Everyone needs some time off from time to time... keep it cool  I'm very impressed with their work so far and will patiently wait for news. have already switched from yiimp to CW for my BTX mining, will be great when the 0.9.9 version is here with that algo. --ypsi Tried also, but Spmod2 crashes after minute run with cwi pool, while running fine with yiimp (still crashing but once/twice an hour) |

Ну или по русски, miner.bat переписывается на то что в config.bat. Поэтому народ меняет в нем чего то, запускает, а он опять зек молотит.
Now I understand  autorun.bat before every start of miner check your miner.bat. if command inside miner.bat not equal MinerProcessBatText in config.bat miner.bat will be rewritten with command that equal MinerProcessBatText in config.bat So let me inform to all again.
Do not forget configure config.bat file! Please, carefully read it and fill, if any problems or need help - contact me!Вот потому и говорю, что надо в miner.bat первой строкой зарядить предупреждение, что менять в нем что либо бессмысленно. |

English is not my native language, I only learning... I mean that your script overwrite miner.bat, so any changes I make to it are gone after restart of the script. I think mainly because i5 2500k only 4 threads. i5-2500 at 3.6Gh, right miner, 3 threads, clean Win gives 145+h/s i7 should all give 200-270+ depending on frequency. |

I agree, no OP activity, and basically no updates on the miner is not the way to keep miners engaged with the project. I understand the stability and easy of use idea but, there is no need to add 5 algos to release a new version. Better make 3-4 updates for this month so the miners keep using the project.
Totally agree. For beta stage 1 update a week is normal. Small speed improvements, small urgent fixes, 1 algo addition is much much better than silence for the month. Anyone disagree that gigahashes/s error should have been fixed a month ago? Just shut the miner down - what is simpler than that? |

In general, the 1080 isn't too popular. For the price and power use, there are better options.
It is very popular myth. Thanks to it 1080 are more cost effective than 1070/1060. I would agree with this...bad reputation of 1080 makes them to cost less, but they are very good for core algos, they fail only on eth, So if price is close to 1070 I would go to 1080 instead. Not only eth. 3 algos where 1080 are bad: 1) ethash 30% slower than 1070 very bad performance, but is cured by dual mining, giving slightly more than 1070 (~10%). 2) cryptonight. very bad performance 3) neoscrypt ~1070. 1080 shine in (giving 80-100% of 1060) 1) skunk 2) lyra2r2 3) tribus |

You guys need to realize this is a startup pool and miner... it's going to expand and get better, but it takes time to get things right.
If your unhappy with the rate of improvement, move along...
Most of us who are changing what coins we mine are keeping up with the best miner to use at the time and use multiple pools anyway. Just give it some time and see what happens with 9.9, it'll come when it comes.
Bugging for better free software is lame.

NVidia GTX1070 can mine every cryptocurrencies : only AMD GPUs cannot mine some. It is not true. Xevan algo doesn't exist for nvidia yet. |

There are at least 2 such coins right now. names of both please, or they don't exist. You know if you sit still on your ass you won't achieve anything. Search, investigate, move. It is not very complicated task to search forum and find. But yes, you can sit and repeat "they don't exist, they don't exist...." your rhetoric is stupid, in order to do the research I have to sit on my ass at my computer, problem is I have a busy, active real life with commitments and little time to sit on my ass. Everyone has real life, families and problems. So why should I or someone else do your job to earn you money? I was more than generous just telling about the oportunity, thus reducing my own perspective revenue. Who is smart enough, who don't want just to sit still on his ass moved and found coins in a couple of minutes. If you are lasy than - "they don't exist, they don't exist ...." There are many such "sitters" mining unprofitable coins with slow miners - just look at yiimp. |

If it cost <20% more than it is more effective. There are 3 algo in which 1080 performs bad, even worse than 1070. But there are a lot of other algos. E.g. neoscrypt: 1060 - 900+ 1070 -1100+ 1080 -1100 1060 is clear winner here .... if you won't look at amd side |

Thanks - is NeoScrypt just something that will always work better on AMD due to inherent differences in the GPUs, or is it simply because no one has built an optimised miner for NVIDIA cards yet?
Neoscrypt work fine with 1060/1070. You can get: 1060 - 900+ 1070 - 1100+ Actually 1060 make the best H/$ for neoscrypt among Nvidia GPU's. |

I've been mining SIGT since about block 15k without issue on my 1080 Ti's with various miners. But once I go over to an auto-switching miner such as Nemo's miner or SniffDog miner, I run into an issue with one of my Ti's. Over the weekend I ran my rig on SniffDog without issue until Monday morning I realised one of the cards had stopped running. It was greyed out on Afterburner and just being ignored from the miner, then after a restart it didn't even appear in Afterburner. This has previously happened a couple times before on Nemo's miner.
My thinking is one of the coins it is switching to is triggering my Founder's Edition card to fail and it won't come back until I swap out the USB riser and use a different PCI slot. But then it just happens again. Can anyone suggest what may be triggering this? or is it just a dodgy card?
Too much OC for that card. It can be stable on Sigt, but fail on ... neoscrypt or else |
