321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all that glitters are gold on: May 03, 2020, 09:38:49 AM
Trust is about to be scarce pretty soon especially when dealing with new projects. They started to ruin it in the past 3 years ( that was 2017 when bounty, crypto projects hit on the floor and BOOM, and then get broke after. That was a terrible thing happen in crypto and that it hurts everyone's trust. Should they care about turning it back, I have to doubt that they won't.

Maybe these projects may seem to look good on the outside but have to think about how it looks inside. That's the quest?
322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to buy - question to Hodlers on: May 03, 2020, 09:20:47 AM
To invest more effectively, we should have knowledge of speculation and technical analysis. Dow theory will help you a lot in buying and holding effectively in the long run. You can read it on Google or YouTube, there are many tutorials on basic technical analysis right now. You just need to learn a little about trendline, and read carefully about Dow theory. Surely you will find a reasonable buying point in bitcoin.

Aside from that, in my opinion there is no right time or wrong time to buy bitcoin. As long as you can afford to risk what you have and always remember the simple logic in trading - buy low , sell high. So you should always aim to sell your bitcoin at least higher than what you bought it, even if you are gaining lil profit.
Do we think that people are buying crypto during the bullish season? It is pretty sure they leave the market once and look back when it drops again, then start buying in preparation for the next peak.

Yeah, you may right that there is no wrong and the right time in buying but it much better to find the best time to buy and sell either. Smart people can think that surely.
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The growth of cryptocurrency on: May 03, 2020, 09:08:36 AM
A lot of reasons why we got here, who brings in. But we also know that neither all of them coming are sticking into crypto, yet they also quit and fired.
That's life in here, some people live while some people also leaving. Cryptocurrency is a long way to go before all have noticed it.
Of having a decade of its existence, still not enough to get noticed.
324  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC breaks 9k, are we on bull run? on: May 03, 2020, 06:10:43 AM
Yummy as it was moving back to $9k, but ain't give much confidence that it will run through smoothly. It is better to observe the market first before drawing into the conclusion that we are on THAT thing (Bullrun). The market still rolling up and down, yeah, it gonna pretty to see the price moves high but shouldn't make buy today, bull trap...it sometimes to play. Who knows.
325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which of the two will you choose as a gambler? on: May 02, 2020, 10:56:24 PM
At this time, I believe everyone is looking at the safety assurance of our money, and not that email option could make it safer than having option two (2FA).

If someone/somebody has an interest in your wallet, it surely they crack your keys when you are just having an option 1. Yes, I was experiencing it early this year, I received the notification that someone would like to transfer money out from my wallet. Maybe I was lucky because he/she was not able to get the code from my email and that it change my mind, and I have to config my account and change into a 2FA option. That makes safer than I was thinking about.
326  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin creating panic again? on: May 02, 2020, 10:24:34 PM
It is really a surprise that bitcoin is starting to recover it's price today, so i think the people who buys bitcoin in a low price from last month of March when bitcoin's price suddenly goes down were really lucky because their funds is starting to increase today. No one really expect that in the middle of this pandemic bitcoin can still be positive and can continue to have an improvement to it's price.
I think that such indicators could be expected today, since everyone hoped for good indicators of the cryptocurrency market thanks to the next bitcoin halving in May 2020.  It is possible that the time for a bull run has already come, as the price of Bitcoin rises along with market capitalization.
Ain't yet to say it is Bullrun already, that was a pretty short pump and to think big then.
It was good to see pumps before halving but we should be careful about this change because this wasn't a simple change and it possible whale have taken some action to manipulate the price. If this is really true, a trap isn't possible.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which investment is a safe haven Gold or Bitcoin? on: May 02, 2020, 10:15:37 AM
For now the safest digital era is bitcoin because no one is regulating bitcoin transactions. If anyone is talking about digital gold This is really true deception and it will not be long to disappear. If for a longer future physical gold is the original currency.
Gold can't ever become a currency, it is purely an asset unlike Bitcoin can do (both digital asset and currency). That is why we can't compare them both when we are talking about currency to be used in the future.

If anyone is talking about digital gold This is really true deception and it will not be long to disappear.
It probably we are not talking about digital but physical gold.
The thing why (physical) gold is a safe haven it is because its price moves high every year. Though not that much but it is satisfying enough compared to what we got bitcoin which usually will come into ups and down all the time.
328  Economy / Speculation / Re: New ATH after halving? on: May 01, 2020, 10:35:11 PM
Before 2016 halving, the price went up a total of 50% and this time, when btc is getting closed to the halving, we saw this sudden price pump. During 2016, there was a little uncertainty from China, while we have now the pandemic. What do you think? Will we see 10000 above within this week and new ATH soon?
The stability status of the market makes no way to think that it will really be happening again.
2016 never holds anything, the market change all the time and we bond to that change. Bullish ain't gonna happening before halving or even days/weeks after but it was mostly be seeing almost a year after the event. But then, we can't expect that it goes like that all the way because changes come all the time and a lot of factors that could affect it.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should the Crypto Community Be Worried About the Oil Crash? on: April 30, 2020, 10:42:03 PM
Tbh I don't see oil crash doing anything bad for crypto. There are certain sied factors at play, but they are, again, pretty quickly-reversible as opposed to oil situation
Yeah, It was just an hour that oil price has become zero market value. May it shocked the world market and the people who are seeing but not in the crypto community. We are not correlated to the market outside, in fact, we are having in different trend base of what we experience today and even before. And have to think that makes us feel the drop? It can be but not that big enough to drag the market down.
330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you committed, or considered committing, illegal act to finance gambling? on: April 30, 2020, 10:23:29 PM
...
If you're adult and ever did that then you're not on the right mind to do that filthy thing, you know what's good and what could harm you.
Yet to realize that they are wrong but it was late and seems to be acceptable by then knowing the fact that everyone could possibly commit mistakes any time and for some reason. They could surely learn from their mistakes but it couldn't be sure also if they will never do it again.

Gambling is somewhat a mind-changing, it affects mentally and financially. And those who can't manage themself, it absolutely brought them to the hell.
331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchanges WITHOUT KYC? on: April 29, 2020, 11:47:05 PM
Almost all exchanges have this procedure, but it is not required. Even on top exchanges, such as Binance, Huobi, Okex, etc.
Maybe not if we are only moving a small amount but I don't think if we are transferring 10BTC.
Securing KYC in some exchanges has their reason also and I can deny that I doing KYC as well but we should be making it when necessary and know also whom we are submitting it. Because if you'll find strange with that particular exchange, it for sure nobody does.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listing VS IEO on: April 29, 2020, 11:22:16 PM
What do you think are the advantages of doing an IEO vs simply listing a token in a exchange?
It was then being exposed to the community and may they'll find it an attractive and promising project.
It is also one of the marketing strategies and the team might collect additional fundings. Then the last thing is to get listed into reputable exchanges which is really difficult. That is why some shit projects don't make it and even end their IEO because they can get any support from the community.
333  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: April 28, 2020, 11:34:56 PM
I do not think that cryptocurrency can completely replace fiat, but the current crisis reveals the many problems of existing systems, which in itself pushes us to use alternative methods, such as cryptocurrency.
The worse the condition of financial systems will be, the higher the likelihood of people using cryptocurrencies.

Sorry, but it was not as I've looked into the market. The situation may reveal that people are now conserving more on fiat rather than adopting cryptocurrency. People have their options, we are supposed to think that during these hard times people will go for crypto but it happens that they are converting it into fiat. Then it was clear to think that crypto isn't the first option but instead, they will consider this purely as an investment.
334  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin creating panic again? on: April 26, 2020, 09:01:51 AM
The tragic and unexpected way of drowning business institutions really affecting the minds of the people and truly panicking. It was a surprise drop and not all of us are prepared for this scenario. The way of recovering is still slow and not knowing how long we should get over from this situation. The panicking situation will get worsen when the big businesses will also shutting down as it will affect the crypto market.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are research on altcoins for long term investment worth it?? on: April 26, 2020, 08:30:39 AM
Such a long search and to find a long-term investment will lead to nothing. You can't rely on new projects that are existed today, most of them are just a scam and they'll soon out from the market once their intention are done. If we think about long-term investment, we will never go to that thorough research better to acquire the existing one which been in the market for many years.
336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you committed, or considered committing, illegal act to finance gambling? on: April 26, 2020, 08:14:33 AM
If you are still in a good mind, it surely nobody would take such an evil thing to curse themselves. May some gambling addicts they'll be doing such cruelty to fund them in gambling but I can't imagine to myself doing for the sake just to continue my addiction.
I should make a decision that I could never feel regrets after. Committing such a crime will end up our happy life to an end.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to know whether it is right to join bounties? on: April 25, 2020, 11:54:18 PM
There is no wrong or giving you a taint in participating bounties unless you are not promoting a scam project. But even though it was happening, it is not you who could be blamed but the bounty manager who manages the project.
Nobody has stopped you in joining the bounty project provided that you are aware of what you are doing and not just by spreading false information that could mislead people.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can BTC really be a safe haven? on: April 25, 2020, 12:15:33 PM

If you have 1 bitcoin today, it could be worth 7000$ today, then tomorrow it could be 4000$ or 20,000$; that is not an example of safe haven.
Stable coins should have the tag safe haven
That is a so-called volatility effect and this is also a reason why merchants and business owners decline Bitcoin as another mode of payment. It was the worries that bring in their mind and of course, the high risk of losing their money at any time. If this coin shows only less volatile (then to be a stable one), it will be sure that people will adopt the system easily but these market changes give away not to consider as a safe haven.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time on: April 25, 2020, 12:03:02 PM
I think in a situation like this we can take advantage of introducing crypto to your friends. besides that I also think there will be lots of people who need online jobs, especially someone who at home needs online jobs. now is a good time to introduce the crypto industry.
And hopefully, those people who come crypto during this time won't just ruin the market image or they will then vanish once the pandemic is done.

Crypto (maybe) becomes a hotspot when you are seeking for a job online. But I was just hoping that they'll change their mind towards crypto and put their trust in here coz I know that many people were still throwing their negative thoughts toward crypto and their doubts might be the hindrance.
340  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bloomberg report Bull run on: April 25, 2020, 10:23:00 AM
Should we have to expect for a Bullrun? I know there is a chance but since the pandemic still at its peak, I have to think less about this.
We started great this year, we thought it was the beginning for the bullish season as we also consider the marker effect of halving but unexpectedly we've been hit this kind of difficulties which not only affects the global market but also our health. Hearing people say Bullrun, I'd sometimes ignored it.
