Theymos boosted my merit power source by %175

Wow, that's very cool. Congratulations!

I wish he boosted the price of btc by %175 too. Grin

Well, that's no longer a task of an individual. We'll all (institutional investors + us) boost it together. Wink

In view of the uncertain and unsafe traffic conditions for travelling to [...], we are suspending classes on the Main Campus for the rest of the semester and making teaching and learning accessible online. This will enable students to stay away from campus, and even leave Hong Kong should they wish, while at the same time completing their courses and assessments.

Individual instructors will upload to Moodle detailed arrangements for course delivery and assessment. Examinations will be moved online or replaced by alternative forms of assessment. Details will be circulated in the next few days.

For help with travel arrangements out of Hong Kong, non-local students are advised to contact either the China Affairs Office or the International Affairs Office.

Hmm, so the protests are unexpectedly pushing HK's studies in the right direction. Eventually, every university will move to distant learning. The centuries-old way of learning (where fools gather in a classroom at 8 AM sharp unwillingly) never made any sense to me. Roll Eyes

It's nice to have a thread dedicated only for the Daedalus wallet - nice work!

However, one major rule of the game:

NEVER EVER SHARE YOUR WALLET KEYS WITH ANYONE! Neither with strangers nor with any official customer support.

Hmmm... so that fork boy scammer is still active on Twitter... nice!

It's working! Grin

My plan:

Let this leveraged long remain open till one day before the second ADA chain snapshot (which is supposed to happen by the end of this month), and right before the snapshot, close this position and market buy ADA at Binance. Then participate in the Shelley incentivized testnet.

I might make a change in the plan if ADA/BTC pair goes lower by the time of second snapshot.

Some seriously good bowling by this 16-year-old Naseem Shah:

Aussies might actually get a surprise.

would be appreciate if bilaxy and binance deposit and withdrow worked... they announce bilaxy supporting komodo but it doesn't work...v Lips sealed

Most exchanges are on hold due to hard fork update they should return to normal within the next few weeks

KMD has pulled over a 70% gain within the last 10 days; however, ain't there any single major exchange that has currently enabled Komodo's deposits? I'd love to sell at least a few of my KMD at this pumped-up stage.

Why do you think it pumped? Nobody can move their kmd to exchanges to dump.

So you believe that it's the only reason for this pump? I believe not. Anyways, we'll see how low we go once the deposits open up again at Binance.

This update is simply amazing:

V20 Lydia is live

Quite surprised to see such a big development.

Well, I didn't get to watch the full warm-up match, but I'm surprised by the highlights. It seems like the test series will not be very easy to win for Aussies, and we just might get to see some competition by both, the Pakistani bowlers as well as the Pakistani batsmen.

P.S. Who's this Imran Khan Jr. guy? Never heard of him. He seems to have taken five wickets. That's quite awesome.
Its just for you he play already 7 Test matches for Pakistan and good bowler but never have good chance http://www.espncricinfo.com/pakistan/content/player/316363.html

Oh wow, so he's playing after a gap of 3 years? I hope he makes a nice international comeback.

P.S. He might be 32 years on-record, but from the visuals, I don't believe that he's below 35 at the least. In simple words, this series might be his last chance to prove himself. If he fails in this series, he'll continue playing domestic cricket for the rest of his life without being selected for any international series.

I wanted to watch the Australia A vs Pakistan match, but it looks like the match is not available on TV. It was the partnership between Babar Azam and Asad Shafiq which rescued Pakistan. Before that they were struggling at 60/3 against the second-string Australian pace attack. I would not read too much in to the scorecard. Let's see the outcome of the match.

I am quite surprised to see some good betting performance by Pakistan in the warm-up match.

The first snapshot was taken a couple of hours back! Within the next couple of days, y'all will have the testnet Daedalus and Yoroi to check your testnet balance.

Stay tuned for the announcement of 2nd snapshot date! Smiley

~snip~

OK, in fact I have meant the same - the 1st snapshot  really doesn't have that much of a place and only second one matters. So, one has a minute to withdraw his ADA from exchanges.

Yup, you may just withdraw your ADA for the second snapshot.

Just like my suggestion regarding DEXes, I think that BitPanda and any other fiat exchange should be put separetely. The table fields are also not going to be the same, especially that there should be a mention of the payment methods accepted (for deposits and withdrawal) by the exchange, etc.

Yes, that makes sense. I'll work on that once I'm done compiling the list of Scam Accusations of each exchange. Bitpanda, however, should be separately covered in both type of exchanges (fiat and crypto), as they do have a very nice crypto-to-crypto exchange platform as well:

https://exchange.bitpanda.com/ETH_BTC

Thanks for the suggestion! Smiley

OK, so we've got the first snapshot date finalized, finally:

Balance check snapshot will be taken on November 12 at 12.00 UTC!

This will only be a testing snapshot to ensure that the upcoming, the 2nd snapshot (the actual one) for the incentivized testnet will be bug-free. So even if you miss this one, you'll NOT lose the chance to participate in the incentivized testnet. Smiley

Would like to clarify for myself , one can move his ADA from exchanges to,  say, Daedalus after first testing snapshot and that coins will be eligible for the final snapshot, right?

NO! You've got to have the ADA in your Daedalus during the second snapshot at all costs if you wanna participate in the incentivized testnet. This first snapshot has nothing to do with the second one or the incentives; it's only for testing purposes. The second snapshot is the real thing.

BTC dominance resuming its slide. Alt season about to taxi onto the runway.

Dominance heading for the 20-30% range.

Mmmm... I do agree with "Alt season about to taxi onto the runway", but 20-30% total BTC dominance? Hell no. We may get to that point once very big projects like Telegram's Gram and Facebook's Libra are calculated in the altcoin's total marketcap; however, without them? I don't think so.

I did the art thing

Nice! Merited you in that art thread (I'm sure that you'd prefer a merit over there, not here). Plus, in your post, it'd be better if you include the URL of your art entry. Smiley

Added BitPanda.com in comparison.

Thanks for the information! However, there is one question that I'd like to ask. When did you trade the last time at HitBTC? Was it (very) recently?
I did trade today. I even withdrew some EOS coins without any troubles. HitBTC is the least favorite of the exchanges i use thou due to its abnormal withdrawal fees.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I'm well-aware of their huge fee. I've updated HitBTC.

Trade satoshi 0.15 now

Hmmm, can you please elaborate a bit more? Is that their new trading fee (for both, make/take orders)? Or is it something else?

~snip~
LOL! Hitbtc's withdrawal fee system is just rubbish. I also ignore this exchange as much as I can...

Once I invested $300 or $350 in a shit token and got 34808 +/- of those tokens.
A few months ago when I logged in to withdraw that shit token to my wallet for safety, the fee were above 28000 (34808 - 28000 = 6808). I was very angry and left tokens there.
But after seeing your post, I visited Hitbtc now and the current withdrawal fee of that token is 173913 and I even can't withdraw the tokens, hopefully I'll never be able to withdraw that token. Dead never comes to life again.

Sorry if it is little bit Off-topic.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me. Back in December 2017, I uploaded a little amount of BTC (about 0.007 I guess) to buy DENT; bought them and then saw their fee which was actually something like $40 worth of DENT. Roll Eyes Unique way of scamming, LOL.
