921  Other / Politics & Society / Re: corrupt practices of African democratic leaders. on: September 14, 2023, 12:07:18 PM
There can be only one solution for this and that's to look carefully at how the arab nations managed to make their countries rich at the same time they are not corrupt and the results of their work are clear. As we can see right now, they are making some huge advancements in terms of their economics and technologies, due to the fact they were using their resources intelligently without corruption all these years.
922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 14, 2023, 11:30:34 AM
Definitely true. He wants to fight the best, but it seems he hasn't had the opportunities he desires. It has been a while since he became a champion, so he is very eager to regain that status. He's into a big challenge if he's given the opportunity because he needs to beat Inoue to become a champion again. Perhaps there's a right time for him, a reward for his patience. If he beats Inoue, given the fight will happen, he will become a very popular boxer.

Too bad because this guy can really fight everyone in his weight division and hasn't been really taken a hard loss in his career and that means, he really able to have some fair fight with the current best boxer in their weight division. I hope he will be given a strong opponent to fight after he finishes cleanly against Oguni because this won't be easy since he is fighting a Japanese fighter once again.
923  Economy / Speculation / Re: Key Accelerators to bitcoin bull market on: September 14, 2023, 10:40:20 AM
For me, Education and regulations are the keys to seeing the mass adoption of bitcoins all around the world and the government should wake up right now since they don't have anything with the banks. Because bitcoins are a huge opportunity that hasn't been discovered before and this time they need to take advantage of it positively. People should not rely on negative information shown by the media and should do their own research so that they won't just easily believe those hostile groups whenever they slander bitcoins.
924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 14, 2023, 10:05:11 AM
Looks like their statistics show negative results from gambling with credit cards and they are now making moves to prevent more damage to happen from their people. I think this is the best move regarding a country that we know has no limits regarding its citizens except for the age limits when it comes to gambling. I never thought of people playing even though they don't have any more cash with them so they used their credit cards. Good moves by the Australian government by the way.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin is more profitable? on: September 14, 2023, 09:40:11 AM
Next to bitcoins are those altcoins that have true contributions to the world because they are truly committed to their vision of making crypto technology one of the best futures we have. But there are rules concerning these coins because not all of them are legit especially those that promised their investors high returns or those who only have roadmaps but no development and mostly delayed updates.
926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 13, 2023, 11:49:43 PM
According to betting companies, the championship favorite of the 2023-24 season is Boston Celtics!
Maybe they can be this year, but it's hard to say for sure, because other teams are also favorites this year. One of my favorites is Phoenix Suns.

How does it be like that when they already messed up every time also they seem like getting rust compared to the Phoenix Suns who acquired many more star players to bring them to another championship game. Maybe it is because the Boston Celtics don't have much competition in the East because the Nuggets and Lakers are in the West. that's what they are counting here.
927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling by financial dependents. on: September 12, 2023, 10:45:06 PM

That's true, because adolescence is a vulnerable period and if there are bad things that parents show their children during this period, it might become something that will lead them into trouble in the future. For example, gambling, if parents gamble quite often and they show that to their children, it is very likely that the children will imitate and think that gambling at their age is not a problem and the chances that this child will become addicted will probably be even greater.
That's why it's important to set a good example for children and it's best to give them good education about things like gambling, drugs, etc., to prevent them from getting caught up in things like this.

I happened to witness such behaviors in our neighborhood back then where my friend's parents are gamblers though they only bet a small amount of money, they are constantly doing it almost every day, and going to their place eventually lead you to fall into their habits. I remember when I got there, I found myself playing with them and their parent with other people who had been raised that way. The environment is really important when raising your children because there is only a small probability that your children do not fall into the same hobbies as the people around them.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google New Policy: NFT Ads is allowed starting Sept. 15 on: September 12, 2023, 10:02:16 AM
Actually, this is no joke, this is actually good news, and hope Google considers checking every customer they allow because some of those NFT games are scammed because they are just funding their first weeks with their own money to give their players rewards but when they gathered much more money from them, they are changing their rules and some other things which makes the game not fun to play anymore and more likely became unplayable anymore because of high risk where you need to invest more money but gets low rewards.
929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be play with care on: September 12, 2023, 09:31:05 AM
It is a very good idea for every gambler to have statistics on how much they are spending on gambling and how much they are also making from gambling, but I don't think that many gamblers have those habits, and that is what causes many of them to become addicted to gambling and why some get broke easily.

Most addicted gamblers are not interested in that stuff and they are more likely going to rush to play as soon as they get the money. they don't consider the fact that if they are losing much every day, their wins will have no meaning anymore because it doesn't cover up what they have lost. now if you look at how they handle such loss, you can say that they don't care about any statistics rather all they want is to play and satisfy their desire to win every game.
930  Other / Politics & Society / Re: DECENTRALIZED Democracy with Cryptomacy on: September 12, 2023, 08:56:16 AM
For countries to have such technologies is really good to see but the problem is, even an island where they said they gonna make it a crypto haven, does not exist until now. what more is a country?

Looks like we have a long way to go before we even see such a thing happening and we are still at the point where we are clearing some bushes to make them realize that owning some bitcoins is one of the best things in the world because you finally own some assets that you have total control of it and you can secure it to the point no one needs to know that you have it with you all the time.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VITALIK "X" ACCOUNT HACKED on: September 12, 2023, 08:24:41 AM
Looks like they gathered that much just some little time for controlling that account, imagine how much they could get when they have full control of the account in a single day. Sim Swap is scary, People would consider not trusting phone number authentication in that case and they should learn from this if they don't want to fall into the same trap again. How could this happen when we know he is one of the people we think to get hacked? We learn from this as well, Just because you are one of the owners of the top altcoins, it doesn't mean you are not gonna get hacked, Everyone is vulnerable except those who protect themselves and constantly update their security to avoid such problems in the future.
932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 12, 2023, 07:50:32 AM

I don't know, somehow I'm not super excited for another episode of Adesanya Vs Pereira. It would be a good fight, sure, but each of them has potentially better fights.
After Izzy got manhandled by Stricland, I don't think moving to light heavyweight would be a good move. He did try that already and failed.

And it's 3:1 for Pereira  Grin. Izzy needs another 2 wins just to get even.

Well, if the UFC sees big money to make that fight happen, they will hype it and eventually announce that it will happen. Surely after how Izzy reacted to that win against Pereira, many fans wanted to see Pereira avenge his loss. Izzy is not capable of winning against Strictland and they might not be interested in chasing back some wins from him. The only good thing for him right now is to fight somebody else and if he gets ready and learns his lesson, he can ask for a rematch just like how he got the win from Pereira.
933  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin: Bullish or Bearish on: September 12, 2023, 07:26:28 AM
Considering the fact from its past history just after the bitcoin halvings, I can surely say that it will be going bullish and just give it some time because we all know how it ended up last time. Before that most people were in doubt about whether Bitcoin price would rise because they saw that it has never-ending ups and down and it's been facing a decline that time just before the unstoppable spike of the price happened until it creates another ATH. Now, people are back to their old ways again, they never learn and speculate negatively back and might also lose the opportunity to invest early again.
934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: September 11, 2023, 11:59:46 PM
Yeah, but in general it's easier to swap the behavior than to simply stop doing something negative.
Simply stopping is really hard because you will end up with a vacuum that your brain is trying to fill like crazy, and sooner than later you will end up doing the same old habits.
But if you change your activities, your brain will be able to adapt and accept the other activities instead, and you will have a better chance to not go back to old habits.

That's why the best therapy is to divert yourself from doing some productive things or sports that will make you forget your old bad habits. This is the first advice the doctor gives you when you first consult a psychiatrist. But when the symptom persists and you still find yourself at the place where you should not, they will tell you another thing which will eventually be the same as the first one. Also getting some good companies will help and I don't mind sitting with what they call low-class people as long as they will make me realize that money isn't everything in this world and I don't need to chase it every day in a rush.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop Events, Testnet Events is not an investment! on: September 11, 2023, 11:30:52 PM
The rewards from airdrops vary and some of them really give a huge amount of rewards and it multiplies more for the people who live in some 3rd world countries. But we don't ignore the fact that most of them are not giving that much because others only give a penny or a dime depending on how big the project is. But for the people who participated in multiple Airdrops, I think this won't matter at all because at the end of the day when they want to withdraw and convert it to fiat, they're like harvesting fruits because they gonna convert all the rewards from other projects also and make it a decent amount of money.
936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 11, 2023, 11:04:05 PM

Small-ball lineup again, with no legitimate center, so they need to ensure their offense is very dominant. Since they are smaller, they are quicker as well and can easily switch or double-team the big men of their opponent to disrupt the shot. On paper, this doesn't look good, but the Warriors are adept at this. They have used this strategy and have won championships against the Boston Celtics, so I kind of trust Coach Kerr with this strategy.

I don't know if this is effective once again because we see their games last season in the playoffs against the Lakers, They seem struggling with their rotations and they are not really executing good play since they are lacking in offense due to the fact they cannot handle the pressure against bigger opponents. Nevertheless, they have a long way to the trade deadline and to acquiring new players that can contribute to their team because this season is not easier than before, especially in the Western Conference, we all know how strong the Denver Nuggets are.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of advice is worth giving such people? on: September 11, 2023, 10:40:52 PM
It depends on your source of income because if it happens again and you don't have any alternatives to fill your essential needs because you lost that money once again, it would be a disaster and my advice is to keep it slow and surely by acquiring more knowledge on how to prevent yourself from getting hack and just invest a little amount of money from your salary until you will become expert on keeping your bitcoins safe and secured.
938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 10, 2023, 11:57:18 PM
Same with you, Canelo's fan based might bring that money plus the fact that interest if how Crawford will try to snatch the belt under Canelos possession.

We need more updates regarding to any possibility of this possible match up to take place,.

Yeah! you're right because this is the right time to make that fight happen cause Crawford is at the peak of his career and popularity which is why they need to look for a bigger stadium next time in order to make it a real historical event in the boxing history. This is how it should be, no drama whatsoever unlike with Spence they took a long time before they finally stepped in the ring. Crawford wants to make it happen, then Canelo should win his fight and then make Crawford's dreams come true.
939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ted Cruz is a ‘Big Believer’ In Bitcoin Mining on: September 10, 2023, 11:28:03 PM
I don't know, maybe he's just one of the investors but nevertheless, this is good news for the people who want to invest in that state because they have such a supporting official with them. Maybe some of the Bitcoin miners will consider moving to that place after this statement by the senator. This will clear some doubts to those who are still confused about bitcoins and hopefully, he won't be getting backfired by the hostile groups.
940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: September 10, 2023, 10:50:15 PM
I dont know what happened to Adesanya in this fight, but he started losing fights and he looks weak so I think he started going down in his carrier.

Maybe he just got lazy after he won against Pereira because that what's makes him insanely motivated and he thinks his next opponent was too easy for him. He didn't know the guy was also insanely motivated to beat him which is true and it really happens. He was caught by surprise and he couldn't do anything at all until the end of the fight. Maybe after this, he should consider taking a long rest and enjoying his life to the fullest.
