9841  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ SCAM ALERT ] Legal Action Against Dean Nolan & betking.io on: July 30, 2019, 10:48:42 PM
Game Protect was recently approached by an UK lawyer who is expert for Bitcoin enforcement and we likely can enforce the crypto currencies scam artist Dean Nolan has scammed!

Please elaborate. What is the latest with your UK lawyer?
I don't think you should be taking him seriously. Recently, he is spamming all the casino-related cases with the same UK lawyer stuff. I'm not sure if any of them are solved by Game-Protect. I'd be happy to see scammer Dean Nolan behind the bars but Game-Protect certainly isn't capable of doing that.

Thank you for your post.

I also would be very happy to see serial scammer Dean Nolan behind bars. I hope the investors that were thinking of taking group action against him actually start the process.

I am also hoping to send my case file to the police in Scotland, UK soon but would like more information regarding the serial scammer Dean Nolan and some of his activities related to betking and related to where the funds went after he stole and siphoned-off at least $2.785 million which were stolen by him from the 100 million originally created BKT tokens and then the other funds that were never ever accounted for.
9842  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [p2pb2b.io] The next generation cryptocurrency exchange [IEO (STO) for Startups] on: July 30, 2019, 09:06:41 PM
I can confirm fake trade volume for Dogecoin there. I know because I try to trade there with them.
There are open orders less than 0.5 BTC even if they say "Volume 24h: 33.534 BTC / 115637026 DOGE". I am not sure that is possible with such a small quantity of this coin. Also, it's not possible to withdraw this coin

Thank you for bringing that to the attention of the forum.

What amazes me is the fact they must file their company annual taxation accounts at some point. Now if they file their company accounts using the inflated fake figures then they must pay tax accordingly for those figures in that accounts period. They are not able to pay taxation on incomes of over $60 BILLION so they should not be inflating their figure now.

If they use the "real" figures and file those then it becomes available publicly so for example if they had annual income from trading fees at $200,000 in official documents but shows $60 BILLION on Coinmarketcap then they would look even more foolish than they do now.

Their p2pb2b and coinsbit websites have next to no traffic so I would be surprised if their true figures were even over $10,000 a month combined for both scam websites:

https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/coinsbit/
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/p2pb2b/
https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/coinsbit.io
https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/p2pb2b.io

The reason why they are blocking withdrawal for so many coins is because they have stolen those funds and invested by converting to other crypto in the hope of making a profit and then returning those funds back or simply to selectively scam customers.
9843  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: p2pb2b.io has blocked my account without any explanation, looks like SCAM on: July 30, 2019, 07:06:57 PM
My withdrawal still pending afer 15 days
And support on live chat and telegram has been block me
The support on ticket say my problem will be within 10 working days
But i've been waiting 11 work days
when i ask about it on live chat and telegram chat they answer just please wait
And now they have bee ban me

I am sorry to read about your situation.

We heard from several sources p2pb2b scammers are banning people from their Telegram when they ask questions about why their accounts were frozen or access to funds restricted.

Now that you have mentioned here what happened to you it might mean they will quickly resolve your situation because they fear more negative posts.

It is all about damage limitation for p2pb2b while they selectively scam users otherwise they will fail in their grand plan for an exit strategy when they steal everything and run.
9844  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io is a blatant scam operated by Dean Nolan on: July 30, 2019, 04:29:20 PM
I think issue with telling everyone betking and dean is a scam is that it has been said so many times now. Nobody claims that ICO was a good deal, they literally ripped people off from it, the investors lost because of Dean and there are tons of other reasons that Dean basically stole money from people, it was literally stealing, he is a thief.

However, for how long can you call someone a thief and a scammer and just keep going like that? He still has his casino, he still runs it, the casino itself is not that great and not doing so well but at least it is still running and nothing changed for him.

Maybe if you stop then casino will get bigger again and he will steal from people again so maybe keep doing this might help people be more aware about the situation but I think if that is not the case then you can call someone a scammer for so long, what could you possible gain from calling him scam for years? Nothing will change, he scammed and he stole and he got away with it, either we should start a legal proceeding as well or I am not going to be part of it anymore because it got boring to just know that he is a bad person and stole money but still living free doing whatever he wants.

Thank you for your post.

The whole world knows serial scammer Dean Nolan is a thief.

The reason for not stopping to call out serial scammer Dean Nolan as a thief is because others new to the situation need to beware. Let us not forget his latest scam was as recent as the Christmas 2018 wager where he scammed winners out of 20 BTC +EV

Other scams include ripping off affiliates, investors and even the Crash software owner. He continues to use that software on his betking website without even paying the one-off 2 BTC licence fee.

I heard from very private sources that a group class auction against serial scammer by investors was on the cards but that was withdrawn to give more time to see if this imbecile thief can "turn things around" but I hope they do take this serial scammer to Court.

As my case file I have not submitted it to the police department (Sheriff) Scotland, UK because I am just hoping to find one elusive piece of information. If I get it I will send the file and ask them to investigate this thief serial scammer Dean Nolan but the decision will be theirs: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047787.0

Did they ever disclose if any POS devices are being used in South America?

I don't see any evidence that this POS deviced are using anywhere. They are just making photos with them (not sure if this real photo or may be just prototype) ... but no real confirmation.

Apart from one video from the CEO itself, I couldn't find a single video on YT where the consumer was paying using XPASS. They need a good marketing guy I guess

Marketing for what? If they don't have product and only promising this for during 2 years, what sense in marketing? They should delieve product at last!

Thank you for the post. Well I agree with you, I never actually saw anything related to how many POS are there in the real world being used and in which countries.

It has been going on too long, just announcements and promotional material but nothing of substance.
9846  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [p2pb2b.io] The next generation cryptocurrency exchange [IEO (STO) for Startups] on: July 30, 2019, 03:11:57 PM
I'd like to add one simple question to the AMA:

1/ How many people involved in p2pb2b/coinbits project or this is solely Solodovnik's adventure?

I think they will refuse to answer your question and will continue to lie by denying the Coinsbit and p2pb2b connection.

Latest post of p2pb2b user here is from 26.Jully. Even if they do not post anything, he still online yesterday (29.Jully). So they read all discussions here but no sounds and explanation to any of accusation. It can be a serious exchange/service if they can't hire one person to manage communication with users.
I am not sure about the connection between Coinsbit and p2pb2b but they did nothing to prove otherwise.

Thank you for the post examplens.

p2pb2b have already stated they used to be part of the same team but are no longer yet they update their websites at the same time.

If (and this is a BIG if) the p2pb2b scammers really are having annual gross incomes of over $60 BILLION then even 0.5% of that being commission based profit would be $300 MILLION pre-tax income and even a miserly commission of just 0.05% would mean $30 MILLION pre-tax income yet they use the same website as Coinsbit and became active towards the end of last year just as Coinsbit did.

Both started promoting IEOs at the same time.

Both are vastly over-inflating their volumes and sending to Coinmarketcap in the hope of pulling in new customers.

The most important thing is if they were a real exchange and really disassociated from Coinsbit they would ensure they left no clues behind.

9847  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: RubyKube - Create your own exchange with open-source (not an ICO) on: July 30, 2019, 11:12:35 AM
Sounds interesting and promising, but i'm missing the catch. - Why exactly is it open-sourced like this? Is there some sort of commision you guys want to take per transaction or?

Also -- this was the original project -- correct? https://github.com/peatio/peatio

Are there any demo's up yet? I don't see any sites linked in the github. Would love to see the actual product.

They have limits on TPS on their free version, around 2,000 I read. They also do not have easy to install guides.

Here is their demo: https://demo.openware.com/ (https://demo.openware.com/trading/fthusd)

They also have a commercial version at around $70,000 per month which they host and take care of all security updates/patches and future updates which is configured to handle around 2 million TPS.

As a starting point, the free version is a great thing to have. Once installed it can be modified by an expert at cost of course to give the increases in TPS
9848  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: P2PB2B Scam!! Selling coins they don't have, wash trading, fraud and theft! on: July 30, 2019, 08:46:22 AM
The p2pb2b.io user was browsing the threads a few hours ago but last posted 4 days ago.

Where has the coinsbit and p2pb2b scammer gone and why keep visiting the forum to see the evidence against their scam pile-up but not put a defence forward?
9849  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: p2pb2b.io has blocked my account without any explanation, looks like SCAM on: July 30, 2019, 08:44:32 AM
I guess they didn't expect me to put this matter on public, and "red flag" here was a good reason for them to unblock my account.

That is exactly what I was saying.

You exposed them here by opening a scam thread against them and on the 4th day your account access was restored. It seems they never expected you to bring their scam to this forum and destroy their reputation.

Their p2pb2b.io user last posted here on 26th July but was active a few hours ago even though the posts, questions and accusations line up against the coinsbit and p2pb2b scammers they do not put forward a defence  Roll Eyes

I hear news about product 'this' and project 'that' but what actual progress has been made? How many of these devices are actually used around the world in real time environments?

There's so much potential in lending and blockchain.

There is ZERO potential in anything Boris, Minex, Republia, Paxchain and Grida are involved in

They are hired workforce for Koreans and theirs project of Paxchain/Paxcoin.  After not paying bounties they have gut to give news to theirs "community" from which that community has no any use.

They were talking how they will develop "impressive" new blockchain technology, but now it is obvious how they are only copying original Ethreum blockchain(based on now already obsolete Byzantium code) adding to it few social network abilities.

Same old story - they are trying to take as much as possible money from Koreans giving as little as possible original, theirs own work. Boris school.

Yes it is the same old story. These scammers were hired by the South Koreans but they lied to everybody saying it was a "merger".

So what next for them? This Grida scam will not net them anything at all so where will they try to scam ?
9857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: July 29, 2019, 04:28:02 PM
I think bitcoin cash is just a tool for making money. People say that nobody uses this coin and all transactions in the blockchain are made by one address

Most people tend to agree with what you say. It seems BCH will never get accepted as a serious crypto for P2P transactions.
9858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: July 29, 2019, 09:28:22 AM
Hard fork will often benefit the holders of the particular coin being forked and that is what happened to bitcoin cash as well as the forks of bitcoin cash. As regards its usage Bitcoin cash is slightly faster in transactions than bitcoin but BTC is more widely used and recognized than bitcoin cash. Bitcoin cash has also a bright future as it is still the closest alternative to bitcoin and is fully decentralized

Going by what you said it seems BCH has no real future in the long run. I agree with you because unless BCH evolves in to something worth buying then it may as well fade away.
9859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: July 29, 2019, 09:26:54 AM
If you knew that, why didn't you just pursue the channels that this information would be more accurately available

EDIT: I, myself have yet to see any actual real life evidence of the project's acclaimed accomplishments to date in regards to any POS devices/XPhone itself. (medium articles is not of proof either). I would rather see either some live stream videos/youtube presentations of actual working devices.

Apart from one video from the CEO itself, I couldn't find a single video on YT where the consumer was paying using XPASS. They need a good marketing guy I guess

Or they need evidence to show what they are doing with their POS devices
9860  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io is a blatant scam operated by Dean Nolan on: July 29, 2019, 12:13:58 AM
I've come across a few shares of this service before, but I didn't send any money here because it didn't really interest me. On the other hand, if such a service is not a quality service, I do not send money because it is likely to be scam. It was a nice information headline that you created with your evidence, thank you.

Good that you are saved from the betking scam and did not deposit any of your funds there.  Everyday i get to know / hear that someone is the victim of their scam and yet that site is openly doing its scam business.  Angry

I too am happy the user was saved from losing money in betking but it will be hard for serial scammer Dean Nolan to steal from investors or game players more openly now because he has so much negative news about him and betking.

The website is still running but there are no real users and no real traffic.
