I do not really like the idea of it preventing or smoothing spikes though since this is indeed the excitement crypto traders like and are excited by.
If the purpose of making Bay was to give traders something to play around with, you would have a point. But that's not what we are here for. Let the other coins play the p&d games. We are building this for mass adoption, and you can't get that with the volatility that crypto is known for. Edit: That said, I believe the peg will give some very interesting opportunities for traders. Good observation, I agree, even Tether goes up and down. People will still trade, maybe even more since there is less chance of loosing their profits in the next dump. It's interesting that's for sure! |

And BTC going up again, we won't go down below 3500$ i presume we can go now to 5000$. This will double price of Cloak easily. It is very hard to stay clear minded these days when we have so much Fud, on every corner someone yells crash, the end is coming etc..So use this post as reminder what is their sole purposes in this game. Prepare yourself for even worse, once when Cloak becomes free. Imagine how many of them will strike after fake reviews, they will find "errors in code", they will attack team day and night..Be ready for this. "Barking dogs seldom bite." When will the normal wallet for this coin be?
None of the tricks described here are helpful.
I tried the latest version of the wallet.
Well, I'm not an expert with the wallets but, I initially had problems with Agama but solved them quite easily by using "Native" mode rather than "Basilisk" mode. Native mode downloads the blockchain like QT wallets do and it's all on your computer not out there online. Make sure your seed is safe than start Agama in "Native" mode and WAIT for it to sync! There will be a progress indicator. If you think the install is hosed, remove the current install and reinstall then do above. Biggest problem I see people having is lack of patience. Takes a while to sync up with nodes and takes a while to sync the blockchain first time in native mode but, worth the wait. |

That is very telling. For all practical purposes, we are at the infancy of a global paradigm shift that will take years to take its course. We are often over-conditioned for instant gratification - we want it here and now. "if it didn't happened; it is not happening" mentality.
We know that what is happening in our industry is very disruptive. There will be push-backs from some political leaders and big bankers. But digital currency is the future of money and no one is in the position to stop that.
It's all just a matter of time. I think that in particular, many investors find the volatile and fast moving nature of Bitcoin to be a lot more exciting than investing in slow moving stock markets. Much in the same way that people get excited when sports teams play, the gambling with one's central nervous system makes everybody want to join in on the excitement of the 'highs', and the 'hope' of a heroic comeback during the lows. As the industry matures, we will see the general volatility of the industry as a whole decrease, and its use case as spendable money further realised. A friend of mine calls it "Crypto Crack" Nuff said I should think... |

that this month should be the market Launch ! or we still wait the main net to be launch ? Nope, this info is already old. With a new roadmap, the market launch is in first Q of 2018 |
