961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal surveying about bitcoin. on: June 12, 2014, 11:48:24 PM
If this is survey is administered to all their users (mainstreamers) pay pal will realise that 95% of the population sees no need for bitcoin

That would be true today but that is only because people are so accustomed to paying the hidden "tax" of using payment processors that process paypal, credit/debit card transactions and the like in the form of higher prices.

People arent that stupid. Everyone knows that they are paying and how much are paying. PayPal is not hiding it. It clearly shows exactly how much it takes from every transaction. Thing is, PayPal has something that buyers want....buyer protection. So ppl are ready to pay large fees to feel safe, and PayPal knows it (paying for safety is really pretty much normal thing for our civilization).
Anyway, PP will enbrace BTC and it will enable them to lower fees and become even stronger than they are now. You will have relativly lower fees and safety. Standard "Joe" dreams of it every night.
962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal surveying about bitcoin. on: June 12, 2014, 11:44:52 PM
I'm afraid it's true...alot of ppl will pres: "i have no god damn idea what BTC is"...
But, nevertheless, PayPal has eye on BTC from same reason we all have...it's useful to them (fast and cheap transactions and moveing founds all over the world).

Best feature of Bitcoin Cheap transaction fee, that is the reason everyone want to use.

Exactly. Even PayPal can make money out of it. It's common misake when ppl think that PayPal and BTC go one against another. If PayPal embraces BTC it can make way more money that it's making now. Why do ppl really think that PayPal want to pay all that money to banks and credit card houses? Hell no! When they get chance they will grab BTC and wont let go.
I'm guesing that only thing right now that's holding em back are regulations. Once that's clear enough, they will jump on it like a teenager boy on porn actress.
963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FBI coins on the move! on: June 12, 2014, 11:39:48 PM

How did they get access to the coins?

You arrest someone and tell him he will go xx ammount of years to jail. If he gives you access to wallet he goed xx/2 years to jail (if found guilty ofc).
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Vancouver getting all the love - 2nd Robocoin ATM found!! on: June 12, 2014, 11:34:50 PM
The more ATM's the beter. Fees will go down sooner as amount of ATM's increase. Once it's low enough, it will enable random Joe to use Bitcoin and wanders it provide.
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scarcity model bullshit. on: June 12, 2014, 11:28:31 PM
As far as using electricity, it won't be long before it reaches the limit and can't be mined any longer, hence no more use of electicity

what the heck are you blathering about

Mining never stops. Once rewards stop, ppl will mine for fees
966  Economy / Economics / Re: Hypothetically, if a large enough gold deposit was found, could it cause economi on: June 12, 2014, 10:35:50 PM
In California gold rush, the gold price did not crash hard, instead, the whole west coast were built. It clearly reflected that in people's consensus, gold is money, more gold = more money, more money = richer

But economists say that more money will cause inflation, because fiat money's value purely comes from it being used to trade, it has no other use, more fiat money = more spending = inflation, but more gold will not cause more spending, since it holds value long term wise, the extra gold will just be hoarded

Gold rush is nowhere near to what OP described (gold as much as dirt). That would destroy price of gold to price of dirt (we use dirt too you know...for growing food etc.)
967  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin does it really depends on government's blessing ? on: June 12, 2014, 10:33:48 PM
Price surely depends on that will it be blessed or not. If it's blessed, price will be higher than if it's not. That's about it. Making it illegal all over the world would drop the price, but it wouldnt kill it.

solidno smo se i držali

penal nije ni bio, prije trećeg gola vjerovatno prekršaj....

no treći gol je majstorski, špica

ništa za ovaj poraz u finalu ih pobjeđujemo Smiley

Iskreno, nije bilo lose. Zasluzili su decki bar remi.... 1:1. Nikako ovaj ruzan rezultat 3:1, koji izgleda kao da su nas nakantali ko zadnje debile.

970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FBI coins on the move! on: June 12, 2014, 10:14:14 PM
Or it could just be funds were moved to a different wallet...

I'm back, with little bit more alcohol in my blood (won some BTC on football bet so i had to drink).
That is just too simple. It's never THAT simple. It has to involve, masons, al qaeda, FBI, NSA....(what's that god dman russian secret service)...whatever....something like that. And hacking of course.
971  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Australian government grabs money in bank accounts dormant for 3 years on: June 12, 2014, 10:08:28 PM
This is best PR Bitcoin could get. Really...this is not as shady as printing money...this is pure and simple, shameless, money grab.
972  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Ghash cause the price drop? on: June 12, 2014, 10:03:38 PM

974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Re: Bitcoin-QT client question on: June 12, 2014, 09:04:17 PM
Well, let's be honest, there are no Bitcoin to be destroyed. They are not somewhere stored so you can destroy them.
"I have 1 bitcoin" means, that whole world (or to be precise, whole BTC network) agrees that adress i control is entitled to 1 btc. So basicly, you can be entitled to it, or not...you cant have em nor make em nor destroy them...they are not something.
To make it more "idiot proof", let's say we agree that there is currency called Ljudotinacoin. You have piece of paper and i have piec eof paper. We write how many ljudotinacoins youa re entitled to, and how many i am entitled to. Are there any coins? No...only agreement betwean two of us. Nothing to destroy. What we can do is say: ok this much of ljudotinacoins we wil entitle to "Flying Spaghetti Monster". As we all know that there is no Flying Spaghetti Monster , those "coins" are "destroyed"....it's wrong terminology, but we all can stick with it...
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This needs everyone's eyes on it - Bitcointalk please check this github issue! on: June 12, 2014, 08:58:25 PM
At first, i was like: "Meh, it's Fundation related...screw them!"
Than after second tought, they DO control Bitcoin in certain way. They need to be as straight and opened as it gets....

"Aj mi posalji sve sot imas i jati sutra uplatim novce na racun", a ti mi jadan povjerujes i posaljes BTC a lovu niti mene nikad nevidis  Grin
979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FBI coins on the move! on: June 12, 2014, 07:37:06 PM
Or, that BTC was never in possesion of FBI...it's in hands of Fundation from start...maybe they were ones that stole it!

You're thinking that the Foundation somehow gained access to the Silk Road private keys?

Huh

No i'm thinking Fundation hacked Silkroad or even better, hacked  FBI and took BTC. Or Silkroad is owned by Fundation....or even something more crazier (wait i need to drink little bit more...will continue)
