821  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: So confused on: April 11, 2015, 07:53:54 AM
If you really want to take it safe just ask the IRS that you are going to buy some bitcoin and they will probably tell what you need to do before buying them. But there isn't any risk if you buy a small amount like 1-2 bitcoins. Good luck !
822  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: April 11, 2015, 07:50:39 AM
As much as you can buy and willing to get, 20 years from now are a long time bitcoin will probably not exist until then but if it does then it will be really valuable in 20 years
823  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How long will this transaction takes? on: April 11, 2015, 07:45:15 AM
it would probably take around 3-4 days if not the bitcoin will most likely come back to your address which you sent the bitcoin from.
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to move a wallet from blockchain.info? on: April 11, 2015, 07:43:01 AM
Try electrum  it doesn't require you to download the whole blockchain to spend the bitcoin. JUst get the public key from blockchain.info and import it on the electrum wallet.
825  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paypal wants to accept BTC now?? on: April 11, 2015, 07:41:10 AM
its like fire and ice....if paypal starts accepting btc then either btc will destroyed or paypal will collaps
Neither will happen IMO , both will coexist. Bitcoin can't be destroyed its decentralized, none controls it if paypal was intending to destroy Bitcoin they would just acquire it and then destroy it. But wait its decentralized so they can't really do that.
826  Other / MultiBit / Re: transaction question-Please can you help with your knowledge on: April 11, 2015, 07:33:24 AM
Shouldn't be a problem to sent 3 btc since you have 3.88 btc in your wallet.
827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who's To Blame In Bitcoin Foundation's Unrest on: April 11, 2015, 07:30:18 AM
The bitcoin foundation is pointless IMO. They bitcoin users themselves should vote and decide major decisions, crowdfund  bitcoin for the developers that work on the bitcoin core. Foundations will always be corrupt since they are run by a handful of people. The whole bitcoin community should be the foundation that makes the decissions.
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is just to complicated for the average person to use.. on: April 11, 2015, 07:26:41 AM
1980: No one will ever have a personal computer it is to complicated to use and serves no purpose.

1990: No one will ever use the internet it's to complicated to use and serves no purpose have you heard of a video recorder.

That's true computers were thought to be too complicated to be used until companies  like Apple and Microsoft focused more on the user expierience and made computers what they are today. We need companies like Apple and Microsoft that focus on the user experience to make bitcoin usage easier for the average Joe.
829  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: April 11, 2015, 07:22:57 AM
Don't waste your time in faucets they are useless and you probably will spend more than 15 hours to even receive minimum wage. Try to join a signature campaign .
830  Economy / Economics / Re: Greek officials have previously pointed to Russia as a possible alternative sour on: April 11, 2015, 07:20:10 AM
China will play an important role as well, since the Chinese are really interested in the Piraeus port. Russian and China will probably help Greece for exchanges like the Piraeus port etc.
831  Economy / Economics / Re: I need bitcoin to be $690 to break even.....will I make it? on: April 11, 2015, 07:17:15 AM
Really difficult to tell, maybe in 2-3 years. The point is bitcoin is still very small and unknown for the average Joe. Let bitcoin grow and the mass adaption will come and the demand will rise.
832  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 11, 2015, 07:15:20 AM
Definitely Invest in bonds, stocks or bitcoin. But don't forget to save some money for bad days. If you have like $100 remaining from your paycheck invest half of i and put te rest on a safe bank account.
833  Economy / Economics / Re: Greece's own bitcoin-like money on: April 11, 2015, 07:13:07 AM
I don't think  Greece would use their own crypto I mean what's the point ? It would be worthless just like printing drachmas. If tey used a crypto currency they should use bitcoin which is used worldwide and has a huge volume.
834  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trojan Wallet stealer be careful on: April 11, 2015, 07:10:42 AM
Thanks for the warning  I will definitely be more careful when I download something in the future.
835  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-04-11] BraveNewCoin: Overstock Continues Bitcoin Support on: April 11, 2015, 07:08:42 AM

836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you mine it or buy it? on: April 11, 2015, 07:05:45 AM
I mostly earn my bitcoins  doing small to medium tasks. I also trade in altcoin market  once in a while.
837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8,400 bitcoin on: April 11, 2015, 07:04:05 AM
It was probably an exchange moving coins  or an early investor dumping his coins.
838  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hitleap Is it worth it? on: April 11, 2015, 07:00:36 AM
Hitleap isn't worth it its easly abusable bu bots who use proxies. Don't waste time and money on it, try different advertizing methods like adsense or facebook ads.
839  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mining Requirements on: April 11, 2015, 06:57:40 AM
It would be pointless with a 64gb server. Maybe buy an antminer try your luck with it. Eve huge mining operations are taking losses right now with the current price of bitcoin. Good luck Cheesy
840  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Halving: Could It Actually Kill BTC? on: April 11, 2015, 06:55:17 AM
Price will increase or difficulty will adapt, that easy.
This, mining pool operation didn't just invest millions in infrastructure to takes long term losses. They calculated the halving and all other aspects before they invested in mining rigs, electricity etc.
