That's probably right, OP should have ask Vod's permission first so that s/he won't have any trouble to Vod's project's contents but since the source of the informations posted above were cited in OP then we can't call it plagiarism, it is copied and pasted but legally.

That's a lot of effort Bud, but I don't think posting informations like these from BPIP.org is necessary. What's the point of knowing their "Merit Fan"? and also if someone is looking for a Merit fan of a particular user they can just easily go to bpip.org and search for the username's data.

As far as I know BPIP.org was created to provide the informations of every users here in Bitcointalk, so it means BPIP is somehow like a subordinate of this forum and there's no need to copy the informations of bpip and post it in here in meta just to let a few members know.

It's not true. Like other replies above me, the only account rank that will be demoted to Newbie are those Jr. Member account that didn't even have a single Merit. But once they received a Merit their account will automatically ranked up again to Jr. Member. Please read this thread Enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements

I don't know where or who told you that false news. It's much better to visit Meta to see it with your eyes and know what's happening than to rely on what other people were saying.

I checked this user's post history, 1st to 10th page and didn't see any plagiarised content (not so sure maybe it's in page 11 and up) so I think the account were banned because a Spam Buster or a reporter reported it to moderator as a Bounty Spammer. Check its post history and all posts made in 1st page to 10th page were all bounty report links so it is completely spamming.

Didn't even find any useful post or something. So the account deserves to be banned as this is what Spam Busters are against to.

The topic has been discussed over and over again, about 2FA etc. A lot of people were also requesting and proposing this kind of additional security to Bitcointalk but I don't know the exact reason why it is not getting implemented, maybe because it'll take a lot of time or something. As time passes, hacked issues (due to being careless) will definitely increase for sure so I believe that this one will be implemented in the future. Just keep your account safe until then.

Unlocking your account will take a lot of time unlike locking it. Just follow the instructions in this thread Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords and be patience to wait for a month/s.

I understand what you are trying to say OP but things are not always just like that. Why would you force a Sr. Member and up ranked members to post a topic if they don't have any topics that they want to discuss in their mind. That will only end up a spam in case that happens. Also, don't ever say again that we upper rank members are not doing any contributions (though there are some). Even we're not making topics, we are contributing via sharing our knowledge by replying in your posts and etc. How can newbie members be able to learn without the help of upper rank members? We all knew that reading and understanding is enough to learn without the help of others but I'm sure that no one can resist to ask for help.

Yeah, I admit that I don't have enough knowledge about these, but can you believe that I managed to rank up from Full Member to Sr. Member with the Merit System without knowing these "mining, trading and staking" (as I'm not too interested at these). As far as I know the maximum amount of Merit that can be send is 50. But you can send 50 again and again to a certain posts.

No matter what that user used, either "I" or "we", the content of his/her post without citing the reference is a clear plagiarism and deserves to be banned (also doesn't deserves any Merits as well). But since it's really difficult to find good posts by these demoted members, I understand what you've done. But plagiarism is plagiarism and any member who plagiarised will face enough consequences.

Oh, about that second piece of evidence provided by @clear cookies, I can't clearly remember but as far as I know (though I'm not so sure) it happened that I and saw that post when I visited the link provided right after @clear cookies posted that in here. What is the account you're talking about? Can you provide the link of that account so that we can also check whether the hacker is using the account for posting and if its really been hacked. Also did you locked the account via email sent from Bitcointalk when someone compromised your account? It is a good protection to prevent the hacker from accessing your account.

Well, you will have to wait for some time before your issue about your account to be solve. There are too many pending requests to theymos about such cases. It will take months or even a year.

But it is really a pain in the ass to identify those Ban evading users. How many of them are still free to create a new account again and again and keep on earning shitcoins. Another problem that is difficult to resolve.

OP, members like you shouldn't rank up even Jr. Member because you don't deserve it. I'm sure that after getting demoted, you will be banned again. It is way much better if you leave the forum.

Kind of  This user just started posting after the new rules announced back in September 17 while the account were created back in August 30. An alt account probably and were trying to receive more than 1 merit to send merits to his/her main account that might be a demoted Jr. Member for now. This is only my instinct but I feel like I'm 100% correct

I went through some of your posts and you were indeed a good English writer. Grammars are unbelievably correct as well as the Spelling. I envy people like you who can speak English very fluently. But the thing is, why don't you use your skill in writing useful topics? There are lot of different good ways to earn Merits. As I looked at ypur posts, I can tell that you are not a spammer and that's nice, just keep doing what you think is right and Merits will come to your way. Just like what the Campaign Manager said, just be patient.

As for the rules of the campaign, there is no consideration. You should reach the required Merits in order to participate. But it is still up to Zapo.
