Nice and interesting read and some very good points stated.
923  Other / Off-topic / Re: What video games do you play? on: June 03, 2014, 06:00:00 PM
Anybody tried the new Watch Dogs? It looks like a pretty fun game.

I played it a little confusing to start of with and takes a badass computer to run it. but seems like a good game at the moment and im not sure if it is living up to its hype at the moment.
924  Other / New forum software / Re: What is getting carried over to the new Bitcoin forum? on: June 03, 2014, 05:58:45 PM
I imagine all of this stuff would be carried over, but I guess clarification is needed.

Also what about activity and membergroups? Will they still be the same?

I was thinking all of this should be carried over minus report percentage thats not important but banned accounts, trust, posts and login time is very important.

Login time is very important ?

I'd say reported percentage gives an idea of who the better reporter is and more so , it incentivises reporting , even with just a number , it is pretty effective.

On the other hand , login time does nothing except provides another stat for people to spam on the off-topic subforums

Good reasons but we see a lot of people boasting about login time and some people take peopels opinions wit ha pinch of salt if they have been a long term active member of the forum.
925  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Overclocked Antminer S1 (200GH/s) + Antec PSU on: June 03, 2014, 05:55:12 PM
200GH/s? are you willing to use a trusted escrow?
926  Economy / Auctions / Re: Auction - 2011 Casascius 1 BTC Error Coin - Must See! on: June 03, 2014, 05:53:55 PM
Why won't you use a trusted escrow? even if the buyer is willing to pay fees?
927  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Bitcoin Board Game on: June 03, 2014, 05:52:13 PM
It's funny how outdated the prices are... I mean, it seemed reasonable at the time.   Cheesy

I took a look and thought to myself that this game could be a little more realistic on the prices but then I saw the creation date  Cheesy
928  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will Bitcoin reach $1 again? on: June 03, 2014, 05:50:08 PM

Please tell me this bad news and I'll tell you if I agree.

932  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] MacBook Air 13-inch Mid 2011 [USED] on: June 03, 2014, 05:43:07 PM
Would this include the hard drive or would you be taking the hard drive for personal reasons? If you are taking it do you know how much or any cheap deals on hard drives?
933  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Happens When Bitcoin Is Fully Mined? on: June 03, 2014, 05:41:57 PM
I wondered this too, a lot actually. Like how are transactions supposed to confirm? Will people mine just for the sake of confirming transactions, not with the chance of receiving any block reward?

People will still mine just for the transaction fees. it would be the best time to mine but would require a awesome piece of hardware.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new wealthy elite, gentlemen. on: June 03, 2014, 05:40:55 PM
I live in the Australasia region. A nice small house in a semi-rural area down south would set you back about $40,000-$80,000 USD.

Is it so cheap? I live in South Asia. It is very difficult to find decent looking rural houses for less than $100,000. During the last few years, the values shot up by something like 5-6 times. They are very expensive now.  Angry

i wish I had houses going to 40k usd that would be amazing but im unfamilar with the australasia region.
935  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Looking for $20,000 investor in company. on: June 03, 2014, 05:39:24 PM
Why can't you publicly reveal the details here?
Also, no information at all probably won't get you any fundings.

Because the idea is one that is easily replicable, but genius in itself.

If I was a investor I would rather have all the information in public rather than hidden in someones personal messages. I would seek advice from others too.

What sort of business is it? online, physical?
936  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 0.20 Btc return 0.25 June6 on: June 03, 2014, 05:37:28 PM
Doesn't matter of his past this account could of been hacked and the first place someone would go would be the lending sub forum. I just hope that's no the case.

Very true.  I was wondering the purpose of the loan, and I doubt the account was hacked, as for moniz used the same loan address for the previous loans as well.

Good point but that was just a assumption if the hacker got hold of his email and he used a online wallet such as blockchain he could of found a backup there or be able to gain access to the wallet through the emails. I don't think its been hacked but you must take into consideration otherwise its going to bite you on the ass one day.

I'll pay 1 satoshi for your old one means you won't be needing it any more. who needs 2?

Someone with your fine quality in taste surely has another one. no way would you be riding around in a shed before you woke up in this.
938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple Approves Bitcoin Wallets on: June 03, 2014, 05:33:40 PM
http://bitcoinbulls.com/apple-allowing-bitcoin-apps/

We don't think it is referring to Bitcoin.  Examine the patent.  It seems like Apple wants to compete with, not join the party.
Dam why does apple want to compete with everyone and anyone why don't they accept they failed every attempt they have made in doing just that.

Monopoly and money. Can we really blame them?

We could do and I will do. I honestly believe they try to monopoly everything and have failed.
939  Other / Off-topic / Re: Favourite football player! on: June 03, 2014, 05:32:41 PM
Fernando Torres, Such a magnificent striker with a brilliant attitude towards the game, if on form, unstoppable, but needs the supply to achieve the greatness that he has shown in the past !

Fernando Torres is my favorite Spanish player. If Spain somehow reaches the final of the FIFA World Cup 2014, then I am sure that it will be partly due to his efforts as well. Unfortunately, he hasn't been in good form for Chelsea lately.

He was one of the best players in the world at liverpool but then he went to chelsea and its just gone down hill I hope hes got a little left in him or I see his career ending pretty soon.
940  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: June 03, 2014, 05:31:36 PM
He's actually my favourite shit actor. I can always enjoy his films no matter how ridiculous or shit they are.

I see him as a good actor (doing what he does best, being bit random, making faces, being loud and energetic.. almost like Jim Carrey but more serious).. but the roles he chooses.. oh dear..

I really think that he just picks so awkward movies. Some of them are bad movies (like Ghost Rider.. it looked cool and Cage made it even more cool.. but if you rip off the surface it just becomes so unlogical and not-that-clever movie it tries to be), some of them would be boring movies (but Cage lightens them up.. like National Treasure).. there aren't that many good movies he has done lately (Face Off comes to my mind.. Kickassia kind of..? Oh yeah and Hit Em' Up [it's anti tobaccomovie so he eats carrots all the time]) xD

NC is a shit actor I find it very hard to watch him in fact I normally don't watch any film in which he stars in. comparing him to jim carrey is a insult to jim.
