judging by the screenshot,you were asked to choose one of the accounts to keep a trick question,but you kind of confessed to having two accounts and asked to keep the one you were playing on and to close the second one so support gladly obliged and closed BOTH quoting breach of their TOS what happened is probably you were using a public VPN and your IP's matched the other accounts address or you had two accounts from the start and forgot about the first one you should have told them you have just one account

This two accounts-type issue actually happened to me as well upon trying to withdraw, but in the end I was able to keep my main account and the other was deleted. I basically explained I made the original account a long time ago and that I forgot it existed, so I made a new account on the site, and apparently that was a legitimate response and they actually let me keep my new account.
As veleten stated above, the ToS you apparently breached was having multiple accounts.

And I want my latest withdraw cancelled Why would cancel? They do already recognize and waiting for your confirmation and will release your withdrawal if they would find out to be reasonable. Multi accounting is really against on gambling site terms but FJ do still decide to make negotiations into your issue and will really consider to make it through but as being said dont play already with multi-accounts.

Not really flexible but it is the right thing that they should do Even myself do have that kind of habit on where I do play on a gambling site and make registrations on that time then stop playing for weeks then goes back and create another one, as long you haven't done wrong or illegal then they should always check users side and wont strictly follow into their ToS. You will able to see how this site is flexible when it comes to these kind of cases.

I don't think a big and known casino like FJ would risk their reputation, unless you really violated their Terms of Service. Like every other casino they have their Terms of Service. It's up to the user not to break them, you know the risks. Anyway, good luck.

One question. Where are your proofs? Saying up things without any valid backup into your claims would really always turns out not to be valid. Im not protecting them but I do know their credibility and reputation as one of the best gambling sites in the market.They wont risk up their reputation on stealing your deposits.

Blabblering without any proofs won't make any attention here! If you have enough proofs then go to scam accusation section and accuse the FJ.(probably you have nothing to accuse them) Even though you have used two accounts you didn't try to cheat bonus then your account will be give back to you,recently same case happened in that the user has two accounts and he agreed that he have two accounts but he didn't abuse any bonus and he agreed to use only one account then his account and funds were returned to him.So it is better contact the support team through discord to get solution for your problem mate.

But why you came here with your newly created account? you can post about these things from your main account too.And what are your proofs to say like these? But why you came here with your newly created account? you can post about these things from your main account too.And what are your proofs to say like these? It does not matter to use new or old account as long as the accusation is valid. The older accusations also started by new accounts but they had valid proofs to support what they said. Regarding the multiple account issue, indeed it is a sensitive issue for those who are using VPN services especially free VPN services. Once a user suspected to have multi account based on the IP address then it will hard for the users to prove that they are not connected. Hopefully there will be a win-win solution for this kind of issue, just to avoid a big gambler did a mistake by using public hotspot when he play at FJ and he might be suspected to have other accounts as well if there were/are other users using the same hotspot.

Im quite sure that if you are a big shot gambler, you wouldnt risk yourself gambling in a public area and use the hotspot provided in the area. It is better to keep your privacy to yourself as some or even most online gambling site is pretty much not regulated yet. You dont want to be having police seizing your house one day isnt it
