It's not a problem to have a scammer in the DefaultTrust. It's only a problem if someone in DefaultTrust leaves people feedback that is false and MagicalTux hasn't done that. A non-scammer could leave people false feedback too and have to be removed from DefaultTrust. Being in DefaultTrust doesn't mean you're trustworthy, you don't get a higher score or anything.
He's still in DefaultTrust because he's on John K's list. theymos would have to remove John from DefaultTrust in order to remove MagicalTux, John was a global mod and a forum treasurer so maybe theymos doesn't want to remove him.
John could also remove MagicalTux himself but I think John is away from the forums due to health problems.

You're right  . I think maybe you misunderstand what the DefaultTrust list is. If you are on the DefaultTrust, your feedback shows up as confirmed rather than unconfirmed when viewed by someone using the DefaultTrust list. Has MagicalTux abused this in anyway? If not, then why must we remove him? I've only ask you one question : What is the meaning of the word : Trust ? Nothing else . An untrustworthy person/user in the default Trust list is not admittable. |

certe transazioni prendono ore per essere confermate, è troppo, le carte di credito sono piu veloci, o si trova una soluzione oppure i btc non sfonderanno mai
Se credi che le carte di credito ( o meglio le valute fiat) siano "meglio" nessuno ti obbliga a non usarle , i bitcoin lasciali a quelli a cui piace attendere. |

This is such a non story it isn't even funny. This simply happened because he hadn't used his card forever and they deactivated it(Which is good because its easy to reactivate)
This can't happen in Bitcoin, but if you don't use a wallet for a long time and it gets hacked and your coins get lost....then its even worse then what happened here.
