801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Hobby Bikes with Bitcoin on: October 12, 2023, 01:03:39 PM
If that's your dream since childhood, why not just buy a bicycle, why buy bitcoin? because if something happens to you but you haven't bought a bicycle, it will make your soul restless. LOL My question is how much does your dream bike cost?

The choice to buy bitcoins instead of buying a bicycle is a good decision and I think you have studied bitcoins before deciding to invest. The decision you choose will be very visible when Bitcoin hits its next ATH moment and you can choose to buy a bike after that. You are on the right track now and keep maintaining those good wishes until what you want to achieve is realized.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: October 11, 2023, 03:43:00 PM
Ronaldo wants to stay until 2027 in Saudi Arabia and he also wants to finish his career over here. Do you think it is the right choice for him ? I personally think it is as no other club in Europe will give him the chance to actually be active playing at the age of 40 , right ? So I think staying in Saudi to finish his career is the right choice for him. Also , this will give him the chance to actually play another World Cup as he still wants to have at least one final tournament before he fully retires.
If you look at Cristiano Ronaldo's age and deciding to end his career in the Saudi Arabian league might be a good choice, besides he can make a lot of money and he can also have a good impact on football in Saudi Arabia. It is impossible for big clubs in Europe to intend to bring in players who are almost 40 years old because usually European clubs they are looking for players who are much more productive. So deciding to retire in the Saudi Arabian League might be the right choice for Cristiano Ronaldo.

The impact of the enthusiasm for Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival in Saudi Arabia was felt, both in terms of club profits and several other players who followed in his footsteps, so that Cristiano Ronaldo is considered to be one of the most influential players in the league today. So it is certain that the club will keep him for the long term, at least until Cristiano Ronaldo is still an asset that provides benefits for them.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 11, 2023, 02:42:05 PM
The winter is still long, but transfer rumors continue to diverge. This is from Aston Villa, they are eyeing Dani Ceballos in January. Dani Ceballos does not have many minutes to play at Real Madrid, even Aston Villa is ready to pay 30 million euros.
It was an unpleasant season for Dani Ceballos because he didn't get regular playing minutes in the Real Madrid first team so he had to choose another path to keep playing. I read in several online media and Aston Villa are indeed considering bringing in Dani Ceballos in the next transfer market to strengthen their team.

In other news, Barcelona are monitoring Joshua Kimmich. But there seems to be a sizeable settlement clause of 75 million euros. That's what burdens Barcelona because they are not doing well financially. Joshua Kimmich once said that he is an admirer of Xavi Hernandez.
A price that is too high will hinder Barcelona's desire to recruit Joshua Kimmich even though the player is very interested in being coached by Xavi Hernandez. The release clause of 75 million euros is too big for Barcelona now and it is not a viable option if Barcelona tries to force him to buy him. Financial conditions make it impossible for Barcelona to recruit Joshua Kimmich unless they are willing to swap one of their high-paid players for another option to make it easier for them to get his signature, but that also does not benefit Xavi Hernandez's squad.
804  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keeping your gambling habit a secret. on: October 11, 2023, 01:49:16 PM
These factors has made a number of gamblers to keep their gambling habit a secret doing all they could not to let friends and family  know they gamble. And it does seem like they ain't proud of what they're doing.
I understand the social impact in some areas that consider gambling to be a bad act, so that some people try to keep the gambling they do a secret. Technological developments have given some people more freedom to gamble because other people will never know if we don't tell them. So online gambling on available sites may be an alternative nowadays, if one does not want to be known by others when they place bets.

But why continue in what you're not proud of by keeping it secret cause maybe you're worried about what people may say, how their thoughts about your person might change. Or how you might loose ties with someone you hold dear to. And many other reasons that follows
If you are not prepared for all the conditions that occur then it is best not to gamble because gambling activities between us and the bookie have no connection with other people. However, if it is an addiction that costs a lot of money, it will have an impact on the family, especially if the person is married and has to provide material responsibilities for his family. If gambling can ignore one's responsibilities to the family, that is the worst impact for a responsible adult man.
805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not keeping records makes me a bad gambler? on: October 11, 2023, 01:08:33 PM
So Famz, is there any benefits when one keeps record on their losses and wins? Is there any thing to gain when you write down all the money you spent in gambling and also how much you have made so far?
It seems that gamblers will be too lazy to deal with financial records spent on gambling, especially if they have to calculate expenses and income when they are involved in gambling. The most obvious advantage if you record your expenses and income when gambling is only one, namely knowing how much money you have spent and how much money you have earned. Another obvious benefit I didn't find the answer for myself, because I had never done this before.

Not keeping records, does this make me a bad gambler?
I'm a typical person who never takes notes when involved in gambling, so I don't know whether this can make you a bad gambler. If it is the case of gambling that makes us addicted, keeping track of expenses/income or not, it will most likely make us much worse.

Attaining some degree to a specific course it's more like honing your skills. You wouldn't get that diploma without passing an exam, which determine if you are qualify to graduate. Knowing that you passed and graduated when you apply for a jobs, for sure companies would prefer employees that have educational background especially if the position you're taking requires knowledge and skills, that some would be needing years to achieve. Well, in work there's always a training days so you would be familiar on how things work in your job it's like a demo, so they could observe if you're fit to the role. And interviews leave impression to the HR so you'll have to be prepared for random questions.
Some companies may emphasize a diploma as a requirement for applying for a job because they create training courses when new employees are hired and without the required diploma the job is not ours. Companies have their own criteria for accepting new employees and if certain positions are being applied for, there are times when without a diploma we cannot apply. Education is not a place to hone skills because we learn about theory, unless you go to vocational school which focuses more on practice. Education is indeed a place to study, but it may not necessarily provide someone with a decent job.

Apart from diplomas, skills and experience are three things that many companies look for when recruiting new employees. That's why there are many people in the area where I live who don't work at companies because they don't fit the criteria they are looking for. On the other hand, we prefer to build our own business, even though it is small, because we don't need a diploma to develop it.
807  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do I need to Trade My Coin on: October 08, 2023, 04:43:29 PM
Do you have meaningful amount of Cryptocurrency at your disposal or you are thinking of increasing the value of your Coin. Let me first of all say never be in a hurry to multiply or increase your coin. The crypto market is highly volatile and you can lost everything you have.
Greed and not having knowledge about the coins you want to invest in will cause problems because price fluctuations will lead someone to a stage of excessive panic and ultimately make the wrong decision. Bitcoin is much more promising and all you need to do is be calm and not panic when a sharp decline occurs because at a certain time it will find a gradual recovery process.

Cryptocurrency investment is risky so you may need a coach or Mentor and if you cannot afford always read the valuable content posted on BTC and Cryptocurrency in this community as there are many topic that can be useful to your growth and development.
Without risk you will not produce anything in the investment space and what you need to think about is not the risk but how to minimize it. That's why choosing bitcoin is much more rational and even though it has a large level of fluctuation you can apply certain strategies and most importantly the fundamentals contained in bitcoin can bring the price to find a recovery level and ATH will run properly after finding a cycle as usual.
808  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if there is no crypto bull run for next 10 years ? on: October 08, 2023, 03:45:52 PM
What if there is no crypto bull run for next 10 years ? Will you give up all your investments and get out of crypto because of this ? Or do you you have even more broader horizon and can wait longer to see the next bull run ?
For crypto in general, it is possible that in the next ten years there will be no fundamental increase. But when it comes to bitcoin, this is impossible because its journey has a cyclical process that repeats itself every four years. Waiting for a long time is quite a tedious decision and that's why I prefer investing in bitcoin because we can see ATH after the four-year process takes place.

Personally, I am very much positive with bitcoin future but we should also be prepared for all situations. Nothing can be guarantee in present times and we must also be prepared for worst situations.
Don't worry and if you think bitcoin is one of the targets you want to achieve then just focus on how to collect it. Learn about the previous Bitcoin journey process so that you will have complete and complete knowledge of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is indeed one of the best investments in the long term and that strength is what drives many people to want to invest.
809  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: October 08, 2023, 03:00:56 PM
But, of course, the agricultural sector, though not given the proper recognition and the required investment is one sector that contributes seriously to the development and dependence of most nations .
Agriculture is the breadbasket of life for mankind and agriculture is considered very important as a sector that can generate state income if cultivated and managed well. Without agricultural land, the source of basic needs will become one of the targets for imports from outside and if the country is not strong in economic terms, then small communities will experience a big impact on the problems that will occur.

No matter how blessed a country is with oil minerals, if its agricultural sector isn't working and she has to rely on other country for her food and agricultural resources then in event of war or political differences they might suffer.
But you also have to know that nowadays agriculture also needs oil because the land is cultivated using machines. Traditional methods are no longer the case now so oil is also an important part of the agricultural sector. The exchange of one sector for another between countries is a normal thing. If these two sectors are not owned by a particular country then there must be other measures that need to be taken into account, so that the country does not cause big problems regarding these two sectors.

Agriculture vs oil, which is the big deal when it comes to the economic strength of a country?
Of course these two sectors are equally needed so there is no choice but to have both and even if they don't exist then we have to look at the country's concept. What sectors does the country rely on for income because different countries may have different development concepts that are applied through certain sectors.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 08, 2023, 01:17:50 PM
even if Galatasaray is competing at home, the bookies still favor Bayern Munich, which can be acknowledged that this team is very strong after Kane arrival and on the one hand, Tuchel is currently very ambitious about chasing the UCL title and also always has new strategies that are always right used in every UCL match and it is all proven that Bayern Munich is able to become the leader in group A with 2 wins after beating Man United and Copenhagen.

In the upcoming match it looks like Bayern Munich will at least score 3 points away from home and betting on Bayern Munich is slightly profitable.
Bayern Munich was the favorite in this match because they played well in the previous two matches. Tuchel wants full points in every match so that Bayern Munich emerges as group winners and avoid having to face a much more balanced club in the next phase. The key and the strategy that needs to be implemented as optimally as possible is in defense if Tuchel wants to get full points, because Galatasaray also plays very pressingly like when they faced Man United at Old Trafford. The weak defense shown by Man United will be a crucial point for Tuchel because Galatasaray could provide an unexpected surprise if Bayern Munich's defensive position is weak.

The problem of strikers and midfielders is not a problem for Bayern Munich because they have several quality players. Striker Harry Kane also performs very well every match, coupled with the good performances shown by Leroy Sane and Jamal Musala, so the front line is still quite confident of being able to score several goals against Galatasaray.
811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin accumulation at all time high on: October 08, 2023, 12:30:08 PM
They have accumulated 71555 btc in less than 6 weeks. Is this a sign of coming bull run now ?
The possibility of a bull run coming is not determined by the Whales and maybe they understand the condition of bitcoin so they try to collect bitcoins before the halving arrives. Some time ago if I'm not mistaken there was a Whale who tried to sell bitcoin, but it did not show a large accumulation point towards the bull run process. Forget whales or anyone else and if you think bitcoin is one of the best investments, then all you need to do is collect it and you can learn how to do it like other people do.

Halving will show the level of investment achievement that we have made to produce maximum profits and if it is late we will not be able to get anything. So focusing on accumulating purchases is much better than thinking about Whales trying to do anything to make bitcoin soar or decrease, our job is just to think about how to collect as many bitcoins as possible to take advantage of before the halving happens.
812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 07, 2023, 05:19:16 PM
Manchester United are not in good shape in either the Champions League or the Premier League right now. They have lost both of their first two matches in the Champions League. Among the four teams, their position is now number 4. If they can do well in one of the first two matches, then it would be a little easier for them to go to the next round of the Champions League, but from their current position, it is very difficult for them to go to the next round of the Champions League.
Erik ten Hag is proving to be a failure as a manager, and if his failures continue regularly, he may have to step down.
It seems inconsistent in the league actually makes Man United less confident when playing in the Champions League, moreover they have received two successive defeats in the Champions League. Losing against Galatasaray at home can have a big impact because you lose the opportunity to get full points and if you play at your opponent's home ground it will definitely be much more difficult to get full points. Man United must appear consistent in the remaining matches and must achieve a complete victory if they want to qualify for the next phase.

In the Premier League Man United made a pretty good comeback when facing Brentford at home because they won the match in additional minutes through two goals from McTominay. If this moment can continue, the possibility of Man United will appear far more stable in the coming matches and Antony's presence can have a good impact on the current squad.
813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: October 07, 2023, 04:36:18 PM
If we compare the squad depth of all the teams in Group E, then I am sure that Liverpool will not lose a single point in all matches. Liverpool will progress easily to the next phase and I don't see them having any significant difficulties so far.

Apart from several teams that have dropped from the Champions League, I think Liverpool is one of the favorites to win the Europa League title this season. I don't know how convincing it is, but Liverpool have improved a lot this season and that is a great proof for them in all competitions. From me, Liverpool are the favorites in the Europa League this season, that's enough.
The opponents faced by Liverpool are quite light in the group phase so that it makes them very easy to escape the next round, Liverpool's appearance is also fairly stable this season and they appear quite convincing in the league. I also think the same as you that Liverpool will win all matches in the group phase, from several teams that joined the E group only Liverpool the only one who has a far more competent player compared to other teams. So it's quite easy for Liverpool to come out as group champions because they have much easier opponents.

For prospective champions, I think it is still quite difficult for us to predict because the Europa League always gives a surprise like last season because what came out as champions was an unseed team. Moreover some teams that failed to advance to the next round in the Champions League will play in the European League so that Liverpool competition is getting heavier.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 07, 2023, 04:18:34 PM
Besides being caused by FFP Barcelona is also experiencing financial problems so it will make it difficult for them to recruit new players in the next winter. The transfer market yesterday Barcelona only recruited players free of transfer because of the financial condition that was quite problematic.

I remember barcelona had been linked to the oriol but this guy is not a long term solution for the problem faced by barcelona. barcelona will be also stopping to use financial lever as it's not possible anymore to sell more stakes.
Barcelona must have sold a lot of players to get the funds in dealing with FFP. This club is not always in good financial condition. I rarely saw barcelona got profit from the football business.

This club is always facing more and more losses. Im waiting for the name who will be targeted by barcelona but barcelona needs to sell some players first.
To buy quality players, it certainly has an expensive transfer value and their salaries are also quite high. I am sure Barcelona will not be able to buy players like that now and Xavi is still quite confident with the players he has today, the squad owned by Xavi is currently quite good and they also appear consistent in the league or in Champions. Selling some important players to make Barcelona's finances more stable can actually endanger the squad.

Barcelona is facing a problem that is quite difficult right now and they cannot focus on buying expensive players this season. If Xavi intends to release a number of players then I think it is not a solution and they have done that in the past season but their finances are still not stable until now.
815  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you deal with financial stress? on: October 07, 2023, 03:32:04 PM
Good point on this one. No matter how flashy our CV is, especially with our background in education, if the skills we have don't fit the required skills that the company and role are seeking then it will still not be enough for us to get hired. Skills are essential in finding work or even just starting our own career journey to be professionals. Having various skills gives such an advantage especially since competition is everywhere.
In developing countries, some companies may ask for a diploma to apply for a job and the higher the education we have, the more likely we are to get a good job. This is different from developed countries, they are more likely to look at individual skills before accepting a job. However, skills and abilities are important to make it easier for us to find work, even though the work is not in an office where we have to stay at regular working like hours.

but honestly having degree is just as important as having skills, otherwise you won't even get noticed by the HR.
its just how it is, there's reason why everyone is getting degree, not because its just fancy certificate to have, but because HR in company selects based on latest education.
and to show some skills are done after the you got accepted into the company, getting accepted is the difficult thing.
though its different in IT field where usually you gonna have job interview first hand that test out your technical skills.
If you work in an office, it may be true that skills and degrees are equally important, but if you work in the IT field, perhaps skills are the main thing you look at. Differences in needs are adjusted and if the target is to work in an office, a degree/diploma is very necessary as a requirement. But nowadays there are many jobs that require skills even though our education is not high.

Another week for Tottenham Hotspur to play out another game against Luton who are some how still getting use to the EPL and is going to be another free win for the visitors (Tottenham) that's to their fans and some online stakers but I don't see Tottenham Hotspur winning this game.
Luton might be poor in their performance but I think they're going to take this game like is their last game in the EPL and they don't mind spoiling that unbeaten strict for Spurs today but I can just tip today's encounter between the newly promoted side against Spurs as a draw.
This should be an easy victory for Tottenham and they can score more than two goals, but Luton's defense which performed very well succeeded in making Tottenham unable to score until the first half ended. Bissouma got a red card in the additional minutes of the first half so that the match changed a little, despite playing with ten people but Tottenham managed to score one goal through Micky Van and they were also able to dominate the match until it ended.

This victory makes Tottenham ranked first for a while because they play faster for the eighth week. Other big matches will also bring together Man City with Arsenal. If the match ended in a draw, the first position would belong to Tottenham for this week and if Man City lost points or lost to Arsenal, then the goal difference would place Tottenham in first place.

Kylian Mbappé's career is mentioned a lot. Will his talent be wasted at PSG? he stays with PSG until the end of the season. Everyone has seen Mbappé's talent, and it is no exaggeration to say he is being wasted at PSG. Since the beginning of this 2023/24 season, as usual, Mbappé has always carried the burden on PSG's shoulders. The entire PSG squad is almost just waiting for Mbappé to meet the requirements.
Now is the time for Mbappé to seriously think about leaving PSG to find a place to help him realize his Champions League dream. If he continues at PSG, his career will be similar to Neymar's.
Kylian Mbappé could not do much in the previous transfer market even though he said he wanted to play at Real Madrid. Next season Kylian Mbappé's contract will end, but whether Real Madrid is still enough to consider buying it because I'm sure the selling value of Kylian Mbappé is still quite high and PSG has played Real Madrid twice when they intend to recruit him. If Kylian Mbappé wants to get an individual achievement in his career then I think he must leave PSG and Club that suits him is Real Madrid.

It's quite interesting to wait for the future of Kylian Mbappé when the contract is over or it could be Real Madrid will offer a high price in the transfer market this winter. If PSG does not want to get a loss when Kylian Mbappé is free transfer then they should let go when there is a big offer that comes for him during the upcoming transfer window.

After an exciting champions league run on Wednesday, I did forget that there is an Europa League, not until I stepped out of my house to get stuffs in a grocery shop that I watched how Liverpool was able to win their match.
Well, I felt disappointed that Liverpool is playing Europa League because Liverpool is obviously a champions league club. Assuming they got the slot of Manchester United, it is obvious that they would have done better than Manchester United is doing currently.

It seems that the poll in OP has ended, but I think Liverpool will win the Europa League.
I also watched the Liverpool vs St. match. Gilloise, but what I see is that Liverpool did not appear pressing as usual in the English League, even though the opponents they faced could be said to be quite easy but I saw many opportunities that could not be completed perfectly by the attacker. Darwin Nunez got a good chance in front of the goal and his position was free enough to score a goal, but instead the ball widened to the goal because Darwin Nunez was unable to maximize well. In the second half of Jurgen Klopp tried to rotate the players and replace Darwin Nunez, Salah and Endo but the match did not Far change like the first round.

St. Gilloise's defense was quite solid in this fight and succeeded in making Liverpool attackers unable to score a lot of goals, plus the neat goalkeeper Moris who several times successfully made a good rescue. Liverpool are ranked first at this time because they managed to package two wins and I am sure they will come out as group champions.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 06, 2023, 02:03:39 PM
After the defeat in the Champions League, this was a major blow for Arsenal, the team nicknamed the Gunners had not been defeated in several weeks, the team led by Mikel Arteta did not drag on or mourn the defeat for a long time, another match was waiting, and the schedule was so busy that players need to maintain extra stamina, there are several injured players in the Champions League, this will make Arteta worry about the next match against Manchester City, Arteta has to change tactics in the match scheme later, which player is suitable for the match later, only Arteta can know the potential of each player, playing and being supported at home creates enthusiastic motivation in chasing numbers in the Premier League standings.
Surprisingly Arsenal had to accept the defeat of a team that was far below their quality even though statistically Arsenal dominated the match, but the final settlement was not good for Arsenal in the match. Lens appeared inconsistencies in the domestic league while Arsenal still appeared quite good, but playing at home to the opponent made it difficult for Arsenal to break into the opponent's goal. The injury of some players makes conditions worse because they have a fairly crowded match schedule this season, so Arteta must be good at rotating if you don't want to get the next defeat.

Arsenal's eighth week will face the top of the standings and they will play in front of their own supporters. Facing Man City is not an easy thing even though Arsenal are currently unbeaten and I think the match will end in a draw because Arsenal will try to tackle Man City to get full points. So in my opinion the opportunity to end in a draw is still quite worth considering if you want to bet.
820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 06, 2023, 01:11:11 PM
Comparing Arsenal to Manchester United is totally out of the picture, because there's alot of things to comprehend when focusing on similarity. Manchester United have zero points in UEFA Champions League this season, two games and two defeats for the Red Devils, absolutely poor results from them. Erik Ten Hag would pushed better for more positive results in the coming UCL games if he wants to qualify for the next round of the competition. Though UCL football is really challenging for Manchester United, perhaps they can bounce back if they wake up from their slumber.
Looks like we have to see this pretty realistic and both are England representatives who in the second match in the Champions League suffered defeat. Man United lost two good chances to get points competed and at this time they did not have any points, while Arsenal only collected three points and lost in the second match in the Champions League. If Man United wants to qualify for the next round then in some of the remaining matches they have to secure full victory and are very difficult if Erik Ten Hak do not have a special strategy and some injured players cannot be played.

Man United still has a chance to qualify for the next round, but I doubt if they are still playing bad like in the previous two matches, while Arsenal might be far more likely because they have gotten three points in the first match. I just tried to compare the mentality of the two teams when playing in the Champions League and both of them did not look convincing at all.
