with all due respect mate,but i believe Chinese are spending lots of money because they are gaining lot also that year so they are celebrating with Gallant ways of celebrations.

i am not a Chinese but i have many Chinese friends and learning from them?this is the most celebrated days for them(second to Mooncake festival) so why are we to question their ways?

===

The spending frenzy is absolutely never ceased to amaze all the time.

Wow, the Chinese truly are money-oriented,
they are and they are doing this for centuries,also i have respect on their traditions as they are respecting mine also.

It’s a typical work hard to spend hard culture, it is perfectly healthy! Also adding some extra ingredients into the mix, by proposing various habit of spending lavishly. Gambling, fire crackers, tossing red envelopes, and so on. Btw doesn’t it fit perfectly into the teaching of goto school, graduate, get a good job with benefit, and retire with pension. There is absolutely no issues by following the rule.

===

So if the china new year is today, it means that this year is not like previous 5 years. This year started with an uptrend comparing to previous new years  Smiley At least there is something positive here  Cheesy

Exactly, the expectation is shooting up in the trajectory, expect to receive a myriad of good advices, when to get a job, when to get a kid, when to get an investment, when to get ...!

Of course, we must respect the culture of others because of that the world can be seen as unique. But from a different perspective, culture can still be considered wrong or inappropriate for various reasons. But not with their respective communities because they have been doing it for a long time and it doesn't matter when everyone hopes to be the best on the big celebration day.

There is something I want to know about Chinese New Year (Imlek), red clothes and decorations and etc. Why does it have to be red, is this a certain symbol that they must use on each day of this annual celebration?

The mascot which often seem on the greeting card is dressed in full red colour and holding a gold bullion, I bet it has something to do with it. They worship the mascot as perversive as the Jesus worshipper. This is the mascot for your reference: Caishen. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caishen
963  Economy / Economics / Re: Today is the first day of notorious Korea/Japan/China new year on: January 25, 2020, 01:22:44 PM
Wow, the Chinese truly are money-oriented, no wonder we have the stereotype of the Chinese businessman in Southeast Asia. The only thing we do with our New Year's celebration is eat.  Grin I don't think there's anything wrong talking about finances, I think it's even a good part of your culture that you are thinking about growing wealth.

But yeah, take everything with a grain of salt. If getting rich is easy, then everyone of those people giving "good" financial advice should all be rich by now.

Just try to have fun, don't mind the aunties asking about your romantic status and weight, enjoy your family's company and keep Corona-chan out of the party.

===

Yeah, all schools are encouraging every single kids to appreciate this little usual moment, and celebrate it to your heart content. Btw Corona-chan is welcome too, there is nothing wrong too with just a tiny piece of virus, we need that badly.

===

Today is the Chinese New Year and these are just words of encouragement and encouragement from their relatives. In Asia, Chinese culture has a wide influence on the surrounding countries so I understand this, I am also an Asian.
All these words want to motivate you to become a better person and they want you to be better in the new year. they have no negative thoughts, they are all willing to help each other. They still have fun and gambling. Grin

===

It’s very good to be good and decent human being! We need all these positive moral values to be passed down for every heirs. The entire world need to embrace this values too.

===

Not only that, the need is increasing when the Chinese New Year, we already know the culture of gambling while drinking very closely with their communities. And of course it is necessary to spend more money than distributing envelopes containing money to relatives.
On the other side of the Chinese New Year celebration is the existence of the Corona virus outbreak, as reported by several news sites, the Chinese New Year celebration is thought to cause the Chinese economy faltered due to this corona virus.
Usually the Chinese when celebrating Chinese New Year always travel to visit relatives for about 1 week. Chinese New Year usually becomes the momentum that drives the wheels of the economy. Sectors affected positively by this tradition are transportation, tourism, hospitality, restaurants to other entertainment industries. This is where China's economy will increase with the number of public transportation, public shopping places etc. many visited by people. But now it is different due to the outbreak of the corona virus which makes Chinese people worried, the Chinese government ordered the closure of some tourism facilities, transportation etc. to prevent the outbreak of this corona virus.

===

This is part of the new year, we urge the “outsider” take this moment with a grain of salt. Many curious travellers love to make a big fuss out of it. Btw Corona make a good addition to our never ending need, we need taxes, bank, getting married, invest, a job, and a little nourishing drop of Corona wrath’s.

An insurance contract has some terms, the terms of the payoff determine the premium paid.
If the terms are changed, in the jurisdiction where I live, this must be notified to you in adnvsnce, otherwise such changes are void.

The last scenario is fraud, hence is something illegal.
Remember those funds need to be  regulated and supervised if they want to be able to claim anything from Gemini.

Yeah notify your customer, it’s what the KYC in crypto are setup, and do you wonder its fair to implement KYC in that manners? I bet nobody like KYC. Also Mt Gox is yet another superb example, they basically bend every single rules to not pay the amount you deserve, either you give up or they get screwed, they would drag as long as possible since they have the last say to every decision to be made. You can blame “scam, inequality, discrimination, racist, basic rights, cry to your mum lap, or threaten to expose their secret.”

That’s the true colour for capitalism. Crypto currency? Nope! It would died a hundreds omega slashes.
You wonder why women recently moving to be agents of the govt, that’s it, they sense the govt can provide them the safety they want badly, not even the Cuck Norris has entitled these impression to women. That’s it the powerful Trump and his power level to attract whore.
967  Economy / Economics / Re: Winklevoss-Led Gemini Exchange Now Has Its Own Insurance Company on: January 18, 2020, 08:21:10 PM
It is just a fraud!
Insurance are going to compensate you in USD.
Insurance will never ever going to compensate you in BTC

I presume it has to be that way. But that's how most insurance works. You get the dollar value of whatever is insured.

It would be interesting to see how clear they make this and the terms of any claim. Will the dollar value be frozen at the time of the loss?

As far as I know this is the first cold storage insurance. Full marks to the Winkies for sticking at it and continuing to innovate even if they may go against the beliefs of many.

Good luck dealing with insurance
The likelihood of them sticking to the terms of “pairing the value at the time of loss, paring the value to the market value you claimed the loss, pairing it to the time you buy it,  or whichever is lower among all options” is sky high, insurance would never ever give you a chance of profiteering. Say

value at time of loss $ 100,
value at the time claimed $ 110,
your purchase price $ 90,

insurance would compensate you $ 90 almost 99.9% of the time, out of three option,
And you can have no say when everything is stated on the tnc that’s not even there by the time you read that, they can modify the tnc at their wishes to best suit their position, that’s not an unusual practice to them, and it’s legal and incontradictible.

And I’m eager to see the time tested effect of this little experiment. Fund manager claim the loss, and prop up the value of BTC by buying from the open market? And loss again to the hack and claim the insurance and prop up the BTC again? And go back and forth for the third, forth fifth trials, to the point that someone gonna cry out loud “bitcoin is a fraud!”

It is just a fraud!

Insurance will never ever going to compensate you in BTC
And look at the fine print hidden behind the wall of text of term and condition. It’s probably one of the plan Gemini intention to accumulate massive amount of BTC without buying it on the open market, and the idiot would fall for it.
969  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, don’t pay taxes, don’t get married, don’t use bank, and... on: January 18, 2020, 01:51:54 PM
Well what his pointing out is actually true for the most part.
Not paying my taxes may result in me having a warrant then end up going to jail, so instead me punishing the government it may turned around on me instead.

Not getting married because of the fear that it may result to a divorce. Yeah it may happen, but atleast i have children that will take care of me.

Lastly i dont use the banking system and i dont invest in it, because it uses its monetary paper money to exploit people. This advice is where i agree.

Think about this:

My experience as employer over 10 years

Hire men
-men capable to work very independent. You may argue to death, but try leave men in the jungle and compare to women to see the result and who will likely to survive.
-they tend to quit the job very quickly. a big hassle for employer need to hire new men again and again
-tend to suffer depression for long term employment.
Conclusion: men are lousy employee

Hire married men
-married men won't quit work as often as single men
-married men usually forced to work until suffer Great Depression (exhaustion) which will deteriorate their work performance
-married men would resort to office politics all the time, albeit it's an act of self-preservation. And refuse to work as hard as they used to be.

Hire women
-women don't quit the job and willing to stay at work as long as possible, employer love hiring women too, since most business hire more women now.
-women would love to bend the rules at work. They would even turn their employer into a beta male. Think about hiring women as marrying to them, you can't fire women at work, they would expect hefty alimony as compensation. You can't force them to work, they would cry rape and the cop will protect them and arrest employer. If they don't work and taking full advantages of maternal leave, annual leave, holiday leave, parental leave, family leave, women medical problem leave, blah blah leave, you can expect to run out of business very soon.
Conclusion: women are lousy employee

Hire married women
-married women change jobs as often as single women
-they also suffer great exhaustion from work often time
-they would often resort to women's rights to teach employer a lesson.
-they would sabotage everyone who try to make any small mistake, extreme feminist often come from overworked married women.

Hire kids to work
-it's illegal after WWII to hire kids to work.
-govt would destroy you
-women organization would destroy your business
-kids are lousy employee

Hire(deploy) robot to work
-robot work better than men, women and kids. At a wide margin efficiency and higher output at each erg of energy.
-robot tend to break down a lot, expensive to maintain, also high entry cost. Robot are not cheap
-robot give employer nearly peace of mind. Despite it would malfunction all the time, compare to hiring men, women or kids, robot are a lot better and profitable to the business.
Conclusion: robot are good employee

Conclusion:
Hire robot. Stop hiring men women and kids.

970  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, don’t pay taxes, don’t get married, don’t use bank, and... on: January 18, 2020, 01:45:58 PM

Well, if you can evade it then go assuming you're ready for the consequences. Maybe move somewhere with less tax instead? Or you know, actually do your homework and find legal ways to reduce your taxes.

Can't argue with this. You must be one of those MGTOW guys?

Never consider money saved in bank as investment, it isn't. It's losing value in there, only reason to put them in there is for cash for emergencies. And seriously, don't take debts you can't pay back. If you're drowning in debt, that's your fault.

Aren't you contradicting yourself with this with all these you said about businesses? So where should people put their money in then? Not everyone is capable of running their own business, that's why they invest in other's.

Don’t brother with all other reasoning they are all pretty casual and I would likely to quote all the generic answers too. For the part that you mentioned “contradicting myself”, well, unless you finally read through the mindset of the Rothschild’s family, I bet you would think the same again, where to keep your money? Big questions, the answers is simple, keep moving it, it’s how to keep your money, move it as quick as possible to the point that nobody can see it or touch it, so fast that the govt can’t touch you, so fast that the laws can accuse you, so fast your spouse can’t get their hand on it.
971  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, don’t pay taxes, don’t get married, don’t use bank, and... on: January 15, 2020, 04:33:46 PM
is there any evidence that not paying taxes, not getting married and not using a bank make someone rich??  paying taxes and getting married is a liability..  Getting married and having children is wealth too.  Just look at the billionaire Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos (even though they are currently divorced from their wives) but they are married and have children, it complements their material wealth..  getting married is very important because it might be a way to open your fortune.

Bruh, do you even wonder why billionaires who’ve married decide to donate all of their wealth to the charity? I’m not targeting the mostly males billionaires, even feminist billlionares would donate all their wealth for charity, because they can no longer stand and watching all their money get splitted up for good for nothing spouse, they rather donate all to the charity than give it all to the xxx demanded by the court order??
972  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, don’t pay taxes, don’t get married, don’t use bank, and... on: January 15, 2020, 04:26:01 PM
I agree to you only in this point, if you want to get rich don’t pay taxes. Governments, in no way think for the betterment of society and people. The huge amount of taxes over everything is making lives miserable for the people. There are things for which the tax paid is even more than the actual price of the thing. The high authorities have no real concern with your better future, they only play blame game. So, for me if you want to become rich don’t pay taxes.

Listen well my conspiracy therory about POTUS

1. Collect taxes
2. Funding wars on Middle East
3. Other countries of nations watch the Middle East burned, they don’t want to get attacked like that
4. The nations seek national security above everything else, they buy bulks of weapon, nuclear, jet fighter, tanks, icbm from the US
5. POTUS and their elite 1% of the Rothschild’s Warrior Buffett Rockefeller family see the opportunity, a 100% sure win investment, when people are scared, they will bend over and 100% throw away their money for safety, with that in mind, they come up with a plan, fear mongering through wars, people are emotionally fear of death, they buy weapon to protect themselves
6. Buy weapon from US, because US produce the first nuclear bomb (atomic in facts) that can devastate Hiroshima and Nagasaki, also pleasing them so they’re not becoming a target of economical sanctions and tariff cut also the all the glorified MAGA.
7. Collect more taxes
8. Fund more war on Middle East
9. Buy US company shares that produce Weapons
10. Huh
11. Profit
12. There is no corruption in taxes collected, and govt expense, do not ask for more info, it’s is national top secret, you’re threatening to expose it, do you want to end up like Julian Assange?? Value your life!
13. Your taxes money are being spent to waging wars, instead of for the betterment of the society, but you’re praising govt for screwing up your life? Brilliant! The more reasons for the govt to keep doing that, because all of you’re are so blinded that you did rather blame the ok boomer than blaming the govt for your screwed up life.🤣

because they arent listed yet until now

===
Services would eventually develop for any coin, and people would eventually put up shitcoins for sales on online shopping sites, it wouldn’t always need to wait for someone to build a bridge to make it easier.
===

Not every coin are really worth to wait because even you wait for it's value to increase for a decade,

===
If you wait your old physical rare metal coins before spending it, you would have been able to sell them for scrap metal at profit. Those old silver coins certainly gain a lot of price to melt it into scrap metal.
===

 because there is no node, no dev no platform no volume and no price,

===
Do you think old coins has all of them? They have price just for its nostalgic value, nothing more.
===

 Old coin becomes valuable because the government is changing its coin's design. So basically, old designed coin will be valuable. There are people who collect those kind of things and the older it is, the higher value you will get if you sell it to them.

===
I’m sure your wrong in this one, old coins has high value rare metal content that’s why it fetch high price, the American eagle gold coin didn’t fetch anything higher than its gold content value, despite its super rare and many new designs.
===

I personally don't believe btc will grow up to $1mil or even $100k, but it can go up to $20-25k I guess.
But I wan't cryptocurrencies to be a usable tool like USD, not a thing to speculate and gamble around.
So it is better if btc won't go up or down drastically

===
Meh, you didn’t know bitcoin was once traded in Zimbabwe or North Korea exchanges for $100,000 per coin, the average value make very little sense.
===

Your grandmother could be saying that with fiat coins in mind. Thing is, fiat

===
Dude, Fiat didn’t existed in your grandma’s vocabulary and it’s time, they trade using gold coins, and it’s called coins not some fancy name fiat.
===

Living in the internet era is difficult, there is not rarity of products by now. I would still prefer keeping gold when it comes to having a physical view.

===
Why gold is rare? Doesn’t bitcoin much rare than gold? Look 21m btc, but there is unlimited gold that’s haven’t unearthed over the outer space, some believe the sun is make of gold, it’s so many times bigger than earth.
===

the bank must give the value back in the amount of bitcoin i deposited

commonsense prevails in this situation  Tongue.

===
Of course your bank give you $ 1 for every $ 1 deposit, £1 for each £1 deposit.

Common sense is telling the face value $ 50 coin worth $ 1600? How does it add up?
===

 That's why most of our grandmother and grandfather have something what they called "antique" and its value was preserved that its price is also high and has a history.

===
That’s pretty generic, everything you can touch also came from the past and they have pretty much all their own version of history slapped on their face, a unique past is better than some else?
===

nyway, I will try to tell my kids about this, 'cause it is still a wonderful idea.

What you gonna tell them?

Do you read the book written by Andreas Antonopoulos, I had skimmed through each page roughly, online wallet primarily signify the three reputable sites, namely, bitaddress brain wallet and block chain dot com, forget about full node it’s just too resource hogging, hardware wallet? Too many horror stories people get wrecked over. Offline wallet, idk, sound like a fraud about to happen.

I don't understand what you mean by "keep your bitcoin and shitcoin under the custodian bank service."

===
JPM coin, period.
===

It is time to say good bye to piggy banks, even actual banks, fiat and fiat savings, and so on.

===

===

That's cause Grandma doesn't understand inflation and how it works.

===
Why didn’t you hold into the American eagle gold coins that have $ 50 face values? Since it worth so much today, but you seem to be smartest kids who know money well?
===

why would I give bank the charge to hold my crypto which I can hold myself which will be safer,

===
You may change your mind once you lost your key to access or phrases, it would be safer under someone else.
===

for shitcoins ahh nevermind we can't get rid of them anyway unless they are collectible like old metal coins.

===
Bitcoin dominance’s can barely cross 70%, it simply portraying shitcoin slowly but surely leeching some of the benefit and glorious bitcoin once have, yeah from 99% to 70%, it certainly didn’t bode well for bitcoin.
===

~

what i got here is you don't and won't believe about anything financial bank created by a government company,it'sn't ?
or i miss something ?
if u want to be rich, just hold your money by your own bank.

===
Yeah you missed everything.
===

old coins in out piggy bank to be able to preserve it into the next decade

===
What did you find the old coin has increase value, if you’re judging it based on eBay sales, nope it’s all merely just a random fake trading data, the real values that’s traded may be much lesser than 1~2 coins a day, most of the other old coin sales are fake and gay, they’re created to promote deception.
===

Don't be too subjective to Bitcoin and believe it will grow every year and its price will be $ 1m and bla bla ... don't be silly. If you are criticizing fiat money, then you should not use it anymore and use crypto to pay your expenses, see if anyone accepts the coin you want to pay.

===
Plenty of services accept bitcoin for a cup of coffee all over the States. That’s not a big deal at all.
===
976  Economy / Economics / Re: Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 04, 2020, 09:14:39 PM
I have collected a lot of shitycoins for a long time although in small amounts because I believe that someday these coins price will go up, but let's be honest those shitycoins won't make you rich, well I'm just happy seeing lots of coins in my Electrum wallet. Honestly, Grandma's advice is more suitable for bitcoin or coins with a bright future. In April 2013 Bitcoin's price was about $266 so what Grandma said is true, keep your bitcoin and it would fetch a high value.

===
The facts that it has value is completely absurd, didn’t matter it’s high or low value, it shouldn’t have any value from the beginning, but you can’t denial it still have value.
===

What I think is , no matter where you keep your bitcoins , the value is gonna be the same , no matter it's in your wallet or in the bank ,
The Bitcoins will stay same in the value ,
The governmental coins are actually who change in value , also trust me the only way  to do that is to make people stupid and put up an auction online , custodial bank service I don't think it is gonna be that good .

===
The thing has been up for sales on eBay for five thousands years! Look at all the stupid trades going on!
===

I honestly get your point that old coins would really have a good value in the future because the coin will be limited and cannot be produce anymore. Same goes to crypto that when you hold your coin for too long it will have a good value in the future. But if you keep it to a bank instead of keeping it to yourself the value of the coin will be the same. This situation thought us that we should learn to have a patience in a certain thing because it could be precious when the time comes.

===
The thing that bank keep our crypto, and they would do something so terrible that all the shitcoin that’s free float would increase its value despite its shit from the very beginning, why why why?!?!
===

This inflation helps our people need to circulate money wisely. Without inflation, the country does not seem to grow. Countries around the world expect inflation to increase steadily and reasonably. In Japan, people have to contend with deflation that has been going on for several years in 2012 and 2014. The government has had to try to motivate people with various financial measures to keep inflation rising. It seems the new lazy people want deflation to exist forever!

===
What did you know about inflation and deflation that we didn’t know, the bank is always so secretive that we can’t know everything out of their coffers, they keep every single information behind 99 vpn military grade security safeguards, it can survive a nuclear meltdown and the information would never get leaked!

===

Holding fiat money is not a wise decision, it is true that our parents and grandparents always telling us to save money. For me when they said that to me I always cringing because it is wrong for me. Why would I hold a scam money that backed by the government? It is better if I will invest it in speculative asset like cryptocurrencies and also passive income businesses like real estate.

===
Do you read the title, it’s holding coins inside piggy bank, the one that is built with rare metal, and you can hold it with your fist, it’s worthless and not a legal tenders, but it fetch high value, may be you never hold physical money before, then you need to know a bit about the time when we use most primitive money to trade, when we don’t have internet yet, it was a good time btw.
===

Keeping your cryptocurrencies to yourself in a long-term will definitely give you a benefit because what if bitcoin have increased it's price more than $20K, then probably you would be really rich if that happens, that is why every crypto user always say have a patience to hold all of your holdings for you to see it's true value.

===
Will you tell your kid? Will you? Will you?
===

This is somewhat a non-sense thing though yet we dont need Bitcoin/crypto bank in the first place.Who the hell would use it up if we can be our own bank?

Of course banks would do things as they like and charge you up for storing or using up their service.What you do expect?

===
Negative interest rate on bitcoin? Splendid!
===

Physical cons have collectible value and it's the same for physical bitcoins, even collectible mining hardware. Old miners still have value even when they're completely unprofitable to run.

Shitcoin have no collectible value and most of them have value only because Bitcoin has. I wouldn't hold shitcoins especially the dying ones not only in an exchange but anywhere else. Once they are compromised and people see they have no real use they will keep going lower and lower even far below the value of 1 cent.

===
Once upon a time, bitcoin was dumped into 30% of the dominance, that’s certainly didn’t end well for bitcoin, may be bitcoin is not as good as you think it’s, although I still love bitcoin, but let’s look at the old coins, the physical one on the market, some minted coins fetch higher value than American eagle gold coin, impressive! For example, a very scarce $ 100 note with Pokemon rare new two imprinted into nickel coins could fetch $ 99999, you may scream dafuq, but it’s the free market of rare coin on the eBay, they will never stop trading until the end of the world. It shouldn’t have any value from the beginning, but you can’t deny it still have value.
===

Because at that time the popularity of banks with their "interest" was very global, also strong doctrine influenced many people to save their money in banks.
In addition, banks are private companies, the government is only tasked with monitoring them.

Fortunately, today many campaigns are voicing smart investments, this is good for our next generation.

===
What did you know that I don’t know? I know something that you don’t know? What’s it just spill it out, banking service just existed for less than 100 years, I think it’s pretty innovation, and we may not fully discover its hidden potential yet, so what did you see the inner power of the bank that we don’t know?
===

-snip- “my sweet child’s, keep your shitcoin and it would fetch high value!”
What do you exactly want to say with these words? Do you mean to suggest people leave shit-coin and focus on Bitcoin only?
Well, I will never advise my children to keep shit-coins. What for?? There are too many potential coins, why choosing the worse coins. We must know that keeping shit-coins just wastes time and it will be no future, no value, and no hope.

Anyway, can you tell me a bit about what coins do classify into shit-coins category? I hope you won't assume all altcoins are shit-coins.

===
Don’t live in denial, every coin that will make you cry out loud and scream shitcoins are the shitcoin, look at the wallets, all of them are shitcoin, bitcoin is just less shitting than some worse shitcoin, however all of them are shitcoin, the only none shitcoin is the American eagle gold coin minted at face value $ 50 a piece. Because it’s not a shitcoin and nobody call it shitcoin.
===
977  Economy / Economics / Re: Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 04, 2020, 04:56:30 PM
Nope, our grandma tell thats thing because the old coin during she was child is cheap and now its expensive.
This is because in 1900-1950 the coin are limited production. The value of that coins will raise up so its make the price is expensive.
And also, the money collector can make the demand of limited coins raise up.

You can hold that old coins to make the high values in future, but you must holding until you become grandfather or the next generation until money collector want to search that coins.

===
Do you keep into the old American coins that your dads gave you for spending on your iPhone, fast food, soft drink soda, happy meal, Xboner, micro transaction, ..., I think it may worth a small fortune inside that piggy bank that you didn’t move for a millions years.
===

This will depend on how long we can keep that coin, as it may still have no value in our entire existence since it's already not accepted or phase out or simply just the same with no interest at all but will surely have value in later generations just keep other generations informed so they can sell it.
===
That’s hard to say, and why do you think some America eagle coin which have face value $ 50 could fetch... $ 1600 today?
===

Keep your bitcoin and shitcoin in your online hardware wallet
I fixed you have stated above, it should be a hardware wallet in keeping your crypto assets, especially in long term purposes.
You are right, keeping bitcoin in the long term will bring you a profit but in perfect time but I won't agree on keeping shitcoin will make you get profit. Once it is shitcoin, no one will develop on it and it will remain shitcoin. Just focus on a bitcoin investment, then your grandma will be proud of you.

===
Rolf, I had saw many shitcoin issues after the America eagle coin stop minting, most of them are made from nickels oxides but fetching high value too, aren’t they’re much shitting than today colourful coins?
===

Not sure what the hell you are talking about. How do you keep your crypto currencies in a custodian bank service? As far as I know there is no financial institution that holds your coin. Even if that does exist, once you transfer your coins to them, it is not longer your "coins". Kinda sounds like you are also suggesting to store your coins in an online wallet which is not safe at all!

===
You’re always encouraged to keep your bitcoin under my very own custodian banking service, it’s open 24/7, if you don’t know how to get start just kindly send me a PM, we have 100% satisfaction guarantee money back, and 100% refund protection in case of fraud, 100% depository insurance protection. 100% peace of mind.
===

If I had kept my piggy bank money in a bank account that accumulated interest since I was a kid, I'd probably have a decent amount of money right now.  Leaving coins in a jar for decades isn't going to make anyone any more money than what's in the jar, and even then inflation is going to eat away at its purchasing power.

Not sure about the crypto-piggy bank idea.  Bitcoin is only ten years old, and there's no telling how popular it's going to be in the future.  I suspect it will be, but there's no guarantee and I think there are better ways to save for the future than by saving bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency (and I'm not knocking crypto here, either).  I think stocks are still the way to go for retirement savings, for instance.  Anyway, interesting hypothetical here OP.

===
Inside a bank of $ 1000 note and inside a piggy bank of random coins that pile up $ 1000, why do you think the money in the bank have more value than the random mixed of dog shit coins? May be you get a little over 2% if return for keeping with the bank, but the coins inside the piggy bank degrade overtime, some turn rusty some are actually not legal tenders, also some may even worth for scrap metal at best.
===

Doesn't matter where you keep your physical money, whether in piggybank or bank, it'll still lose value over time (unless of course we are talking about gold and silver coins). I see the same with BTC, wherever you keep it, it's still the same amount of BTC.

Though if you put them in a bank (assuming they handle BTC) they might slowly eat away at your horde through fees. Shitcoins on the other hand are shitcoins, that's what they are. They might get pumped once or twice and that's it. Better liquidate that money for something else rather than hold on to them.

===
Is kinda wonder how bank could eat away the bitcoin through inflation, can they fake the bitcoin transaction, by technological advancement, may be the bank finally found a loophole and create more than 21m bitcoin supply, then they’re truly genius.
===

It is better to leave shitcoins behind and focus on profitable coins to keep for 10 more years. It will surely make a good profit unlike hoping for the best with shitcoins that aren't worthy and might be eliminated just too soon.

===
Correctly, I remember my bank told me to surrender the old bank notes before it cease to become a legal tender.

978  Economy / Economics / Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 04, 2020, 02:44:33 PM
Remember your grandma told you??

She said the old coins you keep inside your piggy bank would fetch high values in future, but the old coins you keep inside your trusted bank service, $ 1000 would be still $ 1000 after 20 years??

Do you know how old America eagle coins fetch many folds higher values than its face value??

What happens??

Now let’s look at this:

Keep your bitcoin and shitcoin under the custodian bank service

Vs

Keep your bitcoin and shitcoin in your online wallet

After 20 years, what will happens to the value in your bank vs the value in the wallet, and why on the bank is still the same?

Now will you tell your grand grand kids the same advices your grandma tell you, “my sweet child’s, keep your shitcoin and it would fetch high value!”
979  Economy / Economics / Re: Coming Changes Bitcoin will be backing USA dollars on: December 27, 2019, 12:58:33 AM
Gold backed dollar, petrol backed dollar and now bitcoin backed dollar. Rolf! dollars are very convenient to just jump around yet remove itself for all unwanted set back, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t happening. About gold, I think it would survive the transition, it’s the metal that survive all apocalypse.
980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, then fiat is a get poor slow scheme on: December 26, 2019, 05:11:21 PM
bitcoin grow into hundreds billions in ten years. I’m watching the fiat money loosing 90% of its value in the course of ten years too. Is the fiat getting poor slow? I think the people who work for the minimum wages are in the worst position to get poor, they’re working for lesser life support unit at the same efforts that many farmers did, albeit they may have plenty of cash on hand but which can only be traded for smaller big Mac now.
