Ciao a tutti, mi servirebbe un chiarimento in merito alle fee utilizzate.
Ieri per fare una prova ho comprato con un voucher di 25 euro alcuni spicci di eth.
Al momento dell'acquisto, sul vostro sito, il prezzo dell'eth era di 364 euro (kraken faceva 353..)
Nella mail che mi è arrivata, si parla di 0,06431766 eth. Facendo due conti, questo corrisponde ad un prezzo di --> 388 euro circa.
Non solo, quanto realmente è stato accreditato sono: 0,05831766. Una differenza di 0,006 eth, che corrisponde quindi circa al 10%.
Le mie domande sono due:
1)perchè è stato applicato un prezzo così alto?
2)le fee sono sempre pari al 10% circa? oppure variano in base a quanto acquistato e/o alle monete?

In ogni caso non trovo l'utente che mi preoccupava: dato il modo completamente gratuito con cui si è accanito su di me nel bounty, mi preoccupava che potesse rovinare per sempre il mio account qua. @Makkara: ti ho meritato nell'altro thread, ma giusto per capire, quando dici "Users connected: 503" vuol dire che l'utente in questione in realtà gestiva altri 503 account per quel bounty? |

come hai fatto a trovarla alla metà del prezzo, se posso chiedertelo ? Perchè così, anche pagando fee altissime come quelle che hai pagato, è comunque conveniente. Io volevo prendere la loro carta ricaricabile tramite un sito che si chiama sixthcontinent, di cui forse avete già sentito parlare. Tramite anche il solo login giornaliero si guadagnano dei soldi che possono essere spesi in determinati modi (per esempio anche con un buono feltrinelli). Si tratta di pochi spicci, ma in un mese una card da 25 euro riesci a prenderla a 12,5. In realtà sixthcontinent permette diverse cose per guadagnare di più, ma io ho appena iniziato e non ho ancora approfondito. |

It happens that the project collects little money for ICO, and then he has an incentive to work to prove faith in the project. While successful ICO collect tens of millions of dollars and then not know what to do. well, i hope that you are right. I just don't understand why the want to keep to token away from any exchanges. I still haven't received anything for Twitter bounty, though the support promised to pay until the end of the month.
i do not think they payed the bounty campaigns yet. but the ico is over for a while now so the team should try to avoid unnecessary comments by paying. I have received bounty 1-2 months ago, I think. But still you can´t trade Midex on the official Midex platform, only where you can trade it is on ForkDelta. i can't find midex token on ForkDelta, can you help me and write here the link? Anyways, i really hope that midex can be soon tradable in some real exchange. |

Ale88 ma ci mancherebbe, così si stanno rendendo ridicoli (poi quando dico che preferisco star lontano dalle ico italiane). E' solo che molti utenti che hanno pubblicizzato ubiatar, prima dei casini col bounty ne parlavano benissimo (ho apprezzato che tu invece già avevi dubbi prima), ora invece sembra il male assoluto  Bisogna fare distinzione tra la validità di un progetto e la validità del bounty. ci sono ico che la campagna bounty ha fatto casini peggiori di ubiatar, ma quando sono entrate in exchange hanno fatto bene e hanno proseguito bene lo sviluppo in linea teorica quanto dici è vero, però spesso una pubblicità simile segna irrimediabilmente le sorti di un progetto, soprattutto quando poi si aspetta chissà quanto ad entrare in un exchange (vedi livetree..) |

Basically as the Thread Title states "  Where are all the FUN Altcoins " All I have seen for the past year and a bit is ICO after Pre-Sale after IPO after Dump & Exit... Yes "Most" of us know that Altcoins or Cryptocurrencies in general are Pump & Dump profit making machines with great uses that others take advantage of in whatever way possible. Majority of the Top Legacy style Altcoins are still alive and kicking even with minor or non-existing development (Code Edits) If you take a look at the Altcoin Announcement Thread you will see that most of it is pure garbage these days made up of promises of "good ideas" that mostly never come to light, stagnate after ICO ends or are just plain scab-grab scams. There is some niche areas to fill for Community driven Altcoins where the masses will flow, although most are released unfairly with massive premines making the whole coin pointless for initial adoption rendering them DOA, that is where the hit and miss part comes in and all these ICO's & early Buy-in's run rampant. Hence..... Bring back the good old fashioned Shitcoin scene... Much Fun, Heaps Wow ! *There was a time when Altcoins where known as nothing more than a Clone/Edit/Copy of the Bitcoin Protocol with different Specifications*i don't understand...do you really want "the good old fashioned Shitcoin scene"? well, i disagree. Mates, let's talk about HODL and break down all the myths how long to hold coins and whether it's beneficial to hold them for 2, 3 or 5 years. Is it as profitable as everybody says?
I will draw upon my own experience and reading of the situation. Hopefully, I'll also engage in the discussion! The worst advice (and the most popular at the same time in this forum) is to hold your coins as long as you can and that the five-year HODL will definitely make you extremely rich.
Everybody advise this each other without elaborating on the details and aims. It doesn't matter whether you hold Bitcoin or Ethereum or a conservative portfolio of the coins from the top 10 or a risky one of shitcoins. The only answer is HODL without other options and compromise!
Here is my story which tells you that there mustn't be the "one-size-fits-all" approach. I'll try to prove to you that you shouldn't leave the market for a long time if you want to make good money but not just make at most x4 (maybe) in some years in the riskiest market which more likely takes your money than lets you earn!
I got to one of the brightest historical moments in the market. I started using the exchange at the end of the summer of 2017. I saved 100-300 USD from my salary and purchased Bitcoin. After that. I exchanged it for different altcoins (BAT, Stratis, wings, omg, tenx, sia, golem.nem, xrp etc, ltc, and others). The set of coins was quite good, as you can see.
Nowadays I'm still not an expert, and at that time I purchased what seemed to be innovative. I considered Bitcoin not to give as many X as fresh and promising altcoins do. I wished the market had "gone along" with me. That's what followed next: altcoins kept falling - they also were falling when Bitcoin was going up. Looking back, I understand that the best strategy was to purchase Bitcoin and hold it by the end of November and then shift to altcoins which started going to the moon one after the other.
I followed my strategy and kept buying different altcoins losing my money. I'd been holding for a long time before bulls occupied the market and it started going up. But you know these human instincts of greed.
You can't just sell 80% of your portfolio at the first strong pump in your life especially when the whole forum tells you to hold to succeed! Naturally, I thought that my coins would grow forever. By the moment of the December pump and "bull madness" in the market, my portfolio had grown from 3,5 thousand USD up to 12 thousand USD in several weeks.
After that, there was a market crash, which has been lasting by now. Now my portfolio is in the hole, and I keep holding it hoping for another pump, then I definitely won't be greed! My portfolio hasn't changed in a year. I continue purchasing small amounts of coins which I'm not afraid to lose because the best moment for the purchase has been just now.
The message I've got from this situation is that long-term hold is not the best strategy. You must be flexible, ready to learn and adapt your strategy to the changes in the market. To make really much money, you have to be strong and able to take quick and executive decisions on the sale of all your assets at the moment when everybody around is jumping for joy and pouring all their money in the market!
The second moment: after the market fell down (we wait, don't lose money), and then fell again and again (and maybe one more time), it's better to purchase small amounts (!) of coins at each downfall investing more and more money. Along with this, the news not only about the market but also these assets must be positive! Thus, you'll be able to make much profit and withdraw money after some waves!
If you just hold your coins, you can do this for many years from big rises to big downfalls and get nothing. Yeah, maybe I'm simplistic, and everything depends on your financial situation and global understanding of the market, and hence the set of coins you're holding. The choice of coins is one of the crucial points because if I'm honest, there're few coins which cope with 5 years of hold.
Moreover, I'd emphasize that it's a bad idea to hold without following the news and correcting your portfolio by including new coins and deleting unpromising ones which stop to develop (because the team broke up, for example). In recent 6 months, I've included some ZIL coins (3%) and QuarckChain (5%) in my portfolio. I also got some TEZOS after its recent crash and excluded some coins which didn't meet my expectations in the last six months.
I'd like to say that even if you're a dilettante like me, you will notice the coming of the global bull or bear market. In December it was obvious but we were blinded by greed. I've got burned but now I'm ready for the second round! I believe it'll be in 6-12 months. The longer, the better! I'll manage to get ready for another wave.
And, yes, I believe in HODL but which I will manage, which allows me to adapt to the market, not the other way around. When the market will give me a hint to sell, I'll sell and get profit!
i think that all your post can be recap in this words: "buy low and sell high". Off course if you hold your coin enough to sell when they reach maximum price and the buy again when they drop you will gain a lot of money...but how hard is to do that? |

Se Bitman raggiunge il 51%, la difficoltà di Bitcoin si adatta comunque a quella situazione.
in che senso si adatta? se raggiunge il 51% mina solo sui suoi blocchi orfanando tutti gli altri miner. La difficoltà scende e bitmain mina piu' velocemente, ma sempre e solo la sua catena e' quella valida, visto che sarebbe quella con piu' pow accumulata. Quello che potrebbe fare Bitmain, è che potrebbe abbandonare Bitcoin per spostarsi a minare su Bitcoin Cash. (o altre coin su SHA256)
Non attaccherebbe Bitcoin, semplicemente lo abbandonerebbe, magari perché non considerato più profittabile a lungo termine.
bitmain come tutti gli altri miner, mina quello che gli rende di piu', altrimenti non ha senso il mining e la pow. Certo potrebbe guardare al lungo periodo accettando volontariamente delle perdite, ma rischierebbe tantissimo. Btc e' la catena migliore e piu' decentralizzata, non solo per la pow, ma anche come sviluppo e prospettive per il futuro. Bch non puo' avere futuro, per lo stesso motivo per cui eth sta andando a rotoli(come era da programma). Sono coin con aspettive di vita molto brevi, e mi sembra assurdo che tu non te ne renda conto. Puoi essere contro core e tutto quello che vuoi, ma non c'e' solo core. E se core facesse cappellate basterebbe cambiare software. Ad esempio passare a btcd. Questo vorrebbe dire che i blocchi del Bitcoin inizierebbero ad uscire con un grosso ritardo, e servirebbero 2016 blocchi perché la difficoltà iniziasse a ricalibrarsi, e che appunto uscendo molto più lentamente richiederebbe molto più tempo.
Non solo, questo possibile abbandono da parte di Bitmain, potrebbe essere visto come un segnale negativo da parte del mercato, e farebbe scendere ancora di più il prezzo, rendendo poco conveniente minarlo.
Quindi altri minatori abbandonerebbero il mining su Bitcoin, e quindi ancora la velocità di uscita di nuovi blocchi continuerebbe a calare, e cosi servirebbe sempre più tempo perché uscissero i 2016 blocchi per il cambio di difficoltà.
eh si, potrebbe anche succedere. Una soluzione ad un possibile abbandono improvviso di tanti miner da Bitcoin, sarebbe quella di cambiare POW, o anche di forzare un abbassamento della difficoltà. Entrambe le cose richiedono un hard fork.
per me la soluzione migliore sarebbe comunque aspettare che si abbassa la difficoltà, certo tutto si rallenterebbe parecchio, ma le fee andrebbero alle stelle e il bottino per ogni blocco trovato coprirebbe largamente le perdite. cambio di pow ad un nuovo algoritmo potrebbe anche essere una soluzione, ma sarebbe un bagno di sangue. La cosa migliore forse sarebbe copiare un'algoritmo già largamente utilizzato tipo quello di litecoin. Cambio di difficoltà renderebbe troppo rischioso continuare ad utilizzare btc visto che c'e' un miner che ha abbastanza hashrate per fare doublespend quando vuole e orfanare i blocchi minati dagli altri quando vuole. Comunque, non c'è nessuna legge o riga di codice che possa imporre i miner a lavorare su Bitcoin, e questa cosa non cambia anche cambiando POW o altro...
non si impone niente a nessuno, siamo cryptoanarchici. Si spera che i miner scelgano di minare su btc perche' e' quella piu' conveniente nel breve periodo e che da piu' sicurezze nel lungo periodo. Poi ognuno fa quel che vuole. l'eth sta andando a rotoli come era da programma? perchè dici questo? |

i thinks its correct 75.000.001 – 85.000.000 price 0.15€ if it's already exceeded 85.000.000 that price will change to 0.16€ so, in the past 2 months they have sold less than 10.000.000 tokens  |
