alt coins are what they are.. no one but GPU miners are butt hurt over all these fly by night coins. Mining is too easy to be anything but a commodity as far as profit margins anymore (razor thin)
switch over to providing a service that takes crypto.. wait that takes work not just running a miner.. lulz

how to get coins?
If you had at least 1 coin at ypool, just go on to the site, and set auto payout threshold at 1. there is no logo maxcoin! I have the 2.85 maxcoin! probably the maxcoin pool is down for maintenance. ypool is well established, they won't steal your 2.85 maxcoins ;-) Just go to http://ypool.net/max/stats_personal - the external links have been removed, but the pages are still there  Yeah, good advice except for one problem. If you go to the automatic payout area it says: When this amout is reached, your coins will automatically get transfered to your payment-address. Minimal amount is 1. Automatic payout is every 2-30 minutes. So if your balance is just below 1.0, you're fucked. What you have to do is go to Social on the left and contact them with a PM requesting payout. |

Right now the difficulty is as high as it has ever been, around 36,000. So the coins are just trickling out in fractions where just this morning it was a steady stream.
I use a pool with 7 GPUs (7970's) and 16 quad core processors, just over 2.45 GH/s. I am now getting only about 3 to 4 coins an hour.

for me 2x 290 give 900Mhs in cgminer
and only 480Mhz in Opnelcl miner, 2x instance all the same
I have only 200Mh/s with one 290. How did you set your cards? make sure that your original maxcoind wallet is not mining. Go to config and make sure under mining it is set to =0 |

Another reason why your total shares may remain the same is due to the ever increasing difficulty which is now up over 6500

Someone had suggested to me to start up 2 separate clients to get GPU usage up. It was at 82%. Doing the 2 clients did bump GPU usage to 94%. Even though they both saying they're doing some ridiculous amount khps... I'm still submitting the same # of shares as I did with just 1 client going.
my full share value per block went up 30% at that time. It may not hold and then again it may be hard to confirm without identical rigs as a control. But I did also notice an increase of 125 watts on my KillAWatt. So more power is being used for sure. |

i'm running arOpenCLMAX through commandprompt (arOpenCLMAX.exe -o http://ypool.net -u XXX.X -p X) and it works fine with a kHash/s of 149188 but i do notice that my GPU core (R9 280X) is running on 74% .. is there a way to get this miner to use the GPU core 100% so the hashrate goes up a bit ? thanks in advance and thanks for providing this miner.. qwizzie Run another instance of do something like -d 0,0 run another instance with another worker and got it to 93% .. perfect.. thanks WOW! I had a similar problem initially because I had the original wallet running from cmd and it was still set to generate coins.  I have cgminer working on http://max.1gh.com/ now and the coins are flowing into my wallet even although the webpage keeps going down. Yeah, that's usually the way it is. The front end get DDOS'd and the back end still runs. IF, IF you can get it to connect! lol May I ask if you know how if compares to the hashrates from ypool? |

Guys, I just saw that http://max.1gh.com/ now has a cgminer for mining there. However, things are pretty good at ypool right now. If anyone ventures over there and tries it out please let us know how it compares. thanks |

Is anyone getting coins out of ypool?
My auto threshold is 5, but confirmed is at 14 at the moment with no sign of a transfer.
Yeah, I sent them a PM and about 20 minutes later I received about 73 MAX. There auto payout is not working if you ask me. |
