By the way guys, what do you think about the future of their tokens called TLT tokens, does it have potential for profit in investors? Well, it will take time for their ICO to come so i wonder what the team are doing by this time that they are in the waiting period.
I hope so. Their tokens will be used in registering in the platform by users and in paying the validators as well as rewarding Independent Service Providers with it. So it will mean their tokens will be used as long as the platform exists and at work. i believe so..So does it mean taht in order to regsiter or use TrustLogics platform you got to have ude their tokens. Many people who've just got graduate from college can't easily find jobs depending on their courses cause some company prefer people who have years of experience. That is what Trustlogics want to eliminate. Through years of experience is one of the factors that some companies really are looking to lessen the burden to retrain the new employee, I think some of them prefer newly graduates which have a good scholastic record. The advantage of being new is that the employee is so eager to learn something and no complaints on their part even there are full loads of work. Trustlogics will be the most reliable source of new graduate employees with a verified background. It is undeniably true that TrustLogics can support the new graduates but the trend of finding employees with experience is still rampant. Though I really do agree that TrustLogics makes the situation for new graduates a lot easier but more employers are still looking for the people with "experience". I think this will serve as a official experience of graduate student and will gain their idea about the jobs they wanted... I guess the experience they pointed out is the experience from the previous job of a jobseeker although you have a point but i think that experience (OJT) is not enough to get the attention of any company and will not give them an advantage from other jobseeker that already have job before... Well, in some company this is also consider on where the applicant do their on the job training, but it is important to the employer the good skills and the certificate that they got on their training to make sure that the applicant has train on the skills that they have. Well it will depend on the position and requirement of the company. If they are really decided to get the best person for the job they will have sufficient budget to get their desired candidate for the position. When you applying for a job, Once you’ve identified exactly what you need in terms of hard skills and soft skills, then it’s time to put a plan together to find what you need. You know what they say. When you fail to plan, you may consider that you plan to fail. Most of the jobs now are being through emails and the internet so it doesnt matter where you are as long as you have internet and make the job done. I was thinking how about the person that haven't experience applying any specific job. Thanks to this project rather platform that we will not applying now again and again on different companies we used to do every single time, all we need to do is browse and wait until we get some.
Most of the Filipino are adept on this kind of applying, most of them photocopy several copies of their VC and biodata's just to manually pass it to different company and walk in application just to make sure they will land a job. That is the main problem of all the job seekers in the Philippines because of that kind of applying and when it comes to hiring processing it also takes a lot of time, patients and effort falling in line in order for you to be hired as an employee and it also depends in your resume if you are qualified to what job they have provided. It is normally to apply again in again specially when you are very picky and choosy on getting or picking a particular job. In my country here, we prefer to work abroad than on our own country because of its paying and labor rates. This probably a very big help on us who wants to work abroad. TrustLogics is very well designed on recruitment system for me. My question is, is the TrustLogics Team of Recruiters overseas can help employee if the employee was in trouble or being hurt by their employer? I some cases TrustLogics is responsible on hiring of employee overseas, can you also help employee if they have been in trouble by the employer specially oversea rather international?
The issue of overseas worker in my country will not never fade, because for the many reason of jobseeker probably is lack of opportunity and low payment method for the their job,,so that if trustlogics are truly succeed it would be really help to my country , Trustlogics will be the bridge between jobseeker and recuiter, if there's some trouble occur with recruiter and jobseeker i think that's different situation and trustlogics is not liable for any problems in the future... We are on the same side @sonjay, Im also thinking what will trustlogics will do if the person who applied to them are working on foreign country. Are they liable if the person or employee is in distress and not given a good workplace or abused by its employers? Hey man! That will not be Trustlogics responsibility. Let it be clear, this is not what they wrote in their whitepaper. They are not a recruitment or manpower agency. They are solely responsible for keeping the datas of the users safely and providng them validators. Nah, of course not. TrustLogics will not get into those responsibilities. The.most possible thing to do, just like partnering with validators, they can as well partner with government office that is incharge of overseas employment. In this way, the people will trust TrustLogics but it will not be responsible for any cases of employees overseas or even locally. I repeat, it is not anymore their jurisdiction. Nice idea giga19. I like the idea. You know in the government, every specific period of time they change people incharge of keeping records of people or whatever. In short as the administration changes they change also employees and ias it happens, sometimes records or important documents of the past administrations are being lost, things that need to be traced could not traced anymore. Problem in short. If they will partner with trustlogics, instead of keeping their records of employees in a hackable, tamper-able database, why not in Trustlogics database? It might become true as trustlogics will fully launch. But in case that the government does not want decentralization, it is hard to change. As we know that government don't care about records, as long as they earned from the treasury of the citizen. Aside from that, the best enemy of government is cryptocurrency, why? Because it provides equal opportunities and fairness among the people. They don't want cryptocurrency to exist because it promotes decentralization wherein fact, they can't do illegal activities. Having a partnership with trustlogics is good but the question is, does the government want it? I don't want to jump into conclusion, we all know that the government was not really aware of what is the real benefits of cryptocurrency. I think they will realize it somehow when they have seen successful projects like this. Let us continue supporting Trustlogics project. This will be our next step I think. I strongly agree with you. When this project succeeds, this will be a global awareness of Blockchain Technology as well as using cryptocurrencies. No body knows how much resume i made ready every time i needed to apply a new job. How many times i have to go to the city hall to get legal documents and the National Bureau of Investigation and a lot more of papers needed for my applications. Tired of this same procedure. Not anymore this time wih Trustlogics. You bet it right! I think an applicant is so tired of making resumes from time to time especially when the employers want it to be in a different format. I have experienced that when I am planning to step up and get a better job. So when I applied, I have to fill-up manually different forms from one company to another.
