861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: January 20, 2022, 08:06:52 PM
This is a Huge move from a small country in Central America, and I suppose this is only the start for other nations to also think and join for bitcoin adaptation. El Salvador moves could help the majority in terms of p2p, remittance, cashless payment to its citizen to Facilitate bitcoin.

Great news, and it's another positive thing in the cryptocurrencies market. No one can now stop the flow of bitcoin as many people accept it.
I googled "El Salvador" and found Bitcoins on their Offical Currencies, which makes me happy.
We're slowly growing, and soon we'll reach the $100M, and that's the dream of every bitcoins lover.
862  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment against inflation on: January 20, 2022, 07:57:43 PM
Glad after hearing that story,
It's just a miracle how bitcoin blase those people who were stuck in the pandemic, and I was one of them. During the pandemic, the bitcoin market increased because many people took an interest in cryptocurrencies while sitting home, and the restaurant owner took the right decision.
I saw many businesses flop due to covid-19, but this owner proof nothing is impossible if your work hard.
863  Economy / Speculation / Re: ₿ not going below 40.000 (probably) on: January 20, 2022, 07:47:30 PM
First thing to check is if there is a major support zone around the $40k dollar price and also you should do a major price action analysis to see what always happen whenever price hits the $40k support or resistance zone this could be a clue using technical analysis but if we are depending on fundamental analysis then I would say price might likely range around the $40k zone and would choose a direction depending on how investors reacts to the range market.

I firmly believe that bitcoin can go below 40,000, I see many big companies investing in bitcoins and promoting them on different platforms. Hence, bitcoin's market can fall but not to a huge degree. Supply and demand are increasing nowadays.
More people like to invest in bitcoin, and they prefer others to involve in it. We see many positive things among bitcoins, so how can we say it fall.

Man this is pretty amazing. I also love finding stories like this out there where people had no idea what bitcoin maybe even was or certainly how big it’s potential was.  I see this a lot with the collectibles hobby where people were gifted a 1btc Casascius coin but end up just throwing it in a drawer and forgetting all about it. Hopefully this person just stored it somewhere and forgot about it but was able to recover it eventually. I use bitcoin for my fantasy football league and we’ve had situations where even 3rd place ended up winning a ton due to bitcoins price rise.

When bitcoin launched in 2009, most people didn't believe in it and claimed it as a scam, but those who invested a small amount at that time now must be more prosperous people. For example, 25 bitcoin may not look worth holding ten years ago, but imagine if that person still has these 25 bitcoins worth 10,48,510 USD; it must be the luckiest.
That's why it is said the more you show patience more you earn the profit.
865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin not going below 40.000 (probably) on: January 20, 2022, 02:56:14 PM
I'm pretty sure it already went below 40,000 a few days back, I was worried if it's going to break another support.

The price of bitcoin is hovering around 40-43k and I think this year is going to be bearish.
866  Other / Archival / Re: Arcona.Space NFT payment on: January 18, 2022, 11:39:57 AM
The problem is that the team claimed that you could get payments of a value equal to, 0.3 BNB , and you couldn't sell it for a third of the amount.

It's like a campaign paying with bitcoins on an exchange but you can't withdraw from that exchange.

So far, there is no official response from the developer team, where do we sell it, and everything that happens is the jurisprudence of the members. All I want is clarification from the developer team.

... Team is of Arcona... NFT is of Arcona... It is sold on Arcona (and maybe off Arcona as well??)... NFT is worth 0.3 BNB on Arcona (Buy Price)...

I don't think it's the job of the team to tell Internal or External sellers to sell it at an exact 0.3 BNB price.
You sold at 1/3rd of the Buy value it is...
You can also sell the NFT for 3x the Buy price... but someone has to accept that price... and again the team cannot force someone to accept that price.

I'd suggest it's good for everyone if you lock down this thread.

868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Crypto NFTs, what are your thoughts. on: January 17, 2022, 12:36:26 AM
Recently I came to know about NFTs and how people have made money selling their art and creations.

I wasn't much aware of NFTs as a whole in past but after reading about NFTs and watching youtube videos I find it fascinating and how the crypto world is getting hyped up with these small things, I think it's good to step toward the future of crypto.

-What type of Art NFT do you think are best, ( Maybe those monkey ones? )
-Do you create NFTs in form of art, if yes then please share the links.
869  Economy / Services / Re: Locating KYC Binance uses based on wallet ID. on: January 16, 2022, 03:09:26 PM
So you can't prove your case to law enforcement agencies.?  so you decided to break into Binance's database to get users' info and for that, you created a thread on this forum?

1. It's not good ethically.
2. You should hire a private hacker if your decision is absolute.

870  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Glory on: December 14, 2021, 03:54:36 PM
Just my opinion for me Glory is all about the life we've faced that different, sometimes good but some also not good but everyone wanted a better life and therefore life is not consistent that is why we need to face an go to a pathway that there's a different living and we need to surpassed all the challenges in life to get Glory and encounter the precious life.

Well in my opinion this can be a state of mind. Includes mind of yourself about others and mindset of others about yourself. You cannot reach the level of glory if you can't change the mind of others about yourself (or any other particular aspect). It also includes the mindset of your own self about yourself. Also, I would like to quote here is that the best mindset of glory is in the helping of others, with their knowledge about your help.
871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Machine Strategy? on: December 09, 2021, 09:55:56 PM
What’s the probability to win on Slot Machines? i guess its unknown since the slot machines are system operated and I wonder how the house set up the machines and how much its limit of reward for a day. I’m been thinking a lot about the possible strategy and seriously, I can’t find any and it frustrates me so stop looking for such strategy, I just started to play the game without any stress.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about!

Their house edge isn't made public so there's no saying what chance you have of winning.
I've seen there are some casinos that provide bonuses on rolling a certain amount on a particular slot or all slots of a company.
I'm certain those slots have at least 5% house edge.
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Machine Strategy? on: December 09, 2021, 09:35:38 PM
There are two viable and feasible strategies that I know of and these would only work on the most unsophisticated types of machines and most likely not in the casinos nor online. The first one is "hacking" the machine. It takes plenty of time but it eventually can be done if two people start observing and noting combinations and eventually get better odds. The other is simpler, and is simply measuring how long was the last big price and go in when it is "hot".
Most probably the first one will put you on a bigger risk and you can't do this on any Casinos since they monitor everything and one suspicious win can trigger the alarm for sure and you'll be put on a bigger screen. The second one will take a lot of time and money, you can't just count like that and there's no assurance that it can be accurate since slots machines are not fixed. In short, there's no strategy that will work for long term in slot machine, you might find one that will work in just a short time but don't expect that it will also work the next day when you come back.

I don't think gamblers can see the percentage of their win chance as they can in dice or other crypto gambling games.
Also, even if players start to implement strategies then it will be amount raised after certain bets and there's always a chance to go on a lose streak and lose it all.
873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Machine Strategy? on: December 09, 2021, 09:03:47 PM
One of my best friends and I would travel to the local casino some years back from time to time.  Wasn't a very fun casino but it was about as good as we could get for those times as gambling was very restricted back then.  He was a big fan of playing slots and always seemed to have some sort of strategy.  He would look for players who were sitting at a machine for a long period of time and then play them.  There were a couple other things he did that he called "strategy" but I can't remember what they were.
~

This is a well-known strategy (at least in my country 10 years ago, maybe now something has changed in the algorithms). It is based on the fact that when the slot machine was "fed" it must "give". Therefore, some operators of gambling clubs watched slot machines and when they saw that a visitor lost a lot of money on one of the machines, they themselves began to play on it, guessing the moment when it should "give".

I think there's no strategy but pure luck in slots.

In dice there's a good chance can apply strategy but it's hard to win every time with the strategy in the long run and comes in the short run.

I've lost every time on the auto bet, the long i went the more often i lost.
When i played auto bet on dice then I used to record screen and sleep, then check the progression later that day, it was tragic.
874  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: December 09, 2021, 08:47:25 PM
Why do you care? Are they forcing you to wager your money? Did they put a gun on your head? No. Whoever is falling for that scam and wagers more that he could afford to lose deserves to lose that money.

I bet most of the high rollers you see in the casino scoreboards are fakes. (maybe all of them)

Lol, you mean gambling with Russian roulette?

I'm not in favor of it but if people are going to do that then they'll put all their life's earnings on the table when on 1v1 with another, the winner gets to live and take the money of the other.

In any case, it's immoral and should be prohibited.
875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Governments planning a Crypto Crackdown? on: December 08, 2021, 02:27:39 PM
Recently, many governments have been showing increasing animosity against Cryptos. While the US is preparing to launch a Blockchain surveillance plan, other countries such as Sweeden are showing signs of moving towards a crypto crackdown by criminalising mining.

Should we be worried about this?

The trend of using bitcoin in many transactions is getting higher day by day as compared to fiat. If we look into the financial perspective. It may have a great impact on the economy. Governments should formulate regulations on crypto markets rather than banning or crackdown. Also as about the crackdown on crypto, I think it would be practically impossible for the government. However, nothing can be exactly predicted.
876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO..India is NOT Banning Bitcoin on: December 08, 2021, 01:46:53 PM
I had not read this news, if you are a citizen of india then no doubt you should have real news of what is going on, anyway do you have a link to a press release from the government of india where they say they are just ban bitcoin as a method of payment? or are you just giving your theory of how the government will handle bitcoin in india?

Haven't heard any such news yet. Also, it's practically impossible to get it banned in India. A a lot of Indian citizens have invested in bitcoin.
India is one of the big markets for bitcoin, where people are interested in buying and selling bitcoins. Also, the people of India will not let it happen.
877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Childrens Wallets on: December 08, 2021, 01:40:51 PM
I would like to set up a wallet for each of my kids and start saving accordingly.  I am not sure it is the best idea to create new accounts with DEX's under my name where the future owner will be my kids.  Any ideas on best practices a for this?

Welcome to the forum, it's good to know that you are worried about your children's future. I would suggest you first acquire the complete information then invest in savings. Must be known that the regulatory rules aren't against it.
Also, the future of these sites is always uncertain so we can't rely on them completely. But what I can suggest here is to go for hardware wallets. As they are more reliable.
878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to accumulate more bitcoin other than buying with FIAT. on: December 08, 2021, 01:34:26 PM
How are people accumulating more bitcoin other than buying it with fiat?

I’m watching videos on Youtube and reading forums and i see a commonality of people saying to accumulate more bitcoin and not to day trade. But how does this work? Or are there other ways to grow your bitcoin portfolio? Can you explain a little bit in detail?

Well there can only be 3 ways to acquire bitcoin, 1) By trading, 2) by mining& 3) by gift. The best and easy way is by trading, but you are required to put your focus on the market and the trend of people towards bitcoin, the second one is by mining, but it's very expensive, you would have to purchase a mining rig for this purpose, the third one is very rare, which is to acquire by gift. But we don't have any such friends, who would ever be willing to gift bitcoin. Any such friendship is always welcome. lol
879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks and Bitcoin- The needed change on: December 08, 2021, 01:17:25 PM
Some people say that traditional banks will disappear due to the emergence of cryptocurrencies because it gives consumers another option when they need financial assistance; however, I think this is unfounded speculation.
No, it won't. Cryptocurrencies cannot substitute for traditional banking, maybe in a futuristic Utopian society that could be possible, but that's quite a long shot.
Bitcoin which was the emergent cryptocurrency, was not created to replace fiat and banks, it was meant to be another option as you rightly pointed out, an alternative means of sending and receiving money which does not need third party validation. And while Bitcoin has great potential to grow and become globally adopted, a centralized system of banking would always exist.

The importance of banks cannot be denied. They are more involved in our daily routine life. People have much trust in the banks as compared to cryptocurrencies. Yes, we can say that cryptocurrencies have gained very much popularity in the current ERA but the importance of banks also cannot be ignored. As the matter of fact still, there are many people who don't trust cryptocurrencies.
880  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc price sideways not what the traders want on: December 07, 2021, 09:20:47 PM
There's a reason why leverage exists; so traders can actually increase upside/downside even if prices are fairly flat.

And in the first place— while traders are an important aspect of markets(for liquidity, etc), everything doesn't and shouldn't revolve around them.

It all depends upon the market trend and the trend of the traders. Remember I always say that markets are always uncertain and no one can exactly predict the next step of the market. The rise and fall depend upon the behavior of traders.
Markets can never be controlled artificially. Also, in my opinion, the traders are more interested in scalping trading due to the fact of small quick profits.
