I think that many casinos who ask for KYC in crypto world has not any real meaning. In crypto we play anonymously and that should also be the way to withdraw. You can withhold suspicious withdraws but not really clear ones who have done nothing wrong. Veleten apparently he is in jail, which means any sane business would just close shop and leave by paying everyone their money. The wisest choice safedice should have gone with is not allowing people to gamble anymore, close the gambling side of the business and just work as a wallet but only for withdrawals.
Keep enough workers in there and enough money to just pay people their money back and do not allow them to deposit anymore coins. I mean why would anyone really want to continue to run this casino while the owner is in jail and the payments are in trouble.

I have an idea to make a dicing-script market.
To avoid scam script authors, I am thinking maybe use Steemit voting function to support dicing script authors is a fair idea?
Logic like this:
* Create dicing script is very time-consuming (coding and testing), if the script is really good or not-so-bad, it worth some pay back or profit back.
* But sometimes, users loss is not the scripts' fault, but just user's greedy behaviors.
* So to balance the good part and bad part, voting the good script but not transfer real coin to the author is a safer-but-still-profitable action.
So:
* Steemit voting function is a good choice to make it happen.
* Just voting, no need to transfer real coin from you.
* Author still can earn STEEM/SBD if you voted him.
Sounds good?
