2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Rematch: FURY vs USYK 21st December 2024 on: June 12, 2024, 05:42:32 PM
Just imagine what people would say if Fury went further downhill and lost the plot completely whereas Usyk ends up being stereotype cast in movies where he plays the character of a boxer, fighter, bodyguard etc.

If this is a one-off he will recover from it and be in top shape for his rematch but I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Both of these boxers have a lucrative career away from the boxing ring when they retire but they have ensure they do not stray on to a bad path.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/28421010/tyson-fury-escorted-out-of-pub-bouncers-collapse-outside/

Tyson was kicked out of a club on Friday for being drunk. He then collapsed on the floor outside which was caught on video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xS2Jh7dNtQY

If this is a one off then I shouldn't look too much into it but is he going to go off the rails again? Not a good look if he's going to be facing Usyk again later this year.

Usyk has also been cast in his first Hollywood film playing an Ukrainian MMA fighter also starring The Rock in the main lead: https://www.thesportster.com/dwayne-the-rock-johnson-oleksandr-usyk-cast-the-smashing-machine/

You are now pouring honey on his soul, showing that you miss him Smiley.
I have no honey for his soul and just the thought of it revolts me  Grin

This is exactly how he can imagine this situation, reading that, after all, he did not leave without a trace. Maybe everyone should react as if he doesn't exist and to hell with it? Many people ignored this a long time ago, and I wouldn’t have paid attention if it weren’t for your topic.
I understand what you mean. Let us enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the forum without his constant spamming and just pretend he does not exist.
4  Economy / Reputation / Re: What happened to "unlimitedmoneygenerator" aka "GluttonyY" ? on: June 12, 2024, 07:32:30 AM
I agree, it certainly is not his trait to remain silent he seems to take pleasure in any attention given his way. If he was told to stop spamming with one account he should not have started spamming with the other as that is a self-defeating process and very strange behaviour.

If he were temporarily banned it would explain a lot. I doubt he locked the threads too therefore is probably more going on here.

I'd actually like to think that he's finally got tempo-banned for his spam. He was previously warned by Cyrus to reduce his spamming frequency, of which he "complies" by posting with his other account [that whole ban-evasion-with-extra-step thing]. I can't find anything about him being banned on modlog [IIRC, it only records perma-ban, tempo-ban will not be listed there], and it's not his... trait to remain silent with all of the topic about him. I don't think he even has the capability to do that. So the most logical explanation will be a tempo-ban.
5  Economy / Reputation / Re: To freebitco.in and their representative, TheQuin on: June 12, 2024, 07:20:30 AM
I suppose there is a possibility his employer to him to not post a goodbye or change of duties message, we do not know.

Why they thought it was a good idea to remove a familiar name and replace him with someone else as a forum representative is confusing but he has had his duties allocated away from the forum according to this post by freebitco.in PR and that move has caused controversy because those members interested in freebitco.in viewed him as a reference point for the website.

It's very pity that TheQuin, DT member doesn't care about forum members and didn't tell us a single word about what's going on.
I just checked some pages of his post history: he started as a normal forum user, but in the past 6 years, he almost exclusively posted about freebitcoDOTin. It looks like he went from forum member to casino employee, and that's where his loyalties shifted.

6  Economy / Reputation / What happened to "unlimitedmoneygenerator" aka "GluttonyY" ? on: June 11, 2024, 04:47:28 PM
I cannot be the only one that has noticed there seems to be a calm now for several days in the Reputation board because unlimitedmoneygenerator and his GluttonyY alt-account have been very quiet.

Though I appreciate the fact the accounts are not currently being used to troll and spam, I am curious about their status because neither account seems to be banned but all of the threads created by those accounts are locked.

Judging by the way he posts, I doubt it would be his own decision to lock the threads. What do you think happened, did a moderator lock them and are the accounts now on a hiatus?

7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Rematch: FURY vs USYK 21st December 2024 on: June 11, 2024, 07:17:31 AM
Fury might have a longer reach, but Usyk is faster than him. I voted for Usyk.
Fury is bigger and has a lot of advantages on his side but not only is Usyk a little faster, he seems to be technically the better boxer too. Maybe it was a wrong decision for Fury to lose that much weight before the fight and maybe he will return heavier for the rematch.

The problem with Fury is most of the time, his face is wide open, and I also saw this against Wilder, but his throwing many punches that has no power at all. Just look at how he got knocked down in the 9th round. He landed so many weak punches that left him wide open, and Usyk took advantage on it by throwing a right hook followed by a left hook that caused him to wobble, and eventually knocked down. If he will do it again in their rematch, it will be the same result. I hope Fury will not do it again.
After 9 rounds many boxers can get tired and lower their guard at the wrong time but Usyk did well in that round. If Fury had managed to press in rounds 4-6 instead of taking a step back he would have won the fight on a TKO. During those rounds it was almost all about Fury but the final four rounds it was almost all about Usyk. Fury often fights with his mouth wide open at times and it did very well for his career even with the Usyk defeat  Grin

Fury has the power, but Usyk has the power + the speed, so I will go with Usyk with this one again and retain his belt, but I will not be surprised if we will see a trilogy on this one.
Therefore you believe Fury could win?
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should only hold Bitcoin on: June 11, 2024, 07:09:13 AM
The OP last posted in this thread on 6th May 2024 and until that point made 6 posts out of 123 that were posted. After creating this thread the total posts are at 187 and from that total the OP has made a grand total of just 6 posts.

Clearly the intended aim has failed after his wall of text OP as he did not receive merits therefore why keep this thread open when it serves no purpose except to help signature spammers especially when the OP has given up posting here while he merit hunts elsewhere?
9  Economy / Reputation / Re: To freebitco.in and their representative, TheQuin on: June 11, 2024, 06:58:55 AM
uBlock is one option and there are many out there but without commenting specifically about the member that has his videos online, just in the general sense (when it comes to gathering data about what the average viewer is doing) ads are doing much more than just showcasing a product or service. They are used as trackers too therefore should be blocked to increase privacy.

But you put too long ads before the video. For a channel that barely has any followers it doesn't seem like a good strategy. Better to put few and short ads at the beginning.

Use brave (disable its native adblocker) + ublock origin and you won’t be seeing any ads unless it embedded in the content video which seems not to be the case according to the reply above. I still find it fascinating seeing people using the internet without any adblocker software. The internet is the new TV. Unless you fight back, you’ll get overflowed with ads
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Legendary Memeber defaulted 0.023 BTC Loan [seleme] on: June 10, 2024, 08:31:49 AM
Maybe he never got in touch with the OP to explain why there were any delayed payments even though he was active past the due date. I think leaving a year between defaults and posting scam accusations is probably not conducive but I guess it is down to the lender, they have their own criteria and look for patterns and probably allow time for repayments to happen. Still, it is another loss for the lender and nobody deserves that.

I am just curious @shasan, that user kept being active for a month after the suggested deadline of the loan repayment. It seems to me he was still active in some signature campaign before he finally logged out. What reason/excuse did he give to you at that time?

Anyway, sorry about that huge loss.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Rematch: FURY vs USYK 21st December 2024 on: June 10, 2024, 08:26:58 AM
I understand. Yes, it is true Fury had a lot of mental health issues and he suffered a lot. If I recall correctly his body weight increased to dangerous levels and he was losing the will the live. Thankfully with the support of a strong family and loving caring wife he managed to get himself back to a great mental and physical level which saw him defeat Wilder.

As for the knockdowns, if he does get counted out by the referee I am fairly certain the count of 10 would be while climbed back up on his feet, he would not be getting knocked out cols on the canvas. Still, I think Fury could win the rematch and take this to a trilogy.

Either I incorrectly translate or understand word meltdown, but isnt it when person goes crazy? The moment when he got bipolar disorder? The moment when he had alcohol addiction. The moment when he was so depressed, that he wanted to crash his car and commit a suicide? Last two fights shows that Fury isnt Fury used to be. There is something with his head definitely. Knockdown from Ngannou, knockdown and save by ref in fight against Usyk. What would we get from third fight? A knockout?
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bc.game and stake.com originals casino games are 100% a scam on: June 09, 2024, 02:22:16 PM
You are a seriously deluded individual that does seem to require medical assistance in order to rectify your mental imbalance. You chose to place bets on BC.Game and Stake of your own volition yet the moment you realised you were encountering more losses than win you decided to create a thread about how you did nothing wrong yet they were 100% scam.

On top of that, for you to wish illness on another member (just because he asked you to provide evidence of the claims you chose to make) demonstrates you need mental health treatment or anger management treatment.

I have satisfaction in the knowledge I have added you to my ignore list and will never have to read any more nonsense from you and your known alt-accounts again:

13  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: June 09, 2024, 02:08:42 PM
Well, there does not seem to be any announcements about the website/business either being sold or under new management and they seem to be using the same account that was created in 2019 therefore I think it is safe to say that scenario can be discounted.

Apparently freebitco.in PR already stated TheQuin has been moved on to other duties away from the forum.

I am not sure if they will be able to regain trust again after all that has happened recently.

That's why I'm going to ask the following questions:

1 - Is FreeBitco.in still owned by the same people?

2 - if TheQuin is really part of the website and support, why doesn't it appear to explain the technical aspects that are behind these problems and has to send you to do this task when you are not from support but from marketing?
14  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bc.game and stake.com originals casino games are 100% a scam on: June 09, 2024, 12:00:06 PM
You do realise it is very difficult to accept what you claim purely as a result of you have two neutral and two negative tags on your profile (from three reputable members of the forum) but still taking a look at your claim at face value, in essence all that you are stating is that you lost on more occasions that you won. Is that a fair assumption?

If you are serious about anything you claim you should t least provide some form of evidence from when you deposited funds to when you played the games. Screenshots from the account area after logging in will be helpful too. At the moment, no evidence has been provided and all we have to go on is your word and that does not carry an weight with any member here.

These 2 sites are blatantly scamming their users in their originals games.
15  Economy / Reputation / Re: To freebitco.in and their representative, TheQuin on: June 09, 2024, 11:50:42 AM
Is it possible that not all winners came to the Bitcointalk forum and reported their winnings? 5 or 10 big wins in this statistic can significantly change the final assessment, and that is quite a possible scenario.
One would have to make a presumption that with it being a website they have their own customer base and not all of them are associated with this forum therefore would have no reason to post here about their winnings (or alleged winnings).

TheQuin's silence is nothing short of incriminating.
I cannot concur about his silence being incriminating but according to the post freebitco.in made today in another thread, it seems TheQuin will longer be posting in the forum. It does somehow look very suspicious as far as timing is concerned but the way he framed it was to appear as a business decision to allow him to focus on fraud prevention.

Dear BTC Talk Community,

We have conducted a thorough review and found no issues on the website. It is possible that specific users may have encountered problems due to viruses or plugins they installed, which are beyond our control.

TheQuin is currently focusing on fraud prevention across our multiple properties and is no longer active on the forum. Customer support will now be handled by a professional team.

Best regards,
The FreeBitco.in Team
16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Legendary Memeber defaulted 0.023 BTC Loan [seleme] on: June 09, 2024, 08:45:07 AM
I have no recollection ever engaging with seleme but he was enrolled on the Duelbits campaign therefore had a steady revenue stream providing he fulfilled his post quota. It is probably just a process for members to tag loan defaulters and support  associated flags even though we are fairly certain it will not help get his money back. A year is a long time to wait for a loan to be repaid. The OP must have felt immensely let down when all those missed deadlines on the original repayment agreement were not met.

What I find strange is the timing. He took the loan on 23rd May 2023 and made his last post on 24th July 2023 (two months between the two). There is a chance this is not scam related but something happened to him in real life but speculation does not negate facts about defaulting on the loan.

The pity of it is that the guy hasn't logged into the forum for a year, so I don't think the flag, which I have supported, is going to do much good.
17  Economy / Reputation / Re: Only UMG aka GluttonyY could do this. on: June 09, 2024, 08:35:03 AM
In his case, if he does decided to create other accounts (or already operates them), I guess eventually he will be caught out because if a new or low ranked member decided to continuously post about making unlimited money and posted links to their website, I think members will link the accounts  Grin

I do not know about the other troll that announced they were leaving only to return with another account but this seems to be a new tactic they employ either to seek attention or seek sympathy.

Usually such trolls don't just leave the forum. I am pretty sure there is some Alt somewhere trying to keep a low profile so that they can't be detected. There was some other troll who about a month or two ago announced that he was leaving the forum for good, only to turn up with another stupid Alt account and most people haven't noticed it yet  Grin

Some of them have mental challenges. It's why I don't bother so much with them.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Rematch: FURY vs USYK 21st December 2024 on: June 09, 2024, 08:30:22 AM
Anyways, I can see an easier win by Usyk over Fury in the rematch. Fury can trim himself down to be gain some speed but still not enough or he can gain more weight to absorb Usyk's punches but he'll be slower. I think AJ will beat Dubois. Dubois would've lost to Hrgovic and he will be stopped if there's a rematch. But Usyk if he wins over Fury and decides to continue fighting, he wanted to drop down back to cruiserweight and tries to become undisputed again which I doubt happens considering his age.
It has happened, the poll is now showing more votes for Usyk to win rather than for Fury to win (it currently stands at 5 for Usyk and 4 for Fury) therefore a slim majority at the moment agree with your views about Usyk winning the rematch. I think it will be a lot closer than people think. Fury will be extremely anxious to win the rematch and take this to a financially lucrative trilogy but keeping the money factor aside, I think Fury will be hurt by this defeat therefore the only redemption he probably sees for his ego and bragging rights would be a win.

Usyk obviously will have other idea and expects to win the rematch but sometimes matters to not unfold according to the game plan. Whatever happens it will be a good fight to watch.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Helping Me Set Up A Fancy Restaurant in The Ghetto on: June 09, 2024, 07:53:59 AM
Reading through some of the posts it was a perfect reminder why one of the main negative points about having a thread such as this being created with complete fabrication (and for the sole purpose of trying to receive merits) is that it will eventually become a paradise for spammers to add their piece as they accumulate their post count for their weekly signature campaign quota.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MemoryDealers aka Roger Ver Arrested! on: June 08, 2024, 11:56:14 PM
The finger in that video was seen by many and it damaged his standing. He also made a comment about how much wealth he had compared to the interviewer and that too was unacceptable behaviour by Ver.

At the time the events took place, Ver was happy to receive as much publicity as possible and he even went out of his way to ensure he was on the stage giving speeches and participating in debates around many crypto exhibitions around the world. If he has kept a low profile and not gone on a self-promoting media round then maybe things would have worked out different or him.

Having said that, if $48 million is being claimed then that is something Ver should be able to pay reasonably fast because he has the resources (unless he spent/lost most of his Bitcoin holding).

I never liked Roger, especially after that video where he showed us the finger, but what amazes me is that he sold so many BTC for less than $1k - that's one.

Then the part where he changed citizenship and was required to pay exit tax - like WTF? The country bullies you, you decide you don't want to live there anymore, so they want you to pay them for leaving? What kind of law is that? I'm sure many people aren't even aware of such rule.

It's also amazing that Ver hasn't been a US citizen for a decade and they come up with that right now? I feel like this isn't a coincidence and either some model citizen reminded the IRS about him, or maybe it has something to do with the recent attack on bitcoin wallets.
