All your coins must Mature first, before they are available to send or stake.4- Update from Huck: "Dear Kore Community.... a quick update... there was a minor issue with the wallet when Bittrex attempted to run it. In a nutshell the way that they wanted to run it was different than the way that we run ours naturally. It has been nice discovering and understanding how Bittrex does things. Issue has been resolved and Bittrex was able to start the wallet. This now leads them into the integration testing portion of this transition. We will hear from them again soon on their progress. so may need another day or two to determine if the fix works.
I waited as long as I could to see if we could get more blocks to go by but we did not.
This is a perfect example of "How Coding & Testing works"... not something easily to put a time frame on.
If this new build tests out fine we then submit to Bittrex and they do their review and integrations and testing on their end.
We do not know how long Bittrex will take after we hand them the source nor when that will be nor if it will pass
their integration and testing though we expect it to. Like the first situation,....
They managed their dir differently so we naturally complied. Nobody was right nor wrong in the first one.
Just different ways is all. Bittrex knows what this means to them and us and so far they have been Awesome! so Hats off to them.
One thing for sure, I don't ever want to see the Community go through this again.
I'd hate to pull the plug on this Swap and revisit it in 30 days "If Bittrex could fit us in their schedule".
They have been awesome with us and appreciate it.
Shame is my poor decision of trusting a new change we implemented that was actually for the Communities benefit.
We also had some serious circumstances arise I might get into a bit once we get this wallet out.

Your old password will work. .....go to your hidden files and folders to the KoreCoin folder, copy the wallet.dat file, go to the new Kore folder for the new wallet that is labeled Kore, paste the wallet.dat file in that folder. Start up your new Kore Wallet, wait for it to have connections and test your password. 4- Will KORE put out videos to help with this transition? Yes and we do hope we will have enough time while testing with Bittrex so it will be the real thing. 5- How do I setup Masternodes? The concept is from DASH but we will provide a guide at the release. We hope to have a video too but this may be in the few hours after the release due to time constraints. 6- How many coins are required for a Masternode? The amount of coins will be announced at the release of the new wallet to the public. 7- Can I run a Masternode from one location or do I need a VPS? Masternodes can run from one location but must have different IPs/VPN on one and both are accessible to the Internet 24/7. 8- Will KORE experience a disaster during the Swap like we have seen with some coins taking days and weeks? Guy probably just wants a quiet weekend  Reason I said Saturday is we have a Public Marketing event extending into this weekend. Either way that event will continue to be a valuable aid in getting KORE Projects recognized. We would like for the Wallet release to coincide with that event. The event does extend into Sunday so,... Sunday would be the "worst, worst case" for the wallet release to coincide with that marketing event. BITCOIN is falling and the swap is not done yet, we loosing out, the price ain't moving like we are use to...  It is called low volume during a Swap and the price is starting to recover and you post this? IF the heat is too hot,... Get out of the Kitchen. MikeMike Agree MikeMike. Klay CEO I don't see what we are missing out on tbh. Low volume was expected during the swap. All I see is a sea of red on coinmarketcap so not much to miss out on there james. Anyways I'm in Kore for the long run so no worries here..if it drops my btc is ready to scoop some more up  We are doing everything we can to make this happen. Personally a worst case scenario if we get it done by Saturday would even be awesome since something we planned for marketing could be finalized by, and kicks off around the weekend. If by some chance we need to revisit the Swap in a month hang in there. The Marketing will still be carried out and this Marketing is not some one time P&D like Dennis Rodman that only hurts the reputation of the Coin/Projects. MikeMike |

Oh ok it's the same one as before, I was under the impression that a complete re-brand would take place with new site, logo, roadmap etc. That would attract new investors and help to keep the price stable IMO, getting bittrex to implement the wallet update is obviously a critical step but I'm thinking we need some high profile marketing campaign to kick off the re brand. FYI- For Community: People have asked if it is OK to trade KORE on Bittrex while we are all working on the Swap. Richie from Bittrex replied saying it is OK to trade KORE and that only transfers/moving kore in and out of Bittrex is disabled which is a very good thing! As the Community has been well informed,...IF you send KORECoin to another wallet now you will lose your coins. I posted this a few times but not sure if people saw it. The real news in the last 2 days: Mass delisting at Bittrex has started (5 listings at a time, it would appear). Mass locking out of non-verified Bittrex accounts also happened all at once in the last 3 days. Once these accounts are one-by-one verified and re-activated, frightened people will retreat to quality listings only. Quality = Unique token use case that would help average citizens.
KORE, unlike 70% of Bittrex offerings that are arguably in imminent danger of Howey Test failure, is not a security. KORE, in my opinion, is the First Amendment for 2017+ digital communication. Apparently, Bittrex agrees.
KORE is not on the Bittrex delisting list, as Julian's attention to the KORE wallet concurrent with the above 2 enormous Bittrex events would indicate.
Julian thanked the KORE development team (see MikeMike's recent screen shot). When was the last time Julian thanked a development team, or anyone else, for anything? Julian / Bittrex have zero time or tolerance for any tokens other than those with unique functionality, tight code, and professional developers.
Yes, you can't wait for the Wallet, which will function in ways no other wallet does. But this weeks victory is KORE achieving lifeboat status Bittrex, not to mention credible advancements to a top 5 most immediately useful blockchain product. My opinion only.
alright then I guest iam gonna be kore holder from now on, I bought kore at 172907 sats I don't know what I was thinking, but the developer is still active so there is a good chance that I can break even or even make profit from that, best of luck for everyone -amktt If you bought at 172K you can hedge that position right now. If you bought 1 Bitcoin that would be 578 coins at .00172907 and also might be enough for a masternode which will hedge you out later too. So right now at .00105755 another bitcoin would put you at 946 plus 578 = 1542 coins and a new position at .0013. You can always wait to hedge later too since you are going long now, unless things go viral, and then you will wish you hedged a quarter of what it would have taken at least. Im going to agree with Nick here. Remember that all time highs are really "the highest price for now". Kore has ~2M coins outstanding. Thats a super low count now with industry standard privacy and masternodes. Price will climb. I've been holding kore for a few years now and im still holding so I believe what i am typing. :-) thank you so much for your support guys I don't have that much bitcoin to put into KORE, I just gonna wait till the price climbing. I just don't like how one trade can make the price go down 20% I was hoping to break even when the price start to climbing but that day was not the day for me. how much do you holding mr john ? The KORE market is thinly traded because most dont know how to pull the trading window up during this phase of the wallet shutdown by adding =BTC-KORE in their browser while in another coin. A thinly traded market is the worst for price. "One Trade"? A few major dumps of coins brought the price down during the time most alts had decreased in price due to the typical BTC price up ='s alt prices down. The responsibility and decision to leave them there is entirely up to you. 3- What do I need to do to have the new wallet show my coins in it? Pay attention to the public release of the wallet, download it ASAP, Start it up, shut it down,..... NOTE: Only create a new password for the new wallet IF you do not have an old korecoin wallet. Your old password will work. .....go to your hidden files and folders to the KoreCoin folder, copy the wallet.dat file, go to the new Kore folder for the new wallet that is labeled Kore, paste the wallet.dat file in that folder. Start up your new Kore Wallet, wait for it to have connections and test your password. 4- Will KORE put out videos to help with this transition? Yes and we do hope we will have enough time while testing with Bittrex so it will be the real thing. 5- How do I setup Masternodes? The concept is from DASH but we will provide a guide at the release. We hope to have a video too but this may be in the few hours after the release due to time constraints. 6- How many coins are required for a Masternode? The amount of coins will be announced at the release of the new wallet to the public. 7- Can I run a Masternode from one location or do I need a VPS? Masternodes can run from one location but must have different IPs/VPN on one and both are accessible to the Internet 24/7. 8- Will KORE experience a disaster during the Swap like we have seen with some coins taking days and weeks? The KORE Team have done all we could (under the circumstances) to make this Swap a smooth one and so will Bittrex. IF for some unforeseen reason the new wallet swap does not perform as designed Bittrex has backups, The Team will make themselves fully available during the testing with Bittrex and we do expect to have any issues that may arise remedied in an Emergency ASAP fashion. 9- Where should I post to suggest changes or additions to this most important post? First, Bittrex Must complete an Intensive Code Review to protect their exchange and YOUR BTC and KORE/their clients assets. Then they must load the Wallet, do intensive Testing and integrate it into their exchange. 11- When should I stop sending coins anywhere? One hour before the snapshot is taken which is at the stop of the Timer. 12- What if I send coins after the one hour deadline and they get lost? Neither KORE Team nor Bittrex can be held responsible for lost coins. We can only try to help you recover them is all.... You bear full responsibility. 13- Why will I have a 0 "available balance" and I cant send coins in the new wallet? All your coins must Mature first, before they are available to send or stake. 14- Can I trade Korecoins on Bittrex while waiting for the Swap to complete and will all transactions be there after the swap is completed? Swap going on & Bittrex wallet under maintenance. Swap will take a couple days(this coming from bittrex and out of devs control).
Any coins in local wallet are fine as your old wallet.dat will drop right into new wallet appdata folder upon new wallet release.
Note: I am in no way associated with kore team but have the ability to read and know that mikemike will take care of everyone.

I admit my patience is tried at times between all the shills, manipulators, those spamming for other coins etc. We/I still need to be careful to not 'lose it" but I am all for Due Diligence/Reading and researching info, links and posts. An educated KORE Holder is our best Investor! What I have recently come to realize is there are Telegram and other channels many people go to get involved in trading and learning about Crypto Currencies and Investing in them that have never been to nor heard of, nor understand the purpose of an OP Page/Operations Page. Let alone the sheer lack of attention span/illiteracy/critical thinking abilities the MSM/entertainment has caused in the populous. Then there are pros in all facets of business who have no idea what it takes to pull off what the KORE Team is doing in part organically and by our own grit. We all, including myself need to learn, make advancements and changes to "do it right" as we possibly can and under some most interesting circumstances. We are putting out what a combined 2-5 ICO's are all in one KORE Project here with KORE and am sure a few of those ICOs net worth they pulled in/scammed at times from people is over 100 million USD. This is why I know the True Intrinsic Value of the KORE Projects combined with the KORE Team is possibly a few thousand times undervalued. MikeMike |

The KORE Team will be working closely with Bittrex to perform the Swap that we were informed will take a few days which includes testing and only after Bittrex and the Team decide it is ready for the Public will it be released to the public with updated links to the GIT and wallet downloads. I have been informed you may still trade KORE on Bittrex. All Deposits and Withdrawals are frozen. Again,... DO NOT send any coins till you have the new wallet installed. We will inform the Community when it will be available. A Swap is a lengthy process. This is my first one and I too am learning much. I have been informed 20 minutes ago it is a lengthy process and to expect a 12-16 hour wait for completion, but would rather post a realistic time frame. Your patience during this most important time in KORE History is appreciated! MikeMike Thanks Mike! While we are all excited and want the new wallet NOW... please take all the time you need. No one will remember waiting an extra hour or so, but they WILL remember if something goes wrong with the wallet or their coins!
