10801  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Rock Trading Exchange www.therocktrading.com Scam Invitation Code Review on: March 22, 2019, 03:12:54 PM
Beside the confession that they know that the money is mine, the Rock CFO also confessed that they are not going to comply with the decision of the Arbitrator if he decides that they must release my money and that they have no right to KYC on this case when he wrote that "However, if even in this case we won't be successful in obtaining the requested information, we are evaluating to open a case with Europol and ask them to investigate the issue."

The Arbitrator will receive a scan of this also.

Of course, refusing to comply with the Arbitrator decision would grant them the Rock's close and jail time without any doubt.

But what this confession confirms is that they don't care if they are breaching their TOS or Italian Law.

And they expect me and their customers to trust them.

These confessions in writing on a public forum from people who hold (and block) money from other people have heavy consequences as they will find out at their expenses.

They have lost all credibility. I am waiting for the news that they have returned your funds and the next big news that they are facing criminal charges - hopefully soon

Here is an uodate, with great pleasure and great delight I feel happy to present the latest Trust ratings for the 4 user names in the OP associated with scammer Dean Nolan that represent the betking scam:

Investors and game players please BEWARE of betking because of its reputation. Hardly anybody plays there anyway but still please take note of this warning if you are considering using betking !!
10804  Economy / Gambling / Re: MUST AVOID BETKING: The 50 BTC Jackpot Vanished? All Evidence Suggets A Fraud? on: March 22, 2019, 02:45:51 PM
So will scammer Dean Nolan allow it?

An audit of the accounts so we can ALL see where ICO funds went?

 Roll Eyes
When the police will knock at his door, he has to show it! Grin

I have most of my case file ready to hand to the UK Police (Scotland Sheriff).

I am still looking for somebody to give me a copy of the 2017 ICO whitepaper so I can compare it to the one I have then be sure its bonafide before adding it to the case file.

Apart from that just a few things remain then the UK Police will have the case file and hopefully they will take action against scammer Dean Nolan.
10805  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io What Is Really Going on? on: March 22, 2019, 02:43:40 PM
There was no audit, he never released any information about full expenditure to anybody (not even to investors as he claims) and has complete control over the money and its expenditure without scrutiny.
What did the investors say about no audit?

There was a mention about it some time ago where he allegedly promised audits would take place but regardless if any investor asks about where the funds have been spent and how much remain then he claimed he would tell them BUT he made it clear he would not divulge that information to non-investors and non-BKB token holders.

In his own words he is making no distinction between BKB token holders and investors, in his eyes they are the same that is why I asked LoyceV to ask scammer Dean Nolan for information about the expenditure of ICO funds because he hold over 7000 BKB tokens but scammer Dean Nolan is ignoring him.
10806  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETKING: 500 BTC, 2250 ETH & 425 LTC Bankroll Lies on: March 22, 2019, 02:11:48 PM
I think the loophole is going to be that I didn't buy the tokens. But if that's the excuse, it means apparently some tokens are more equal than others.
I'm just speculating here, and would love to hear the real reason.

I've heard in private from who have bought tokens and lost money, but it's not my place to name them (especially if they are angling to have Dean to privately honor the original terms of their sale).

But I do find it amusing the audacity of saying "no one lost money" after selling millions of dollars worth of tokens that went on to lose ~99% of their value and the majority (supposedly) were bought back at considerably under their sale price (i.e. when it was profitable for Dean to buy them back).
Lol, just as expected, there it is:
(note Loyce didn't even buy tokens in the ico, he got them from bounty)

Your BKB tokens allow you to have access to information that scammer Dean Nolan will not provide to other investors and non-investors

Your tokens are not "lesser than other tokens" just because you received them in bounty.

You should ask that scammer Dean Nolan about how much bankroll remains and how much of the 50% of the ICO funds that were supposed to be used for "marketing, promotions, seo, design, development, server costs and legal"

And of course the main question about how many of the tokens bought in the buy-back with the 600 BTC actually belonged to investors and hoe many belonged to scammer Dean Nolan

10809  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: MinexPay crypto debit card by minexpay.com / Minexcoin on: March 22, 2019, 01:54:27 PM
This post was made in the censored scam thread:

Instabuy Service Suspended

We have decided to put the Instabuy on hold on Monday, March 25th, to ensure maximum comfort for the Minexcoin community, in the eyes of which the service seemed harmful to the market. Although the Instabuy doesn’t actually affect the exchange rate, we can’t physically provide a sufficient amount of data in a readable and understandable form to prove it at the moment.

After disabling the service, we will keep an eye on the market to make sure that it didn’t lead to any negative consequences.

Read more in our recent blog post: https://medium.com/minecoin-blog/minexsystems-suspends-instabuy-service-67cf74f632bc

Well if Instabuy is stopped exactly how will demolition man Boris funds the final days of his disastrous misadventure called Minex?
10810  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: March 22, 2019, 01:52:28 PM
It is struggling to hold on to the $4000 barrier at the moment. Hopefully things will continue to improve slowly but surely.
you're right, the current price is really unstable, and still struggling to keep the price of $ 4000. maybe when this is normal, the price of bitcoin will return to the price of $ 4100 or even more. I hope, this month the price has returned to normal.
Most of us are praying more for more improvement of the market and also for the bitcoin,  continue pumping is really help to us because we will see the price recover and I hope each of us us will have goal to increasw again the market. We know bitcoin price is not stable because as part of the market the price down and increase it is part of the system to earn money and also to lose it.

It will take time but it will one day beat the $20,000 ATH

I regret ever commenting in this thread (some 400 pages ago) because now it appears in my "new replies" section every single time I click on it.

This bounty really did recruit the lowest dregs of the forum, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if this project turned out to be a massive fraud.

True. I agree.

99% of the bounty seekers here are a cross between alt-accounts for the Adab Haraam Exchange scammers and the lowest dregs of the forum

10813  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [tagged in red] BetKing.io broke ICO promise and dropped token value 99% on: March 22, 2019, 11:51:26 AM
Scammer Dean Nolan wrote: "All the trust comes from me and the fact that I ran BetKing for 3.5 years without any issues and returned 6000 Bitcoin to investors when I closed instead of doing an exit scam or running with the funds. No resume or profile pic can give that kind of trust": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2053407.msg20700042#msg20700042

Scammer Dean Nolan wrote: "Token Price - The total funds raised will determine the price per BetKing Bankroll token. We will take the total value of all funds at the current exchange rate at the end of the crowdsale to determine the total raised funds.E.g. If we raised $1,000,000 then the price per token would be $0.014 (1,000,000 / 70,000,000).

The buy back price offered by BetKing will be based on the current total bankroll profit. So for example if the price of the token at the end of the crowdsale was $0.014 and the bankroll profit was $1,000,000 then the buy back price would be $0.024 (1,000,000/100,000,000 + 0.014).

Every quarter BetKing will offer to buy back up to 10% of a holders tokens at the current buy back price": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2053407.msg20470774#msg20470774

What a pathetic liar scammer Dean Nolan is. BKB Tokens were supposed to have a minimum value of $0.09286 as calculated after the ICO and then on top of that any profit as stated above in the pre-ICO example and below in the post-ICO comment on December 03, 2017 that scammer Dean Nolan posted:

"The token price was $0.09286 after the ICO. The token value is calcualted as $0.09286 + ((total bankroll profit of eth, btc, ltc in $ at current exchange price) / 100,000,000) Which is now $0.0966. A profit of $0.00374 per token": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2150057.msg25690525#msg25690525

The value of BKB held by LoyceV should have been 7278 BKB x $0.09286 (+profits) = $675.84 minimum flat rate without any profits to take in to consideration. If the site made no profit it should guarantee a buy-back of BKB at $0.09286. Simple.

So why did scammer Dean Nolan allegedly use 600 BTC of bankroll assets (nearly 50% of the ICO income) to fund buy-backs when it was not necessary?

How many of the tokens bought back were owned by scammer Dean Nolan? There is a massive conflict of interest there

Why did he damage the bankroll to buy-back BKB tokens when he clearly should have not touched it and if necessary should have used the remaining 50% of the ICO funds allegedly kept for "marketing, promotions, seo, design, development, server costs and legal" instead?

All evidence suggests embezzlement and siphing-off funds. An audit should prove beyond doubt where the funds went and where the remaining funds are but scammer Dean Nolan will not release that information because it will prove his guilt.
10814  Economy / Gambling / Re: MUST AVOID BETKING: The 50 BTC Jackpot Vanished? All Evidence Suggets A Fraud? on: March 22, 2019, 11:02:48 AM
Scammer Dean Nolan has now locked another censored thread because LoyceV was asking some questions that made him feel uncomfortable:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5023833.120

He seems answered to betking and waiting for the mail too since I checked his reply on that thread. Lets wait and see what is the reply for LoyceV.

LOL Betking replying you here while I typing.

Are you stupid? Of course I locked the thread. Forum rules state one thread per site. I have another thread here. This old one is just another platform for jolly good to post his lies
Better to keep your words off. I went through the answer of you and LoyceV there and confirmed him to wait the answer by PM and any place. I always respect forum members. If you believe that I bothered you, I'm sorry for it. If there are more lies about betking then you can write about them and request DTs to check.
I am not here to suspect or detect the words of jollygood. Leaving here from discussion.

certainly looked that way.

Anyway, congrats jolly good. you win only because I'm too tired to constantly reply to your shit.
I have far better, more important things to be doing than asking you to provide evidence to back up your accusations. Instead you just ignore and post more shit.

JollyGood has done more to harm investors than I ever could with the constant abuse over the past year.
And BKB holders are part to blame for not defending.

Have your forum.

So scammer Dean Nolan is still around here trying to defend betking and deflect blame for the scam  Roll Eyes
10815  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io What Is Really Going on? on: March 22, 2019, 10:50:21 AM
i know  there is something not right about that site. i have dealt with scammers and i know how they opperate. they make you trust them 100% . once they gain your trust, that is when they strike.
btw the site has been offline for sometime

Excellently worded. That is exactly how scammer Dean Nolan behaved in the 2017 betking ICO scam.

He told investors he would guarantee them their profit out of his own pocket even if BTC fell to $1 because he decided to peg the BKB tokens to US$ instead of BTC.

There was no audit, he never released any information about full expenditure to anybody (not even to investors as he claims) and has complete control over the money and its expenditure without scrutiny.
10816  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [tagged in red] BetKing.io broke ICO promise and dropped token value 99% on: March 22, 2019, 10:04:06 AM
Oh no, red trust that means nothing on a cesspit of a forum full of scammers, liars and trolls.

Yet scammer Dean Nolan offers useless and worthless EOS BKT tokens bounty to fools that are encouraged to post betking propaganda in the very same "cesspit of a forum full of scammers, liars and trolls"

It was thanks to this forum that scammer Dean Nolan promoted his betking 2017 ICO scam that raked in over $6.5 million that he never accounted for or allowed audits on (so nobody but himself knows exactly where the money went) but thankfully it is this very same forum that exposed his scam and brought the negative reviews that betking deserves.

Scammer Dean Nolan is an imbecile, always contradicting himself.

10817  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetKing.io broke ICO promise and dropped token value 99% on: March 22, 2019, 09:39:35 AM
So scammer Dean Nolan continues to leave negative feedback as revenge for those that expose his betking scam or those that review the evidence and tag him?

Pathetic immature fool scammer Dean Nolan is.

Instead of apologising to the people he scammed using his betking website he sends out retaliatory feedback/Trust.

Excellent work by the community to expose this scammer Dean Nolan for what he really is. Great work by LoyceV and RHavar to bring some of the scam issues related to betking to the forefront of the community in order to protect users.

Can you believe this scammer told everybody he had an offer of 1500 BTC to sell the website in November 2016.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1676311.msg16842701#msg16842701

Judging by the way betking is dying fast and fading from older users memory since its 2017 post-ICO re-launch, I bet (no pun intended) that scammer Dean Nolan wishes he had sold up for 1500 BTC in November 2016 but the truth is there was no offer on the table  Grin
