I think choosing between these options depends on the financial status of a person. But anyway, I'd also go with the first one—the job that pays a good salary. Money is of great necessity nowadays (especially during this time of pandemic). And as far as I know, there are companies that offer seminars first so that an employee will have an idea of what he/she will be doing. Also, I think that one will eventually learn how to love something and in this situation, one's work. My point of view comes closer to your words. Money is a great necessity right now. You cannot live a decent life if you don't make good money. And trying to find the best job will never come true.
