Why don't you convert it to USDT? which is pegged to $1 USD, so you don't have to worry about it. ETH, LTC, Neo. They look stable but who knows where they will be in few weeks.
Tether would actually be the exact thing I need. But little concerned with its ties to bitfinex. Is this something I should be worried about? It's up to you. I just told you what I would do if I was in your position. It's probably the most stable altcoin you can put your money into compare to others. LTC is another good option but it relies on BTC price, so yeah. I would be wary of putting it anywhere other than Tether, it's still risky though. |

It's a hypothetical scenario and very unlikely to happen in real life. I would say atlcoins would rise in price since people would be looking for ways to recover their losses but most people are smart enough to know that market doesn't crash like that, so there is nothing to worry about for another 3 years. that's my opinion. They also predicted that it would crash in 2016 which never happened but people dump when they hear those kind of news and they take advantage of that opportunity.

So, I just looked at filecoin website and they're selling one filecoin for $5? they have 2 billions. I tried to purchase but they were asking for w2 and what not so I stayed away. I don't know, it looks too expensive. may be it's right to wait till it hits exchange.

Dont think it will recover in 6 months. People invested huge money yesterday and lost them in 30 minutes. I dont blame OAX dev team and support and etc, but people wont trust this project just on mental level, just because bad experience. looks like you held some bags. lol. As I said, it's still twice than ICO price. I don't think it would take it six months at all, it's still a new project, plenty of news will come. |

It's not just a dice project. Please do your research.
Important: Twitter bounties will be calculated at the end of the ICO most likely and an App might not make it in time considering developers have their hands full with the ICO. What was the ICO price? I hope it was less than 1 cent. I don't see any marketing from this team, may be that's why price is dropping. Perhaps they should hire a marketer with ICO money to save investors from headache.

Not sure if it is due to sia coin, that what I thought at the first place. But then I saw the price of digibyte slicing at about 80% , so if the price decrease happened just because the filecoin Intial coin offering, then it wouldn't affect Digibyte price, but it did affect. Yeah, it sucks. I have sold half of mine, may be I'll buy later when it dips. Too shaky right now. |

it's impossible to say what future holds. Bitcoin goes back to $200 and altcoins will go crash without moving, we've seen it over and over again. You can speculate what you want and invest your money wherever you want but keep in mind Bitcoin is still the king. If Bitcoin reaches $50k in 2 years then yes Maidsafe may rise in price as it already has but thanks to Bitcoin. If I had to speculate in 2-3 years term, I would much rater speculate Bitcoin price since it's the master of all coins and it tells them how to behave towards investors.

At one moment, people may dump their TenX PAY for some MCO... better be ready to catch this train. (And watch centratexh too in the blindspot)
On the technical side: Vol is huge. It is a curse and a. Lessing: I would monitor the OBV and RSI to enter at the best moment (dip) and Hold for a good 2 months... until they release the product.
Short term "binance" will help liquidity, which is good (maybe a bump on the 26th). I'd remain prudent with this bump as it may deflate quickly (technical)
If you have 1BTC -> buy 500 now on the dip, be ready to sell 200 on the 27th and hodl the rest. See after the 27th if you can re-enter in a technical correction post Binance.
note: please double check the binance date (i am not sure, 26th or 28th... typing from my phine, no time to check)
that depends on adoption. If you look at TenX, you can see their fees are lowest compare to all other tokens and people are already using their cards. If both were sh!t coins then yes, adoption wouldn't matter but that's not the case. We'll have to see how they perform in long term, it's too early to tell after one pump. on a side note: Has anyone used their MCO card? If yes, how's the transaction speed and where did you use it. |

As far as I saw their ICO was finished before it even started. There are only handful of investors in it who hold majority of the tokens. Personally, as an investor I wouldn't feel safe investing in it but they have a good roadmap so who knows what they have for the future.

TenX has little over 100 million in circulation while Monaco has only nine million. I think TenX is looking for long term, specially with their fees which is lowest of all similar tokens but they're priced at $3.59 which is half of Monaco. Correct price for Monaco would be $30 with so little coins in circulation. |
