941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is anonymous betting a desired feature? on: June 19, 2019, 11:41:17 PM
I think most gamblers would see no registration bets as a plus to a betting site because most of them wants to gamble anonymously and they find KYC very hassle. In my opinion it is better for your site to have verification just to safeguard your site from scammers.
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you gamble? on: June 19, 2019, 03:04:53 PM
Before I gamble because i’m desperate to earn money, hoping that I will hit the jackpot one day and it will solve all my problems and pay my debts but as I play longer I lost most of the time but still continue thinking I will get the jackpot until I hit rock bottom, that’s when I realized gambling isn’t the solution to my problems so I tried really hard to forget gambling and look for other ways to earn money. Now I gamble very often and it is if I don’t have something to do and I use only my spare money.
943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Promoting Gambling on: June 19, 2019, 02:12:02 PM
Positive things will depend on how you see gambling. All you’ve said is a pure mind conditioning but it usually hard to happen especially when you are already on the ground. Yes, we are promoting gambling but it doesn’t mean we can’t say negative things about it well in fact we are just stating the truth.
Perfect answer mate,we are promoting gambling sites as a signature participants ,we are wearing their sig, avatar and text for payments but it doesn’t mean that we cannot comment as human with free will.this forum is about what we can help for each other’s and helping someone that’s in bad shape in gambling is our obligation..

I agree, besides this is a forum anyone can express or say their opinion as person, it doesn’t mean that because we are wearing signatures we cannot say anything. For as long as the information is useful to the other members of this forum then you can comment on it.
944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: June 19, 2019, 11:46:21 AM
With addiction as a side effect of gambling, I do wish to know what exactly the success rate of your gambling is. How many times have you not found yourself facing simply losses and that you still pin hope on success?

Gambling allows you to think that you will win every time in spite of the losses that you incur. You feel that success is just missed by a margin as thin as a hair. Every time you lose, you do feel that success was almost there and you could have had it almost certainly. And since it was almost a success story just missed by a very thin margin, you do not mind going in for another try only to miss again by a thinner margin! One success and you are happy. But does it stop? No. You feel that your efforts have now borne fruit and here onward you will surely win every time you take a shot in that game. But what happens? You lose again by a margin thinner than the previous time.

In this way we are lured every time for that success almost at hand, which we saw but could not get hold of. And we try time and again because it is so near. The truth is that you will find you end up losing everything in the hope of laying your hands on that success. Only the extremely self-controlled man will stop himself from further gambling the moment he tastes success.

True, many times one success can compensate for all the losses incurred. But what we miss is that that success itself is extremely rare. It is not a bad thing to have hope. But hope serves when we work hard towards success not otherwise.
This problem is happen because that the gambler to focus on making money and forget about the important thing.

And its Enjoying your self playing and have fun, with this can help you control your self.

Most of gamblers enter gambling to make money that is why they don't think much about having fun because their main reason is not to have fun. In their desperation to earn money they give their all and in return lost everyyhing and worst case is they are already addicted.
945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Royal ramble in the casino on: June 19, 2019, 11:17:47 AM
Gambling can influence anyone and it can also trigger trouble to a greedy player.

I’m quietly playing on the side of the casino when I heard someone was shouting to another player, I’m shock because it happened on casinos so as expected everyone was panicking and most of the players leaves the table. I’m a kind of person that want’s to know every stories, so i ask the other player on that table and he said, the guy was loss everything that’s why he was mad.

Now I conclude that he’s so addict on gambling to become emotional like that, that was my unexpected experience on the casinos. I’m trying to look for a news about this but I think, its not open for the public as casinos are more private as much as possible. Have you experience this one also? Is it normal to have a scene like this?
Yes i think it is normal to a gambler. I also have experience getting mad in gambling because i also have lost a lot of money at the casino.

It is normal that a person losing will get mad because it's money that was lost but shouting at someone because he lose isn't not normal for me. You enter gambling so you know there are times that you'll lose so accept it with open heart and you don't have to shout at anyone.
946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers needs to control their emotion! on: June 19, 2019, 12:06:15 AM
It is very unfortunate, someone become not aware that gambling is not only a source to get money and we shouldn't take too much attention with that by caring less with your life. That's why when we see our family members or close friends become addicted to gambling, we need to give advises and take serious attention to them. Addicted gamblers must be hard to control their selves and sometimes think unrealistically when they lose the game. Therefore, the people closest to them will have a big role to make them be aware of the bad habit.

It's true that the people closest to them will have a big role in leading them back to the right path, however the hardest part is that some gamblers are too addicted to gambling to the point they don't recognized anyone close to them and they won't listen to any advises from their family member. I think in controlling one's emotion should come from the the gambler itself or better ask professional help.
947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: June 18, 2019, 03:50:59 PM
Unfortunately, that is not as easy as we say, because we need to have a strong mind to quit from gambling and we cannot do that instantly. Besides that, I think it is better to ask other people to help us to quit gambling as we know we cannot always have a strong mind and effort to quit. Maybe we can visit the psychiatry to help us so we can practice quitting with his guide and of course, we need to try from day by day.

I agree, it is easy for us to say to quit in gambling but if we’re at their place it would be very difficult. It requires strong motivation to quit because if he doesn’t have a strong reason to quit then there’s a possibility that you will go back to gambling. I think the very best if a person is very addicted is placed them to a rehab center wherein they can be controlled and cannot do any gambling.
948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is the best place to learn how to play Poker online? on: June 18, 2019, 03:28:17 PM
Watch poker tutorials on youtube to get the basics down before you jump into practice games.  I would also recommend watching some high level tournaments to get a feel for how the pros play and try to emulate what they do once you build up some basic skills.

I agree, there’s a lot of poker tutorials in youtube and they also give useful tips for newbies on how to learn poker easily. Also if you want to practice playing poker you can download poker games from your playstore to practice until you’ll understand how to play it.
949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, Dark Web, Drugs and Government. on: June 18, 2019, 08:53:05 AM
Drug traffickers will always find a way on how they can transact from one client to another and with bitcoin's increasing popularity it is not impossible for them to also study what they can do using bitcoin's technology and in this case they use it in processing payment since they can do it anonymously. However, the technology is still new and a lot needs to be improved, hopefully in the future they will be able to improved it better and minimize these types of wrong doings.
950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did anyone try to beat the household? on: June 17, 2019, 11:19:49 AM
I think if not all but most of the gamblers will try to beat the house but no one has ever succeeded in beating the house mainly because the house is most of the time very hard to beat. Owners make sure that the house is to their advantage since they enter into gambling business for profits. It's better to just enjoy gambling and don't think of beating the house because there's no way around it, let's just accept that's how gambling works.
951  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue on: June 16, 2019, 03:55:09 PM
Now that crypto is allowing us to transact globally I am questioning if we are going  to start to see more scams happen between countries. Do we need more compliance companies to step in to help major scams and illegal trafficking?

Full report: https://ciphertrace.com/articles/q1-2019-cryptocurrency-anti-money-laundering-report/
What kind of company can do that, and how can they implement this, this is a peer to peer transactions, scams are a global issue even when Bitcoin is not yet created we have seen so many scam hyip and MLM but itis higher now, now that Cryptocurrency has been used as a medium because it is easy and hard to trace.

indeed until now fraud is very difficult to overcome. because the longer the fraud grows in every country, and it is very troubling for many people of course. because finding a solution to overcome fraud is indeed quite difficult.

Yeah, right! Finding the solution can be very difficult because fraudsters most of the time can get away with it, they become smart in scamming people, I think they devoted their life just to scam people. Crypto can be associated with fraud since most transactions are done online and it doesn't have much regulation to protect user so users should be responsible of their keys.
952  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: June 15, 2019, 07:25:51 PM
Risk can be present at any investment and bitcoin isn’t an exception. Bitcoin can be very risky if you are not good at handling it but it could also give you big profits if your able to do it properly. Also bitcoin is a very strong coin and had survived for years already which mean you can never go wrong with bitcoin and it is worth the risk.
953  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be junk/trash after ban in 2 big countries on: June 15, 2019, 02:40:49 PM
I don’t think bitcoin will become trash because there are more countries supporting bitcoin and also despite being ban in those 2 countries bitcoin remained strong at $8600, this only means that the ban doesn’t have any effect on bitcoin’s value so it is very impossible for bitcoin to be a trash.
954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Verification of identity compulsory on transactions over $1000 on: June 15, 2019, 02:28:55 AM
There will probably be more orders for $999.99.

I know right, lol. People can always find ways to get away with it, but on the other hand it could be good to avoid fraud and to ensure that the person receiving the $1000 is legit and the true owner. Though this can be very annoying because normally identity verification can be very complicated at times.
955  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining in the cloud vs simply buying bitcoin on: June 14, 2019, 08:40:24 PM
Cloud mining can be good if you have your own mining rig and you have the advance tool to do so because if you don’t own one and you only do cloud mining using websites then it might be very difficult to mine bitcoin most especially now. If you don’t have the patience for cloud mining like me then better buy bitcoin and do trading it’ll be a good way to earn money.
956  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: June 14, 2019, 08:23:36 PM
Yes I will advise newbies to enter bitcoin today while the bull run hasn’t happen yet, we are expecting a bull run this year and it is a good opportunity for them to take advantage but in advising newbies to enter bitcoin we should be transparent in the sense that we have to inform them the good and bad side of bitcoin and let them fully understand how the market really works.
957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING AND CHARITY on: June 14, 2019, 03:04:00 PM
Whenever I win I am not going to give some percentage of money to the charity in the hopes that I can help those individuals who are in need.
You mean you are going to give?

So, I encourage everyone especially gamblers with huge profit to share or to donate those who are in need. Besides, I get the feeling that I am bless in betting if I will share profit.
This is a good gesture. However, you do not need to bet and win before you decide to give any donation. You can just donate the money instead of using it for betting.

That’s right, there are other ways to donate to a foundation but I guess its a good way to share what you earn regardless if its from gambling or whatever. I think its a good motivation as well while gambling, it’s not only having fun while gambling but also helping other people.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be considered a Religion? on: June 14, 2019, 10:50:23 AM
Religion is like a belief in spiritual aspect. Somehow affects people's tradition and culture. And I think its far from considering bitcoin as a religion. Especially we don't worship Satoshi. Satoshi is a human, not a God. He's no different from us. The thing that make him kinda special is he is the proponent of bitcoin but that doesn't mean he can be considered as a god or something. This isn't a cult or something...

I agree, we don't worship Satoshi Nakamoto because he is also a human like us, he is not a prophet or God. He is the one who invented bitcoin but he is unworthy to be called a God and considered the community who supports bitcoin a religion.
959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: June 13, 2019, 03:59:10 AM
Quitting is easy if you want to achieve something, but never easy if you want to stop doing what you always do and what you always wanted to do. This is what you called addiction, and we all know that its really hard to over come. Is this the end? Is there any cure?
Quitting will be possible only when a gambler decides by heart and not just by world. Deviating our focus into something else may help for most of the gamblers but finding another new interesting thing will be a difficult one practically. This is the reason many times entering to married life or falling in love kind of things helping gamblers to quit easily.

Human mind is capable of adopting anything new but it should be attractive enough. Addicted people must need true affection and care so that they will be able to deviate their focus into something new. Help from family and friends definitely will bring changes in an addicted gambler's life.

I agree, the need to quit should come from the gamblers self because if they will not accept it by heart then all the advise and scolding will be useless. I know a lot of gamblers would say it is very hard and they can't control themselves but I think if the gambler really want to quit then he will do everything to achieve it.
960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers needs to control their emotion! on: June 13, 2019, 03:24:29 AM
This is so sad, gamblers should learn from this and make sure to really control there emotions not to be the same with Gary. 13 hours of gambling is just insane, his intention is good because he is trying to recover the money he lost but he totally forgot to take good care of his health and life, too much of something will really kill you.
