861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MUN] Muniti: First touristic cryptocurrency - X11, D2D - Now on Poloniex! on: May 27, 2014, 10:22:37 AM
Malta GPU was $9544 million in 2013. If 1% of that can be represented by MUN, that would make 1 MUN $1.3. 156 MUN will be distributed to each household, that is $196 per household. However, at present price of $2.275/1000, that is only worth $0.3.

I hope Maltese people have long term view of their financial freedom.

There's a huge 417,000 muniti sell order on bittrex... so someone with 20% of the mined coins is trying to sell out?

That could be somebody try to suppress the price to be below 900 so they can buy cheap.

So the circulation market cap of MUN is just 18 BTC?
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner & ccMiner CUDA based mining applications [Windows/Linux/MacOSX] on: May 27, 2014, 07:39:31 AM
Man ,litecoin price is so low , what is going on?

That is because BTC price is higher.

In dollar term, LTC price is the same as before.

Does anyone know if the watt per card goes up?  Or is the power consumption still the same more or less?

The wattage goes up. For my rig, it is up from 720 to 750 watts (4%) while the hash rate goes up 40%. You need to lower the frequency for some cards if necessary as the GPU are stressed more.

how many and what gpu?

2X7970+3X7990 = 8 GPU in total.

VCore = 0.94V, Vmemory = 1.5V. Core/Memory = 840/1000MHz for 7990, 840/1250 for 7970. The Core frequency is different for different cards, varying from 820 to 860MHz.

Gold rated 1250W PSU.

Total hash = 19.4 MH/s. Or 2.42MH/s per cards.

Wow I'm not worried about this coin's future, but I just checked the dump you guys are talking about. Unreal. 200,000 coins sold at 150 satoshi? Maybe someone hit sell instead of buy? I can't think of any other explanation.

It is not good if one person bought such amount of coins

I have to say, I own a lot of MUN now. I shall spend it in Malta in the next few years and enjoy a good holiday there.

I did a calculation, at difficulty 15 and price of 150 satoshi, the revenue is 20% of electricity cost. I do not know who is going to mine and dump.
867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][X11] X11 (Darkcoin etc) miner (based on sph-sgminer) on: May 26, 2014, 06:28:47 PM
Drop your frequency a bit, maybe 10MHz. The GPUs are stressed more than the old sgminer.
868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MUN] Muniti: First touristic cryptocurrency - X11, D2D - Now on Poloniex! on: May 26, 2014, 04:41:48 PM
If the value is low when the D2D starts, then it is not optimal. The receipt might think it is not worth trading and keeping the coins. There could be a lot missing in the near future. That could in fact increase the value of the existing coins. Who knows.

Then the whales will pump and make profit.

The mining difficulty of MUN is about 14 at the moment. Mining revenue is much less than electricity cost. It does not make sense to mine and dump.

I think there are only 2.0 million of MUN in circulation at the moment, the volume at Bittrex is 1.0 million and 0.36 million in Poloniex today. That is 1.36 million in total.

Rad, can you check if your cold storage of the premine is still there?

which amd driver should we use 13.12 or 14.4 with a 290?

For 7970(280X), there is no speed difference. The openCL version of 13.12 and 14.4 is the same.

Github source code updated 7hrs ago. Updated binaries for windows:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/59lvecndm866bzz/sph-sgminer_x11mod_b2.zip

Version with increased time to SICK state:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yxgcp6cck0oopd0/sph-sgminer_x11mod_b2_2min_SICK.zip

Some info about increased time to SICK state: in code time delta compares with WATCHDOG_SICK_TIME. Original it was 120, it's logically to think that it will be 2 minutes. But in log it shows like 60s. Maybe constant was changed and log output not, or WATCHDOG_SICK_TIME 120 really mean 60s. In increased time SICK version WATCHDOG_SICK_TIME 240 and in log 2 minutes. I will research later 2 or 4 minutes is it.

Sorry for my bad english.

I used Virustotal.com to scan the 2min version. It detected 4 virus. Is it normal?

hi
how to get my coins balance report from CryptoRush Huh
just log in
Is this site online again as you are log in please give some updates about this

Edit I am also login but its showing very less coins in my account Sad Shocked

I have the same problem. I have 69 million PND missing.

If we can sped Muniti in Malta, I will definitely go there.

how disable pool 0? who can do it?

In the miner window, press P, then C then 0 to change it to failover-only mode.

Or you can use CGWatcher >1.37 version, and use the pool guard feature in the Monitor Tab, Pool Guard Tab.
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The Official X11 Thread (updated daily)(Now with increased MH) on: May 25, 2014, 04:05:12 PM
I notice the openCL version of 13.12 and 14.4 is the same. I just tested both on my computer using the 14.4Mod, they are the same speed.

I am wondering why your 1.04V, 1040/1500MHz cards consume the same power as my 0.94V, 840/1000MHz cards and have higher hash rate. It should be 50% more due to the high voltage and clock speed.

jedimindtriks, did you find Catalyst 14.4 is faster than 13.12?

i do and i have 17.8 to 18 kh/s per watt
vdcc 1256 on vapor x and dual x both 280X

and around
22,5 kh/s/W with VDDC : 1200
18,5 kh/s/W with VDDC : 1050

experimental and not stable on all the cards (only asic quality more than 70%)
vdcc 1275, gpu 1190

GPU 0:  58.0C 1521RPM | 3.496M/2.809Mh/s | R:  0.0% HW:0 WU:0.026/m xI: 16
 GPU 1:  53.0C 1463RPM |  0.000/ 0.000h/s | R:  0.0% HW:0 WU:0.000/m xI: 16<==== asic poor
 GPU 2:  65.0C 1704RPM | 3.511M/3.666Mh/s | R:  0.0% HW:0 WU:0.066/m xI: 16
 GPU 3:  68.0C 1678RPM | 3.516M/3.667Mh/s | R:  0.0% HW:0 WU:0.000/m xI: 16

ps these are all 280X on x11 with latest x11 girino custom miner without fees on ubuntu

cheers

Why the efficiency is lower at lower VDDC? The power consumption increased squarely with the voltage, so the efficiency should be lower.

For my mining rigs using the girino miner, with combination of 7970 and 7990 (total 8 GPUs), the power consumption is 770W, the hash rate is 19.5 MH/s, so it is 25 kH/s/W.

I underclock and undervoltage. Vcore = 0.94v, core/memory clock = 830/1000MHz.

What is "p c 0"?

In the mining display window, press p, then c, then 0. That is to disable the pool 0 by changing to fail-only mode instead of load balance, which is the donation pool.

So there is no need to have another exchange, giving the low interest in the coin and "inactivity" of the development. If the development can find some usage of the coin, the value will increase dramatically. Multipool and Android wallet is not a priority.
