941  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: September 23, 2017, 06:42:19 AM
I can see that people nowadays are busy searching on money and everything depends on money. People nowadays never go to church just because they would rather earn money rather than praise God. Others do not pay respect to elders  because they earn money for them or richer than them. Well for you, is money above all things ?

Yes even justice can be bought if the judge is a corrupt one.  As they say when money speaks everyone listens.  Everything can be bought by money.  Of course not the best things in life, because they are free.
Not only justice but even love depends on money. If you have money and a sound business and a good reputation in the society due to your financial position, everybody will love you. Even your life partner will love you because of your wealth.

Besides if you are poor nobody will give you left and there will be no reputation in the society and even in your home. It is all about the money. Money is everything.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: September 23, 2017, 05:54:38 AM
I still can't seems to accept the concept of online wallet especially those that doesn't let you hold all or part of your private keys. No private key means not your coins!
I prefer online wallets, maybe that’s because it has been what I’m using since I started making use of Bitcoin. I’ve never tried out offline wallets for once, though I heard it is much safe and secured than online wallets.
In my opinion both the wallets are important in this day, because for day to day life necessaries you will need the offline wallet mean the fiat currency. And for inline purchase the easy way of payments is the online wallet.

Therefore I think that both the wallets have importance in its own place. Many people do not have any knowledge of online wallet; therefore they only use offline and regular currency.
943  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: September 22, 2017, 07:24:10 AM
If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?

Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage.  Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm.  On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
Buy a house with bitcoin, sure  a house is worth a lot,but making a mistake is what I think you are doing here, like if you wait for a few more years, god knows maybe you can buy one house for one bitcoin(sounds ridiculous but you never know). What I am trying to prove here is that you can wait for a few years and then think of buying your house using bitcoin.
Yeah, you can go for buying a house as prices have gone so up. In fact you can go for anything you love to like going for world tour, investing in different countries or buying different things for yourself. You can support your family more efficiently when prices of bit coins are high. Good luck.
If you have made investments already and things are under your control then not only house you can buy anything that you can afford. If you are holding then congratulations to you now you will get much more than you even expect, just wait for few more months or years whatever suits you.
944  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: September 22, 2017, 06:46:39 AM
I think it still needs a very long process, to become an international currency of course requires a majority and dominant users so I'm not sure will happen in the near future.
Maybe it will happen sooner or later since it is already used most of the people. They were using it for online transactions. And there are now stores that accept bitcoin as payment. I would be very much happy if that will happen soon.
Yeah it will take time. I think “later” will work here. We can’t say now it is an international currency but yes we may see it as international after few decades. Bitcoins are technological so as the world is moving towards technology. So we can give a logic that in future it will be prevailing throughout the world.
945  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price Goes down after a tweet by Charlie Lee on: September 21, 2017, 04:13:19 PM
Charlie Lee tweeted a post saying that

"LOOKS LIKE THIS TIME CHINA FINALLY BANNED BITCOIN EXCHANGES. (ANONYMOUS SOURCE I TRUST FULLY) THERE’S ONLY ONE RESPONSE: JUST HODŁ 😁"

Read more => https://zycrypto.com/bitcoin-price-goes-tweet-charlie-lee/

So if his "Source" is right, everyone here must just go with it. Charlie won't just create a FUD for nothing, because he is so influential for each of us. Let's test the incoming effects and the factor of China "if ever". Let's brace ourselves and prepare our money's for the dip "in case" and be thankful for this movement and consider it as a chance for us to buy more bitcoins.  Grin
I must say that is the power of whale Tongue I don’t know much about the event that happened and prices drop to $4012 now but what I believe is it will drop to $3500 more. No need to worry, it is just a dip after a long time and will get jump to $4500 within no time. So time to buy, people!
946  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: September 21, 2017, 03:45:26 PM
i think no, bitcoin was not only made for educated person but for everyone. anyone whose interested in bitcoin, may be dumb or not, can do it, as long as he/she is capable to do so.  Smiley
Exactly there is no bound in bitcoin world that only educated ones can deal in it and get money. No it is neither the case nor it will be happening. Bitcoins are like a broadcast technology that invite every person from all walks of life to join it and get paid with some work.
947  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: September 20, 2017, 03:32:31 PM
In addition to reducing unemployment bitcoin can also be an alternative to find additional money for those who already work
Yes I agree with this in addition to reducing unemployment bitcoin able to supplement income for people who are already working, But indeed in fact true with the bitcoin able to reduce unemployment so bitcoin able to make people make money by alternative way.
In this case bitcoin is able to help our economy.
Yes i agree, because bitcooin can be their source of income. Instead of finding a job that not appliicable to their subjects. Bitcoin is for everyone. It can be access using internet. So if you have enough knowledge about bitcoin it can help you financially.
I’ll say the same. Bitcoin has changed the lives of so many people who are dealing with it and investing with it, thus bringing more opportunities for the people to earn money.

And I think it is playing a very vital role in eradicating the unemployment from the society and it will keep on doing so.
yeah bitcoin really has become a problem solver for many people. especially for those who do not have a job. including me. now I've graduated from college and I have not had any job in real life yet. very lucky because I'm a bitcoin user and I invest and have a business in bitcoin, so earning from bitcoin really helps my finances, this is a small example, how bitcoin reduces unemployment

But that shouldn't stop you from at least trying to have a professional career. Definitely i agree with you about bitcoin becoming a solution for people in need of money, but it shouldn't hinder you also from pursuing your goals because of profiting largely from it
I agree with you that we should pursue some professional career besides working with bitcoins. With the invention of digital currencies, the worth of professional careers has not decreased. There is no doubt that bitcoins are helping those who are unemployed but no need to eave jobs for digital currencies.
We should highly appreciate bitcoins for helping masses earn their livelihoods around the world. I really consider bitcoins blessing for helping me meeting my financial needs and that of my family as well.
There is nothing wrong if we mark bitcoins as the life savoir digital currency among the ocean of digital currencies.
I second you are thought about bitcoins as blessings. They have acted as life saviors for many who were living a depressed and frustrated life just because they were not having any means of earning their livelihoods. With bitcoins, they are no more beggars. Bitcoins have made them their own bosses.
948  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: September 20, 2017, 02:47:44 PM
I heard it for the first time when i was going to a trip to London with my girlfriend and i met a guy in the plane who was working on his laptop and i was also working on my laptop and then we talked and he told me about bitcoin and i was like i did not know that and he was like you need to try it out sometime so i tried it out and now i have a big income just only by bitcoins.
It so generous and inspiring when people share their personal opinions and experiences they have with bitcoins with one another without any sort of jealousy or envy. This is not only good for the popularity of the bitcoins but also it is going to benefit bitcoin holders in long terms. We should keep spreading awareness regarding bitcoins.
949  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: September 19, 2017, 03:28:56 PM
So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)

I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.

Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)

Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.
Simply put your bitcoin in your wallet and hold it maybe someday you can realize you win the game and if you want try to invest it in a legal way. There are many investment there but you need to look at its business reputation if your money will be safe.
You are absolutely right. I think if your luck is not going to be in your favor in case of trading, then you need not to continue doing trading for at least some period. You can hold your coins in order to remain safe. Go and learn the things about trading in a well manner. After that if you want to continue doing trading, and then go for it.

951  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 16, 2017, 07:30:14 AM
because I was expecting bitcoin prices to keep going up so I did not want to sell bitcoin. in addition, the increase in users also makes me optimistic about the future of bitcoin.
You are on the right track; there is no need to sell off bitcoins at present because prices are as you said continuously moving towards sky. Indeed there having been observed great increase in the users of bitcoins in last two months especially after the Segwit. Even the gold investors are turning towards bitcoins.
952  Economy / Economics / Re: Time is money, how you manage your money and time ? on: September 16, 2017, 06:58:59 AM
If the time for entertainment is lesser than productive activities, I think that would be fine for a healthy growth not only in terms of financial position.
If there is a good balance in free time and productive activities, nothing wrong can happen with your time. You need to follow a proper timetable to live a life of success. There is nothing wrong in living a life where you can take out some time to have fun in your life. There is nothing tough in maintaining balance.
953  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we push the actual use of Bitcoin ? on: September 13, 2017, 08:02:57 AM
I think it would be through advertisement. Maybe we could advertise Bitcoin and address it to the people through television commercials, radio commercials, billboards, flyers etc. Through this, people will be curious and will research on about it.

Advertisement will be a big help but if we will look back at the beginnings of bitcoin. There's no advertisement, it's all about internet and it's great future. But at this moment, advertisements will be a very good way to push the usage of bitcoin especially if someone influential will try to say good things about bitcoin and attracts people to use it.
Since we are in the digital age and bitcoin is a digital currency, might as well make use of the power of digital media. Everybody something goes viral and gets shared a thousand times. An ad about bitcoin, something interesting, could go viral if done creatively. But the question is who would take the lead in coming up with such an ad. Local exchanges are doing their thing with promos here and there but that is a small step towards more recognition of bitcoin.

Social media's are very powerful in our times, when something gets popular everyone will be on it. Like facebook's popularity, I've seen videos of bitcoin spread on the network and there are so many people that are asking about it. There's no need to take the lead about advertisement as everyone of us can do it alone by sharing our thoughts or sharing videos about btc.
Social media will be a great way or bridge for bitcoin to connect to the people who are not aware of what is bitcoin because if we are going to observe on what is currently happening in the social media, we can see that it is very easy for the people to share some thoughts and the video or pictures that they like and if we are going to use it for bitcoin then popularity of bitcoin can grow in a huge numbers.

People spend more time by standing at their social media accounts, following their favorite actors/actresses and their favorite meme pages. And by using those medias for the actual push of bitcoin's usage it's very possible to happen. We can reach those people that are not aware of bitcoin with it and it's no hassle and effortless.
I am also against pushing anything. When the time will be right, all that is meant to happen will happen. Doing it before time can actually produce negative results! As bitcoin has already made this far so we should show more trust in its strength and have some patience. Let the time handle this.
954  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: September 13, 2017, 07:19:30 AM
The best way to earn more money is to start earning money. By gaining experience you will grow as a trader and investor. You might lose some money at first but you will later down the road you will learn what to look for in a trade or investment opportunity.
That is so true if you are likely to work in bitcoins and want to earn money from it. Yes there are campaigns, mining, trading, investing and much more. You only have to get your mind accept this business and start working on it. It is easy, much more to yield you at the end.
955  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 12, 2017, 06:15:59 AM
Looked at the weekly chart and I am afraid to hold. That's why I sold.

Bitcoin price has gone too high. If the traders on this market really follow TA indicators, I think they should have a look at weekly chart.

I know that many of you revive the past and predict the future. But, what if it's a black swan?
There is no need to attend weekly price chart because they do nothing good than creating chaos and panic among the investors. I only visit charts when the prices are going up and then cash out my bitcoins. Bitcoins are supposed to be treated like long term investments. You can’t make good money if you keep checking weekly charts.
956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? on: September 11, 2017, 03:46:33 PM
I am often late from work due to gambling. Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling?

Unfortunately I have to give the affirmative answer to this question. Like you I also sometimes late from work because of gambling. And sometimes I even gamble during my work which is risky because you can get fired for doing things like that in working hours. I finished school long time ago, but actually I think I have to learn a lot of stuff still, so in a way gambling is distracting me from learning useful things too. I plan to limit the time I spend on gambling to 1 hour per day, otherwise I think it's unhealthy.
You should try best to avoid gambling as much s you can. Are you crazy? You are putting your job and career on risk just because of this disease called gambling. Just stop this nonsense or consult some doctor in order to divert mind when you have strong urge for gambling.
957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More and more blocks >1M, are you using segwit? on: September 11, 2017, 10:25:06 AM
Not yet since Electrum developer said some features such as p2sh-p2wsh addresses which needed for multi-sig address isn't ready yet.
I also do not use segwit, because I am waiting for more reliable electrum development. When I realize that now it is to use some kind of developed blocks with new and secure features then I will use it for my bitcoin wallet.

But at this time I never tough of using any kind of segwit or other address. So waiting for more developers because bitcoin is also in the process of development and promotion.
958  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: September 11, 2017, 08:52:09 AM
In my personal experience, I first heard of it 1 year ago in a online forum game, people sold gold for Bitcoins, around March, gave it no importance at first. Now im kinda utterly commited to it. Really an interest subject of study.
I heard it to my friend sounds just like a scam but i ignored it they have time that my friend discuss to me how bitcoin change his life and how bitcoin to use so my first expression  how to use this how to earn money and my friend teach me how to earn money in bitcoin but is not simple and easy because you need to read, study and be observative to bitcoin world  you need to have a time to this. Bitcoin is not easy but it is a helpful when you are diligent in bitcoin so until now my friend continueng shareng her profit in bitcoin that's why i'm here now in bitcoin world.
Well its a fastest growing online currency around the word i heard from one of my friend and then i saw him that he was doing it practically then i start to believe that its really a committed job because its earning in easy way and also getting a  healthy amount from bitcoin after joining bitcoin then i find some other people around me they are also working in bitcoin.
Around the world dude, not around the world! Never mind me making correction, sometimes I just can't hold back...
Most of the people here are blessed with caring friends who share their knowledge regarding everything. I discovered BTCs from facebook for the first time. Social sites can be very useful at times.
959  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin the new gold on: September 11, 2017, 08:22:14 AM
If you ask it's because now bitcoin is the profitable investment. yes i'm agree with you, bitcoin is the new gold even though in my eyes both are different.  why i can say both are different because the price of gold never rise very fast like bitcoin.
Not in respect of prices but also the way both are used, they are hell different. We need not to compare them with each other. Bitcoins are the legends of the crypto currencies whereas gold is most widely used metal. There is no doubt that bitcoins have beaten gold in the race of being more valuable.
People do a comparison between both because they have few things in common, both are used as an investment tool, we consider both as assets and transactions are made in BTCs as well as gold. No doubt bitcoin has left gold far behind in all of the three uses.
960  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: September 09, 2017, 09:44:14 AM
Bitcoin will become global currency even though their country has not legalized bitcoin, bitcoin makes it easy for us to transact and bitcoin is also very easy to use, there is no special requirement to start using bitcoin. so bitcoin into global currency makes a very of sense.
Bit coin is becoming global currency day by day. Most of the people belonging to different countries have started investing in bit coins because they know that it is going to be the global currency which doesn’t need any legal procedures for a country to get exchanged with any of the other physical currencies.
