301  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-29] Chinese Might be Able to Trade Bitcoin Again Soon on: October 30, 2017, 12:37:51 AM
Did anyone else knew this was going to happen? The chinese government may be harsh, but they're not stupid lol. I can see the price of bitcoin skyrocketing after they let exchanges happen again.
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make your own choice in investing? on: October 30, 2017, 12:28:07 AM
Honestly, it really boils down to due diligence. I do tons and tons of research before even committing. The benefit of those channels is quick feedback on what you're currently looking at.

Most of all, look at the whitepaper, market fit for the idea, team/founders, and proof of concept somehow. Nowadays it's really hard to be sold on an idea that will be finished development next year.

The recent token i'm went in on, I found out about it on facebook. I'm glad I learned about Cybermiles because I had been talking about a token like this for ages, but every one that came out just didn't have everything the ecommerce market needs. Telegram and facebook are great places to hear up and coming but you have to research yourself.
303  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: is bitcoin taxable in canada? on: October 30, 2017, 12:21:44 AM
Yes, I agree. It can be considered capital gains. At least that is what it is in the US. I recommend trying to do the most research and finding a lawyer and accountant
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO LIVE] Unikoin Gold -Decentralized Esports Betting back by Mark Cuban on: October 08, 2017, 03:47:45 AM
Out of all ICO's this one has the most credibility imo. Aside from Mark Cuban, they have a platform that's been around for 3 years. Most ICO's barely have everything in place by the time they launch their ICO.

Juts bought into this ICO: http://www.esportsinsider.com/2017/10/unikoingold-becomes-largest-ever-gaming-esports-token/

Seems very promising with the team and Mark Cuban  Smiley
307  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it legal to sell bitcoin for cash ? on: September 29, 2017, 03:54:44 AM
It's not legal, but legal at the same time. Just watch out when your amount gets above a certain amount where it can get suspicious.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taxless and free society? on: September 21, 2017, 07:58:40 PM
I wish this world existed, but it's too much like utopia. You have to consider greed and power that play huge factors in nations. Plus, taxes are for developing the nations. If we don't pay taxes, who's going to pay for the roads?
309  Other / Off-topic / Re: Its time to buy bitcoins? on: September 14, 2017, 04:23:28 PM
#HODL

Planning on buying Bitcoin later today once the funds come through and some ETH since that's pretty low as well.
310  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Declaring over $10k worth of cryptocurrency when flying on: September 12, 2017, 03:58:02 AM
I agree. It's not on me, so I'm not going to declare it.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country? on: September 10, 2017, 01:28:21 AM
I definitely agree. Bitcoin can only solve problems. The biggest obstacle would be how to regulate it and track it, especially for the IRS. Every country runs on tax money.
312  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency regulation? on: September 10, 2017, 01:14:59 AM
Crypto does need to be regulated. Our government is run by the taxes we pay. And how they collect is through everyone's income. For anything like crypto to be big, the government has to approve and regulate...sadly.
