In addition to your questions about the overlapping of licences between Curacao and Anjouan, I have a question because Eva did not provide clarity on the provably fair claims.

I think Eva already mentioned in an earlier post that their provably fair claim was limited specifically to their own in-house House Blackjack game. After that, the next statement was provably fair claims are not being made on all third party games.

I hope Eva can write back with a specific answer as to which games are provably fair and what to do about letting their customers know which games are not provably fair and how that discrepancy would fit in with the provably fair image shown on their website because it is a contradictory statement.

House blackjack provably fair:
(Suggested by Bitcointalk community)

And this is available on every game that's playable on your platform? I think this is enough. Pmalek, do you have further question regarding PF?
342  Economy / Reputation / Re: What Sort of Signature is "FUCK Royse777"? on: February 23, 2024, 09:48:52 PM
That aside, I wouldn't reduce the issue to "hatred" and personally even in the worst of times when I had a much worse opinion of you than I do now I wouldn't have bothered with this signature bullshit and likewise I doubt very much that JG or Gazeta would waste their time with such nonsense.
You summed it up very aptly, I would never waste my time with such nonsense. I cannot think if any reputable member (and that word is subjective obviously) that would stoop to this kind of low-level nonsense. At least it is something I am certainly not synonymous with.

Anyway, keeping that aside he has overt narcissistic tendencies therefore there seems to be that constant desire for him to accuse people of doing things against him.

I think AB De Royse777 won't mind that.
What does "AB de" mean, by the way?
Well, rumour has it Royse is from Bangladesh and he purchased the Royse777 account years ago from a Russian member to join campaigns.

When the drama was unfolding, a forum member that uses the Russian board sent him a PM in perfect Russian language only to receive a reply back which was by all intent and purposes perfect in Russian grammar. Let us not forget he does not post in the Russian language threads because he has a reason he does not want to elaborate on  Roll Eyes

Maybe "AB" is intended to signify a location or famous celebrity from his real surrounding countries such as India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. "AB de", who cares?

343  Economy / Reputation / Re: What Sort of Signature is "FUCK Royse777"? on: February 23, 2024, 09:25:35 PM
Bender Bending Rodriguez? Never heard of him.

What kind of joke is this?
OP you should say in public the name of member that offered you to wear this signature since you asked a question.
I think you would be doing Royse a favor with this promotion, but if someone is willing to pay enough money for that than I would accept it.  Grin

Even if I post their name, you won't still know the main account. https://ibb.co/8X2sLC9
344  Economy / Services / Re: I'll Do Odd Jobs for You on: February 23, 2024, 01:04:35 PM
I do not know what the job offer was but clearly OddJobsForBitcoin is a bizarre account that seems to have no interest in actually doing any jobs whatsoever. He has not done any jobs for any member therefore no member will vouch for him either with a character reference or for completed job. Even if he was not interested in what you offered, the very least he could done was to send a courtesy reply politely declining.

Give me that odd job you want done.
Bro it is still really appreciated to reply to One's DM even if you are not interested in doing the job One asked you.
being responsive shows that how professional you are .

My apologies. Though I made it clear in my service ad that I do not accept anything "unethical."  Anyway, if you have something more "ethical" I wouldn't mind doing an odd job for you at a discount.
that was not unethical by any means.
345  Economy / Reputation / Re: What Sort of Signature is "FUCK Royse777"? on: February 23, 2024, 12:54:52 PM
Personally, it seems you are attention seeking and in my opinion you have fabricated the story to seek atttention.

If what you state is true and someone wanted you to display that signature, there could a lot of reasons. Maybe it happened because a thread was created stating that Sinbad mixer was a criminal enterprise based around money laundering and would be shut down soon.

Any responsible campaign manager would have distanced themselves from a known criminal entity but he did not because he was happy to promote them to make some money. Around 5 months later Sinbad was seized by US and other law enforcement agencies and as a result of that incident it became the main reason theymos banned mixers from the forum. With this and all the other reasons, who knows why someone does not like him enough to want to pay for that signature.

We do not know if that is the case and we do not know of you are being honest in your claim.

If on the other hand you can provide evidence by giving the name of the member and show a screenshot of the messages it would make a difference to those that have opinions about what you are claiming.

A member asked for the cost of renting my signature space and I told them. Was kinda shoked that the signature is "FUCK Royse777" What sort of signature is that. Would Royse777 or any member informed about this mind explaining? Have you seen anyone wearing that signature? I think I have but didn't observe closely. What is the purpose of this signature ad? Is it a sort of promotion for Royse777? Why the aspersion?
346  Economy / Gambling / Re: Seabet.io| Limited Time 10-15% Slots Depo Bonus 🎰 5-10% Slots Daily Loss Return on: February 23, 2024, 12:33:54 PM
Most websites (even the trivial ones) would have some form of terms and conditions, however some of them use a clause to change the rules as and when they want. It is not unusual to read in almost all terms and conditions a line stating: "we reserve the right to amend these rules". Some would add a notice period and some would not.

It would be an extremely unusual move by Seabet if they have used this particular scam accusation to remove a country from their accessible list in order to try to stop the claimant proceeding that is why they need to post here with their side of the story.

That's a bit strange even though they could do it without telling you or all their customers first. I saw they wrote about this one in the TOS, and hope you received notice of the TOS change as they said. The question is, did you get one of them?
347  Other / Meta / Re: (Any Guesses?) Are there many real (unpaid) people still posting here at BCT? on: February 23, 2024, 12:05:05 PM
What does it matter?
Should people who don't earn from the forum be rated more than people who do?
It's the quality of their post that matters. Some people earn on the forum but they're always ready to help out when you have a technical issue, especially Bitcoin-related.
I have asked many questions where I had issues and both members who earn on the forum and those who don't set me on the right path.

Some people don't earn from the forum but do their bit to make the community grow. They are also educative.
So I don't think people should be separated into earner and non-earner on the forum, it should be based on the quality of posts and their contributions to this community if you must distinguish people.
Well, in reality it does not matter however the OP did ask the question. If you look at boards (such as Bitcoin Discussion) ,in my opinion there has to be a large number of posts that are created with the intent they will hopefully be merited and they include all subjects.

This thread was probably created with the same intention because the one asking the question could merely take a look around the forum and see for himself how many were not promoting via campaigns now.

It is easy to not care about signing if you had 1000 btc at 6 bucks a coin.

Sold ½ in December of 2017 grabbing  500 x 19000 = 9.5 million.

then wait til 2021 and sell 200 coins at 65,000 or 13,000,000

thats 22.5 million and you still hodl 300 coins.

There are few people on this site at those levels.

They post for fun and are free from money issues.
Is this your own personal situation and you sold at those times in 2017 and 2021?
348  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: February 22, 2024, 07:50:47 PM
Those are impressive figures indeed. Without doubt devans does not need to disclose all the details behind his decision (nobody should have to) for the sale but he certainly would have had good reason. The financial package must have been far too good to turn down and the timing must have been perfect.

I wish the new buyer success with his newly purchased business and also commend devans for running the business with an excellent reputation (including paying out once when the site was hacked).

I just checked again and it's still at around 1.5 BTC a day. Really impressive, it's sad that he decided to sell this business.

Can you imagine the amount of stress the victims have had to endure simply because of how long it has taken and yet still the matter has not been resolved? What does this even mean to a victim that will not be made whole:

Interim Distributions: The first distributions planned by the liquidators will be to account holders with a DOGE or Bitcoin balance of higher than a certain threshold. The distribution will be of 50% of those account holders' cryptocurrency entitlement.

How much have Grant Thornton spent so far on this ridiculously expensive and elongated endeavour?

There is a lot going on in this thread but the Seabet forum representative (LuckySea) is nowhere to be seen. I understand they have not been online since 16th February and this could be because of many reasons but overall it does not look good when complaints against them have been outstanding for a long time. If they had given some response with their version of events it would have given a full picture of what happened because as of yet we still have only one side of the story.

after i registered, i also asked support if i can play from my country before making acc.
and i always read tac before registering somewhere.
351  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: February 22, 2024, 04:17:08 PM
When situations such as these arise, the onus has to be on the business provider to make a statement. Quite clearly a data breach could have occurred and if that is the case the company should be sending out emails to their customers/clients to advise them of the breach (and probably advise them to change their password).

If that did not happen, maybe the company is sending the email out deliberately in that format in order remind the customer he has an account there but doing it without email marketing. In recent times the reputation of Cloudbet did go down because of multiple scam allegations, at is stands I would not remove that possibility.

3 months since no one posting in this thread. I'm posting here today because something strange happen to me, that I received an email from cloudbet support this
Quote
An account is already registered to this address: (email address)
I don't know why I received an email like this since I'm not  doing anything with cloudbet account and never visited it again. As i remember the last time I played in this website was 3 years ago and haven't received any email promotions since I unsubscribe to the email newsletter promotions. Does anyone of you who played in this casino experience the same thing?
352  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: February 22, 2024, 04:09:29 PM
I did not look at the data, I am going by your figures and was surprised at the 1.5 BTC you mentioned. If you are right, he was making over 500 BTC per year and that is simply unbelievable. Well done to Daniel of course if those are a fair reflection of BTC he is making. I had no idea the profitability for the owner would have been that much.

Really?

Devans is making something like 1.5 BTC A DAY as of now.

You can estimate it from the casino's data: https://stats.bustabit.com/v2/bankroll_stats.csv

Now it's less as there have been some divestments, 1.5 BTC was at around 87% fee.

I wonder how much bankroll will be left, I'm debating whether to leave anything.

354  Economy / Reputation / Re: Standing Strong Against Unjust Attacks: A Call for Community Support on: February 22, 2024, 02:17:20 PM
I did not look in to any aspect of the provably fair claims as it was the Curacao logo that caught my attention but others have mentioned they do not know the method you apply to your provably fair games. How can your customers/clients check the validity of the provably fair games they have played immediately after the game has ended?

A brief look at the website shows a provably fair icon on the website therefore if by your own admission not all game providers offer provably games should that provably fair icon be shown or removed?

Looking at this from a neutral perspective, would you assume it is better to remove that provably fair icon as it could be deemed as misleading?

What questions do you have about Provably Fair, and which game are you considering? Not all game providers offer Provably Fair, but many do for certain games.
355  Other / Meta / Re: Icopress ' Merit Source Application 🚩 on: February 22, 2024, 01:53:58 PM
Precisely. I do not have a problem with that because if there is no reason to scrutinise the manner in which merits are given by merit sources there is no reason to scrutinise the manner in which merits are given by non-merit source members too. I think if there is merit abuse between farmed accounts that should be addressed but other than that members are free to merit any post they like regardless of them being merit source or non-merit source.

Other than that I am not a huge fan of the merit system as it currently stands but that is a matter for a different time. Right now, I can see no reason why icopress is not a good candidate for merit source and hope theymos will keep him in mind the next time he selects a merit source.

Merit sources have a responsibility to give merits in an unbiased manner but can we really state as a matter of fact that has been the case throughout?
Merit sources are supposed to merit whatever they like. Be it a high quality post, a joke, or a newbie question. That's why we have more than a hundred merit sources; simply because there's no "universal unbiased standard".
356  Economy / Reputation / Re: Standing Strong Against Unjust Attacks: A Call for Community Support on: February 22, 2024, 01:34:01 PM
Thank you Eva for explaining the licencing questions but I am sure you will understand concern and/or disappointment some members might feel because you displayed a Curacao logo for around the period 1st January 2024 to 20 February 2024 even though you did not have a licence from them.

If you received your licence from Anjouan licencing on 1st January 2024 it means there was no period you were without a licence therefore that would demonstrate you did not operate even one minute without a licence but is it possible for you to provide any sort of verifiable proof that you had both licences at the appropriate times you stated (one for 31st December 2023 from Curacao licencing and one for 1st January 2024 for Anjouan licencing)?

It will be appreciated if you can address the questions asked by other members regarding the provably fair claims.

I think I speak for nearly all of us when I state that JackpotRacer does not have any support in his claim against blackjack.fun in that thread because he exploited the bug in the system and also refused to accept a payment from blackjack.fun therefore he is not part of the discussion.

It appears crucial to clarify matters concerning our license, although it is unrelated to the current situation. Nevertheless, I will address it.

Until the end of December 2023, we consistently held a Curacao License for many years. Starting from January 1, 2024, we have obtained an Anjouan license.

Various factors influence details concerning a validator link, including front-end development, response times from the license provider via emails, considerations related to the link, and renewal processes, among others. However, it's essential to emphasize that the documentation we possess holds the utmost importance; the validator link merely serves as an additional trust factor.

It's worth noting that JackpotRacer is diligently attempting to find any possible information to tarnish our reputation.

If you do not want to be anywhere near a university why are you posting using the name of an employee of the University of Florida? You have been pretending to be him for far too long and that cannot be healthy for you. You should re-evaluate the situation and hopefully conclude you should stop your conduct.

I have to add you back to my ignore list now therefore this is the final post to you unless there are exceptional circumstances.

First of all, universities promote violence, so I do not want to be anywhere near a university. Universities do not even apologize for promoting violence, so we all can be confident that they really are sincere in their promotion of violence.

The OP has a problem with an employee of the University of Florida and he is using his name to tarnish it. What sort of interaction could have taken place between the OP and person he is trying to tarnish that would make a person go to these lengths just for the sake of a vendetta. One day the OP might even say sorry and explain his actions.

If you think that you are righteous and better than all the people here then don't waste your time here, there are better things for a righteous man like you to do like going to mental institutions and talking to physicians.
great advice! the guy has serious mental issues and it is clearly showing in the majority(or at least the ones that I have seen) of his posts. sadly people like him would just completely deny that and claim that people are conspiring against him because of his "intellect". I really do hope he gets the mental help that he needs.

The OP probably knows by know he will not be getting any of his funds returned to him but at least he will probably have the satisfaction that Fixedfloat have had their reputation destroyed both in the forum as well as outside in the wider world after the recent news release about their hack. If this is an inside job it will eventually be exposed.
