Do we need more exchanges? I think its enough!
No one could really stop someone on creating their own exchanges even we saw there are lots of exchanges already on the market.You don't like to have many options available on what exchange you would use? I think its better to have many than a few, because later on they will be all crowded and their services been affected. Look at polo, you know what I mean. This is a promising project because they do think off on mobile platform which is really good. |

Your assumptions was correct the fan is the cause here since it cant do its job which causes for the miner to get hot even on a well ventilated room. It will surely shutdown itself to avoid further damage. I have experienced this one regarding on fan faults which I didn't made any solution because its quiet hassle and expensive to transport if you do buy only a fan.For now you have some alternative then better to use that and it may resolve the issue. |

Hello, i have been doing mining with baikal for a few weeks but now i am interested in selling them and buy antminer s9 about 25 of em, i am currently living in the uk so the electricity price is about 0.10-0.12 $ probably of i make a contract as business it will be slightly cheaper.
Is it worth investit for these S9 or should i go to altcoin mining ?

Checking on the electricity/energy cost I can say that you would be profitable since its not too expensive compared into my place. 25 s9 would be really a good farm after all. Just do remember the other things like ventilation,maintenance and other stuffs that are commonly needed on having a farm. s9 miner is the latest one then go for it. Just been said above altcoin mining would be also good but still this thing would be on your decision/interest since its your money. |

Have you considered mining other altcoins or ETH instead? Seems to be more profitable now esp. with the recent surges in ETH value.
That way, if your farm fails, you can always sell GPUs to gamers.
Good suggestion,i would rather thinking up on buying new GPU's than thinking off on buying another asic miners which are more expensive than GPU and also we cannot call it a farm since you do have only 1 s7.. The advantages is you have the place to put a farm for a cheap price a month but one thing bothers me is the temperature its too hot dude and I will surely burned out once it operates thinking off that miners do really need cooling system. |

There are a lot of ICOs happening around. What things do you check before investing priority-wise?
For me Im reading its whitepaper if this coin have a nice plan in future but by reading this doesn't guarantee that we can earn from it since their are certain ICO's who have great intention but been dump by certain hype. and one piece go invest on ICO's if they had bunos upon their early stage so that you can accumulate more numbers of coins rather than investing on its late early stage while you only get what you buy for that time and also don't hold it for to long since mostly of ICO are being dump and killer by its own devs. That is why you should really be smart on joining ICO's and most of them do really dump after the launch that's why be aware and attentive enough to sell off the coins you have bought.Bonus coins is really a plus and one thing I do consider when I'm joining. Whitepaper is always there and I do also check its roadmap and the transparency of their devs so that I can somehow avoid ICO scams. |

You don’t seem to take into account that crypto is a completely new market that did not existed 10 years ago and when a new market emerges then there is great instability, so I think it is a bad idea to try to stabilize something that by its simple nature is going to be unstable let bitcoin find its level as anything else, with the market and old supply and demand.
that's true , cryptocurrency market has pretty different characteristic compared to any other digital market or any market . i even think the high volatility could live for long time enough as it's how the crypto market work , it could be a new trend . we have face several shocking crash , and so far we pass it and even getting better situation after that crash . I don't know why people really love to make things complicated thinking off that crypto currency do really works on this way they are might some disadvantages but people do still love to engage with it.Period. and theres nothing to debate off.If you don't like the volatility then you can anytime leave and stick into the tradition old ways as simple as that. |

Most people here would really choose bitcoin compared on LTC since we are on bitcoin forum anyway but still its your own choice and no one is forcing you or convincing you to buy LTC. Its still a good coin but regardless on moving prices I would really go on Bitcoin checking on its value and price it comes valuable more and more as the days pass by. |

I'd avoid these pump groups because by the time it starts pumping, they are already dumping on you. They own the coin way before they announce it in the pump groups.
This is not surprising anymore because its really just a commonsense thing that they would really do that set-up. They do announce that they will pump a coin but behind it they are bag holders of it. You might be lucky on joining the pump but if you are careless enough then you might be holding lots of those coins after you left behind on the pump scheme. |

Having a bitcoin day is good idea for all people who use it.If there a bitcoin day it may cause to spread the bitcoin to world and some people will get interested in bitcoin. Everyone will be happy if there’s a bitcoin day and it will help to gain more investor. I don't think there would be a official bitcoin day but users could actually made one because a day would be only declared or legalized is when do government would able to announce it but knowing that most of them are against about bitcoin then for sure they wont really mind on creating it that's why as bitcoin users we do already know on when bitcoin was made. |

I did some searches and couldn't find anything directly related to what I was looking for...
But any how, anyone set up their mining activities to be a business? I'm coming from the US perspective... like, buying the equipment, renting an office, running the machines, registering as a business, etc.
It was just an idea, but basically the difference between a hobby miner and someone who actually wants to turn it into a small business, etc.
Any thoughts? Any experience?
Mining would only be a business if you already seeking for investors or clients who would share to make your investment big which can be really called a business but actually you can start up your own mining farm on your own without minding about that business permits or whatsoever but expected on having a limitation on building on it. Knowing that mining rigs are very expensive. |

If you didn't need crowdfunding since the app have been already launched then I think you are having problems on marketing it to attract people do download and use and as been mentioned its mostly Chinese which means you need to post or market on Chinese section on this forum and anywhere which would be a good spot for advertisement.Goodluck |

Trading bitcoin is a very good way to get profit but only if you are good with trading now the market is a bit volatile, so wrong movement can make you lost your money, but trading is the best way to earn, when you got experience and skill then you can make a living by doing trading
Its really possible to make a living with trading but you will really need exceptional skills to be profitable and able to sustain it for a longer periods of time and as you said its not an easy money here because the risk of losing money on trading is always there and we should really think of that.Yes, trading bitcoin is at its best as of now since price is really volatile and as we saw yesterday the price down and if we bought on that time then for sure we are on profits as of now because the price do recover. |
