81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it have positive/negative on bitcoin development? on: February 11, 2024, 08:59:03 PM
However, what will be the impact ( positive/ negative) on Bitcoin if the developer of the decentralised cryptocurrency bitcoin is known.
If the developer's identity were made public, I believe there would be a beneficial effect in that there would be a sense of accountability and transparency, and it would even draw in more investors and users. By making the developers' identities public, the community may become more trustworthy because it would enable direct interaction and cooperation with the investors. I think that this has the potential to enhance the bitcoin ecosystem's governance and decision-making procedures.

The drawback would be that the developer might be the target of intimidation or legal issues. This, in my opinion, might lead to unpredictability and instability in the bitcoin ecosystem. In the bitcoin community, disputes and conflicts may arise if the creator becomes well-known.
82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take time to read the terms and conditions of casinos before registering? on: February 11, 2024, 08:23:45 PM
~snip~
Indeed, it would be preferable if gamblers read the terms of service before clicking the "I accept" or "I agree" buttons. However, it is a sad fact that, from what I've read on this forum, gamblers hardly ever read the ToS since they find it boring to read and the lengthy phrases to be uninteresting.  To be honest I am also lazy, because reading those terms of service would merely take up more of my time. I would almost entirely ignore the most significant part of a game when I'm eager to play and place a wager.
However sometimes, though, when I'm new to a casino's online platform or app, I read about the minimum and maximum deposits needed to play.
Usually, all the games I play are recommended by my friends so for me why should I read the whole terms and conditions when I have them who can explain to me directly without any confusion on how to play it.
Even though it is boring, we should not underestimate it because that is where many gamblers run into problems. They don't understand the meaning of the rules and tend to underestimate them, and even though I, like you, am too lazy to read them because the rules are very long, I force myself to try to understand them, especially the important parts. I don't want to experience problems after gambling, so I try to do it. Those who are new to gambling should read the rules because they need to understand what the rules are and also understand the dos and don'ts.

If everyone took the time to understand the rules, the problems that have occurred in the past could be reduced. We can gamble comfortably and withdraw the winnings without any problems. You can ask your friends to recommend the casino and gambling games, but you must check the casino before joining.
Although reading the terms and conditions of the gaming website is always obligatory, reality shows that relatively few individuals do so.
It seems logical that new players would familiarize themselves with the basic rules of a game before entering a casino site, as this would enable them to grasp how each game operates and what methods could work best for them.
And by being aware of the regulations, I believe that beginners are better able to decide how much to wager and when to quit because it is only natural for us to make costly mistakes when we gamble and occasionally misinterpret the game, which can result us in frustration or financial losses.
83  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: February 11, 2024, 08:07:33 PM
The difficult someone faces Whenever they try to stop something actually depends on how much that thing has become a part of them. Every gamblers gambling routine is not the same with others therefore the easy for them to stop it still isn't same.
Besides, stopping gambling is not something most gamblers will do but stopping unhealthy gambling practices is definitely something worth doing.
Alot of gamblers will even be of the opinion that stopping gambling is more like telling them to stop having fun which actually sounds and seems irrational.

Indeed, I believe that this kind of perspective will help us recognize how complicated our gambling habits are and the difficulties some people may have in quitting entirely. Instead, I think it highlights how important it is to support people who struggle with compulsive or destructive gambling behavior and to promote our ethical gambling practices.
And rather than promoting total abstinence, if we concentrate on lessening the detrimental effects of gambling in our lives, treatments can target particular harmful behaviors and still permit people to engage in some level of recreational gaming if they so desire. The negative effects of gambling on gamblers and communities can, in my opinion, be reduced by encouraging responsible gaming practices and offering tools to help people overcome harmful habits.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong Moves With Your Bitcoin on: February 11, 2024, 07:39:31 PM
My experience with bitcoin investing has, I think has shown that it was a bad decision because the price of the cryptocurrency has dropped significantly. When I notice that, I begin to worry about my investment and opt to cash out since I believe it is better to protect any value I may be able to recover. But a few days after I sell my investment, the market becomes more optimistic, and the price of bitcoin begins to increase once again.
As a result of cashing out at a lower price, I believe I made a mistake and missed the chance to profit from the subsequent increase in the price of bitcoin. I believe that if I had hung onto my investment, the price increase would have resulted in large gains. I think that my irrational decision-making was driven by fear or anxiety over temporary losses.
85  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you quit gambling for a friend? on: February 11, 2024, 04:40:32 PM
In my opinion, it would be better if I showed him some concern by telling him that his behavior is unacceptable and that he shouldn't play longer.
For example, I could tell him to take a break, or we could decide as a group of friends to go on a trip, vacation, or even just a picnic as a way to bond rather than go to a casino to gamble.
Personally, I wouldn't give up my gambling hobbies because for me it is part of my recreational activity and it does not affect me. Still, I'm only taking a break so that my friend can focus on something other than gambling or perhaps taking up a new hobby.
86  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you beleive in the concept of "Luck"? on: February 11, 2024, 03:56:45 PM
It's not bad to depend on luck as long as you don't overdo it. It's normal for a gambler to think that they might win while they're playing, right? We know the feeling of winning in gambling, no matter what.

That means there is nothing wrong with other gamblers believing that, although we do not share the same belief about luck, most players in a casino have only one aim, which is to win, and we do not want to lose as much as possible.

We have to believe in luck sometime when we are gambling because that alone is a motivation on us to continue and that we have hope in what we are doing, we have to encourage ourselves sometimes, because if we don't, no one will, gambling goes along with being lucky with the games we are playing, also, what determines the luck we see in gambling lies on how we understand the game and the way we are taking the risk to our own very advantage.
Yes, it does provide us with motivation if we truly have great expectations for something and a goal we wish to achieve. But I believe that we shouldn't always rely on luck when it comes to gambling because it's possible that if we push ourselves to bet and it gives us a way to keep playing, this is probably one of the ways that someone gets addicted to gambling because he kept pushing himself to believe that luck would be on his side and he would be able to win.

I agree that if luck were to be applied to our understanding of how to play the game, it would be to our own personal advantage. I think that when we combine our skills with the strategies we pick up from other players, we can also identify whether or not we are lucky. For example, when playing poker, if you read the game, you can naturally tell what cards your opponent has, which may help you anticipate whether you will win or lose.
Its never been recommendable and not something that reliable i should say on which making yourself that too mindful about being lucky then this would really be giving out those kind of effects on which
this is something that we must avoind as i say. When it comes to gambling then luck would really be always that determining thing on which you cant really be able to assure that you would be winning on next roll.
This is why it would really be always that best that you should really be that just playing gambling for the sake of fun and not for money making because once you do have done this then
this is where desperation would really be kicking in.

Luck factor would really be the main thing that you would really be needing in gambling. This is why it would be better that you should really just that simply make yourself that
enjoy while you do have that chance on winning too but of course on losing such bet which it is really that a part of gambling game in between things.
You should really be having those realizations so that you wont really be that expecting that much.
Indeed, as you pointed out, luck plays a significant role in gambling since, in my opinion, it mostly determines how our wagers turn out. Since gambling outcomes are random and unpredictable, we have no control over whether we win or lose in the game. Even with some gambling activities, luck still plays a key part. While luck can help us win in the short term, I don't think it's a reliable long-term strategy for us players. But I do think that even skilled players can lose if luck isn't on their side.
It should be expected that winning can make us happy, and we should rejoice when that happens because, in the blink of an eye, all of our happy celebrations will end.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Struggle now to invest in Bitcoin for a bright future. on: February 11, 2024, 03:14:15 PM
Many of us know about Bitcoin. But due to a lack of funds, we regret about Bitcoin investment. Many people, particularly those from low-income families, regret when we can't invest in Bitcoin. Though we can't solve this problem, we can struggle to achieve our goal. For our daily needs, we must need money to survive. Sometimes we spend money on unnecessary things. So we can avoid spending unnecessary money because we can survive without it. And we can start investing in Bitcoin with that money. We have to find a solid income source, even if it is small. So we can go ahead with our bitcoin investment. If we struggle now, we may build a bright future. Even students could save some money from their daily spending and invest in Bitcoin.
Yes, this is totally correct. Based on my prior experiences, I don't have enough money to support myself on a daily basis. As a result, I constantly save money and can determine whether the purchases I make will help me financially or not. In the short term, I prioritize needs before wants because I can't afford to buy the things I really want, and I have to look for the cheapest price to save money. However, after learning about bitcoin, I became curious and gave it a try. Fortunately, I am able to say that it has greatly benefited my financial situation and has allowed me to purchase both my needs and wants. Despite my prior knowledge about bitcoin, I continue to manage my finances and save money for the future because we can never predict what's to come. I realize that in order for us to survive in this day and age, we must learn how to be resourceful and make the most of the limited time we have.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the benefits of cryptocurrency to the illiterate people on: February 10, 2024, 01:33:46 PM
What are the benefits of cryptocurrency to the illiterate people?
The term "illiterate" is, in my opinion, unsuitable for the type of question you are posing. Perhaps you are preferring those who are ignorant or uninitiated about cryptocurrency?
First off, since cryptocurrency is new to them, some people might not believe it at first, especially those who do not know about it. However, if they are aware of what it is and how it can impact and transform their lives, perhaps they will be interested in finding out more information about these cryptocurrencies. If there are people eager to tell you how the crypto world is going, I believe it will enable them to sharpen their understanding even more. Perhaps they won't be left behind, given that we are dealing with concepts from the human race, both present and future. I think it takes a while for people to come to terms with the fact that cryptos exist and that we can comprehend them.

90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin become extinct? on: February 05, 2024, 10:32:06 PM
What are the chances of bitcoin going extinct?
For the time being, I believe there is less chance that bitcoin will go extinct because it is already widely known and has a strong, globally distributed network of nodes, as well as miners and users. I think this strengthens its position and makes it difficult for any new cryptocurrency to surpass its level of adoption. As a long-term asset, bitcoin is less likely to become extinct since, in my opinion, it has developed into a widely accepted store of value and the perception of scarcity.
Although it may not completely disappear in our lifetime, we will never be able to predict how bitcoin will fare in the future because people grow tired easily. Therefore, I suppose it really depends on the circumstances facing our future generation.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a generous gamblers on: February 05, 2024, 10:12:57 PM
How about you? Are you generous and if so, why are you generous?
Well, depending on how much money I win, I can be giving at times. In a scenario where I win large, I will be able to give my family to things they enjoy or buy them dinner.  If we win a big sum of money, I think it will motivate us to give more, just like you said, to attract positive karma. Because it can make you understand that the money you gamble with is not misused and that you are helping to provide for your family, I believe it can be a fulfilling experience to share a percentage of your winnings with others. However, we should always use caution when gambling and only use money that we can afford to lose.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This was my highest risk. on: February 05, 2024, 09:59:22 PM
So have you ever taken such a risk on gambe before?
So far, I've only taken on reasonable risks and could risk a reasonable amount of money in order to avoid losing all of my money in my pocket in a situation where I lose. I know from personal experience that when I play a game of chance, luck is not always on my side and that sometimes I go crazy and regret my choices. I feel that if I make a decision quickly, I will likely lose the game. It could be that I'm fortunate to win, even if only temporarily, but when I play, it might be enjoyable at first, especially when I win, but ultimately I become tired of losing during the times when I gamble.
In my opinion, the ability to accept risk in the face of the potential financial loss associated with gambling is really what matters. You are brave enough to demonstrate to us how close you were to making the decision to take the risk, so that's amazing for you.
93  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you make gambling a profession - a full time job on: February 05, 2024, 05:48:14 PM
It's true that it truly depends on the part you have been playing in the gambling industry. Personally, I would much rather work for a company that runs a genuine casino or a gambling website so that we may profit from our effort. Right?
Of course, anyone would choose to work in a casino company because having many members will result in high annual profits and also each employee has a high salary and luxurious facilities, but the dream of working for a casino is very difficult because the team prioritizes offering devoleporous staff jobs to handle updates and improvement of the gambling system. So prepare your skills to apply to become a casino staff and it is recommended that you have the basic coding to apply to become a company casino staff.

Naturally, it is impossible to work if you lack the necessary skills or if it is not your subject of interest. For this reason, when you apply, most often, those with prior work experience are accepted, saving them time and making it simpler to describe the job at a casino. It goes without saying that we should be knowledgeable about the workplace, its operations, and its surroundings. So gaining knowledge about how casinos operate and developing the necessary abilities could let us stand out as candidates in the gaming and entertainment sectors.
especially the gambling industry, which is changing these days, and technology is important. Thus, I believe that having a foundational understanding of coding makes us more flexible and valued employees by enabling us to adjust to changes and developments in the industry.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Management on: February 05, 2024, 05:33:15 PM
I often run out of funds due to gambling that is too blind in terms of placing $$ on every bet I make and ends up losing. I do multi-bets and single-bets, every time I win, sometimes I forget myself and use all my $$ on the next bet. This sometimes gives me big wins, but if I'm unlucky I can lose all my funds and this has happened many times.

I started to realize and change my habits. Now I use $$ from the profits from the previous bet to place the next bet and save my initial capital.

What do you think, is this good and can help me overcome losses that will occur so that $$ remains safe and can be used in future betting? Are there other unique ways that you can use to grow your money in gambling? feel free to comment. Thanks
We all have moments when we feel greedy, not satisfied with what we already have, and wanting more. This is similar to when you make a mistake when betting, but it's good that you realize it, feel motivated to move past it, and break the bad habit.

If your next wagers prove to be profitable, your accumulating gains may result in a sizable return. Since you're basically playing with house money, I believe that using your profits rather than your initial cash helps protect the amount you are gambling with. However, if your bet loses, you will forfeit both your initial investment and any collected profits, which can be a serious loss, in my opinion. Because of the unpredictability of financial markets, depending exclusively on growth could put you at risk for increased volatility.
95  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you make gambling a profession - a full time job on: February 05, 2024, 04:58:09 PM
Yes it is possible for gambling to be a profession but the fact if it is logically right or wrong now depends on what role you play in the gambling space making it your profession. Now it is ok for someone to be a staff at a casino or in other words , it is ok for someone to be a professional full time worker at an organization which offers gambling services. This should not be considered a wrong move as it should be seen like a normal profession even if the person gambles at intervals.

Now when it comes to taking gambling as a full time job probably because you are unemployed and depend solely on it for your income, it should be considered wrong. As such a per will have to gamble too frequently to meet their financial needs which could make them become addicts.
It's true that it truly depends on the part you have been playing in the gambling industry. Personally, I would much rather work for a company that runs a genuine casino or a gambling website so that we may profit from our effort. Right?
On the contrary, it is riskier and would undoubtedly leave us deeply in debt if we gambled full-time while unemployed. Naturally, there is no assurance that gambling will bring in a steady income, and I concur with you that it will eventually cause gambling addiction. Additionally, the effects of this addiction on our mental, emotional, and financial health may be terrible. When we think about it, benefits like retirement plans, health insurance, and a consistent salary are frequently associated with full-time work. We do not receive these advantages from gambling, which makes us subject to unexpected expenses or crises.
96  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investment in gambling on: February 05, 2024, 04:37:43 PM
I'm really having trouble understanding your post, OP. If you could just get right to the point, you wouldn't need to use extraneous words to inform us, and we could then respond to your post with a neutral and objective response.

All in all, I only know that gambling and investing are not the same thing. From my perspective, when we invest, it is simply the process of assigning resources, usually your money, with the hope of eventually earning financial rewards. Of course, making informed decisions and carefully weighing the associated risks are essential when investing. I believe that investing is typically linked to long-term financial planning and the accumulation of assets.
However, gambling entails taking a financial risk on uncertain results in the hopes of obtaining more money. Usually, as gamblers, we have no control over the outside things that affect the outcome of our bets. The only thing, in my opinion, that the two have in common is that they both entail money, which is natural given that humans are prone to taking risks in order to determine whether they truly change what we do in life.
97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another health benefit of online gambling on: February 05, 2024, 03:01:57 PM
but it might be a little unpleasant for gamblers who usually gamble in physical casinos, because the vibe of online gambling is very lacking since they play alone in their room and they can't feel the real casino atmosphere, but if they are thinking about recovery then online casinos is their best place to gamble.
Online gamblers may play by themselves in their rooms, it's true, but I believe there are a variety of factors that combine to make for an interesting and immersive experience with a distinct ambiance. In my opinion, players can have an immersive gaming experience that closely mimics the atmosphere of a physical casino thanks to the significant advancements made by online gambling platforms in recreating the excitement and ambiance of a real casino through the use of realistic sound effects, high-quality graphics, and interactive features. This, of course, includes features that improve the social element of gambling by enabling us as players to engage with the dealer and other players worldwide, such as games with live dealers, chat tools, and virtual reality possibilities. Does this not show how sophisticated and high-tech our world is today?

Also, online casinos offer accessibility and ease that, in my opinion, traditional casinos just can't match. Using different gadgets like PCs or smartphones, we may access our favorite games whenever and wherever we want. With no time limits or outside interruptions, this flexibility, I believe lets the gamblers establish their own cozy spaces where they can concentrate more on their gaming fun and tactics.
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is nothing like it since the past 12 years on: February 05, 2024, 02:17:51 PM
At first, I would want to extend a toast to you, OP, for your amazing accomplishments and the success you have gained from your bitcoin investment. Though I'm curious, how did you obtain the money to invest given your years of financial hardship, unemployment, and self-discipline to save and buy bitcoin? Your story is incredibly inspirational. Have you asked your parents for money or anything like that? Nevertheless, your story demonstrates the value of perseverance and the capacity to grasp chances as they present themselves. For me, persevering in pursuing achievement in the face of difficulty in the real world requires a great deal of guts and determination.

I think it takes serious thought and risk management to invest in bitcoin; it's not an easy choice. It is really amazing how eager you are to take measured chances and how perceptive you are about the potential of bitcoin as a game-changing investment opportunity. Because even though many others were doubtful, you had the vision to see the potential and growth of bitcoin. I think that your story should serve as a reminder to everyone that there is always hope for a brighter future, despite how bad things may currently be.
99  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not everyone deserves to hear of your winning in gambling. on: February 05, 2024, 06:52:41 AM
Every story you tell someone can either be a motivation or something to get them depressed. I have been thinking about this and I'd like to pass this advice to every serious gambler in this platform who has won a substantial amount of money from gambling, not to share their success story about winning to everyone and in every place. You do not know the story of every gambler, and on the face some gamblers may just look alright but in deep down they are in debt, some depressed due to addiction to gambling that is destroying them and has made them plan to quit. Your success story when shared indiscriminately may trigger and motivate this addicted gambler battling to stop to want to keep gambling, having the believe that their time is close. Be careful who and where you talk about your success in gambling, you may just be encouraging an addicted gambler to continue.
As we all have different perspectives, it is true that we should exercise caution when sharing our gambling success stories with those who listen. While some listeners may see it as motivation to keep playing, others may see it negatively due to a bad gambling experience they had. I believe that various individuals may react differently when you share your own gambling stories with them. For example, some people may find your descriptions of gambling inspiring or amusing, while others may feel jealous, disapproving, or even triggered if they have experienced gambling addiction.
Of course, I think that sharing such experiences in a casual conversation may be received differently than doing so in a formal or professional setting.
I think it's also crucial that we keep sensitive or personal information about anyone who could have been engaged in your gambling activities private, especially if they haven't granted their consent. In summary, when we share our gambling success stories with others, we should eventually use careful consideration for their opinions and emotions.
100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours is the best time for a gambler to last while gambling? on: February 04, 2024, 01:23:27 PM
How long a gambler will gamble depends on the individual's desire but it is not right to spend too much time on gambling. The more time you give the more you will lose and slowly become addicted. There is a risk of losing money or valuables in exchange for the possibility of winning. Although most people gamble without any problems some individuals can develop a gambling addiction which can have serious consequences for their health finances and relationships. Better use less time and control yourself also the loss will be less if you set the money limit.
There is no right time to define how long one can spend gambling because it depends on how much money they will use. They can't play gambling for too long if they don't have more allocated funds, especially if they place bets with big money because that can speed up losses and lose all their money faster than expected. And yes, there is a risk of losing money by using more money in gambling, and this is something that many gamblers cannot face, so they will continue to gamble and also deposit more money. The more time they spend and the more money they spend, the more they can lose a lot of money and also have the potential to become addicted to gambling, and when they have a gambling addiction, they will not realize it. That is why we must be able to limit our gambling games so that we do not face unnecessary problems.
It is true, but it doesn't just apply to gamblers who play for extended periods of time; as you mentioned, the longer they play, the more money they lose overall—minus their winnings. However, it's also possible that a gambler's style of betting makes it easy for him to lose money, even though he only plays for a short period of time. Based on my observations of certain gamblers in my town, it seems as though some of them only have limited time for gambling due to other obligations, including work. Therefore, when they gamble, they don't wager on the game if other bettors place small bets because other gamblers want to play and have the chance to win big even if they have a small chance of winning in a short period of time. Of course, they also lose big if they lose the game, and they accept that.
