1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: March 03, 2020, 10:51:05 PM
It depends upon the campaign requirement. Some gambling campaigns require their participants to gamble as a part of their rule.
Really?! I also advertised many gambling sites for the past 2 yrs. (because my early years here, gambling sites campaign are not yet on trend, ICO does) until now but I haven't encountered such requirement. One of the requirements I unusually experience is the use of their own wallet but other than that everything is the same with a common sig campaign Huh. Can you please site examples, I'm curious lol.
1022  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: March 03, 2020, 01:41:51 PM
Until recently, I always did this because I never touched the coins in my portfolio and had a significant part of the funds in stable cryptocurrencies.  But recently there was a problem, due to which it was necessary to save one of my family members.  As a result, the volume of stable cryptocurrencies seemed small and I had to sell Bitcoin and Ethereum to get the right amount of money.  That is why I say that no one will be able to imagine the circumstances that they may encounter and when they will have to sell cryptocurrency at unprofitable prices.
Indeed dude, there is a point in our life where all the plans will suddenly shift due to unexpected happenings. In my case, I also got no choice but to sell my coins despite of the upcoming bitcoin halving in order to sustain all of the expenses for my board exam Sad. It's very hard for me but I have no choice but to do so. That is my one last shot so I gave all that I've got and thanks God I made it Smiley. I passed the exam and now saving bitcoin again, I believe that I'm not too late for the next halving Grin. Good luck to everyone.
1023  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: March 03, 2020, 09:53:15 AM
So if you want to earn more money, you can do both things, the more, the merrier
I really want but I [/can't] Sad. Honestly, I badly want to try bitcoin trading since I was in college but how unfortunate I am that I can't still pursue it even that I'm already a licensed engineer (Thanks be to God Smiley!). I don't know what the problem is. Hmm, I have no problem with capital coz I got savings, I know it is not very big but I think it's already enough to start and gain experience; I also don't have any problems for acquiring knowledge since some of my friends are traders too, I can approach them if I need help and besides Internet is always there. I guess what I'm lack of is TIME, now I more realized the saying "Time is gold" — it is nore precious than any stone. *sigh
1024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Protect your cryptocurrency, only means, protect your account. on: March 03, 2020, 03:43:12 AM
4) do not use a wallet that can be reset by using a mobile number or email
May I know why you say so? What is the correlation of what you've said on the vulnerability of having an unprotected account? AFAIK, all of wallets got this kind of feature. I using a non custodial wallet with such kind of feature for 3 years and I haven't encountered a single problem so far Smiley. Did you got a bad experience upon this? Please, enlighten us further Smiley.
1025  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: March 03, 2020, 02:41:13 AM
Not all individuals are really used in technology, so how could they handle their money if they are not familiar with the technology.
This is a valid point. I still think there is a hurdle to overcome with bringing bitcoin to the tech illiterate. As the percentage of the population who have grown up immersed in technology increases, however, this problem becomes ever smaller.
Indeed. Imagine, if my grandmother learned how to play on smartphone deapite of her old age and the traditional gap then what more for the people on rural areas which is for sure not as primitive as the other thinking Grin. This hindrance for attaining mass adoption is not as big as it seems, it only requires eagerness from crypto lovers like us to educate those who are not familiar with. We can already spread the word even in our own little ways; when we are on the streets or just hanging out with our love ones Smiley.
1026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev on: March 03, 2020, 01:19:20 AM
Currently Joshua holds the WBA, IBF and WBO belts. He has 24 fights: 23-0-1. His only defeat coming at the hands of Andy Ruiz Jnr. He has 21 knock outs and 2 wins by points decision.

What do you think will happen?
This fight looks interesting Shocked, I'm now getting hyped. Joshua should be very careful on this guy, I can feel on his aura that he is a tough one. And look on his face, we can see that he is not coming this far for joking Grin.

Anyway, if we will take a look on their records, for me they are even. Yeah! Pulev got more wins but Joshua also got one loss too and that could be an equalizer. Besides, Joshua got a higher knockout percentage thus I'm more rooting on him. This is one hell of a fight! I'm so excited now Cheesy.
1027  Economy / Economics / Re: Money value inflation Feeling that money is not worthed?? on: March 02, 2020, 10:36:11 PM
Do you feel the same?
No matter how much money you got you feel that has no value??
Really!? I think that was just over reacting. Anyway, it's your own opinion so I respect it. Well, if you can feel the inflation there in US (I presume) then what more here in my small country in the SEA Grin. We can  also feel it. Imagin this, When I was in highschool a single egg costs P5 (Six Pesos) but right after I finished my college it now costs P8. See? Though the price hike is not that big but it was still a burden because most of my fellow counrrymen here don't improve their means of living — they got the same amount of salary over the costly goods and services Sad. I guess the inflation is inevitable. So the best thing we can do I guess is to work harder and be wiser when it comes to money management
1028  Economy / Economics / Re: I have Good news for bitcoiners on: March 02, 2020, 07:35:45 AM
that's good news, especially if the price of bitcoin really reaches that point.
unfortunately, in reality, the price of bitcoin is still at $ 8k. in addition, the development awaited this year is halving, and that is likely to make the price of bitcoin be above $ 15k, and very difficult to reach $ 20k when viewed from current prices.
Chill guys, if I were you I will not stresing out myself speculating what bitcoin pice may be this year. Don't get me wrong, I'm also very excited in the next bitcoin halving but I don't forget to guard my heart Grin. I low my expectations because there are already so many times I expected that btc will land on the moon soon right after the ATH but nothing happened lol. What we see is what we get, best wishes for all of us Smiley.
1029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: March 02, 2020, 05:30:07 AM
An easy example would be sportsbetting, if you even follow a free prediction, you are likely to get good profit on long run. But rather than doing that, we bet crazy on the team we like.
I would like to disagree with it because it's not true, free prediction are not carefully analyze and therefore a gambler might lose in the long run.
As a gambler, we need to trust ourselves only if we want to survive in the long run, there is no such thing as free tips or bets that would give success in the long run.
Indeed, I'm just sticking in my guts. It was only sportsbetting, I mean it was less complicated and less risky than other forms of gambling. Just make sure you have a good background on the sport you are betting in and as much as possible it must be your passion in order to make better analysis and predictions plus a feeling of enjoyment of course Cheesy.
1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BOXING: Fury vs Wilder III on: March 01, 2020, 11:48:39 PM
I don't know how to react with these retaliation video after a big loss. I mean, he's either building another hype for the trilogy or really butt hurt for the outcome of the fight that he couldn't swallow his pride after his side raised the white flag.
Some of us think that he wants a part 3 and some of us think that he's only covering up his loss. But if you will asked me, it's more of the latter part Grin because that sh*t is unnecessary at all. If you lose, you lose; wait for the next time that you will face each other  inside the ring once again. That's the best place to say and prove that "I'm the king" lol.

1031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Leave gambling, if it destroys you. on: March 01, 2020, 09:46:28 AM
I admit that leaving gambling is not as easy as imagined. Several times I tried to leave gambling but always wanted to come back again.
Indeed gambling makes us addicted, it's a fact that cannot be denied. We must have a strong desire in ourselves to be able leave gambling.
And also must be accompanied by increasing our activities in the real world, so our minds can be distracted from the world gambling.

I think so, Gambling is a serious intoxication that can't be expected comeback easily. I think in this case, there are various healing centers/rehab centers where a person who is addicted to a few months of observation has the possibility of returning to normal life. They observe the addicted person through their various exercises and motions and helped him to get rid out of it. It may be effective for those who are addicted in extreme level, they can come back to their normal lives by this way.
I wonder how effective such therapy is. I mean, for sure it will only take couple of months or let's say even a year (though I'm skeptical on this because it was too long) but when he go outside and live his own life again, how sure we are that he will no longer go back on the vice he once got addicted Huh ? You know what, I think it is all about the mind. Undergoing therapies is good however it costs you money, actually you can change if and only if you are willing enough to. Make an introspection, find your inspiration and make steps to cure your own self Smiley.
1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BOXING: Fury vs Wilder III on: March 01, 2020, 06:41:52 AM
On their fight he is very cautious and looks afraid on Fury, he cannot get out on his shield and cannot unleash his potent weapon which is his right hand straight
Even though we can't assure that he was really afraid against Fury that time as he is the only one who can verify it (but of course no boxer will admit that he is afraid of his opponent, isn't it? Grin), I agree with you somehow because that's what it seemed to be. I didn't see the agressive and fearless Wilder I used to know. It was shocking to watch that he get dominated all rounds (IMO), he's obviously not isln his best shape.

I'm hoping that if ever there would be a part 3 they should go blow by blow and the last man standing will be the real king Cheesy.
1033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BOXING: Fury vs Wilder III on: March 01, 2020, 01:45:42 AM
That's the spirit, I love it! Good for him that he pick himself up fast Smiley. I guess he really learned a lot from his loss against Fury. If the time comes that they will match up again, for sure he will be less cocky and be more careful on his steps which is the thing he should do from the very start.
Personally I think Wilder will be beaten again by being knocked out or by TKO but it will not go to a points decision. In my opinion Fury will out box and out class Wilder again.
Don't be hasty dude. I also once predict that the champion (Wilder that time) will dominate the contender again blah bla blah. But look at me now, I lose a bet Grin. Now we know what Fury can really do, we should double think on betting now.
1034  Economy / Economics / Re: Amazon to accept bitcoin payments directly... the real breakthrough!? on: February 29, 2020, 02:28:11 PM
I still think no private organization should be allowed to do stablecoins in the major nations, maybe small island nations and all but no major country should allow their big companies to build any stablecoin and should simply do government stablecoins.
Exactly! You nailed it mate. A private company, even how big it is, cannot control the country where it resides simply because the fact that they are so called private. So chill dude, you already sounded paranoid in your post Cheesy. Imagine this, if Facebook's Libra which is one of the biggest companies of our era considered as a failure then what more for smaller companies. Government 1 - 0 Companies, 3 to go lol Grin (just based on your list).
1035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Industry and Cryptocurrency! on: February 29, 2020, 04:56:27 AM
I don't think that there will be a game that you can earn Crypto Currencies like Bitcoin when you play it but just like what you have said it could be a gamble type where you need to bet and need to win to be able to get some cryptos.
Actually, there is but it's a scam/very poor quality Grin. If you tried Telegram before then you will understand. There are channels there where you can olay and earn crypto (particularly btc and eth) at the same time andmost of them are simulation type of game. For example, you have an animal with equivalent hashrate power then as you are leveling the hashrate of it also increases. You can also invest to make your hashrate bigger thus getting profits faster which you can later convert into real btc Grin. That was so ridiculous but got a good concept tho. If bigger and legit gaming companies will develop a better game prior to the concept then much better. Now the only question is where they will get the funds Grin.
1036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 29, 2020, 02:32:02 AM
This might be perfect scam for the next ICO season. A famous worldwide sports franchise partnering with a blockchain token project for pumping and dumping hehehehe.
Oh boy! This will be a big project since it was correlated with the biggest MMA organization in the world so no surprise if many will clicked unto this. Honestly, even the inner self of me wants to try Grin lol since it was related on my favorite sport hahaha. (*Chill NavI, just stick with btc. You are not a whale so there's no chance for you to survive)
1037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 28, 2020, 12:36:40 PM
and take note, Giannis can now also shoot one Grin. So for me they can dominate the East this year.
That's a good improvement for him this season but it's not really that big that he can defend on that, his strength is still on driving the ball inside.
Of course, that was fairly understandable because the paint is his comfort zone. But if there would be a call for a shift of strategy especially in crucial situations, Mike could use that as their as a part of their winning play Smiley.
Actually if you saw the last game of the Bucks against the Raptors, you will see that the Raptors did a pretty solid job on Giannis by doubling him every time he has the ball and he is at a spot where he is effective, the only problem with the Raptors is they don't have Gasol that time to man the paint, but I am pretty sure they'll employ the same technique in the playoffs.
Indeed but a double team is a double team after
all. It could be a disadvantage because it naturally create spaces for other opposing players. Thus, Gasol should be present always because their defense is very weak without him.
Guys, let's also talk about Sixers, they are a big threat ast well.
Sorry mate, my eyes are not on them this time Grin.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 28, 2020, 11:13:56 AM
Celtics are a good 3 point shooting team, Bucks advantage are on the insider as its where there defense is focus, however, if these two will meat in the ECF, I would go with the Boston as they are not a one man team, everyone is willing to give their best and the are so unpredictable, and maybe they can beat the Bucks but their very good 3 point shooting.
Honestly, these two teams are my top picks in in the East so it's very hard to decide whether which one of them will make it. Hmm, I think I'll go with the Bucks. Their inside defense are stronger like what you've said and their 3 point shooting is not bad either (IMO) since Korver, Hill and Middleton were there; and take note, Giannis can now also shoot one Grin. So for me they can dominate the East this year.
1039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A book on Bitcoin in Bengali on: February 28, 2020, 05:32:06 AM
Wow Shocked! It was good for all Indians/Bangladesh people like you mate. It is a manifestation that your country is now aware of such technology and it may definitely serve as a reference for all aspiring bitcoin/altcoin investors out there. While here in my country, I still haven't found a book which mainly discusses blockchain technology that's why I solely depend on the infos that can be found on the Internet until now. Well, this is not a big deal actually since you can already found everything on the Internet but books are infinitely relevant, it will not be outdated.
1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 28, 2020, 12:37:50 AM
@NavI_027 - I wouldn't call Wilder over-hype though, not just his night and he face the better man that night. He held the belt for many years, if he is over-hype, he should have lost it and his name wouldn't be in the discussions for the best heavyweight of today.
Hmm, fair enough. So much better if we say he is overrated Grin?
There was obviously some level of hype surrounding Wilder but that was to be expected since before that fight he was undefeated and the way he defeated his opponents was really impressive with all of those knockouts, to me this was simply about Fury not only being the best boxer but also about being smarter than Wilder
Indeed, plus his strong determination to beat Wilder down. We can see it on his eyes and statements Smiley. We knew he came from a loss due to the same opponent beforea and for sure he don't want things repeat again, that's the best fuel he can use to for reaching his goal and fortunately he made it. How entertaining to watch a fight where the underdog wins.
