1001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: September 30, 2023, 02:09:31 PM
These are the games taking place today Saturday 30th September 2023:

Bournemouth vs Arsenal
Everton vs Luton Town
Manchester United vs Crystal Palace
Newcastle United vs Burnley
West Ham United vs Sheffield United
Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Manchester City

The early kick-off result: Aston Villa 6-1 Brighton and Hove Albion

What a start by Aston Villa, with their win they currently sit in 3rd place in the Premier League table but that could change later today after the others games have taken place.

Have Any Chance To Withdraw My Bitcointalk Account Red/Negative Trust..?
There are tags from multiple members therefore the chances of you having every single one of them either removed or replaced (with neutral tags) is very low. Let us not forget you also have neutral tags that are quite critical of your conduct.

I apologize to everyone.
I will not make this mistake again and Will never use a chat bot again.
I am so sorry!
I apologize to everyone!
The problem many members will have with the statement you made above is that it does not seem sincere even in the slightest. Had you put some element of truth or remorse within it, you may have been better placed to deceive but your lack of sincerity is apparent.

So,
Have Any Chance To Withdraw My Red/Negative Trust..?
I have just given you negative trust and excluded you from my trust and it will stay there until/unless compelling reasons are presented. As for other members that left you feedback, do you honestly believe you will succeed in having them remove/revise what they have written for you?
1003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: EFL Carabao Cup 2023/24 Season (English Football League) on: September 30, 2023, 12:35:56 PM
Bournemouth to beat Liverpool? Nah, I doubt that Bournemouth have what it takes to beat the current Liverpool team given the number of quality (both attack, midfield and defence) that Klopp has at his disposal to deploy. Even Liverpool's B team is looking strong.
It is a knockout competition, a cup competition therefore anything can happen. I hardly ever get surprised nowadays when a smaller team knocks out a bigger team because the so-called magic of the cup is not limited to the FA Cup. Sure, on paper it seems as though Bournemouth have no chance but I would not write them off.

But I can't say the same for Chelsea or Man Utd. Arsenal might hold their own against West ham but I expect West ham to give them a run for their money (the EFL is like West ham's one of their very few title prospects so they'd want to take it seriously).

TLDR: Liverpool upset vs Bournemouth? Not likely but this is football. Chelsea likely, man utd likely, Arsenal very likely.
I also expect West Ham to go at Arsenal without fear because they really have developed in a good team. Moyes has allowed that mentality to become to big they won the Europa Conference League 2023 therefore are a team going place. I do not think Rice was worth £105 million but Arsenal paid it. West Ham enough money in hand now to buy suitable players that can take them towards a top 7/8 finish in the Premier League as well as a possible domestic cup final.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: EFL Carabao Cup 2023/24 Season (English Football League) on: September 29, 2023, 09:59:06 PM
Let's see if Newscastle and West ham can do well to eliminate both Manchester United and Arsenal. I have no problem if Newcastle eliminates another Manchester team (bonus for Liverpool). Given the current teams still left, I won't say it would be anneasy one for Liverpool. Any of these teams (including Chelsea) can still pull an upset against Liverpool.

Bournemouth vs Liverpool
Chelsea vs Blackburn Rovers
Everton vs Burnley
Exeter City vs Middlesbrough
Ipswich Town vs Fulham
Manchester United vs Newcastle United
Mansfield Town vs Port Vale
West Ham United vs Arsenal

I think there will be some cup upsets along the way. What are the odds Bournemouth will beat Liverpool, Blackburn Rovers will defeat Chelsea and West Ham United will defeat Arsenal? What about the Manchester United vs Newcastle United game, that will be another good game to watch as it is featuring the finalists of the 2023 Carabao Cup. I expect Manchester United to win that game and I expect West Ham United to beat Arsenal too.
1005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: September 29, 2023, 09:50:43 PM
And I got Fulham vs Chelsea at a nil - nil draw.  But wouldn't be surprised if Fulham wins it 1 - 0.

I think Fulham draw no bet looks decent value in this spot.
How strange things have become when we are talking about a Premier League game and wondering whether Chelsea will be able to defeat Fulham or whether it will be a goalless draw. Personally, I think Chelsea have turned a corner and they will get maximum points at Fulham.

@tokeweed there’s massive talent in this Chelsea squad and for some unknown reason they haven’t yet exploded  but I yet believe in Poch that he can turn things around so I don’t consider it wise to wager against them. Lastly while Fulham will do their best to beat Chelsea but I have a strong feeling that Chelsea will bounce back in style because now Poch has seen enough and should be able to motivate his player’s to secure those 3 vital points.
I agree, Pochettino is the man for the job. He will turn things around but he will need time. From their perspective, Fulham will not get a better opportunity to defeat Chelsea because they are struggling but as far as Chelsea are concerned they will go for a win and move on from a difficult start.
1006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: September 28, 2023, 08:51:04 PM
Liverpool also defeated Bournemouth by 9-0 home after starting the league quite badly last year. However they couldn't maintain this performance later on. As they couldn't manage to finish the league even in top 4 last year they are playing in the UEFA Europa League. So even if these impressive wins reassure the team they might not be very decisive for the rest of the season.
I have just checked this after reading your post, it was last season at Anfield in August 2022 when Liverpool beat Bournemouth 9-0. That is another team to hit 9 goals past their opponent without conceding.

A few reputable sports commentator in my country who are following Chelsea say that Chelsea don't perform badly and they are just unlucky. What do you think about this topic? My opinion is that a team spending this much money in the transfer window shouldn't lose this many points at the beginning of the season already. You just can't lose points to Nottingham Forest in Stamford Bridge.
It is not just them dropping points at Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, things have been bad at Chelsea since the season began. They also had bad results during pre-season. In the Premier League since the season began, their record stands at W1 D2 L3 and that is simply not good enough for Chelsea.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: EFL Carabao Cup 2023/24 Season (English Football League) on: September 28, 2023, 08:35:14 PM
Everton manager Dyche will face his old team Burnley in the next round. To be honest he deserves credit because he did a very good job while he was managing there for on a shoestring budget. I think Everton should win that game, the home advantage will be urging them on.

Mansfield Town vs Port Vale is the one to watch because of the spirit of the game. The winning team will go on to make a lot of money from television rights and the smaller clubs deserve more financial help.

have to pick my own Everton to win it
after seven matches drawn as away in Carabao cup, Everton has a good chance to progress further against Burnley at home
two wins in away matches in a row, against Premier league rivals (not in Premier league, dough) after several years, and it seems that Everton found some form, with DCL back on the pitch
1008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ [POLL] FOOTBALL: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 on: September 28, 2023, 07:25:59 PM
SEASON 2023/24

The next set of Champions League games will take place on Tuesday 3rd October 2023:

1. FC Union Berlin vs Braga
Red Bull Salzburg vs Real Sociedad
FC Copenhagen vs Bayern Munich
Inter Milan vs Benfica
Manchester United vs Galatasaray
Napoli vs Real Madrid
PSV Eindhoven vs Sevilla
RC Lens vs Arsenal

From the teams included in the games taking place it would seem Bayern Munich are probably the favourites. It remains to be seen if Arsenal and Manchester United will be able to make a serious impact. Arsenal won their previous game but Manchester United lost their game:

Arsenal 4-0 PSV Eindhoven
Bayern Munich 4-3 Manchester United

1010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: September 28, 2023, 07:08:03 PM
@JollyGood Newcastle created a new record in the premier league yesterday and looks like Eddie has further secured his job as there were rumours of a sack coming due to Newcastle not performing well. Furthermore I fear for Poch because Todd isn’t known to be patient with his managers at Chelsea and one or two more losses and he’ll probably ask Poch to leave and at this stage I’m clueless why after spending so much they’re yet failing.
It was not a Premier League created. Newcastle United had a massive win but there were two instances in the Premier League era of games with better win margins than the 0-8 won by Newcastle United away against Sheffield United. Manchester United won at home against Ipswich Town 9-0 at Old Trafford in March 1995. Leicester City won away against Southampton at St Marys Stadium 0-9.

Dunno...  Sometimes you could see it early in the season.  I for one think this season could be Ten Hag's last with United.  But as for Poch if the bad run continues do you really think the Chelsea brass would risk it and stick with him beyond December?  They could but we've seem it lots of times before.  It gets iffy a couple of weeks before Boxing Day.
I would not be surprised if Ten Hag was no longer manager of Manchester United at the beginning of next season. He seems to have lost large numbers of players in the dressing room. As for Chelsea, even if they go on a bad run they will not dismiss Pochettino because of the compensation they will have to pay him as well as finding a suitable manager. I think he is the man for the job but clearly he needs time.

And no, something is really wrong behind the scenes at Chelsea.  And I don't think their next match is gonna be good for them.  Marco Silva and his boys are smelling the blood in the West London derby.  Lol.
It is possible Fulham will throw everything at Chelsea but we just do not know when the season for Chelsea could turn in their favour.
1011  Other / Meta / Re: cryptofrka's Merit Source application - let's improve the gambling boards on: September 28, 2023, 12:07:56 AM
There are several campaigns that are now making increased payouts to members that have accrued x-thousand merits therefore it is an incentive for members (posting in any thread) to make their posts have some meaningful content and context as well as have some quality behind it. When it comes to the gambling board we know there are threads that are out of control with signature spamming going on at unbelievable speed.

You are right when you state that even if focusing merits in the gambling board will not reduce spam, it will (or should) at least have some impact on improving post quality. I would like to see that experiment happen.

As I alluded to in the previous post, what would be the possible effect of having one merit source in the gambling board actively giving merits to quality posts versus say for example those that do not care for anything except spamming in order to meet their signature campaign quote?
Regarding this - well, if there would be a merit source on the boards, people might be incentivized to open more interesting threads, with more content and maybe some interesting links in the OP - instead of just opening another 'what to do when losing' thread every few days.
It can't reduce spam, it can improve the quality though. Then increased quality brings more quality in the form of better replies etc. Gradually, it decreases the % of spam posts that have no value whatsoever. Well, hopefully at least.

The path on BTT is more or less defined - more merits, better account standing, better campaign, more money, better opportunities.
I would like to help members that write quality posts get merited more, so they can grow their accounts on the boards that are currently rarely merited.

@suchmoon & @ibminer

ny2cafuse has been inactive for 602 days [BPIP - (Active 602 days ago)] - Archive [1] [2] there seems to be a gltich in BPIP as they came online 6/27/2023 10:07:51 PM    password reset via secret question however, BPIP does not reflect their recent activity.  Might be a glitch in BPIP ??
It's probably because he just reset the password via secret question but new came online if you look at his profile, he was last active on January 12, 2022, 04:01:44 PM and his last post was on March 17, 2021, 04:38:26 PM

In order for BPIP, to detect if the account woke up after long, the profile has to make a new post. This is what I have always known happens.
I have seen several accounts that do not make a post but their profiles show they were last active the same day or within the last week yet they may have last made a post over a year ago. I never correlated that with BPIP therefore cannot state how it works as a comparator to how it probably should.

Without making a reference to any member, in the generic sense I can only assume they would want to login but not make posts is either to check if they received messages or because they have been regularly sending/receiving messages.

Until BenCodie was DT trusted by BitcoinGirl.Club , the only other person to DT trust them is ny2cafuse
Wait a minute. I have no idea how BenCodie was added, it's a mistake 100%. Other day I was checking my list and was considering to update the whole list before changing the mind to do it later. It's now restored.

That post will come back to haunt you one of these days...

Archive [N] [1] [2]
Quite possibly therefore at least it has been archived. Not only that it has been quoted in replies for reference too.

I think I saw this thread in Bitcoin Discussion and decided to not reply for a number of reasons. I then noticed the thread move here to the Reputation board.

The only reason I am posting is to ask out of curiosity if it was you or a moderator that moved it to the Reputation board. It is highly unlikely that a moderator would have moved it as there is no trace of it in Bitcoin Discussion. If it was you, why did you move it to the Reputation board?
1015  Economy / Reputation / Re: A Reputable Forum Member With A LinkedIn Profile on: September 26, 2023, 01:59:01 PM
Connecting someone from the forum to his LinkedIn will significantly affect his anonymity here.
True, that cannot be denied.

Maybe you should have moved this to the Service section
I left for moderators to move it if they thought it was warranted. (moderators can move this thread elsewhere if they feel it is more appropriate)

----

Thank you to those that had a look at this thread and the request. I have now found an alternative solution therefore this thread is no longer needed. For those that may have a curious disposition, I will add a detailed explanation to this thread within a few days.

I do not buy or sell any accounts whether they are related to this forum or any website. Account trading is a no-go zone for me, I will not participate in those types of activities. I have updated the OP to provide more clarity why I am looking for a reputable member who has a LinkedIn account.

Does you want to buy LinkedIn account or what kind of help need and also If anyone have friend with active LinkedIn, would You accept or just want Bitcointalk member account?

If you want help and accept friend account then maybe I could help you.
1017  Economy / Reputation / A Reputable Forum Member With A LinkedIn Profile on: September 26, 2023, 12:15:02 PM
I am looking for a reputable member that has an active LinkedIn account. I do not want to buy the account or use it for personal use but would like to make contact with someone who has a LinkedIn account for a noble cause, I will explain accordingly to the right person.

If you are at least a Full Member rank and are considered by many members in the forum as someone who has a good reputation and someone who is considered trustworthy, please get in touch.

(moderators can move this thread elsewhere if they feel it is more appropriate)
1018  Other / Archival / Re: He is not a JollyGood fellow! on: September 26, 2023, 10:01:47 AM

Considering the number of accounts registered in the forum, I would probably increase the number to +99.99% because the volume is too great. Trusting someone from the forum is not easy, trust has to be earned.

For example, this BabyBandit account was created last month, already posting in Reputation and Lending boards. Clearly it is not his first account here and we have no idea (apart from probably one day wanting to join a signature campaign) what his motive is therefore when adding these types of accounts to the list, the percentage of distrust increases.

The dude "cannot trust" half the forum.
I don't trust 99% of the forum, but it's pointless to share that with everyone.
1019  Other / Meta / Re: cryptofrka's Merit Source application - gambling boards on: September 26, 2023, 01:03:25 AM
Thank you. The spammers do not bother going to most self-moderated threads because they are worried about having their posts deleted as soon as they come across as low quality or spam. I think that is the best way forward but dangling the merits carrot could have a profound effect too. It is good to see you and many others support the OP in his application.

Let's also be honest - 1 merit source is far from enough to drastically improve the situation on the gambling boards.
Still, it would be a good small step forward for the betterment of the most active area of the forum.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step,  So let's take one step before another,  You've indeed done a great job on your end in creating self-moderated threads and I agree with your point, but on the other hand,  I also agree with the idea of cryptofrka as I do hope this will likely bring more improvement to this board as regards to improving post quality and will a kind of discourage spamming in this board a bit.

So I pledge my full support.
