7821  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What is mining? Computer can mining? on: May 26, 2017, 09:37:10 AM
How much is the cost of a mining Rig or mining computer? It cost about 1000$  or more?  To all have mining rig can you reply how much is your mining  Rig #POWEROFBITCOINS
I don't have much idea whats the exact price of each miner but you can actually check it here bitmain.com, this place has it all when you do have plans on mining bitcoin. Mining it with a computer is not possible on this days since you will need asic miners which you will definitely find on that site that I gave the only thing you can mine using pc computer is on altcoins and with the use of GPU's.
7822  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoins now, At this price, It Isn't working on: May 26, 2017, 09:07:42 AM
I love BTC, I want BTCs, but buying them now, at this price, it won't work..too expensive Sad Angry . If you owning Bitcoins or thousand satoshis, consider yourself lucky!
Regretting cant really be avoided because we don't really know on the things might happen ahead and I do like btc too and I love to buy but now buying as a whole seems really impossible as of now on its recent price and you are right we are lucky enough even we can buy or accumulate thousands of satoshis as of now and they are already valuable.
7823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How Bittrex is pulling money from people on: May 26, 2017, 08:32:39 AM
Why BTC price is so low at Bittrex. Sometimes I see 400 - 500 $ difference between Bittrex and other exchanges. Arbitrage will be something but BTC is too slow this days that is why they make money on such a price difference.
Going back before seeing on the price of bitcoin on each exchanges does really vary on small spreads but now same as you said their difference is almost $400+ specially on bittrex when I do tried out to check the prices recently on bitcoin to those exchanges.I might think that I can do make money on doing arbitrage trading since spreads or gaps is too decent to make money but I'm not still sure to do such thing.
7824  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: If you had 50.000$ what Bitcoin project would you do? on: May 26, 2017, 03:42:13 AM
Say you have an investor who trusts in you, or you won the lottery or any other way and you got 50.000$ to invest in a bitcoin project.
->Interesting Question.Nice way to get a few ideas as subtly as possible. Wink

Aside from gambling (could be illegal in some cases) what legally sound project would you start in bitcoin world (could be related to altcoins as well like exchanges or so) ?
->I'll give you one anyway.
->If I really had that back up,I would start a bitcoin based browser.A browser only designed for cryptocurrencies where wallets are just browser extensions and exchanges are a click away.Daily price market charts are the default themes and much more secure with phishing links and stuff.Imagine the hype!
I love the idea and i was amazed on this one having a browser which is designed only for crypto then it would be surely a hit and i think coding or building up that project wont cost you a lot basing on $50k i think its stoo much? Am right or wrong? Take this idea if you do have the money and realize that you pocket have lots of money.lol
7825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: RaiBlocks Question on: May 25, 2017, 02:52:00 PM
I currently have 800 captcha but still not payout...
My assumption
RaiBlocks pay 60 user on 1 hour,
on Next payout I see middle percent is 1.65% (1.65%*60= 99%)
and middle claims 5000 to 8000.
My conclusion
If I solved 5600 captcha and my percent is 1.70% i will get payout,
does not mean I must solved 5600 captcha to be payout than how many users wait for payout and how many percent I have...
They do make payout once every 24 hours and theres no quotation on how much rai did you claim in able to be paid. you solved 5600 captcha? Incredible pal even myself when I test it out on my full time I do only gain 2k max on a day. Be patient as long you do put the right XRB address on the bar then payout will definitely arrived on your wallet. Goodluck
7826  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken offline on: May 25, 2017, 02:15:54 PM
All the major exchanges seem to be having issues right now.  Coinbase is crawling and Kraken gives me cloudflare errors and even when there aren't errors the site is not really functioning correctly and throwing errors.

I guess the flood of demand is really causing problems.
Ive been experiencing this too and also to coinbase they are making maintenance everynow and then which they do suffer on slow loading times. Exchanges do really facing some issues as of now seeing up on the booming demands specially together with the flow of bitcoins price. Hope this would be resolve soon and I find it very hassle for me on this kind of situation.
7827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Are small transactions basically outlawed?? Fee to send $1USD higher than send. on: May 25, 2017, 01:38:57 PM
I'm using a blockchain.info wallet. I am building an app and am using the blockchain.info API to send/receive money. I have to test with real money before declaring my app to be functional.

I am using transfers of 1USD for testing.

I just did a send to many transaction from 1 address to 17 receiving addresses. ( $17 dollars to transfer, paid a custom fee of $4 to make sure it don't get stuck ). This worked fine and I guess is acceptable with all the network congestion.

But now I went to transfer the 1USD back into the main wallet, and the fee is about 90% of the value of the transfer ( transfer 1USD, fee is like 90 cents, so I'm left with 10cents after the fee )

Is this normal? Does bitcoin basically outlaw tiny transactions? If so then it will never catch on for everyday purchases.

Imagine going to buy a bottle of water or some candy, and paying $2USD for the item and then an extra $2-$4 USD just for the "privilege" of performing this buy/sell with bitcoin. WTF?Huh??
I didn't even try to send smaller amounts because I do really know about the fee as of this day and if I were you don't be shocked on whats happening because we cant do anything about fees and if you are active on spending or sending small transactions then best advice is to make bulk amount transaction so that you wont feel the pain on setting up the fees. $17 on $4 fees is insane better to keep it a little more lower.Even myself cant afford to set that high fee.
7828  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Mining farm ICO on: May 25, 2017, 01:19:03 PM
Hi all. We plan build new mining farm using ICO based on Ethereum. Our token will entitle holders to 50 percent of the mining profits, paid out using a profit-sharing Ethereum smart contract. Dividends are paid out on a month basis. We have place with low cost electrucuty and monitoring software that can switch mining coin to the most profitable in current moment. In our plan 100 rigs with 6 GPU each. How do you think is idea with Mining farm ICO realizable?

If you are planning on doing this you need a lot more than a paragraph. Where are your pictures and who are the people involved?

Also you need to check your spelling if you want people to take you seriously.
Well its just a suggestion not totally a proposal because if he  tend to make a proposal to public then this words aren't enough same as you said because public wont really be convinced on such thing. ICO might be possible but only to the people who resides near on your place but talking about on other edge of the world investors I don't think there are people who would jump on this one.
7829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No Alternatives to Directbet? on: May 25, 2017, 12:34:59 PM
Guys, there is no need for cries. DirectBet was a good site, with nice feature of fast betting, but it was not the only sportsbook available.
Secondly, odds on DirectBet was probably the worst of all sportsbook, really - there wasn't anything special on DirectBet.

There are still: Nitrogen, CloudBet or even Sportsbet to chose from, services with much better odds or range of bets.

Theres no really need to cry but for some they do really love to bet on directbet because of its hassle free features and i agree on what you have said they do have the worst odds comparing to others but which i do like to them is theres no need to showup your identity and deposits/withdrawals are hassle-free. Not only directbet sportsbetting site on the market there are still lots to choose from.

The odds on directbet was horrible, I was a supporter of directbet until I started playing daily and felt that the odds are worst when you compared to other sportsbook. But overall it was a nice site, anonymity and withdrawals are really fast so I don't think you can get any replacement for that right now.
Nitrogensports is good IMO right now.
Just as expected on directbets closure then next thing would be nitrogen since I think this site is closely next to directbet and they should really think to make some updates just like on directbet features since they are already closed its not bad to copy some of it. Just my opinion  Grin. We should move on and jump on other sportsbook.
7830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Binary Options The Same as Trade? on: May 24, 2017, 05:47:38 AM
Binary option and forex are not gambling people don't take there time to learn people just want to be rich overnight,  I know   traders that makes enough profits from binary options using price action strategy.
The concern here is about relation of binary option and trading. We all know that forex trading is not a gambling because we can have a basis that can lower the risk of getting a loss while binary option is not that predictable because the only option that you got is low and high, if you don't know what will be the next move of the market then you will lose.
When you do binary options you always see or check the movement on forex trading and I say they are just twins but the difference is binary options only focus on high or low of the price and it doesn't generally affect the forex market which means you are only making trades with broker.I have done binary option and I can say its really very risky if you don't know how to read charts and having a knowledge about forex is really a great advantage.
7831  Economy / Securities / Re: Suggest me best and trusted, oldest site for btc investment. on: May 24, 2017, 04:57:43 AM
hey there all help me to find out the best btc investment which really do business(which really trade or invest our invested btc NOT SCAM).so please tell me best investment site which is trusted and really work, because there are lot of scams investment sites.
thank you

i think the best investment site for btc is betking, and  in justdice (using clam, so you need exchange your btc to clam first). and yea, those 2 are gambling sites

only used justdice to stake clams. that worked actually pretty good to be honest

Isn't it very risky? Because you are dealing with an altcoin instead of Bitcoin. If the currency loses price you will lose all your investment...

I already saw this site and thought about invest, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea as there are many other casino options.
It doesnt matter if you would use alt as long they are valuable enough to be invested just like ETH on ethrade.org they use that alt to be traded and you earn also the same alt just like that but we are talking mostly on gambling sites and yes they are much better compared to other investments which is scam mostly that do offer high percentage of returns and we should really avoid that.

But there aren't many guarantees about how long this alt coin will continue valuable enough to worth the investment.

Looks people use it only to gamble on that casino site and at least for me it looks very unstable.
Doesn't matter as long we do know the risk then we use our coins in what way we do want as long we do know what we are doing. Investments are good and there are lots to choose from but we should be keen on selecting the best possible investment on the market. For now I can only suggest gambling investment it may give small returns monthly but I'm quiet sure it would be for long term.
7832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Define Altcoin Success on: May 24, 2017, 02:58:49 AM

The success of a global corporation doesn't come from the amount of money the day traders can make in a day, or from being the first to have a red button instead of a blue button on something the average Joe will never use. Set aside all anti-establishment views, and let me know what you think an altcoin project needs to achieve in order to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (just dreaming for now - lol)? In other words, define true long-term altcoin success.
We can consider an Altcoin on its success when do we see the marketcap and its value. As long there are users of it i can consider it as a successful coin on which there is an active community who do supports it and believe on it because people would not just see on its value but also to its usage/features or potential of a certain coin.Take a look on those coins on the top spot most of them does really have good support from its users.
7833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Medical student $300k+ in debt... Crypto investments a way out? on: May 24, 2017, 02:34:51 AM
Hey guys,

I'm currently a medical student in the US and will graduate heavily in debt in order to chase my dreams. The prospect of being $300k+ in debt is extremely anxiety inducing to me and have seen how it cripples freshly graduated residents. Until recently I've seen this as nothing but an inevitability but after following cryptocurrencies for some months, I've seen the promising potential of this field. I placed a test investment of a few hundred dollars and have already doubled my initial amount in less than two weeks. I am considering taking out an extra 10k in loans to invest in crypto (relative to 300k it seems like a drop in the bucket). Do you guys think it is in the realm of possibility to have that investment eventually pay off my debt? Currently I am invested in NEM, Waves and Wings. Thank you so much for your help!
I can say that investing on crypto currency could possibly resolved your debts in no time but depending on how much money you do invest and as a piece of advice dont be confident on putting money on it because chances of growths cant be expected anytime. We should think off that there are times price drops which could make us lose even more and its very risky to take out more loan just to shoot out on crypto. If you are really dedicated on such move then you should accept the risk behind it. There are only 2 instances would happen either paid up the loan or suffer big debt even more.

7835  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: can I make 100$ in 2-3 month without a base money? on: May 23, 2017, 04:22:44 PM
It can be from $20 to $100 but you have to be patient and need to concentrate on your trading. I guess three months are more than enough for you to make such amount if you are a good trader of the altcoin. To be a good one you need to scrutinize the things.
With the current rally in all the alt coins it is really not that hard to make the said amount depending upon the initial investments, one thing you can get is to double your investment in a pretty short time and crypto currency is the only market where you can multiply you money just like that.
If we are talking mainly only on trading then possibilities of earning multiple times on our money would really be possible but when we are talking about making money without a base money would only available or possible throughout skills and any other jobs that would really give you some money depending on your expertise. There are lots of freelance sites to choose and if you do have the skills then it would be an easy money for you.
7836  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Alternatives to Poloniex on: May 23, 2017, 03:36:56 PM

From what I've heard bittrex seems like the only reliable option, but some users are concerned about their site security, because of a hack last year, so I don't know if it is a good option or not. For short time trading the lag is an issue, but if you try to make long term trading then it should be ok to continue using Poloniex.

You're confusing Bittrex with Bitfinex.  Bittrex was not hacked and they know how to properly scale their infrastructure to handle increased loads. They will also be rolling out a new interface from what I hear, but their main priority is meeting demand and security.
At first when I was a newbie I was really got confused between the two exchange and I really thought that they are just the same.Bittrex is a good alternative exchange when you don't like to trade up with poloniex. For now I don't have any trust to make trades on bitfinex since they got being hacked in the past. I lost my trust and confidence on trading the site. C-cex is also a good alternative.
7837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day everyone ! on: May 23, 2017, 12:47:34 PM
People just cant move on on this one. Grin They still remember this legendary pizza day who have been bought for 10k bitcoins. Its really sad for the person who buy that pizza but well theres no time to regret because we don't know the future comes and didn't expect that the price of bitcoin as of now is 2000x fold. I'm curious on where is the pizza boy who do receive the bitcoin.
7838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to start investing in Altcoins on: May 23, 2017, 12:22:29 PM
I want to start investing in Altcoins, but I don't which one to go for, I don't know which one is worth investing in...Any advice?
There are lots of coins which do have potential and mostly are on the top of marketcap but its not always like that because there are still coins on below which do have also potential which we can able to purchase just like on XRP before it give me enormous amount of profits and still growing I think its not to late to jump on the boat on this alt.
7839  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In terms of acceptance of bitcoins... on: May 22, 2017, 04:26:22 PM
in our world today, lots of people have accepted bitcoin and has been using it.
But the majority, still won't accept the concept of bitcoin and its usefulness and still prefer fiat money.
As how closed those other people's minds are right now, how much time do you think it would take for everyone to accept the concept of bitcoins??
Or is it just a childish dream and will never happen??
Bitcoin concept or usefulness is really great but wishing that it would be accepted on every corners of the world would be nearly impossible even we are now witnessing the current acceptance of some countries to bitcoin but in general it would not really be legalized or regulated knowing the fact that bitcoin cant really be controlled by anybody.
7840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am now a multi millionaire because of NEM XEM on: May 22, 2017, 03:23:00 PM
You can withdraw 7k per day on Poloniex with level 2 verification and Coinbase will let you sell 15k per week.  Slow and steady as BTC rises.  I keep both of these pegged and my account balances stay the nearly the same from trading profits and BTC's rise.  ROFL.

Coinbase actually quotes a higher BTC price than Bitfinex.  Go figure.
I would do the same thing if I'm a multi millionaire then theres no other choice but slow and gradually taking out those money you do have on exchanges because once you pass the limit you will really need to verify your identity.I would like to say that congratulations if those alts make you a multimillionaire but I would really be more pleased if you do show some proofs Smiley
