821  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: User coinjack 1337 scammed me of 0.264 ETH on: January 09, 2018, 03:49:39 PM
I left feedback to warn others, certainly not a trustworthy account, people unfortunately do not seem to learn that an escrow is the safest method here.
822  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Thief Alert Gallery2000 is a stolen account, Lauda please read :) on: January 04, 2018, 12:08:51 PM
My account did not have the bitcoin address, but I did give the ethereum address.

The PM contained enough information for me to believe the account has changed hands one way or the other, and certainly the numerous posts that got edited around October of 2017 shows someone went back and changed all of the addresses.

The address you gave wasn't posted that long ago so I personally would find it hard to accept as proof that you are the original owner, but at least the owner as of September 2017. Regardless, I certainly would not recommend anyone trusting the gallery2000 account at this point.

And, if you want an older post to work on a bitcoin-based signed message:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150519081241/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=627899.0

The original was edited to change the address but the unedited version from 2014 in the link above shows that you sent 1 BTC to:
17wPsP8H8eZttqRRzuuwWbCU2xLYrkCeWV  on May 26th, 2014
Which came from 1HcMZzwrriBmipDi224npxnix4SHU7BXNZ

Can you sign a message from this BTC address? 1HcMZzwrriBmipDi224npxnix4SHU7BXNZ
823  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Thief Alert Gallery2000 is a stolen account, Lauda please read :) on: January 03, 2018, 01:57:22 AM
This account has been hacked. The hacker has now associated it with adult websites promotions.
The only purpose of stealing someones account is to mislead others to believe that one has more credential than they should.... for reasons/purposes you be the judge please.

I can prove I am the original owner of this account.

I have contacted Cyrus and Theymos but have not heard back from them.

Don't get scammed, don't get fooled by looking at the level.

I noticed it on October 6th, and emailed admins on 10/6 & 10/8, followed up with my signed signature but haven't heard from anyone;
and have been patiently waiting but I don't know what else to do.

Whoever stole it, posted in Russian on Oct 16, all my original/prior posts have been in English...

I will try to do whatever you suggest.

Please help me get this account back.  Thank you very much for reading this!!

Provide proof (signed message from known/posted address) and DT members can tag the account to warn others. Otherwise, assuming you followed the correct format on this thread, you would have to wait for Cyrus or theymos.
824  Economy / Reputation / Re: Account Buyer [Delicieuxz] on: December 29, 2017, 06:44:30 PM
I've left feedback for the account, it certainly isn't a trustworthy account given it's history.

Guys calm down. I bought an account.

Personally I can give a seller account - write to him claim.
In the CREDITS THREAD, please do not discuss it in this topic, since it is not relevant.

P.S. I bought a member account, now it’s Sr. member

826  Economy / Reputation / Re: How to remove negative trust? (from Lauda) on: December 29, 2017, 04:02:27 AM
Launda is a moderator in BTT. There are rules governing the forum. When you knowingly or unknowingly break a rule, the moderator will give you a negative trust. It is a way to check the activities of forum members. If such trust is giving in "error", you take the time to politely explain yourself. If the person that gave you the negative trust is convinced of your reasons the negative trust will definitely be removed.

No, being a moderator and being on DT (DefaultTrust) are two different things.

If you can take a minute to try and stop filling your post quota, you might take some time to read:  Roll Eyes

827  Other / Meta / Re: Copper membership?? Need to upload images and not have a message limit on: December 28, 2017, 09:15:49 PM
Hello,

I recently sent BTC to pay for copper membership so I could send more PM and upload images. I am still not able to do either and I really need to figure this out. Please help,,, anyone Huh

After you sent the payment, did you return to the page to fill out the form?

Once your transaction has 1 confirmation, revisit this page and then use the form which will appear in order to wear your new membership. Your transaction will not be registered until it has 1 confirmation. Bitcoin network fees and exchange/wallet withdrawal fees will not count toward your payment.
828  Economy / Reputation / Re: List of alt-account buyers: add yours with evidence here on: December 21, 2017, 09:04:23 PM
I've had access to the account, this was likely a thread created to attack Islapdonkey / joosep for whatever reason. The "sent item" regarding a payment was clearly planted right before I was sent login information, I just wanted to first see Islapdonkey's reaction to the PM that was sent which he has posted a screenshot of above, and the reaction seems normal.

There were 2 faked screenshots in the OP from what I can tell, Islapdonkey & joosep. I'm not clear on whether or not AccountMaxSell was just an alt of Islapdonkey and this was all just a ploy to make it look like Islapdonkey is such a good guy that scammers are attacking him, but I have no reason to leave feedback for Islapdonkey at this point, nor would I really have any reason to trust him. So take this for what it's worth.

As for the others:

These were all certainly interested in buying a legendary account and these PMs I've confirmed do exist.

I have just personal messaged my details to ibminer, he has now full access to this account.

Please note I have had a thoughtful discussion and I can say islapdonkey is no longer part of this, sorry for this inconveniences, I was not paid, this was just my mistake.

- AccountsMaxSell
please do not message me thru bitcointalk anymore.

A password was sent which does not work, he must still have control of the account.

No verification can be done at this point.
830  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Updated] Alts in campaigns on: December 16, 2017, 10:13:26 PM
I'm looking at each of these individually... and some are easier, for me, to leave feedback than others. But at the same time, I want to provide this information so that if anyone else sees a reason to leave feedback, they may. All alts should be disclosed in my opinion. On a case-by-case basis there are a lot of variables I look at and discussing these with shitposters would provide knowledge to them I do not want to provide.

I also have limited time and haven't fully gone through a lot of this yet - the way that I want to. The data comes back faster then I can efficiently process and analyze, so I've focused most of my time recently to adjusting this script to try and make it an easier process of collecting and reviewing.

And,

Update 3:
Added a few to Update 2 that popped up in these results (in bold).

I will organize/merge the updates a little better… in my spare time. Wink

831  Other / Meta / Re: Hacked account recovery on: December 16, 2017, 03:50:09 PM
Thanks for verifying the message. Can you please clarify what you mean regarding the date.
2017.11.24 is the day after the hack. I received the email about my account's email address and password change on Thu, Nov 23, 2017 at 5:35 PM (GMT), then followed the instructions to lock my account, created this new account and posted this thread on the same day, and then I tried to find a btc address linked to me. I found the one you posted as well, and signed it on November 24th (the following day).
Is there something else that I need to do?

Sorry - that was a typo, and is fixed now.  Embarrassed
FWIW, I believe you've satisfied the requirements for recovery, the archived address goes back to 2013, so it's enough proof. Cyrus or theymos are the only two that can recover the account though, and it can take some time. If you have sent messages to both, waiting is your only next step.
832  Other / Meta / Re: Hacked account recovery on: December 16, 2017, 02:08:34 PM
I did lock it and then checked the instructions for recovery (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0). They require signing a bitcoin address or a PGP key that was previously mentioned and therefore is known to belong to the account holder.
The problem is I haven't publicly disclosed either so according to these instructions I can't recover my account.
I find this hard to believe.

Can you sign a message from this address?

I've left feedback to alert others.

I will reveal your all the alts you are using in signature campaign spamming soon.

Don't trust and try to avoid to have the trade or any deals. I will report to theymos about this ibnminer's secret information ASAP. wait for a week. You will get ass burned soon by me.

Good luck with that, I have no alts. And theymos is welcome to verify or confirm that.

835  Economy / Reputation / Re: Looking for thread URLs suspected of signature abuse on: December 14, 2017, 03:30:46 PM
You do realize that what you're doing, and what I've been doing over the past year, is directly harming QS's business, right? Therefore, rationally it absolutely makes no sense to listen to him unless you like wasting your time on basement pests. In case of the later, you aren't exactly a rational person and should considering reading a book or visiting a course. There's only so much time that you will ever have.

I guess we will agree to disagree. What book or course should I be seeking exactly?  Cheesy

I believe it always makes sense to listen. And I believe most intelligent people do not dismiss or ignore anything, whether or not they hate the idea or person, they will listen. I try to avoid confirmation bias.

Spammers and people that post worse fluff come everyday to this forum, some even have scammed people out of their bitcoins before, and they will still get paid in campaigns that they enter, but I can't do it because I lied on a couple of posts, which isn't something to be proud of but didn't actually break any major rules in the end, nor did it hurt anybody in the process.
Who are these scammers that are getting paid from campaigns?  I'd love to look at their accounts as well.

Looking back on it I shouldn't have lied, but like I said I don't think I hurt anybody while doing this. I meant no ill intentions while writing these posts.

You don't know who you have hurt, the amount of crap you've spewed on the worlds largest Bitcoin forum without knowing anything about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency hurts anyone searching for information and landing on your crappy posts. It could be thousands of people you have misinformed and what repercussions happen from that misinformation to those people could be big... and all because you wanted financial gain for posting crap you don't even understand.

Start over with a new account, if you are sincere, you will post as yourself and not a charlatan and may eventually even get paid again while learning along the way.
836  Other / Meta / Re: Despite email confirmation, accounts still got hacked on: December 14, 2017, 02:27:48 PM

Hello, I'm the actual owner of FaithETH, and my account has been given negative reputation due to an misunderstanding that it is apparently an alt of xSkyer, which is not true. I'm a new person to the cryptocurrency market and I wanted to get into them before, but couldn't afford to have the time that I could spend on systematically trading, not to mention I already had tons of paperwork on my hands and haven't actually invested in any goods or fiat currencies. My friend xSkyer told me about this forum that offered various campaigns where I could get bitcoins for meeting certain post quotas per week. Since I spend alot of time writing on my computer and I finally found some spare time to learn the basics of cryptocurrencies, I made FaithETH so I could atleast make a bit of profit. I got introduced to hardware wallets and I was offered by xSkyer a deal that we share a wallet so the transactions fees wouldn't hurt both of us as much. I hesitated at first, but I have the tendency to make spontaneous and often bad decisions. By that time I got a new batch of documents and paperwork to work through, so I just accepted so I could be assured I was actually getting paid for using some of my free hours to make posts. I would like to stress the fact here that xSkyer has NOT been honest with me and I was not aware he had alternative accounts. I would've rethinked that decision had I not been in a rush every now and then. I was pretty sure however, that sharing a wallet was not infringing on any rules, but that was just an empty assumption, it just proves I should take my time and adress any questions I had with some double checks on the forum rules and policies. I had my reputation striped away and my account disabled to make any profit off campaigns. I know that I have broken the rules of the forum, and I would like to apologize for my behaviour and my haphazard way of dealing with issues. I took my time to make posts on FaithETH and meet the campaign owner's post quotas, it also helped me understand cryptocurrencies better, and it hurts that when I've only just begun I already got bad reputation assigned to me because of a stupid decision that I made and my friend's dishonesty with me. Thank you for reading, I hope you'll understand and maybe change your mind about my account.

Rules?... you are just not trustworthy. You're openly stating that you know nothing about cryptocurrencies, and haven't invested anything in cryptocurrencies and yet here you are:

I'm cozied up with investing into cryptocurrencies currently, so I don't plan on taking onto investing in other sectors as of now. But if I had to choose it would be up and coming small businesses, for quick and easy fiat cash income as a supplementary bonus to my bitcoin stash.

It's not currently fit for daily purposes, more as an storage of wealth. Think of it like gold, you don't exactly go to a store and pay for your groceries with bars of real gold. Bitcoin is just more accessible as not everybody can exactly get gold for performing certain tasks.

It's best to diversify your investments, 50/50 would be a good split if you want to also have a chunk of the etherum cake and bitcoin as well. Etherum, while alot of people would rather pick bitcoin and understandably so, is also an promising cryptocurrency, it may earn you some money too and who knows, maybe it'll become stronger in the future?

If you want to make profit and actually have the sum you earned in fiat money you gotta sell them bitcoins, but alot of people specifically keep them to sell them at the most opportune moment, a bit like having a share of an company.

I could go on... but it would be a waste of time.
You are a Charlatan. And not someone anyone should trust.
