7721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: June 07, 2018, 08:25:46 AM
Hi again, leea-1334.
Sure, ask questions where ever you like more, we are here to help the community understand the project better.
Thank you very much for your support.  Smiley
As for your question, I will check this with the team. Please stay tuned.  Wink

Btw, are you following GlobalREIT on Twitter? If no, make sure you do.  Cheesy

Thank you so much for responding! I do not mind to wait of course,,, and I am sure a lot of members will appreciate that extra bit of information to clarify the business position of this. I looked up as much of the hotel information as I could online but could only see the hotel location and website. The only thing I saw in discrepancy is that online it is listed as 5-star, but Global REIT says 4-star, so maybe it is a different property Smiley

I will check out Twitter, but I do not have an account actually!
7722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good upcoming ICO for 2018 ? on: June 07, 2018, 07:09:52 AM
I only considered my first ICO after almost one year of feeling down and afraid for more investments when the ones I did in 2017 did not go well. For this reason I choose only ICOs that are linked to real businesses, and if possible, tokens that return me on dividends. This is because I am a holder and not much keen to do anything with utility tokens UNLESS I find something I truly use every day (like Bitcoin for payment!).

So I do not want to shill, but one of those is ongoing real estate investment trust, which I have also joined in signature campaign for more tokens.
7723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: June 06, 2018, 07:30:12 AM
I have one question, if any one from the team can answer. I have been reading up on REITs in UAE (where the first AUM for Global REIT will be purchased) and it mentions about several things that brought up my curiosity.

1. Is the first AUM asset going to be in the Freezone? I know it's on the Palm but not sure if that's part of the freezone. If not, does that mean Global REIT purchasers are also Gulf citizens and on Global REIT team?
2. Will Global REIT also be listing shares at some point on a stock exchange like the other REITs there?
Hi, leea-1334.
Thanks for your interest in GlobalREIT.
1. Palm is not part of the free zone. Contributors to the GlobalREIT project can be Gulf citizens, since project is Shariah compliant. But of course, not restricted to other nationalities (only USA citizens can't participate).  Wink
2. Currently, project is in the public ICO phase, so team is focused on that. All important updates are shared in the Telegram group so I invite you to join there and stay updated on the news.
If you wish to contribute to the project, you can do it here. There is a 5% bonus still available.  Grin

Thank you for the reply, yes I am already in the Telegram group so I do enjoy reading there, but I am actually more active in this forum and prefer seeing this kind of discussion thread that is more organized Smiley Telegram posts updates, and I like asking questions that everyone can refer to and hopefully also attract new supporters from BitcoinTalk, don't you agree? I can of course post questions there but only Telegram members can see it Smiley

Perhaps you misunderstood my first question. My question on Palm is not about the token sale, just about the ownership of the property (because outside the freezone, only Gulf citizens can own property) so I am just wondering if the owners are the same as Global REIT management.
7724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: John McAfee Announces 2020 Presidential Bid to Serve Crypto Community. on: June 05, 2018, 11:42:17 AM
Good luck with getting even 0.05% of the American vote. You may call yourself the crypto dad but you know next to nothing about cryptocurrency. The coin that you shilled so much, Verge? Look what happened to it. No use touting the anonymous features and high technology of altcoins that cannot even withstand simple attacks. I do not know to laugh at this joke or feel sad that guys like him still can get richer and more famous for all his wrong and bad calls. Besides, I do not want the crypto community to be served by a US president.

7726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did crypto become mainstream too early? on: June 04, 2018, 08:15:20 AM
Just a note. Yes, it has "become mainstream" in the sense that everybody knows what is crypto now (or thinks they know). But it is not yet approached mainstream USE and we are still considered early adopters if we start USING it now. Remember a lot of people think they hold crypto but it is not the same as using it until you either start paying and getting paid in crypto, or start using it for your daily life activities.
7727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My top 3 ICO this june - july that will Skyrocket Based on product on: June 04, 2018, 07:15:50 AM
I do not want to sound like I automatically make negative comments for almost every altcoin ever posted but you have to be realistic with yourself. You just named 2 projects/tokens I have never ever heard of. And they both are doing things that have been done countless times, and also have countless other projects trying to do the same things, with improvements.

Product is important, I do agree, and if there is already a working product that will be good news for the project. But USE. Do you have people using it and using it well?
7728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: A bull market! on: June 03, 2018, 12:28:23 PM
After calling large investors, the crypt will be rolled back again, because it will face a new question: how widely will it be used in real life? When this issue becomes acute - it is not clear, but the advantages of crypto currency before the Fiat are huge and obvious.
While the fact that the phiatic system will depart aside, it is hard to believe.
But you will remember at least how far away several years ago there seemed to be an online purchase or a refusal of cash in favor of bank cards. Now this is all reality.

And to me this has been the question to ask even last year, and even the year before. But as last year simply kept on bringing in people to flush the market with new money, and new coins simply got more expensive and over priced,,, so few people stopped to ask themselves. But now they have the time to realize this exact question of how will it actually be used in real life?

So we will get to see altcoins fall and fail when they cannot achieve this use in real life. The strong ones will remain, and then the bull will return.
7729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: June 03, 2018, 11:04:41 AM
Good project, clear roadmap. with powerful platform for easy access. Keep track of information from the project you will surely love this project. should not ignore a good project. join and succeed with https://www.globalreit.io/
this is the first real Estate project with are very clear road map and more peoples are interesting in and contribute in Global reit
well i am very positive about this project
Global Reit ICO already started and its price is based on USD not on CRYPTO
1000 USD is equals to 3571 GREM tokens and 750 GRET tokens
its a good price and i think the price will not infecte with eth or bitcoin ups and downs

And I know I have said it before, but let me remind other people here that this is also the first real estate project that is Sharia compliant. That may not mean much to a lot of people but this simply means that in the economic sense, there is less risk, and more transparency, and more emphasis on benefit of the client/investor.

But yes, good to mark it down to dollar value since it is a real world case. This is a pure utility tokens, so no need to pretend otherwise.
7730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Has anyone got a reply to a support ticket on poloniex? on: June 03, 2018, 09:18:57 AM
Poloniex. Haha. I used their account for many months as a verified user, but when I wanted to reach enhance verified account, there were issues and problems. I wrote to them a very detailed support ticket. Never replied. It has been more than a year. I did reopen on the same ticket two times I think? A few months apart. So no they have never replied to me and I would never expect them to. I gave up my account there when it became "LEGACY" account,,, I did not want to go through another disappointment.
7731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: June 02, 2018, 01:56:07 PM
ICO live since yesterday, and in the 24 hours since I checked, it seems that the support for this project is still strong as almost $2 million more was contributed to the sale, now totalling over $11,28 million! I honestly did not expect this level with still one month to go, so you guys must be quite pleased with yourselves.

Still hoping to see some development update, especially you know you already reached over 50% of the $20 million current target. Well done, Global REIT!
7732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH VS EOS on: June 02, 2018, 01:24:21 PM
Let us see. ETH: most popular platform for Dapps, majority of crypto tokens on coinmarketcap based on ETH.

EOS: no platform. No product. Nothing. Code that existed has full of scandals as copied directly from previous Dan Larimer project.

Now why are we having a competition with an invisible product versus a working product? $4 billion raised. Let us see what they can do.
7733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Verge hold for long term Good or Not? on: June 02, 2018, 09:47:57 AM
Well, if all the recent news about Verge still has not made you afraid of these types of altcoins, then I guess nothing will ever change your mindset about these coins. I always said from the beginning my trust only lies in solid, long-term, mature projects. Verge was highly shilled, and now has been proven and exposed as having a poor development team that cannot survive malicious attempts.

It is good for long term but always have a plan. Like when you holding coin has been pump and you alreay on x2 on your profit and it is always good to take it just sell 50% so whales not easily eat your profit and you can recoup your capital or investment then the rest of it wait until it is x10 or x100 then that's for you to decide when you sell it. Goodluck.

I have Verge, I already made my x2 profit on 50%, so this is good advice for all speculators. Hold only after making back investment so there is never any regret.
7734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to make a profit from buying hash power from nicehash? on: June 01, 2018, 01:16:14 PM
I know this is a sudden old post months old but just in case new people are enticed. One big word of advice. Stay away from cloudmining. If you really, really want to play with cloudmining, at least use a free one like eobot. But it is like faucets, a waste of time. If you earn a little money, great, but why not just buy and hold crypto. At least whatever happens with value,,, you always have the coins.
7735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best Bounty/Community Managers on: June 01, 2018, 11:03:26 AM
My recommendations are the ones I have worked with, most recently this is Lauda. But yahoo and Edwarded are others I recognize or have also been in a campaign under and all have extremely high work values which members appreciate, and campaigns appreciate even more.

Community managers, I must add here that it requires a lot of work, more than 1 or 2 individuals. I would seek out those able to handle many people. As we all know, people are demanding and one person cannot handle support, no matter how good.
7736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: June 01, 2018, 08:08:03 AM
Well done to the Global REIT team for bringing the pre-sale to a really solid conclusion, just a little more to reach $10 million! The website landing page should be updated quickly, however, so that people do not get confused by what they see as it still says pre-sale is live.

Now the project has a pretty strong foundation for the June public sale. I cannot wait to see the numbers, but already looking forward to developments to be made now that pre-sale finished strong.
7737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How is Ethereum unique and different from Bitcoin? on: May 31, 2018, 06:00:14 PM
Ethereum had better have more to offer than a digital currency! Because Bitcoin is moving further and further away from the pack in achieving that (it already has achieved it actually, it just is now scaling and then maybe focusing on other issues such as privacy and miner centralization). Ethereum was supposed to be all about dapps and smart contracts, but it is in danger of collapsing if all these dapps suddenly come together and start to work! It will totally break the network.
7738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: May 31, 2018, 05:17:59 PM
Dividends it is a promising feature that can improve the future growth of Global REIT token. Anyway, the team should make the best KYC/AML procedure for all who connected to the token.

Thank you for the support Awallon. The team has a very good KYC/ AML procedure in place, no worries about that Wink.

Your input is highly appreciated, please keep it coming.

I believe as long as the team can also guarantee that all the data we provide is going to be kept secure, plus must give us the option to request for our data to be removed once the project is over, I believe we have no more issues as participants and supporters. I never wanted to give away any of my information because of bad experiences, but I will always consider it if the cause if even and fair.
7739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum. Will we see stronger Bulls in May? on: May 30, 2018, 09:27:15 AM
So it looks like ETH has rebounded (or shall I say crypto has rebounded) and we are all tempted to think again that the bulls might finally show up. I personally feel we are not ready for any such moves, volumes and orderbooks seem to back this up.

May is over, June will be over. July and August will still be too early for pressure to increase on buying. Hold and wait, speculating trades the way to go if you really want action.
7740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GLOBAL REIT - THE FIRST EVER BLOCKCHAIN BASED REIT on: May 30, 2018, 07:36:31 AM
Im out. This project look pretty cringe. BTW, good luck on ICO

Cringe as compared to your username maybe? Cringe is what a lot of projects are, I agree here. But take a look at the project's industry and you begin to understand that the potential is not just imagined but real. I see a lot of real estate opportunities back home and some offering even more profit returns than Global REIT, but with far less detail and transparency. So you can understand why this appeals to people like me.
