From what I read, it seems players are not happy at the way Ten Hag treated Sancho. They stood by the manager when he forced Ronaldo out of the club but they will not stand by him silently when he mentioned Sancho was not training hard enough to be included in the squad. Also, other reports state some players are unhappy that certain teammates escape public and private criticism whereas some keep getting it on a regular basis.

What is clear is that the players are not backing the manager in his dispute with Sancho.

It is very early in the season however Manchester City, Tottenham, Arsenal, Burnley and Luton Town are where I expected them to be Chelsea have really surprised me. Pochettino needs to get Chelsea on to winning ways otherwise what a season it might be if Ten Hag and Pochettino get sacked in the same season.

The North London derby is the game of the day followed by Liverpool vs West Ham United. These two games will be excellent to watch. Aston Villa are playing very well therefore they will take the game to Chelsea without fear. W1 D2 L2 from the first five games is not good enough for a team that has spent phenomenal amounts to buy players. Pochettino needs his Chelsea team to win otherwise there will be more pressure from the fans to do something before they move further away from a Champions League position.

Manchester City continue with their 100% win record even though Rodri was shown a red card for violent conduct. I think Nottingham Forest played well but were unable to break down their opponents. Everton stunned Brentford with that hard-fought away win. What a pass by Evans to pick out Fernandes for the volley he scored. Manchester United needed that win but Burnley are in deep trouble rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table.

I cannot speak for others but I am open to removing/revising any feedback I have left for any member as long as I can be shown I made an error of judgement. The case did not look good at all in the first instance but now you state the first you knew anything about the associated accounts was when you read the names here in this thread (rather than by your own feedback).

Personally, I see this as you using this probably as the final opportunity to save as many accounts as you can, you are clutching at straws but having said that if you ever change your mind and explain why the negative feedbacks on all associated accounts should be removed/revised, I will look at it.

If possible could you comment directly on the allegations that the following are farmed accounts you have used to participate in nefarious activities: dbc23, Zilon, Alisha-k, Mistafreeze, DomainMagnate, Rococo23, coco2392, dricoco23

Let us not forget, these are the known connected accounts (possibly one of the above is innocent of being connected but the caveat of having me feedback revised is there) therefore what would you like to present as your argument to have the negative feedback removed/revised from that left it for you?
 

To me it is clear you will not be able to get a loan (for reasons explained by several members in various threads) but if you insist on trying, you should consider taking a different approach.

There are only a small number of lenders within the forum, did you try to make a request in every lender thread? Rather than post here and wait in the hope for a lender to approach you, why not consider approaching them all directly?

In this thread it has not been made clear what The fate of the leftover fund will be. The Whirlwind forum representative has was last online in July 2023. Has there been any comment or statement made in any thread in the forum that can indicate what is happening (or will happen) to the remaining escrow funds?

Maybe you have checked it out by now. When someone says they are convinced something is a scam yet want to promote it for money and no other reason, there is a problem. Had he backed it up with another nonsensical statement stating the same, it would have been a negative tag. He reluctantly started twisting words and trying to make it that he did not mean that therefore it was a neutral tag.

It is laughable but I am not surprised by his conduct.

If memory serves correct, one of the problems you faced was that you had freelancers logging in to the server to carry out changes and one of the hacks which has the bankroll allegedly stolen was blamed on that hack (but it was very suspiciously and conveniently timed). It would require several people with their own qualities and attributes to make it work.

There is confusion because there is a contradiction. On one hand you say you have no interest in making a profit from the website and also you would close it after the last token was refunded yet you said it is privately funded. Can you elaborate because if $2 million worth of tokens were outstanding and only $44,000 was recently refunded (or brought back in the sale), how do you intend to make all token holders whole again? Do you have $2 million worth of investment to pay all those funds back if token holders try to sell them back to you?

Unfortunately, being sincere will not help get a loan unless you provide valid collateral or at least have a forum account that has some history.

If you do not have enough funding to launch your ideas and projects I think the best thing to do would be give up and try a different business instead. If you do not have financial backing from either your own savings or from investors, you should seriously consider letting go of the idea.

Having a new account or multiple accounts while asking for loans is definitely extremely suspicious therefore that is yet another reason why this particular loan request will not be fulfilled by anyone. Where did you as a site owner get funding from? The view will always be you siphoned-off phenomenal amounts of money from the 2017 ICO therefore to re-invest those funds by claiming they are your own does not bode well. If however you have sold all/part of the website you should be transparent.

The irony is, if you had not returned investor funds in the original website (for the sake of going alone to pocket the cash in the ICO as your personal piggy-bank), the betking website would today be a high-flying highly respected website with investors lining up to be a part of it.

If you are looking to re-launch the website with investors being made whole again and (there are no strings attached) that is the goal you mentioned above but what is the long-term vision for the website?

If you still have your 7278 BKB from the 2017 Betking scam you should be able to get $664.34 compared to the approximate $700+ you were originally owed (according to the rates given above in the post). The question is, will he pay his debt to you?

It will not be an easy matter to start litigation, especially if you are on your own. If there were a group of victims (or alleged victims) getting to together to fight a joint case it would have been easier. Do you live in a country where you can walk in to a police station to make a report or will the process begin online?

If you feel Casino Guru have not been useful/fair in your case that should not really negate the fact there are many cases where they have arbitrated without complaint from the accused or accuser. Also, they have concluded in favour of the complainant on many occasions.

In the general sense, I am very much against affiliate or referral links to be used in websites that claim they are 100% impartial when they arbitrate (or when they compare websites). If you feel there is something untoward going you will need to provide tangible evidence if you intend to gather support for your claim otherwise it will be something you will continue to believe but most others will not. I do not think FatFork is passionate in defending them, he is stating what you should accept as the obvious.

It is pleasing to read you have been generous from your side to allow the complainant the opportunity to withdraw $279.60 before closing his account. It seems the decision was basically goodwill without accepting any wrongdoing therefore thank you for bringing this issue to an end.

I am generally against submitting any form of documents to any website for any reason because of risks of it ending up being sold on the black market if the website gets hacked or if there are duplicitous and unscrupulous people operating the websites who intend to sell it on. Keeping that in mind, you have uploaded documents for verification therefore hopefully you will be able to withdraw and then find a different website to place your bets on.

Is it possible for you to post that proof? There is no need to start talking about international lawsuits but if you post evidence here you will bring credibility to your claim about being scammed. Unfortunately on many occasions people make scam accusations but do not provide evidence at any stage therefore their claim does not get the traction they had hoped for.

I cannot see any reason to suspect collusion between any casino or online gambling website and Casino Guru. FatFork has basically covered the situation with detailed explanations aptly therefore you should not look to link any form of collusion when it does not exist. Also, just because a forum member presents an alternative vision to the one that you hold, it does not mean they are on the payroll of those that you are making allegations against. Please refrain form that form of conduct.

Whether it is a crypto exchange or anything else, it will be highly unlikely that a scammer will return any of the funds he has scammed. If they had any decency or even a small amount of compassion, they would never steal from people in the first place (especially not from those tat trusted the scammer in the first place).

Did you keep any details of the funds you sent to scammer TillKoeln? Do you have proof you deposited funds on his scam exchange?
