Hi juanmatt,

I think you were already explained what the exact violation of ToC's was and I don't think there is something else to discuss here. And for the kind reminder, I really do not think this can qualify as a scam accusation at any level. Its simple - there are some rules and we follow them and ask our dear players to follow as well. But as I see this is a case of unawareness more than a purposeful abuse of bonuses, promotions or any other service provided by us for your personal gain, and I think our fraud department agrees with me here as well.

But here again, we have to agree that case of multi-accounting, in the condition when two accounts are in active use, is prohibited and ToC is absolutely clear about this. But in this case, after discussions with our fraud department and detailed review of your case, taking into consideration the fact that you have not been linked with bonus abuse and withdrawal is just a minor amount and obviously talks about your involvement in any fraudulent activities won't be serious, I am ready to negotiate with fraud department on behalf of your story and issue the withdrawal, but you also have to promise that you will stop playing on multi-accounts and keep just one. If these terms are fine with you, let's talk and we can sort everything out.

Everybody here knows I am not here to dispute cases, to prove someone that they are wrong or right. I am here for help and to make all members of BTC TALK community feel welcomed and gooooood on our website.

Will wait for your response.
Cheers,
David.

I accept your terms of course

Nice one, I have dm-ed you already, your account is restored but please use only this one in future gaming and correspondence.

Cheers,
David.

Just for the record on this one, how are you going to choose the winner for this ? Is there some kind of rules regarding the analysis or something? Some people could just copy paste it from somewhere else and tweet it, it will totally be very hard to differentiate which is the original one that is made with effort or just copy pasting

It wont be that hard to differentiate because copy posting can be detected easily IMO, and once someone do it then the tweet should not be eligible to be considered as valid entry. You can just join it with your best effort and you'll see how lucky you are in this Jackmate promo. Good luck if you are going to participate.

Yeah I would have participate in it, although there will be thousand or even more people on this giveaway but doing one tweet should be easy for everyone. My concern is what is the criteria for the judging as well as to differentiate it, I would really feel bad if some copy paster actually ended up winning this giveaway

Hello, It will be very easy for us to find copy pasted tweets, so don’t worry about it
Only criteria of judging is impact and quality analysis.
So you can join #JACKMATE without worries.

Good luck

Hi Dear BitcoinTalk Community,

I am here to clear things out about the recent irrelevant accusations and another dirty PR campaign against our brand. Before moving to the statement, I would like to state that this is our last post and statement about this topic as we do not consider speculations to be at any level legit and we can not waste our time on a fraudulent antagonist, because we have a fair business here to run and new website to launch soon.

We have a valid reason to believe that the user NorwegianNoob is just another alias for a Teddy and FortuneJackScam (accounts opened on BTC TALK, on our Website, Twitter, Skype and Askgamblers share the usernames and contents), The hacker who tried to attack our server about a month ago and tried to blackmail FJ management here on BTC TALK and in Conversation in Skype as well.

The attack was failed and handled well by our security team. In fact, not a single relevant file or information hacker was claiming to own released after the timer, and we see some familiar faces here in this thread, who were waiting for the promised by the hacker release. Apparently, the hacker decided to go for dirty PR Campaign after failing to steal valuable or relevant data from our servers. NOT A PLAYER OR THEIR WALLETS WERE AFFECTED DURING THIS ATTACK.

As a security precaution, we have acted fastly during the attack and notified all our users to change passwords and set 2FA. Also, as an extra security action, we have temporarily disabled all the communication channels to users, including live chat and made a statement that this is temporary security precaution and we will do everything to keep our player's funds safe. And we are proud to have acted so fastly, adequately and set the player safety as the highest priority.

We can not say if the hacker has some legal actions going on at the request to provide reference number of the case was left without any response. We can't really understand what we are accused, to be honest, to use malware to steal funds from hackers personal account? Your Binance transaction history is not hard to track, and if a verified user has withdrawn funds from the wallet, you can easily open the legal case and track down the user fyi.

Talking about the legal case, we, in fact, have a criminal law case running right now by the cybersecurity department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Georgia, who has already contacted various European, Asian and American sources including international police networks and financial markets. And yes, we can provide the reference number of the case #009120418002.

Please, be reasonable and close the topic by yourself. I also would like to ask BTC TALK administration not to let user speculate with the Reputation of the Forum (Which we totally respect) and do not allow a blackmailer to use it for ransomware as he already tried to do.

With sincere respect to BTC TALK COMMUNITY,

David.

I would like to ask something about one of slot providers that is available on your site. It is about QuickSpin provider, are the games on your site original? As I just find a difference between yours and other sites about this provider.
Let me take one game "Sakura Fortune"

Screenshot from other sites :

There is an achievement bonus on this game shown on the image of a Gold Coin with Q on it. If I click the coin then there will be:

But I cant find it on your site with the same game.

Screenshot from your site:

Is it a modified software from the original one, means that you are removing the achievement bonus from the game? If no, where can I find the achievement bonus?

Hi Panjul07

Sadly screenshots you have provided were not visible to me, but I think I managed to figure out the case without them.

So, answering your questions is easy - YES ALL THE GAMES FROM ANY PROVIDER ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ORIGINAL!. You don't know Jack, he likes when things are true.

To take the concrete game you have asked about, let me clear things out here. The bonus you are talking about is a promotion initiated by this single casino. There are lots of promotions we are running in other games, sometimes with providers, sometimes by ourselves. The presence of absence of single promotions does not define the originality of the game.

But nice try  Grin

Yours Sincerely,
David.

The One With One Bitcoin

Let's all agree, Bitcoin is a pretty nice thing to have. Sometimes it goes up, and sometimes it goes down, but we all know that market fluctuates. You don't have to be a stockbroker, big time trader or a crypto OG to know this. We are all aware that market fluctuates, a challenge is to predict the movements on and of the market, act wisely and earn a profit.

But, let's state it again, whatever happens, Bitcoin is a pretty nice thing to have. Use your Bitcoin wisely, and it will get you another one, and then another one and so on and so on. Bitcoin used wisely can buy you things, because that's what it's all about. One of the greatest things Bitcoin can buy is Altcoin, and you make quite a sum of money on Altcoin trades.  Alts buy you Bits again, and this chain never ends until you book your first luxury vacation, buy a Lambo or pay for education with your Coins.

And this is not the end either. The world we are living in the world where smarts make money and make money with their heads, composure, knowledge, and ability to buy and sell at the precisely right time. Here I will repeat it, even One Bitcoin is a pretty nice thing to have because it can buy you a future.

We started FortuneJack because once we owned One Bitcoin, and we got lucky. Our prediction of the future was accurate. Now we want to give this Bitcoin back to the community we came from.  We want to give this Bitcoin to people like us, who are smart and decisive and hungry for success like once we were.

A story of FortuneJack itself is a success story of bright crypto investors, the ones who analysed the market and made correct predictions. The community made us in what we are now, and we do not forget this. So, yes, now we are giving this Bitcoin back to the community.

We have established a giveaway of One Bitcoin and offering dedicated members to earn the Bitcoin in a very competitive way, and we all love competitions, no? That's why we are into crypto.

One Tweet can Earn you One Bitcoin. Easy as this, we are asking the community to provide fundamental analyses of an Altcoin and post it on twitter. Use hashtag #JACKMATE so we can track your tweets, and on May 17 we will choose The One with quality Analyses and give One Bitcoin as a reward for the contribution in the crypto community.

In fact, we already gave away One Bitcoin for the first #JACKMATE challenge, Ryan Shields (@Shieldzzzy84) was a well-deserved winner. So, we are pretty damn serious here, show us the ability to impact, and we will give you Bitcoin to make that impact for real.

We want to send shouts outs to well established OG's on twitter as well. Your entrance into the challenge will make the process even more exciting and competitive. If you have already been tweeting about Alts, just use hashtag #JACKMATE in one of your next tweets, and that's all, you are in. Will repeat here as well, we are pretty damn serious, One Tweet might earn you One Bitcoin and like, why not?

Hi FJ admin. I am glad that i have received the 9 btc withdrawal last week but there is still one pending withdrawal of 64 XMR that has been pending since 5th April. It has been over 8 days and i still have no updates on this 64 xmr withdrawal. Support also did not follow up on this withdrawal since last spoken. Any FJ admin can follow up on this matter here?

Happy we chatted about this personally and solved this issue. Welcome on board cryptonoter, always happy to have a player like you on site.

Today I successfully logged in to my FJ account and changed my password. But then I thought maybe my password wasn't changed and since google remembered a password I could login successfully, but I wasn't sure about what password is used, the old one or the new one. So I inspected the source to perform this known trick for viewing a password hidden behind asterisks or dots:

<input type="password" class="linput" id="logPassword" value="" onfocus="validFLD('logPassword');
            hideloginerror();" placeholder="password" tabindex="2" maxlength="50" style="border: 1px solid transparent;">

In case you don't know this, you have to type text instead of password in this part
Code:
input type="password"
and your password becomes visible.

While doing this I've got 3 warning messages:

I'm no coder so I don't know whether this is important, but I thought I should probably report it considering the current situation.

Oh, no worries there. That's a standard login form that is similar to any other login feature from FortuneJack to Facebook.

But thank you for notifying and being cautious <3

What was leaked exactly?

Email? Most likely
Usernames? Most likely
Passwords? Most likely
2fa recover codes? Not likely

What about your fortinejackpartner affiliate site?

Was anything leaked from that separate server? Usernames? Emails? Passwords?

Oh, do not go this far adaseb Smiley)

Most relevant and priceless info that was leaked is a secret receipt of a pasta our affiliate manager makes every last Thursday of the month.

and some shameful selfies in our major office mirror as well.

This one is really frustrating ((

Hi, dear Community,

As you may have read on the forum, there was a minor attack on our service recently, and some of the mostly outdated sources were stolen from our archives. We have been making a complete revision of the issue and can firmly state that sources are old and mean nothing for now.

However, the hacker is still speculating with data and tries to blackmail our company. Sadly for him and greatly for us, we have amazing news:

WE ARE LAUNCHING A NEW WEBSITE THIS WEEK.

THE IRRELEVANT DATA HACKER HAS TAKEN WILL BE EVEN MORE IRRELEVANT, AS NEW WEBSITE RUNS ON WHOLE NEW SOURCE.

We are currently running an investigation, involving several governmental officials in various European countries and also private companies specializing in the crime of this nature. We have decided to make final results of investigation transparent and report will also be posted on BTC TALK.

However, even we are in full control of this situation and can assure our players your funds and wallets are safe as always, we kindly recommend you to change passwords on your FJ accounts and set 2FA, to be sure that you are the only one that can access your account.

Our media advisors and experts believe that spite of our recent success motivated this attack. FortuneJack is successfully becoming a global brand, our visibility in a worldwide crypto community grows on a daily basis. We are stronger than ever; sadly this also attracts lots of envious and jealous eyes.

Cases like this only motivate us to continue moving forward and building an online casino that is created by players for players.

Best Regards,
Jack.

Hi Jack,

Great to hear that the site is secured and funds are safe. Do you mind to resolve my issues regarding delayed withdrawal of 70,000 USD for almost 5 days? A good part of the money are my deposits of BTC into FJ. A million thanks. Username: cryptonoter

Hi cryptonoter,

Sorry for the delay, due to this case we have been extremely careful on big withdrawals, to make sure all our players money is safe. I am aware of your case and can tell that you will have an update on your withdrawal request latest tomorrow this time.

Cheers.

FortuneJack Awards a FREE 1 BTC for Cryptocurrency Community Contribution

A winner has emerged from the casino's #JACKMATE promotion.

Ryan Shields (@Shieldzzzy84 on Twitter) received a free Bitcoin from FortuneJack for creating the website www.bitcoingamingonline.com, where visitors can find useful insights, links, and resources on all things crypto gambling.

The win came after a month of a variety of contributions to the cryptocurrency world at large from members of the community.

After FortuneJack reached out to express their gratitude for Ryan's participation on Twitter, he had this to say:
Quote
"Thank you so much..lets grow our #crypto #community and expand knowledge about the future of #bitcoin #Ethereum #Zcash #dash #litecoin #bitcoincash #monero."
The panel of judges concluded that Ryan's effort not only earned a Bitcoin, but that FortuneJack's 1 BTC contribution would be an investment that could help further grow and improve the site.

But ultimately, what he chooses to do with the free money is up to him (just like it would be up to you if you win a free Bitcoin through FortuneJack's monthly JACKMATE promo.

Here's how to participate:
Come up with a way to impact the cryptocurrency community as a whole and share a brief explanation of the project in the related Discord thread on the FortuneJack channel. Share the link or full post with the hashtag #JACKMATE. There's not more to it than that!

Anyone can win, and anyone can participate. While the bigger the impact increases your chances, you never know what the judges will consider to be the most impactful – it could be as simple as originality.

Have you started brainstorming yet? You have all of April to get something together for a free Bitcoin!
