821  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: March 02, 2016, 12:16:42 AM
When OP created this thread the price of 1BTC was much more different than know and it was easier at that time to earn comparing nowdays which is much harder because the price is almost doubled but to earn 1BTC a year is not hard if you have a plan or a strategy offering any service like programming or coding or design as a freelancer.
822  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Iphone 6 plus 16gb & Lg g3 verizon on: March 02, 2016, 12:13:29 AM
Yes all Iphones can be used in all country's, the only problem would be the charger.
That is the only thing that is totally different in The Usa, but a charger you can easily buy.
Good deal but how do I know you are not gonna scam me if I buy the phone?
Because I think you want the buyer to pay upfront ye?

We are talking for the LG G3 not for the iPhone, i know that there are many different types of chargers that is the smallest problem i think, also he mentioned that he accepts escrow, and if i choose to deal i would go with escrow.
823  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC going up for 500$ again ? ::) on: March 02, 2016, 12:07:33 AM
I think the price will stay around $440 for a few months. Then it will go to $500 and stay there for some time.
I doubt that it will stay the same price for few months, bitcoin normally will move, or will go up or will go down after few months. Halving is near so expect a slight increase on the chart.
824  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Iphone 6 plus 16gb & Lg g3 verizon on: March 02, 2016, 12:02:25 AM
Ok phone is charging right now will take pic with date and name as soon as it's charged up. I'm shipping from USA. Az to be more precise. Bad esn means phone will not be able to hook up to original network due to phone being lost stolen or unpaid bill. iPhone is due to unpaid bill. Lg G3 is clean and ready to be hooked up to Verizon. As far as other networks on the lg G3 I don't know if it will be able to hook it up to another network.

Alright, do you know if it this LG G3 is unlocked and if it can be used in EU (GSM network).
Also can you please include a screenshot of the available Networks (by clicking Network mode on the third screenshot below)
http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/media/1404562761-large.png (ignore last screenshot on the pic)

Not sure what your asking but took pic with iPhone.

I'm pretty sure it's setup for overseas use. Let me know either way if you'r 100% on it. Wouldn't want to send somewhere to find out it don't work.  Thanks.

I'm asking about the network because Verzion uses CDMA while AT&T uses GSM same as most (probably all) European countries.
From the last pic can you click on "Select System" and see if it is available to chose the GSM network.
The pics seems good, but on the second pic is the phone cracked near the microphone?
825  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-01-10] KeepKey review: the Cadillac of hardware wallets on: March 01, 2016, 11:40:45 PM
Potential buyers need to be aware that KeepKey does not allow for passphrase encrypted seeds as Trezor does. Theoretically a dedicated thief could extract the seed which is saved in plain text on the KeepKey. Same for the Trezor but you add a passphrase to defeat the thief.

KeepKey seems to cost a lot at least for me, but i want to know about ledger, As far as i know ledger also stores the 24-word seed in their "usb chip", it if is lost will the thief still get the seed unencryped as plain text?

827  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy now or be sorry! on: March 01, 2016, 11:34:38 PM
The price of Bitcoin goes up over time.  The current situation is placing severe downward force on the price of bitcoin yet the price is not decreasing.  What we have here is effectively a giant spring storing energy against that pressure.  Once the attack stops and the mempool clears, that energy will be released and the price takeoff like a rocket TO THE MOON!

BUY BUY BUY

Some people that i know are saving money to collect as much as possible bitcoin, halving is near and the price can be pumped at anytime and yeah you are right, buy now before it's late.
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin search volume on Google on: March 01, 2016, 11:31:36 PM
Checking Google Trends for search trends for the term 'Bitcoin' produced this result:

Isn't it strange that most of the general public's interest in Bitcoin seems to have waned, despite the fact that we are bombarded everyday with news about more and more companies and institutions showing interest in it?

People have lost interest due to the bad reputation made by many people, but we i predict that in the near future the number of searches for bitcoin will be doubled and probably before, during and after the halving.

Be ready!

We are ready, and i expect that the bitcoin price will be much higher comparing with the actual price, i have a feeling that the bitcoin price will be increased before the halving period.
831  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Iphone 6 plus 16gb & Lg g3 verizon on: March 01, 2016, 10:44:54 PM
Looking to sell iPhone 6 plus 16gb its on Verizon, I think it has a bad ESN. Its showing up as clean when i look it up tho. also  unlocked for overseas use. In Great condition no scratches or anything. Asking $375.

Lg g3 for verizon clean esn and i think its good for overseas also. asking $85 also in great condition.

Im haven't traded on here before so middle man req.

Thanks for looking pics coming in a few

I'm interested in the LG G3, but first i want to be sure where are you shipping from to calculate the shipping rate, secondly i would like to see its condition so a few pic with your username and current date is required.
P.S as you mentioned ESN, what does bad ESN mean?

834  Economy / Speculation / Re: Which percentage to use for ping pong trading? on: March 01, 2016, 08:30:27 AM
By ping pong trading I mean put a buy order, then inmediately put a sell order a certain % higher when the buy order fills. Then the sell order fills and put a buy order a certain % lower etc... ping-pong.

I tend to use about a 2-5% percentage. Do you use this technique? Which percentage do you use?

My first thing is that i don't want to get loss instead of profit so i try minimum 0.5% then as much as i can up to 5% sometimes.

837  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: CPU Mining Profit Estimation on: February 25, 2016, 09:14:52 PM
Hey miners,
I've been recently interested in using the local education center for Bitcoin mining, in case the profit is considerable enough, and knowing the server will be available for mining 5 days a week, and 8 hours a day.
I would like to speculate the profit it would generate in case I CPU-mined, and if there would be any Hardware related heating problems in case of over-running the server?
PS: Power cost will not be considered so it's basically a free power consumption
Here are the server details:
CPU: Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2620 (12 CPU's)
16384 MB RAM
Hardware details: i.imgur.com/TfQSJkj.jpg

Few years before don't know in which year was cointellect alive i mined 'DOGE' with my laptop cpu, and i was able to earn less than 20 cent per day. But now it does not even worth trying.

Look at the coin volume on YoBit.... The Dev clearly dumped !

I'm removing now the avatar, this is not good for us, many people were involved in this scam, I hope he will pay us when he comes online.
839  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do I find bitcoin accepted ebay sellers? on: February 25, 2016, 09:08:18 PM
I would not risk making any order in ebay through bitcoin, you have to check if it is allowed, but i don't think that it is allowed and you can loose because you can't get back the bitcoins once sent.
840  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk - COMPLETE AVATAR Campaigns [17-February-2016] on: February 24, 2016, 06:30:58 PM
I think Crypto-Games.net has updated the pay rate for their signature campaign

Full Member: 0.0007 BTC per post
Senior Member: 0.001 BTC per post
Hero Member: 0.0012 BTC per post
Legendary Member: 0.0014 BTC per post

This is the overview for avatar campaigns not for signature campaigns, post it there : bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953

Yeah I know, but there is Crypto-Games.net sig campaign in the list so I thought I should tell it because the payrate in the list is outdated.
If i were OP i would not include signature campaign rate because they change to often, but it is listed both signature and avatar campaign because you have to be enrolled in both to participate there. Ok.
