841  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Follows these rules to be a successful trader on: May 16, 2018, 01:22:15 PM
This is nice and a great idea for everyone trader have a big help to them and also for me. For those who are trader or make a successful trader make it follow this rules and surely we make earning and successfully a trader but one mote thing a trader is not easy as the one of rule was patient and additional always take a risk to know on what or how to happen.
Yeah, it is very nice and a pretty good list for any newbie trader to be taking note of.
However, there is one rule that the OP did not add which is the importance to learn and always keep learning as much as they can because this is simply one that any new trader will not want to miss. it is one thing to take all those list into consideration, but it is another thing to even know what to do in the first place which I believe so many people do not always take into consideration until they are way deep in losses.
842  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Number One Reason NOT to invest in Crypto on: May 16, 2018, 12:52:21 PM
For me  reasons not to invest in crypto are if you don't have any idea what crypto is,  lack of ineterest to learn crypto market and investment, impatient  these are  tje most common reason why you should not invest in crypto as we are know crypto is very high risk and volatility but if you know what you are investing for, the profit here is also greater than investing in any other stock market.

Yes you are right if you don’t have an experience or don’t know about crypto currency it is very risky thing you will able to loss your money that’s why many people saying learn and invest in crypto currency.
Investing here in crypto does not required since investing here is just like putting your money in a bank account and holding it until such time that it has already profit but if you really don't have the knowledge yet with what you are doing and with the one you are investing at then don't try first until such time you are ready.
I feel the best thing is just to try every means to stay careful and secured in this world. Even in the real world, there are thieves, and those who will not even bat an eyelid about conscience and steal everything from you just in one day, but to stay secured, the only thing you can do is to beef up your security level.

In the digital age, where we now have digital thieves, that is also the only thing you can do as there are so many ways to achieve this and as long as you stay knowledgeable about all the things you need to do to stay secured, then you should be fine.
843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum a threat to bitcoin on: May 15, 2018, 07:52:20 PM
They are both attacking different parts of the market. So I would disagree.
Completely disagree as well! No one is disputing the fact that Ethereum is solving some problem in the crypto space and so is bitcoin in their own relative spaces. However, what gives bitcoin an edge is the fact that it is deflationary and the community is pretty huge.

So far, that would be a hard one for Ethereum to even over throw when indeed Ethereum itself have so many competitors on ground ready to displace it. This should not even be a debate as any reasonable person should obviously know that Ethereum does not stand a chance in the long run. It will grow and there is no doubt, and so is bitcoin.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people mine Crypto? on: May 15, 2018, 06:48:23 PM
people mine if it is profitable for them we know that mining comes at  great cost there is electricity hardware and maintenance and if someone is able to cope up with all of it then it a profitable miners are a very important part of this community we cannot imagine this whole system without them
Yeah, a really great cost but for those who can have it easy most especially when it comes to electricity cost which is more like the main thing to contend with asides from temperature, then I would say it is something worth it.

The main reason people mine is to make profit and have a lot of stake in some coins for the long term since most of the time, you may not actually be breaking even in a short term in any coin you are mining except if you are not paying electricity bills and you have a cold climate condition to compensate for the cooling appliances you would not have to purchase.
845  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I don't care about the price now. Nobody knows how much my portfolio is worth on: May 15, 2018, 07:31:41 AM
Yes that is very true. The prices now cannot determine how rich you will soon be.If you have some coin just hold on for small time and the market will fully recover and you shall sore higher to the top.The low prices now is just the test of the faith of those who really believe in the coins they are holding or not.
All the coins are unpredictable. There is no source of information that what would be the impact of bitcoins on market in coming few days or months or years or even the upcoming moment. So don’t just get worried. Bitcoins are superb coin and they are stunningly making a great performance. So don’t just lose your heart and continue holding because that would be you making big rich.
Right. You only have your knowledge to choose a good coin, hope to hold on to it and believe there would be a great future for it, and then the smartness to make some very good decisions along the line. One thing with this environment is that no one really knows how things would be turning out at the end, but we only have our faith in what we are holding to keep us going and for those who are traders, obviously, the knowledge is there to keep getting the best from the market. Everyone just have to get their own way to benefit.
846  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which coin safe for trading? on: May 14, 2018, 09:00:49 AM
hlw guys what's up?
I need help.
I have 0.05 btc in coinbase
I want to trade and earn extra btc
so guys suggest me which marke and which coin I buy for trading
Thanks
You can choose from top coins with low cost and good volumes of sales. Perhaps you will have to transfer bitcoin to another exchange, for example bittrex, because there is more choice of coins
You can choose that but it does not mean you would still be safe in your trade. The only way you can be safe in those ones is because you at least have a high volume coin to trade but in the sense where you are looking for a coin that is going to make trading easy and safe for you, it is something that is not even possible. No matter how easy it looks to trade any coin, as long as you do not have any knowledge, then you are screwed.
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lets be careful on what we are investing on: May 14, 2018, 05:09:00 AM
often times we are reminded to be extra careful in investing but still often times too there are people victimized by scammer...but if you are a resourceful person and knowledgeable enough before  investing, no one will become a victim.
The only possible way because of which you will be able to make more money in the future is to make a wise decision and that investing your money at the right place. If you will not make any good decision and that you will invest at place which can hardly bring anything good for you, then you will only regret of what you have decided and that you will be left with nothing in your hand.
Obviously, without wise decisions, you will just be plainly making pretty huge mistakes most of the time and wise decisions can only come with your knowledge about the environment you are investing in which balls down to the fact that everyone should always be very careful where they are investing or the coin or token they are investing in so as to be able to stay safe from either the coin getting screwed or some policies affecting it in the long run asides from looking at the team and the availability of product.
848  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Digital Currency Take Over on: May 13, 2018, 07:47:02 PM
Every thing depends on the country regulations, until then no one can tell how much time. If any big country show the good results of economy after regulating cryptocurrency then within very short time it will get success.

It is like who will kick the ball first but even with that, the possibility of it taken over is not seen yet in my view and one reason is because of its decentralized nature. Many country won't want their identity to be eroded.

the clearest and most obvious is the time that will answer all this, will the digital currency take over the finances in the banking or, alternatively, the government and the bank take over and control the digital currency becomes centralized.
We all know time will answer everything but we still have to understand that no matter what even if digital currency is taking a hold of the day, banks will still be functioning and so as local currencies. Now, regulation is not necessarily going to mean cryptocurrencies will become centralized as long as the protocol is not changed. The only thing that is going to be affected would be activities revolving round cryptocurrency as people obviously won't be free to make those decisions they have been making in the past.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KUcoin forcing KYC for every users on: May 13, 2018, 04:40:28 PM
KUCoin has decided to force KYC for every of it's users.

Quote
In an attempt to remain as one of the most trustworthy and transparent exchanges in operation, KuCoin will start enforcing KYC checks on users. This measure is to ensure KuCoin remains compliant with the developing regulations in the crypto industry.

Forcing KYC was the one of the reason for once number one exchange Bitrex to move down to 7th position at current time.
KUCoin is not even in top 30. What will be the effect of such move be on the exchange and cryptocurrency overall?

https://news.kucoin.com/en/kucoin-will-enforce-kyc-for-users/
Nothing would be the effect. I feel it is high time people started getting used to this than complaining because with regulations, most of these exchanges will be forced to implement KYC whether anyone likes it or not.

I am not sure how Binance is going to be playing this with its movement to Malta, but that is still giving it a lot of edge asides its low fees, but if time comes that it warrants it, I would not be surprised this would be the same pattern as well. Just get used to it!
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you think Eth will break $2,000? on: May 13, 2018, 04:00:05 PM
I thing Eth will break $2,000 after Btc will break $30000.
When it will be? I don't know... Maybe next year, maybe in a few years...
But I think someday it would happen )))
if ethereum rises to $ 30000 maybe that's what traders and holder ethereum are waiting for,
and surely will be very happy Cheesy
Well, end of this year could be a reasonable one but that does not change the real sense that it is based on assumption and pure speculations. Nevertheless, as long as nothing holds the market back, and we see some pretty good rise, I do not see a reason why it should not at least attain some pretty good height before the end of the year, but one thing I or anyone of us cannot obviously say is exactly what the value would be before the year runs out.
851  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people think everyone is a scam? on: May 13, 2018, 07:43:38 AM
It seems as though there is a predominant attitude about people trying to do business that most people are scammers. We have run into this time and time again, accusing us of running "dirty" money or stolen goods.
We put ads or offers in various places saying "vetted buyer" and "respected escrow" and still get negative comments from people that don't even want to do business. They would just rather demean and abase and not add any positive thoughts.
I will say that we have had pretty good success in spite of the naysayers. Doing business in this way is new to most people and seems foreign. But we have plodded through and have achieved a success that has proved that not all are wrong.
There are people all over that are looking for honest services, and we have carved a niche for that entity. We know that there are scammers out there, but we are working to elevate us to a position of reknown.
Not all offers are scams!
You cannot really blame them, there are many scams in the forum and people are very suspicious to the point of being almost paranoid of everything, however another possibility is that in fact the ones that are accusing you are in fact competitors selling similar or the very same products and they are just trying to make people nervous about buying your products or services.
Why should he even blame anybody ? Like they always say, once beaten, twice shy, so, everyone is just basically trying to be very careful not to fall a victim. Only the OP knows if he is real or not as it is not in any way written clearly for anyone to read the other person's mind or thoughts.

As long as he cannot find a way to prove himself worthy of not being called a scam, then he should accept his fate. It is a tough world, scammers have spoilt the space and everyone is just trying to play safe.
852  Economy / Economics / Re: Money laundering tools on: May 13, 2018, 07:12:39 AM
In my opinion, BTC is not a traditional currency like gold and silver because it does not have any use value, so it is not a credit currency. It's basically just one use, money laundering tool. The tool explains why bitcoin prices are spread across the country and abroad. Domestic money is changed into bitcoins and then physical transportation to overseas exchange for foreign currency escapes regulation and the cost of money laundering is lower than before, and the risk is low.

It is possible, but money laundring can happen in every where. Bitcoin is secure and pseudo anonymous. Your identify cannt be tracked.
Almost those who keep saying a lot about bitcoin involvement with criminal issues obviously do not have any idea on the pseudo anonymity of bitcoin. Even if I want to decide to use a mixing service, this does not mean crime perpetrators have not been finding ways to always hide their transactions and clean their money in the first place. Tagging bitcoin as the main source of criminal issues globally is just an absurd way to think for those who are in that category of dumb thoughts.
853  Economy / Economics / Re: Government Furious on: May 13, 2018, 05:13:47 AM
This is one of the reasons why other countries are pushed to regulate and even ban bitcoin and the rest of digital currencies because they can't get any single cents from these cryptographic transactions. This is also what makes it hard for bitcoin to realize its purpose.
Well, it is a headache they are trying to find a drug to cure otherwise Japan would not be issuing a statement to all the exchanges to delist every complete anonymous digital currency by June which obviously will be affecting the likes of Dash, Monero and so on.

Good thing that bitcoin is pseudo anonymous, so every activity on the exchanges can still be tracked anyway. It is normal for government to do this when they know there would just be some who would want to use currencies like this to want to stay clear of the government tax radar.
854  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you trade? on: May 13, 2018, 04:18:00 AM
I wanna step in the trade game, but I'm not confident that I'm ready for that yet, We just need to be patient to know enough much to try it
Then in that case, I advise you to go for learning first. When someone enters in a trading environment, he is definitely confused. This confusion time period can lead you to devastated results where you can be under heavy loss because you don’t know what you have to do. So better is to learn the basics and the vital terminologies and technicalities of how and what you would play the game.
For someone who already believes he is not confident enough, I am sure he should not even be considering hitting an exchange even anytime soon since there is really no way he would make anything good out of what he is about to embark on.
Learning is key when it comes to trading and even as a trader, you will just have to keep learning as you cannot learn everything all at once, and as you keep doing that and practicing, there is no way such an individual will not get better.
855  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which coin safe for trading? on: May 12, 2018, 07:00:01 PM
At least all the cryptocurrency on the first page of coinmarketcap is ok to trade with. If you are concern about liquidity and security, you can just trade bitcoic and ethereum.
Yes, due to their high volume, at least you would not want to be getting screwed most of the time in a market that can just get dumped pretty quickly. In a market where the volume is high, it makes getting out from a position easy and we tend not to see all those quick pumps and dumps like some shit coins. Nevertheless, this does not mean that someone without knowledge will still find these safe coins easy to trade, they are only safe because you can at least know you are not trading shit coins.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs in 2018 not same as 2017. on: May 12, 2018, 04:36:41 PM
This year more ico projects have been getting developed, but very few grew high profiting the investors. Last year the scenario was different, most of the ICO projects succeeded along with the price pumping of bitcoin and Ethereum. Hope, by the falling months the ICO projects will begin to pump higher.
What do you expect from a bear market really ?
There is always time for everything and all that is required is mainly patience as there is no way anyone can just simply expect to get everything immediately from an ICO or any project within a short period. The only thing I am seeing so far is just stalled growth with the market condition, but it would not obviously be this way forever.

Plus, I see some scam ICOs having no space in the market this year and on, with the way things are going.
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: May 12, 2018, 01:27:51 PM
Yes, I had personally experienced this. In fact, all the gamblers out there must have experienced this when it was their first time. I can relate myself to the scene you described here and that is a common scenario for all the newbies. But yes, no one really cares. They all are busy in their own planning and playing games. They will also welcome you if you have pocket full of money.
I understand there may just be that feeling you will always have when you are entering a place for the first time since you really do not have friends around, you have not mixed around to know how things are done, so there could still be some element of being a bit shy but not because you are being perceived as a gambler like some people have portrayed while reading through the thread.

Being shy however, depends on each individual's personality, as some people who are extroverts always find it easy to mix in new places compared to introverts.
858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: May 11, 2018, 06:12:16 PM
Well, i think it is not really the gambling itself that is the problem but the gamblers. I think because gambling has destroyed lives of many individuals. Many couple separated because their spouse was addicted to gamblng, sold their properties, been burried in debts and when a gambler court a woman the first reaction the gambler gets is he is rejected by the woman’s family because he is a gambler.

I couldn't agree the more, we often judge gambling by the lifestyle of some irresponsible gamblers  or people who were seen to be gambling carelessly and to me it's unfair because there are some fine sports bettors i know around who are very responsible and disciplined when it comes to selecting their games and in their private lives as well.
Yes, there are people who make money through controlled bets on a controlled basis. It is not a bad thing to have fun and make money. Not the same person who plays the bet every month with the player who bets every day.
yeah, it is really not a bad thing to make some winnings from gambling and have some fun as well, but it is a bad thing to expect to make those winnings from gambling or like you called it, make money !

Anyone who wants to make money should go and invest and it is this mentality that apparently makes the act of gambling a negative thing because people set their mind for the wrong reasons and instead of trying  to see the main picture, they just end up getting the wrong one and then becoming addicted. Hence, this brings about the negativity that surrounds gambling.
859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: binance or folkdelta or bancor on: May 11, 2018, 05:24:10 PM
what is the best exchange
Is this even a topic that is meant to raise a debate? I do not really know much about bancor but I am sure it is a very new exchange with not much of an impact, while forkdelta is simple a forked version of EtherDelta and a decentralized exchange for tokens. So, obviously, binance stands the better chance as the best exchange and I feel it is even an insult on binance to be comparing it with these two other exchanges since it has grown to be one of the biggest exchanges with the highest volume so far.
860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In Venezuela, opened a 7-star hotel, accepting only El Petro on: May 11, 2018, 03:24:28 PM
I rally doubt that this Petro coin will ever be successful, it's even wrong to call it cryptocurrency, it's a worthless token.
You can't even buy it on exchanges, only through official channels run by the Venezuelan government.

I really do wonder how many actual citizens of Venezuela had the means to buy into the ICO.
I totally doubt that as well but I believe time will tell. I want to believe this is just a Ponzi stunt that Maduro is just trying to pull to enrich some of the elites pocket as this would eventually turn out to be a worthless shit coin with no one really caring about its existence.

Like you said, it is not even a cryptocurrency, as this is centralized and would be highly manipulated and controlled. On your last statement as well, I would not be surprised that only the elites had the chance to distribute the large chunk of the token among them-selves and I would not be surprised.
