Just to be positive please make sure everyone has the latest wallet version as we did an update a few weeks ago to v2.0.0

https://influxcoin.xyz/get-influx/

There is a fork at 106000. It's getting close so we want to make all are aware. We are not sure if the issue with coinwallet is related or not yet.

do you have bootstrap file?  Huh
883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Cryptocurrency's killer app: disrupting web ads via RaiBlocks micropayments on: March 31, 2016, 12:09:43 AM
your faucet uses point time of browsers, i'm get coins - close browser, n min left (n >1) open and click "Request" and see "Wait n seconds" when n -  is seconds to close browser. if you want all distributed at site 8 years, you need to fix it

That's intentional, otherwise people would close and open their browser to get them faster.

my english is bad, but i want to your understanding - when i close browser, go more what 1 min, may be and 10,

when opening - wait "some" seconds to request. win7 64 bit Chrome browser. may be it only my bug?

It's okay, I can help explain.

You don't ever need to close your browser for this.  You just need to wait 1-minute after each success. If you close your browser, there is still a 1-minute timer for you on any new windows or tabs.

If you use Chrome Incognito OR if you clear your cache & cookies, you must still wait 1-minute before the Free Rai form will work again.

Does that help?

wlemahieu: are you related to clemahieu? why use a new username now? makes people think  Huh

Indeed, we are brothers! Although, I only handle web-application concerns. I'm here to help with anything related to the website, so you'll see me in here from time-to-time.

"twin brother"  Grin

892  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-03-24] Why am I hearing about ‘blockchain’? on: March 24, 2016, 02:48:52 AM
If you’ve been scanning the financial pages lately, you would have seen the word ‘blockchain’ come up time and time again – but…what is it, exactly?

In a nutshell (it does get a lot more technical than this), it’s the architecture underpinning the bitcoin revolution.

893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 24, 2016, 02:03:31 AM
Yes I'm holding them for a price increase because the halving is coming and that is why I'm holding them.
The halving will let the price increase without any doubts.

After last halving price was stable and didnt increase. How you can be sure that price will increase this time?  Or it's just your prediction without any info?

90% OF BITCOINER SURE PRICE WILL BE UP AFTER BLOCK HALVING DONE, ME TOO
IM SURE BITCOIN PRICE WILL RISE AFTER BLOCK HALVING DONE

YOU CAN SEARCHING AT GOOGLE ABOUT PREDICTION AFTER BLOCK HALVING

894  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: March 24, 2016, 01:43:18 AM
Maybe you can have a lot bitcoin that you can earn rather than for only a few. It is always better to save everything for the last. I would save 5 bitcoin in order for me to be secure and somehow to be sure that if ever some things may change I am prepared for what would that be..

i will do it too, save some for future.
today i earn a lot satoshi from trading at poloniex, i make 0.4btc in 1day  Cheesy

it's a best day for me....
895  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: March 24, 2016, 01:35:56 AM
I purchased 0.2 btc today. If u ask me bitcoin is still good investment and I believe that price of bitcoin will rise. We can discus it but I see majority believe in price rise after halving, and all conditions have been created for that to happen. How much, where spike will be its hard to predict.
If you ask me 750 $ or more for 1 BTC would be great.

i suggest you to trade altcoin, for growing your bitcoin, the bitcoin price very stable with altcoin trade you can earn 10% day if you luck
896  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Official Xapo Service Discussion on: March 24, 2016, 01:25:11 AM

897  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Useful Desktop Applications for Bitcoin ? on: March 24, 2016, 01:23:26 AM
I'm still open for suggestions if you have any , just let me know !

trading bot!

there are a couple of open source bots but they are not so great.
and the closed source bots are rather expensive, or i don't want to spend on them.
so it would be great to have an open source bot that works with major exchangers

agree it, sometimes i get booring with normal chart/ normal order at poloniex maybe bot with "bulk order it's good option" iam support it.
898  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-03-23] Mission's New Bitcoin ATM Open Until 2 AM, Ensuring Good Late-Night on: March 24, 2016, 01:10:36 AM
We've all been there: It's late, the bars are closing, and you really want to party through it but your techno-utopian drug dealer only accepts bitcoin. What's a guy/gal to do? Before, you were most likely SOL — forced to buy drugs with paper money as dirty as the mean streets of San Francisco themselves. Well, not anymore. As of today, there is now a bitcoin ATM located on Mission near 17th Street, and, best of all, it's open until 2 a.m.

Let the good cryptocurrency decisions begin.

The ATM is located inside Mission Groceries, and is brought to us courtesy of Coinsource — a company working to build a network of bitcoin ATM's across the country.

899  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: March 23, 2016, 09:29:11 AM
My friends told me about it, and they said to me that I must also going to use it, and now I am very happy that I am using it.
But you never know what will happen with the value later and that is the problem. We all hope that Bitcoin will be the future payment method.

this is risk of decentralization system, no company behind bitcoin, no people can control all supply
this is make bitcoin special for me Smiley

i can take profit from that's rate
900  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: March 22, 2016, 03:25:26 PM
Its very good to buy some Bitcoins, because you can have maybe later in the future some more profit and that will be so nice.
I hope there will be more people that have Bitcoin later and also can have some profit, that would be good.

yeay buying bitcoin is good for making bitcoin more strong also for make bitcoin volume raise every day.
if the bitcoin volume can beat visa im sure more people interesting to use bitcoin.
