862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Major NXT issues on: June 05, 2014, 02:18:08 PM
I love how the NXT community is silent over this thread. Sketch coin

NXT its'nt worthy of a coin. It''s a clone which claims to be unique.
863  Other / Off-topic / Re: hitler lends to Dank (video) on: June 05, 2014, 02:15:57 PM

870  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank for president? on: June 04, 2014, 05:24:26 PM
lol you already know Grin

It should really be grown for it's industrial properties though, along with medical.  Hemp has the capacity to feed our entire country's energy needs by growing hemp biodiesel.  Medically, it has the capacity to replace most every pharmaceutical with a safer, effective alternative.  Cannabis oil has the capacity to cure cancer.

Weed's never killed anybody, it was made illegal to propagate the oil industry and big pharma into existence.  Both would be expunged greatly with a hemp based society like we once had when America was formed.

Recreationally, it should sure be legal but I don't really smoke anymore at all.  I find it fogs the mind once you surpass a certain level of inner peace, but Mary did help me get there.  People should grow more organic bud though.

But really, all drugs should be legal.  Truly, in my world, and by the context of the constitution, all drugs are legal.  There's a thread for that.

Outlawing a substance only gives it to the hands of the criminals who can charge more for it on a black market and reduces safety standards for the substance or impurity issues.  More people are killed in Mexico than Afghanistan because the drug cartels and the death toll has been rising exponentially.  Legalizing drugs would move billions of dollars out of criminals hands and into our economy.  But the drug cartels work with the CIA to import cocaine so there is clearly a push to keep things the way they are.

Though overall, legalizing drugs would be good business for everybody.  Who needs billions of dollars anyway?  If I had that money, I would put it towards helping other people, not buying mansions and 20 supercars.  You have infinite everything in heaven anyways.

Portugal decriminalized all drugs and heroin use decreased in half along with cocaine.  Less children used after they were legalized.

I did my graduation project on this topic, wish I still had the powerpoint.

How did your tutor respond to the powerpoint?
871  Other / Meta / Re: Self moderated threads. (lending sub-forum) on: June 04, 2014, 05:20:01 PM
Glad so many people agree I really do think it should be a feature. its very possible that someone would do this and no doubt probably has. I don't think Theymos would be pleased if he had to do this every single time it happend. it might not be a problem as of now but it could become a major problem in the future.

sorry I couldn't resist.

probably couldve been funnier, if you want to out do me, go for it Smiley

OMG !!! I just cant stop laughing. Hilarious video... U could add one line...

It would take one month for hilariousandco to earn back those coins from Stunna.

By the way, who is this scammer Joey ? Is it Joey Kush, that porn girl with 27k+ twitter follower ?

One of the best parody videos I've seen this and of course it's about the famous Dank! Hilariousandco could earn that back within 3 days...

To recover 0.65 BTC from Stunna's campaign at the current rate hilariousandco needs to make 1083.33 posts in 3 days. I think that is too much. BadBear will kick him out if he tries that. Cheesy

Bit of a piss take but he could make that in lets say......a 1 to 1 1/2 weeks easily.
874  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Who still doesn't believe coindesk gets paid for good articles. on: June 03, 2014, 08:55:14 PM

Can anyone explain why coindesk removed an important comment about compromising private keys?

What article was this on? I have always thought that they get paid for doing these 'good' articles they don't point out the cons just the pros. I stopped reading after it got preditable.
875  Other / Meta / Re: List of forum stolen/sold accounts HERE on: June 03, 2014, 08:53:28 PM
Worthless having a list because we cant prove that it was actually sold or stolen and that means anyone could say anyones account has been hacked or sold.
876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Overclockers.co.uk accepting bitcoin. on: June 03, 2014, 08:52:06 PM
Even though they are a little more expensive than other alternatives after looking around I'll still be using these because of the Bitcoin function.
877  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 when? on: June 03, 2014, 08:33:09 PM
Soon!

No, I think it will be years, but I'd be happy if it went back to 1000USD this year.

Never going to happen in such a small amount of time. I would say 5 years at the minimum.
878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hash Rate hits 100 000 000 GH/s! on: June 03, 2014, 08:32:29 PM
Usually 3 months after mining is no longer viable the miners will ask for a higher price, then the price jumps!

mining is no longer viable at 23 th/s  what has this world come to!!

PEDO BYTE MINORS!!!

Unless you get the hardware very cheap you could not profit from mining. or if you have a lot of money to invest you could make a little money.
879  Other / Meta / Re: Account compromised. on: June 03, 2014, 08:31:11 PM
Just bumping this for anyone else who is reading it -- associate a BTC address with your account before its too late!

Think a sticky needs to be made or when registering a account that it requires you to put in a bitcoin address for security reasons.
880  Economy / Services / Re: $10,000 for information $50,000 for conviction. OgNasty on: June 03, 2014, 08:28:56 PM
