841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: July 09, 2023, 12:55:20 PM
But it seems that people still don't care about that because many people still try to make money from gambling and even try to use gambling as their main income. They should be aware of this and look elsewhere to make money because that will give them a better chance of making money.

People often learn from their mistakes, and when it comes to gambling, some may try to see if they can make money from it. However, it's important to note that gambling should not be relied upon as a consistent source of income. Relying solely on gambling for income would mean leaving a stable job for something uncertain.

if someone wants to follow our research and copy us, he has to pay a small fee until we hit our goal, not per month like most services. Since we respect our customers cash, we are not letting them re-subscribe before we provide what we promised. We are not gifting the time that we spend on research, that's why we have the fee. When we first started we had a symbolic fee of 5€ per month and some months were completely FREE but now we cannot give such ROIs for 5€.

I like the idea. I'm not sure if it's new, but most of the services I believe charge a fixed monthly fee as long as you are subscribed. Well, thanks for explaining it well. I might consider your services once the NBA returns. Good luck
I always wonder myself what is the investment for this type of signaling services. In trading if I am good at predicting the market price them why don't I invest whatever money I have and make profit alone. The same in sportsbook or casino games. If I know for sure that In a Liverpool vs City match, City is going to win, then I will put all the money I have instead of teaching or requesting others to place bets and let them make the money.

This signal or tipsters do not make money from the bets they place, in fact I have doubt if they really place bets for themselves, their main business is to make their channel popular and earn from the subscription fees. When the ICO industry was at their top time, then haven't we seen so many signal channels. Eventually every member of their channels lost their money, but the channel owners made all.
It's not necessary for them to place bets. As long as they are consistent, gamblers are likely to avail themselves of the service. Tipsters may be good, but there's no guarantee of winning. What they are doing is eliminating the risk on their side by providing a service to help gamblers win. However, as I mentioned before, there's no guarantee of profitability, and it may result in deficits in the long run.

I don't understand why people are still into faucets nowadays. Maybe they worked in the past, like in 2015 and 2016, when the earnings had a decent value. However, in my opinion, faucets are just a waste of time. I believe it would be better to choose a referral system from a casino rather than relying on faucets.

If you are anyways making so much profit in a day and everyday then why is the necessity of providing such service to others? Just to make more money out of it? I

I like to see how OP would answer this question.  Smiley
846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: June 29, 2023, 02:19:04 PM
Hey OP, can you update the date on the right to avoid confusion? They are scheduled for July 29, 2023.

I suggest starting with a well-crafted ANN thread that provides comprehensive information on what gamblers need to know.

It should also have an appealing design to attract the attention of potential gamblers.

** and I'm very sure that anyone who gets accepted in this campaign, will definitely improve his/her posts quality without any question.

Isn't it possible to improve first before being accepted into a campaign? Actually, when a member is accepted into a campaign, it means that the member has already passed the qualifications the manager is looking for. However, sometimes, in the long run, when the member becomes too comfortable, they may forget that the quality of their posts has already degraded. I know this because I was kicked out of one of the campaigns handled by Hhampuz. Now, I'm trying to find a new campaign that would accept my posting style.
849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet on live game or while game hasn't started yet? on: June 27, 2023, 01:38:10 PM

Cast your bet in a match that have yet not started or bet when the game is already live?
It must have been asked before but in case new sports bettors have not yet read such thread, reply back your opinion about it.
Based on my personal experience, I tend to lose more frequently when engaging in live betting compared to placing my money on pregame odds. Therefore, I would suggest considering pregame odds as I have tried both types of betting. I'm not implying that betting on pregame odds guarantees success for everyone, but it has worked better for me personally.

Found myself losing when the money line changes from 1.75 to 4.35 as the game began. But sometimes when I also wait for the game to start, it changes to worse such from 1.75 to 1.10

Well, I believe that it's normal because it attracts a lot of bettors that way. Just imagine, starting with pregame odds of 1.75, which indicates a team is the favorite, but during the live game, if they are significantly trailing, the odds can change to 4.35, which attracts many bettors. This fluctuation is already calculated by the bookmakers, and often, we tend to lose because we let our emotions influence our judgment.
850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top Five Reasons Sports Bettors Are Attracted to eSports on: June 27, 2023, 12:29:49 PM
I guess you can also attribute that it's easier to learn video games and esports compared to traditional sports. It's way easier to be in the game and know the game when you also play the game, hence why more and more people are slowly transitioning towards eSports betting. There are also multiple tournaments being held for different games at a given time in short intervals, too, so it's way easier to look for something to bet on eSports compared to traditional sports.
Even kids can learn about esports and betting simultaneously, which is why it has become popular. Additionally, with numerous bookies not requiring KYC verification, it provides opportunities for gamblers who are interested in trying it out. However, I still believe that sports betting remains the biggest in the gambling industry. This is because we have a larger number of dedicated sports handicappers who are willing to risk significant amounts of money.

852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 25, 2023, 12:54:32 PM
Green's decision to turn down Warrior's offer was, in my opinion, a bad one.
What offer? Is there a new one? He just opted out which was part of his previous contract as far as I know so there was nothing to turn down yet. I thought it was a wrong move too but maybe it's not that bad to seek for a better contract and now is probably the better time to do it. There's a lower chance of him getting a $100M 4 or 5 year contract if he waits until next year since his trade value could decline further.

Quote
Green has declined his $27.5 million player option for the 2023-24 season and will become an unrestricted free agent, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

.source article

That's the salary he will get if he stay with the Warriors, but now he become a free agent because he declines that player option.

For those who hasn't understand well what player option is, here's the explanation for that.

Quote
PLAYER OPTIONS
A player option grants the player the power to decide whether to stay for another year or become an unrestricted free agent. If a player has a three-year contract with an option for the fourth season, that means if the option is exercised (by the player in this example), the contract extends through the fourth season. If the option is not exercised (by the player in this example), then the contract ends after the third season. The player then becomes an unrestricted free agent.

Once an option is exercised it cannot be revoked — meaning (in this case) the player can’t change their mind of the option once they exercise it. Conditional player options are not allowed, which means the option cannot be contingent on something like number of games played, team wins or scoring average.

There can be only one option year (except in the case of rookie-scale contracts). For rookie-scale contracts for first-round picks, those contain a team option before both the third and fourth seasons.

Option years cannot have a lower salary than the previous season.

853  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question about casino, sports bet on: June 25, 2023, 12:06:40 PM

Any casino can already be accessed through a mobile browser so in my opinion there is also no need to use an application for any reason because it is not recommended, always be careful before downloading make sure it is official from a genuine casino site and also make sure the top casino also has a trusted reputation on this forum Also.

That depends on the comfort of the gamblers. Some games, like casino games, are best played using an application as it offers easier navigation. However, for sports betting, accessing the site through a browser is generally more recommended. Ultimately, it still depends on the user's convenience and personal preference.

Thanks,.

Congratulations to Kazuto Ioka! I don't understand what they are saying, but judging by how the fight unfolded, I believe Kazuto Ioka won via unanimous decision.

This also means that if you truly believe that gambling will change your life, you have that addictive behavior that is pulling you.

That doesn't mean you are addicted to gambling because there are people who believe they can make money through gambling, and they have been successful. It's only wrong if it's impossible to make money in gambling, and yet we still pursue it. If you are addicted to gambling, that means you can't control yourself anymore, and once you are out of control, there's no way you'll win.
856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: June 21, 2023, 07:37:31 AM

I'll give a simple example and to the best of my knowledge so sorry if it's wrong.
for example, you bet on a dice game with a 99% chance of winning. maybe from a few spins you get a win but after a few spins you will hit this 1% which is determined by the house edge.

maybe my explanation is enough to understand. but if my explanation is wrong, please correct it.

The maximum chance of winning you can expect is 99% due to the presence of the 1% house edge. So even if you win most of the time, the amount of money you will actually win is not 99% of your bet—it will be lower. This means that in the long run, you will still end up losing money. If you are gambling with dice, it's best not to think in the long term, as that will only reduce your chances of winning. Instead, focus on the short term and hope for luck.
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: June 21, 2023, 05:17:00 AM
It's often believed that men are more inclined to be risk-takers than women, not only in gambling but also in the investing world. The majority of investors are indeed men. Similarly, in gambling, it is true that most high-risk takers are men, while women tend to gamble more for entertainment purposes.

Furthermore, some women enjoy gambling even more when they are not using their own money.
858  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies Stop Teaching When You Need To Learn. on: June 20, 2023, 01:23:25 PM
It is not right to see a newbie account with 2 activity and zero merit advising people in the forum on the right investment to choose while investing in bitcoin especially when making the first post here.

I don't think there's a problem with it. Being a newbie here in the forum does not necessarily mean being a newbie in real life. What if an expert in investing in real life were to join the forum to share their knowledge and learn at the same time? I believe that would change your perspective on your statement. Therefore, I think we should not generalize and always believe that anyone can share or provide advice regarding investments, regardless of their forum status.

In reality, there are individuals who hold legendary ranks in the forum but have limited knowledge when it comes to investment.

Maybe he is just busy.

Thanks for reminding me, this thread is now locked.

Personally, I don't trust others with my picks because I am well aware that there are no guarantees of winning in gambling. So even if I lose some money, it doesn't make me a loser, as my journey is not over yet. I understand that gambling involves both winning and losing moments, but I am confident that my journey is focused on the long term.
