961  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-05-06] Forbes - Did Google Just Censor Bitcoin on: May 07, 2020, 04:57:02 PM

I wonder what Googles motivation for doing this is?

Simply Google is paid by the banks and the financial institutions to censor Bitcoin.
They don't want Bitcoin - even if there are so many news that banks are looking at it and they want to be involved in there. At least they want to be involved with a new chain and not in Bitcoin's one.
Google is part of the system that is against Bitcoin and economical freedom.
962  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Societal aid on: May 07, 2020, 01:47:12 PM
Smartphones doesn't provide any aid to people. Some of them might be harmed by a gift like this.
It would be better if you have made a donation of food or something tangible that would be used by anyone - even from kids - and they are in need of... It is a good move though considering the fact that you didn't ask for a payback about that.
963  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Coronavirus Outbreak on: May 07, 2020, 01:43:44 PM
To be honest, I have long forgotten that there is now some kind of epidemic. I don't read the news, I live my life and go about my business. I like to live in peace and harmony.

(In any case, I can not miss the important news on which my life depends).

This is not absolutely good.
Now that you don't read the news you are doing good to your mental health as you might have less depression. However, it is good to know what it is going on in society and be able to protect yourself if any virus comes to your relatives.
964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 07, 2020, 01:36:28 PM
Lots of Love to the Pep Guardiola and for his family, It's really a pathetic situation for him because he lost his mother due to Corona contraction, in recent time, Pep Guardiola donated more than a million euro for the fight against Corona, not only that recently he urged his fans staying at home through a video call, whatever the football philosophy, I like his activities for the humanity, There is no word for this mourning moment, It's true that Life is not always fair, And this Covic19 has taken a lot of valuable lives around the world, Who knows when it will be minimized...

I didn't know that Pep lost his mother due to COVID-19.
This incident should make him feel more in danger when the games are going to start.
I wonder what it is going to happen when teams are going to flight from another country in order to play CL games. Shouldn't they be in quarantine for 14 days as this is now the rule when someone comes from another country?
965  Other / Off-topic / Re: Youtube content on: May 07, 2020, 09:45:38 AM
I started to become active on youtube by uploading videos, and so far I have 100+ subscribers. I have many free time now due to lockdown thats why im trying to do something different.

Can you give me an idea what videos can attract viewers the most?

I have made a lot of unsuccessful tries to start a youtube channel.
I cannot even reach 100 subs as you already did. Usually people want to see fun things that can make them laugh. Just think that you are watching youtube in your free time for example. Mostly, upload content that you love this is going to keep you trying.
966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 500$ - 30,000$ Gambling Challenge on: May 06, 2020, 07:47:29 PM
I think it is impossible to reach 30k with 500.
You are forced to do a lot of bets and as you gamble more you will be eventually lost. The profit you have made so fast 900 is a good one almost 2x. Now that leagues are going to start again you will be able to continue your challenge.
967  Economy / Speculation / Re: say welcome to THE FOMO... on: May 06, 2020, 07:34:53 PM
FOMO makes the price of Bitcoin better, and I like that, now is the weekend, PUMP and DUMP are common, and only a few days of halving begin, maybe the price can touch $ 10000 on Tuesday or Friday, we'll see.

It makes the price going up but not permanently.
FOMO is not good for the price as the market is artificial at that period when fomo happens.
We don't need pumps and dumps in the bitcoin price as this creates bubbles.
968  Other / Off-topic / Re: What inspires you the most? on: May 06, 2020, 06:51:28 PM
What inspires you the most?
It often happens that people lack inspiration or motivation. They have no example to emulate in order to become better.

My personal limits motivate me the most.
I always try to overcome my limits. When I see that I have reached the maximum then I set new limits and so on.
This way I keep myself motivated and try to get new goals everytime.
969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: May 06, 2020, 06:44:19 PM
Answer to this question depends on several factors, and the most important factor is of course where you live! While in some countries gambling is illegal (and more than that, we can say rejected by society), in some countries it's legal and it's not wrong if you are doing that!
I don't have special job, I gamble and most of the people that knows me know that I play poker and other gambling games. I don't hide my wins and loses, I talk openly about gambling, what that means to me and why I gamble! Others can accept that or not, but I don't care about that!

Wherever you live, and whatever laws in your country, you are always better to keep quiet about your passion for gambling! People are absolutely everywhere bad attitude towards gamblers!

It is better to control your passion.
It is okay if you have some routines such as liking to gamble - it is in our nature to have things that we like to spend time and and some not. If you have control on it then there is not any way to be afraid from laws or your attitude to others.
970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best platform to practice poker on: May 06, 2020, 06:35:09 PM
The best place to practice your poker strategies is zynga poker.
This platform is a poker simulator - as you don't need to deposit any money in order to be able to play and there are so many people playing around from pros to newbies.
971  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tutorial To Stay Safe Beginners From Telegram Scamming on: May 06, 2020, 06:30:28 PM
It is the best protection to block other users from inviting to groups.
However, if someone is going to try and scam you it will find other ways. I think that the best protection of all is to block getting private messages from anonymous or strangers because now scammers try to reach out via PMs.
972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: May 06, 2020, 03:23:00 PM
There are also probably some teams which would like to see league scraped in order to avoid relegation.

That's only natural, I'd say the spirit of the financial benefits outweighs the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play in modern football.

What if somebody intentionally tries to stop the league and force some decision?

What Salomon Kalou of Hertha Berlin( German league) did a few days ago could arguably fall under this category, and I strongly think there will be severe consequences if discovered.

I read a Thibaut Courtois interview stating how unfair it would be to hand over the league to Barcelona if the season cannot be completed, and Barcelona Coach also stated that he'd rather have the league completed and doesn't want a title handed to his team under a circumstance such as this.

If the league is not going to start again then it is better to cancel it.
It is indeed unfair if the first team get the title without completing the season and of course I don't think that anyone is going to allow it.
There are still a lot of games to be played, and if they will not be played then La Liga should decide for the cancellation of the league.
973  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc going to 2k or 3k or 7k or 9k on: May 06, 2020, 12:39:05 PM
As we are closer to the halving event I can see that the price is going to go only up now.
The markets has started turning green and we are already 7 days before halving and people has started buying so the price is going to go up and possibly will go 10k after halving.
974  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic outcome on: May 06, 2020, 10:54:25 AM
I agree with you that if the government helps the people then the epidemic will be better and many will be saved from the financial crisis. The Canadian government has extended more help than the US government in economic aid. Although the government provides relief funds to the poor, political leaders are interfering, so it would be better if there are many sites in this forum where we can solve some of our own problems by working without relying on the government. It is possible to deal with financial problems through trade or investment.

Even if governments provide help this will not eliminate the financial crisis.
It will just be more relieved but not eliminated. It is inevitable to see the unemployment rates become huge again. Big companies -especially in the tourism industry has started firing people.
975  Economy / Economics / Re: Collapse of crude oil prices on: May 06, 2020, 08:45:40 AM
The absolute collapse of WTI prices is primarily owing to the expiry of May WTI contracts, alongside the significant demand destruction due to lockdowns in several countries and supply glut in oil markets. Put simply in other words, the sellers are paying the buyers. Oil traders are unwilling to take the delivery owing to lack of storage space.

Here is my country the oil price is still the same due to taxation.
I think that the same has happened in many other countries so we as consumers cannot see any significant drop in the oil price. Sales are not increased due to the oil price leading to a collapse in the whole market.
976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: May 06, 2020, 08:42:29 AM
Sometimes, when we have a problem, gambling will be the way that we choose to calm down from the problem. Well, if that is what happens, then we cannot enjoy the games, we will lose the money because we add more problem in gambling,
Playing gambling games to have fun (entertainment) while having a problem in your life isn't a mistake. Why not? Some gamblers enjoy it! The point is to choose easy & fun games that are appropriate to have fun (entertainment purpose), not for earning money. I think that gamblers won't think about the losses because they don't target to win but to have fun.

Even if those games are not fun and easy games you can still gamble on it.
You don't have to spend a lot of money to them thought otherwise this would have a negative impact to your life savings. It is all about having fun even if the game is hard or not.
977  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I was asked to use a hand sanitiser this morning. on: May 05, 2020, 03:12:41 PM
Wash hands for 20 minutes at least once every 20 seconds.      Grin

That's the best you can do in order to keep your hygiene.
But the rest of us work on jobs that you are not able to leave or stop your job and go to wash your hands. Even if this happens, we should avoid touching our face with the dirty hands though.
978  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Corona virus is indeed Chinese virus!! Truth reveals! on: May 05, 2020, 03:10:42 PM
Based on official statistics https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus, Russia has already overtaken China in terms of number of infections. I looked for information why Russia is not demanding compensation from China and found an article saying that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke out against putting the blame for the coronavirus pandemic on China.

Source: https://www.chinadailyhk.com/article/129184#Russia-upset-by-Western-attempts-to-blame-China-for-COVID-19

And do you think it is possible to demand compensation from China?

It is unreasonable to demand compensation from China.
What did Russia and other countries did when the pandemic started to spread? They kept their airport open, and people were freely traveling from one place to another. Not to mention that they didn't make any controls or tests to people that were coming with airplanes from China.
979  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Corona Cattle... Face Masks Are Dangerous. on: May 05, 2020, 03:07:46 PM
Face masks are dangerous because people do not know how to use them.
The way the mask it is applied and touched make it very dangerous and will bring huge contamination to the population. People think that they are protected because they were the mask and they are going to spend less time washing their hands or keeping other hygiene standards.
980  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are there Aliens Here Already? on: May 05, 2020, 03:06:00 PM
Aliens exist but not in the earth.
How could you be so sure that we are living along in the whole galaxy where so other planets around Earth exist? It is impossible that Earth is the only planet that has life on it.
