781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 15, 2023, 01:44:19 AM
Wait, why would Victor Osimhen agree to go to Chelsea? He is currently in a far better team in my opinion. Of course, we cannot judge a book by its cover. If we look at the players that Chelsea has right now, we will definitely think that Chelsea is a better team. But when we look at the results that Chelsea is bringing, we cannot say that they are a good team, to be honest. And compared to that Napoli is a far better team which is bringing in far better results. this is going to be a stupid decision by the player. I hope that this does not end up happening. And I actually think that this is not going to happen at all.

I also don't see any reason and despite Chelsea's insistence and absurd interest in signing Osimhen, I believe that this will not happen in this transfer window.

That's my opinion... I believe that no matter how much they want it, it shouldn't be easy to sign the 24-year-old striker who has already earned his prestigious place in Napoli's history. Osimhen is even considered by Aurelio de Laurentiis to be a " one of the non-negotiable players", and he has stated several times that he doesn't even want to know about any proposal for his top scorer, or are you by any chance aware of something contrary to that?

But, if there is a negotiation "loophole", I believe that Bayern Munich should be Chelsea's main rival in this negotiation for Victor Osimhen.
782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 15, 2023, 01:36:40 AM
Australia is looking to ban credit card usage in online gambling. The reason they give is that Australia loses 25 billion dollars only in gambling in a year. That is a big amount indeed.

Excellent news!

I know that this measure will certainly reduce the revenue of gambling sites and casinos, but it is "a necessary evil".
People need to learn, even if it's the hard way, that gambling should never be considered an investment, they are an expense for entertainment purposes and can only be "enjoyed" from the income that their customers have, in so that they are used with caution and prudence.
It is very easy to fall into addiction and become seriously indebted to gambling when you use money uncontrollably that you do not yet have.

Anyway... controversial news, but in my opinion it is very accurate and fair.
783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Appropriate percentage of income for gambling on: September 14, 2023, 01:40:18 AM
I use 5% of my weekly income to gamble and I can not go more than that. Sometimes I can be busy and I can spend less. If a week favours me, I will save my profit and the remaining (5% last week income) for next week gambling. According to what I heard, people spend up to 12% of their weekly income on gamble. I think it is not bad but that gives me the thinking to make a post like this on this forum. What percentage of weekly income do you think is right for gambling?

I spend little, I believe no more than 10% of my income.
However, I don't think it's possible to say that this is a lot or a little for someone because there are those who prefer to spend more money on gambling than on other superfluous things.
On the other hand, there are people who spend a lot of money on parties, clothes, bars and a lot more on gambling.

I also believe that in addition to the amount of money people spend on gambling, it should be assessed how much time they spend in their lives gambling. It may be that someone makes small bets, or has a lot of skill and luck in gambling, but spends several hours a day just on this.
784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Sites and Bug/Exploit Reporting and Rewards. on: September 14, 2023, 01:25:14 AM
Ill start this off by saying that i do basic security testing as a hobby for exchanges and for casinos. And dealing with most crypto related casinos/exchanges frustrates me so much that it makes me want to quit regularily (and i do, i just come back after a while).

There are several casinos that fall into the categories below that are currently on Bitcointalk. Some even have active exploits that have not been fixed simply because the casino operator can not be asked to reply to the email they provided for such reports.

This is not just a problem with gambling sites, but there should definitely be proactiveness on the part of administrators in recognizing problems and resolving them more effectively, especially when we are dealing with other people's money.

Unfortunately, not only casinos, but many websites underestimate the service of honest people who encounter and report these problems.
In addition to resolving problems when reported, they should recognize the importance of whoever found the problem and reward them fairly, always looking at how much they could have asked for if the flaw had been exploited by someone with bad intentions.
785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker strategies on: September 14, 2023, 12:29:50 AM
What do U guys say?

I'm not a frequent poker player, but I confess that I admire it.

What I would like to add here is... Steal Lots of Blinds, But Don't Exaggerate!!!

This strategy has been applied in online poker tournaments for many years and is still used a lot today because generally the small blind or big blind tend to win and most of the time, they do this without having anything in their hands. Therefore, a pre-flop raise is important, as long as you know that the small blind and especially the big blind have a more conservative strategy.
In this case, they will hardly get into a fight with you, but as I said at the beginning... you can't overdo it because if you do it all the time, one day you'll get caught and then the fun will be over. You need to show that you are raising when you have a good hand.
786  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Cassino sem KYC? on: September 14, 2023, 12:15:19 AM

https://looksrare.org/yolo

789  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Cassino sem KYC? on: September 13, 2023, 12:59:06 AM

790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 13, 2023, 12:55:55 AM
Anyway here's the schedule.  And honestly not too excited for this one.

I liked it Tongue
It's cool that the Singapore GP will have controversial news... very divergent opinions.
With the end of a sequence of curves in this last section, the lap became shorter and also faster. I believe that both teams and drivers also liked it because it considerably reduces the demands on tires and brakes.

Remembering that the changes were not just on the track.... in addition to the changes in the curves, a grandstand in the sector was also removed, to the sadness of the fans, I still don't understand exactly what they are going to do on that ground.... some type of work will be done erected?
791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the Difference Between Plying Gambling on Online Sites and Real Casinos? on: September 13, 2023, 12:48:40 AM
In my country there are no casinos operating because it is an illegal activity. However, many online gambling sites operate and have many users from our country. So, even though I often play on online gambling sites, I have absolutely no experience playing gambling in real casinos. I often watch YouTube about gambling in real casinos, especially about slot machines. I noticed that in real casinos, slot games do not have a buy free spins feature

Do you have experience playing at real casinos and online gambling sites? Is there a difference playing there? I want to know.

The difference is the level of Entertainment!!!

I live in Brazil and casinos are also prohibited in my country, but I have had the opportunity to go play in casinos in Argentina from time to time.

Maybe it's just because I'm not used to playing in physical casinos regularly, especially because there is a "physical barrier" to this in my case, but the biggest difference I noticed is certainly the level of entertainment... playing in person at a slot machine or at a black-jack table is something incomparable to a computer or cell phone screen.

However, in physical casinos I would not have the courage to bet as much money as on a reliable online site.
792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 13, 2023, 12:32:40 AM
There is still a rumour about Jadon Sancho to leave by the way. Because it is said that he still hasn't figured out a solution for the issues between him and Erik ten Hag.

However even if he decides to leave and the team also don't make difficulties for him I don't know what team can sign him. I mean the transfer window for the Qatari league is still open as far as I know but it is like the only one now. Even Saudi Arabia isn't an option for him currently. He would need to wait for at least January.

I don't know what you think about this but I think it would be the best for Sancho to leave in this situation.

It is indeed regrettable news, especially because he was Manchester United's fourth most expensive signing. However, he had enough time to show his best and unfortunately he was unable to achieve the performance we all wanted.
Could Sancho's return to his old club, even on loan, be the best decision?

My opinion is that "Yes". At Borussia he had one of the best performances of his career and perhaps this is a "necessary return" for the player even if he has to receive a much lower salary to do so. And from what I've seen, even Jadon Sancho agrees with that.

Seria o suficiente para você? Tongue

Ainda assim, eu fico longe do USDT
794  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Friendly wagers in Bitcointalk on: September 11, 2023, 12:10:32 AM
It should be a fun thing only with small amounts and hopefully everyone keeps his word, I know many people would say that it’s better to just bet on a casino but I think it’s more fun here and also sometimes you can agree on better returns.

In fact, this would be a very interesting type of bet, perhaps some casino owners don't like the idea, as they prefer bets to be placed on their websites.

However, I believe that for this to work we should have at least a system to control this, from advance deposits (to prevent scammers or profiteers), control of bets placed (see the amount collected), and subsequent distribution to winners after the achievement of results.

I believe it would even be possible to develop a bot to monitor posts here on bitcointalk and automate some processes.

Congratulations on the idea, I support it, but in fact there is no way to do this without automated control and some scrows to give reliability to this system.
795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: September 11, 2023, 12:04:59 AM
I’m still tracking all my human error that keeps me giving a regular losses when I’m on this condition. Do you have something like this?

Many people will certainly agree with you and also list countless other reasons or situations that make them have a bad experience playing games of chance.

Unfortunately, many still believe that gambling is just about luck or bad luck, but the truth is that the gambler's emotional state greatly influences the losses or gains from games.
You need to "have your head on straight" to know when to bet, who or what to bet on, when to stop or increase bets.

A good game depends on luck and a good emotional state.
796  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: [0,001 BTC] Qual será o preço do Bitcoin no final de 2023? on: September 10, 2023, 01:54:03 AM

797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does an online Foodbetting site sound? on: September 10, 2023, 01:43:17 AM
Would you try it out if you had the chance and resources to?

What are your thoughts on the concept and initiative behind this idea.? Is it worth investing time and resources in?

Can we classify this betting on food eaters on who eats more or less within a time frame, as a sport?

I would cite at least two very reasonable reasons not to bet on this:

1. Food waste... and even though food is not necessarily wasted, there are so many people going hungry in the world that using it in gambling is at least very disrespectful.

2. Health issue.... there are several foods that are included in these games, from fruits to fast food, but any excessive consumption of food is harmful to health.

Finally, I think this is a type of bet that could easily be rigged, because how will the bet actually know if the person stopped eating because they are truly "full"? It is different from other sports where it is possible to have "signs" that the person lost on purpose.
798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ambivalent attitude to gambling on: September 10, 2023, 01:37:40 AM
Gambling has been a widespread form of entertainment for centuries. I Googled how many people gamble and on the first site they write that about 1.6 billion people around the world gamble. And this is almost 20% of the world's population. Gitnux also writes that at the same time 4.2 billion play at least once a year.

I believe this number is much higher...
There are several countries in which gambling is prohibited, but people certainly don't stop gambling so they end up hiding their addictions and these numbers are not even counted.
In my country, for example, gambling is prohibited, but it is "normal" to see clandestine gambling taking place in various communities (in the same way as drugs are consumed), or in some fake establishments in which the police discovered that there were several poachers. nickels hidden inside.
I also don't know if it is included in these numbers, but I believe that lottery games should also be counted.

Anyway... the prohibition of gambling is a bad way to combat it. The best thing is to legalize it, charge a reasonable fee and inspect the establishments with part of the tax collected.
799  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Vivendo como nômade e arbitrando localizações no mundo on: September 08, 2023, 12:52:44 AM

800  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Vendendo imagens geradas por Inteligência Artificial (IA) on: September 08, 2023, 12:44:17 AM
