Multiple accounts is of course not allowed.
Please use only one account per person so the contest will be fair to all participants.
We thought limiting activity for these games but decided not to do it for now so that members that are new to Bitcoins or new to Bitcointalk would also be able to participate in these prediction games.
Please use only one account so all users will be able to continue enjoying these contests.

I won't be doing it if it's not allowed. that's why I asked the question.
but I think limiting the activity to at least 15 will be a good idea. just my opinion.
