Do we not want to help the new users who might not have 16 x I7's to be able to have a go at getting some coins?

This should not just be something only for other users with rigs the size of their egos to be able to have fun with.

A P2Pool is great for decentralisation and means that we can work together as a team, like a community like we are supposed to be?Huh

And this is nothing to do with me not being able to mine them, if I wanted to I could go into my next room and turn all my rigs on but I want the new guys to get interested in this stuff and get enjoyment out of it.

Keeping things this way is border line elitism and I am against that.......and so was Robin Hood  Cheesy

A CPU P2Pool is a good idea. There is noway most users are going to have the cpu power or willingness to burn away their cpu for 5 hour ATM probably 10 hours by tonight to get the "chance" of a block.

We need P2Pool on this big time.

With my CPU with has the largest twin fan on the planet, I kid you not, this is my expectations for mining Yacoin solo with my CPU.

Expected Time   5 hours 56 minutes

Yeah something is not right here, I have mined using the CMD before but this seems a little off. I have two Yacoin Icoins now on the taskbar and I have a 6 Core AMD CPU but the diff is 0.16 so maybe it is just a waiting game?

How do I mine this in Windows again?

windows you can run in CMD:
yacoin-qt.exe -gen
more information you can see in http://www.yacoin.org

Thanks, can I solo mine this while P2Pool mining Royalcoin?

YAC=CPU only
royal=GPU/CPU

So mine yac on cpu while mining royal on gpu

I am P2Pool mining Royalcoin with 2 x 7970 just to take it easy for now and tried to CPU mine Yacoin but got this error in the CMD prompt.

And as if I would mine Novacoin!! Whats what about.

Edit: Some graphics. I give them away as Public Domain. I'll post a SVG if people seriusly wants to use them.

This is probably the _BEST_ logo I've seen for all cyptcoins including bitcoin.

Well done.  You are obviously talented.

Whose going to setup an official website for the most awesome YaCoin?

I could set one up if you like?

All domains already taken lol

People holding them to sell them I guess.

More proof that the P2Pool listed here works. Great work Bob.

The website is stupid.

It's a Bitcoin address and a countdown to the 4th July.

I am from the UK but is that independence day?
858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BBQcoin.org Official Thread on: May 08, 2013, 10:44:46 AM
In response to anyone that thinks I started the BBQcoin website for profit that's your opinion but I know that I support this coin only because I like it.

I make my profit from other projects.

I don't need to make money selling bbqcoins as I like having them.

It my seen strange but it's just the way it is.

Sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction.

I did not make the site. I mean what use is it to anyone lol

I have email alerts from a few important onion sites that I like to keep upto date on.

Does nobody else use Tor then? When I posted this I thought that someone would say that they already knew.

I also don't have the extra money for silly sites like that as I run bbqcoin.org

What is this?

Found this on the Tor network, not mentioned anywhere else on the web.
