interest you can expect. Click OK if you want to continue. Another popup will ask your if you're sure, click OK again, and your term deposit instruction will be sent. Remember, once you HODL, those funds are LOCKED until the maturation date. That's the price you pay for the term deposit bonus. " HOdlcoin is a PoW (Proof of Work) coin.. It is a direct fork of Bitcoin 0.11.2 codebase only the algo was changed to make it more of a CPU friendly coin and interest was added.. You are rewarded with interest both Standard (every block) and Term (for the length of the term) for HOdling. So its simply Bitcoin with interest, the longer you HOdl the more you make." end quote

Why do you claim there's only one exchange? How about yobit?
They almost never had wallets online.

The coin is staking fine with 1.1.3 and also I hear the original wallet (?) release or 1.0.1, something like that. You have to resync from scratch for some reason. People still heavily use Discord. There is rarely ever any uniform trend to move away immediately from something like that.

This project is kept alive because coins with support and good staking percentages are good ways of creating BTC. It was especially a beautiful design (as was BOAT, another project by the original dev. -- and that one had a pretty low staking percentage).

Great, coin stakes great!

So, this has no wallet that you download? It stakes with a Chrome extension???
According to stakingrewards.com there are a few new big staking coins that do not have downloadable wallets that you control but need you to vote or stake on a centralized platform. Iost, Aion and Loom are examples. Maybe some of these programs are voting your coins on a masternode, a bit like the way WAVES rents/stakes your WAVES. Thoughts?
At this point, I would rather stake the usual way for maximum safety.

I saw this coin on stakingrewards.com but looked for the wallet and can't find it. Does it have a Windows wallet like normal staking coins?

Site has closed down. Yobit never has the wallet online to trade.

Getting zero connections. Anyone have current nodes?
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/talk-old/#!network diorthotis: OK, I have been doing some technical analysis on bitcoin, and it appears the price will hit the $1,100 low in 1 year, december 2020. It will fail a rally and go sideways for all of 2021, then in December 2022 we will see the price reach the previous high of $20k then to begin a long three wave bull run. Sorry that it is such a long time period. It is what the chart says. What's the difference between 1.5.0 addnode=171.6.220.114 addnode=2.94.163.223 and 1.5.2? addnode=46.101.235.143 It only lists 3 nodes total.

I've not really looked into much, but I think what they're doing is trading a certain amount of the dead coin for a certain amount of FUNC. For instance, lets say you hold 100 dead coin and FUNC is offering to buy the 100 dead coin for 1 FUNC. They obviously don't have their own money involved in buying them. As for the chains moving, even a lot of the dead coins have an idiot or two still mining them in the hopes that it may be worth something again in the future. If there's no hashrate at all, then I guess the coin is completely dead. I'm not really sure what the purpose of this whole project is.. I'm not that interested in it.
Yeah, but i was asking how they value it, i understood it was in func but different coins have different circulating supply, there can be one coin that has under 10m total coins and one that has a million billion coins with an infinite supply with lightning fast inflation rate. Their value in func shouldn't be equal per one "full" coin. ...And op didn't still even answer to this. If its a dead blockchain how are they going to send the coins to them?

Unnamed exchange is delisting. Is this on another exchange? Maybe a DEX with free listing?

What happens for those that didn't upgrade?
I have been having the following problem for a couple of weeks now. My wallet has only 1 network connection, it looks like it is ahead of the network by 700+ blocks and I do not receive awards, but only orphan blocks
Well, if one cannot buy the coin at any exchange, for the sake of the blockchain you should sell some so someone else can stake it with you. Is the explorer still running?
Would it be so hard to bring a coin back to life? Would you need to even build an explorer? What if you just booted up two or three wallets on different IPs? I think this would only work for POS coins.

Hello Community,I was hoping someone here would review some code I've been working. It's not 100% yet, but, This is what I've been calling "The Well." Essentially, it will allow for the proportionate distribution of any future funds generated by the Social Change Engine. So everyone will get a fraction of the funds. The size of your bag will determine the amount you'll receive. HODL https://github.com/gumshed/MVT-ETH-ContractI hope you all are well. gumshed I am looking at it and I have a lot of experience in C++ and some Java, but haven't run recent compilers. I would like to get up to date but haven't found anyone to mentor me and have worked so much with others in programming that I always now see it as more of a social experience. I will keep looking at it. Feel free to message me if you have anything specific about it you want to discuss.

The Dev of Stackbit asks: PinnacleKing3005:
"It would be helpful if you could provide that list of DEX's that have a 0 listing fee and no KYC requirements for traders."
Anyone have time to make a list or can we contribute here for it?

Does someone have a current group of exchanges BRO is on?
Currently only Crex24, and as the global Exchange situation is not very clear right now (many hacks/closures) I doubt there will be a new one soon.... That's too bad you feel that way but it's a feeling and not a thought. I stake about 15 coins and those coins all found exchanges such as Unnamed Exchange, altlilly, SouthExchange, C-Patex, all of which have been operating fine.
